电解质补充产品种类很多,主要包括运动饮料、固体饮料等。运动饮料是以补充水分和能量为主,兼有补充电解质的作用,其对电解质的补充量通常是不够的。固体饮料是粉末状产品,使用的时候需要加水进行配制,对于运动人群来说不够便捷。

本发明提供了一种适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:白砂糖50~80份、葡萄糖5~15份、食用盐5~20份、玉米淀粉10~30份、微晶纤维素3~8份、复合电解质5~15份、复合维生素0.001~0.1份、酸味剂0.1~2份、水果粉5~10份、硬脂酸镁0.1~1份。
进一步的,所述复合电解质包括按质量比计的如下组分,氯化钾:碳酸钙:氧化镁=1~5:1~5:0.1~2。
进一步的,所述复合维生素包括按质量比计的如下组分,维生素B1:维生素B2:维生素B6为1~100:1~100:1~100。补充符合微生物可提高身体的缺氧耐力,增强心肺功能,并可减少乳酸的堆积;

S1、按比例称取各原料组分;
S2、将大颗粒的原料过50~100目筛;
S3、将白砂糖、葡萄糖、食用盐、部分微晶纤维素、复合电解质、复合维生素、酸味剂混合;
S4、将玉米淀粉制成玉米淀粉浆,并将S3中的混合料加入到玉米淀粉浆中混匀,得到湿料;玉米淀粉浆制备过程为将部分玉米淀粉混于纯净水中,加热并搅拌,在搅拌过程中分批次加入剩余的玉米淀粉,持续搅拌至得到糊状玉米淀粉浆;
S5、将湿料放入制粒机中,制备成湿颗粒料;
S6、将湿颗粒料进行干燥处理,干燥后的颗粒过10~20目筛;
S7、将过筛后的颗粒、剩余的微晶纤维素、水果粉、硬脂酸镁混匀,压片后,得到电解质补充咀嚼片。

步骤一、按重量份数称取如下组分:白砂糖72份、葡萄糖8份、食用盐7份、玉米淀粉20份、微晶纤维素4份、复合电解质8份、复合维生素0.003份、柠檬酸0.2份、苹果酸0.1份、苹果粉10份、硬脂酸镁0.1份;其中,复合电解质中氯化钾5.5份、碳酸钙2份、氧化镁0.5份;
其中,复合维生素中维生素B1 0.001份、维生素B2 0.001份、维生素B6 0.001份;
步骤二、将原料中存在大颗粒的原料组分过60目筛;
步骤三、将白砂糖、葡萄糖、食用盐、二分之一的微晶纤维素、复合电解质、复合维生素、酸味剂放入混料管罐中,混合均匀;
步骤四、将二分之一的玉米淀粉混于其两倍的纯净水中,加热并搅拌,在搅拌过程中分批次加入剩余的玉米淀粉,持续搅拌至得到糊状玉米淀粉浆;
步骤五、将玉米淀粉浆置于混料罐中搅拌,并在搅拌状态下将步骤三中的混合料分批次加入到玉米淀粉浆中混匀,得到“轻握成团,轻压即散”的状态的湿料;
步骤六、将湿料放入制粒机中,制备成湿颗粒料;
步骤七、将湿颗粒料放入鼓风干燥箱中,在温度70℃条件下,干燥30min,干燥后的颗粒过20目筛;
步骤八、将过筛后的颗粒、剩余的微晶纤维素、水果粉、硬脂酸镁混匀置于压片机中,压片后,得到电解质补充咀嚼片。
实施例2
步骤一、按重量份数称取如下组分:白砂糖62份、葡萄糖10份、食用盐12份、玉米淀粉10份、微晶纤维素5份、复合电解质10份、复合维生素0.005份、柠檬酸0.3份、苹果酸0.1份、草莓粉8份、硬脂酸镁0.1份;其中,复合电解质中氯化钾6份、碳酸钙3份、氧化镁1份;
其中,复合维生素中维生素B1 0.002份、维生素B2 0.0015份、维生素B6 0.0015份;
步骤二、将原料中存在大颗粒的原料组分过80目筛;
步骤三、将白砂糖、葡萄糖、食用盐、二分之一的微晶纤维素、复合电解质、复合维生素、酸味剂放入混料管罐中,混合均匀;
步骤四、将二分之一的玉米淀粉混于其两倍的纯净水中,加热并搅拌,在搅拌过程中分批次加入剩余的玉米淀粉,持续搅拌至得到糊状玉米淀粉浆;
步骤五、将玉米淀粉浆置于混料罐中搅拌,并在搅拌状态下将步骤三中的混合料分批次加入到玉米淀粉浆中混匀,得到“轻握成团,轻压即散”的状态的湿料;
步骤六、将湿料放入制粒机中,制备成湿颗粒料;
步骤七、将湿颗粒料放入鼓风干燥箱中,在温度80℃条件下,干燥20min,干燥后的颗粒过10目筛;
步骤八、将过筛后的颗粒、剩余的微晶纤维素、水果粉、硬脂酸镁混匀置于压片机中,压片后,得到电解质补充咀嚼片。

Claims (9)
1.一种适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:白砂糖50~80份、葡萄糖5~15份、食用盐5~20份、玉米淀粉10~30份、微晶纤维素3~8份、复合电解质5~15份、复合维生素0.001~0.1份、酸味剂0.1~2份、水果粉5~10份、硬脂酸镁0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述复合电解质包括按质量比计的如下组分,氯化钾:碳酸钙:氧化镁=1~5:1~5:0.1~2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括按质量比计的如下组分,维生素B1:维生素B2:维生素B6为1~100:1~100:1~100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述酸味剂为柠檬酸和/或苹果酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述水果粉为苹果粉、柠檬粉、草莓粉、水蜜桃粉、香梨粉、香蕉粉中的至少一种。
6.权利要求1到5任一项所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按比例称取各原料组分;
S2、将大颗粒的原料过50~100目筛;
S3、将白砂糖、葡萄糖、食用盐、部分微晶纤维素、复合电解质、复合维生素、酸味剂混合;
S4、将玉米淀粉制成玉米淀粉浆,并将S3中的混合料加入到玉米淀粉浆中混匀,得到湿料;
S5、将湿料放入制粒机中,制备成湿颗粒料;
S6、将湿颗粒料进行干燥处理,干燥后的颗粒过10~20目筛;
S7、将过筛后的颗粒、剩余的微晶纤维素、水果粉、硬脂酸镁混匀,压片后得到电解质补充咀嚼片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中,湿料的状态为“轻握成团,轻压即散”的状态。
8.根据权利要求6所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中,先将玉米淀粉浆置于混料罐中搅拌,并在搅拌状态下加入混合料。
9.根据权利要求6所述的适用于运动人群的电解质补充咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S6中,干燥温度为70~80℃,干燥时长为10~30min。
