Abstract
本发明公开了一种折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱及电动车,涉及电动车充电技术领域,包括后备箱本体,所述后备箱本体设置有可折叠光伏面板,所述可折叠光伏面板由若干块光伏面板连接而成,一端与所述后备箱本体连接,另一端展开后可固定在车头上,所述后备箱本体内置超级电容和升压控制器与电瓶相连用于提升动力,所述光伏面板连接超级电容进行充电。本发明采用内置折叠式光伏板后备箱展开和收纳实现在电动车行驶和停放阶段的变型以充分利用太阳能发电并直接存入电瓶中为电动车增加续航。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电动车充电技术领域,特别是涉及一种自发自用电动自行车专用折叠式光伏发电增加里程功能的后备箱及电动车。
背景技术
现有电动自行车的充电模式单一,只能通过220V家用插座来进行充电,但是根据公安部出台的关于规范停放充电加强火灾防范的通告,电动车不得在公共门厅,走道,楼梯间,安全出口,停放,并禁止私拉飞线充电,电动车进入电梯以及室内充电,大大限制了电动车充电的空间和便利性,使得电动车充电模式单一的缺点充分暴露出来。
光伏发电技术经过最近10多年的发展,经历集中式并网发电,分布式并网发电,自发自用式离网发电等模式,主要还是大型的并网发电为主,已经成为大力布局的新能源发展方向
针对与移动的以电力驱动的交通工具如何利用太阳能进行电力补充的技术方案在国内还处于空白阶段,特别是小型的电动自行车车如何利用好其相对较小的体型来获得足够的补电效率是亟待攻克的方向;目前市面有利用光伏板为户外LED路灯供电的解决方案,但是只能为功率较小的电器供电,包扣手机充电,笔记本等充电服务,如果要提高功率则必须增加光伏板的面积,传统光伏板发电量与面积成正比,以150瓦的光伏面板为例,至少需要 1.8×0.5米的大小,根本无法在电动自行车上安装。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种应用上述折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱的电动车。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:本发明提供一种折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,包括后备箱本体,所述后备箱本体设置有可折叠光伏面板,所述可折叠光伏面板由若干块光伏面板连接而成,一端与所述后备箱本体连接,另一端展开后可固定在车头上,所述后备箱本体内置超级电容和升压控制器与电瓶相连用于提升动力,所述光伏面板连接超级电容进行充电。
优选地,所述后备箱本体后端设有显示屏,显示屏通过电瓶供电。
优选地,所述可折叠光伏面板折叠后收缩在后备箱本体上方。
优选地,若干所述光伏面板展开后支撑在车架上方。
优选地,若干所述光伏面板之间采用销轴或合页连接实现折叠,相邻两块光伏面板的折叠方向相反。
优选地,所述显示屏还连接有5G信号接收器,用于接受播控端发送的视频和动画数据并通过显示屏输出。
本发明还提供一种电动车,其特征在于,电动车后备箱采用如上所述的后备箱。
优选地,电动车的车头设置有卡槽,后备箱上的可折叠光伏面板展开后的延伸段嵌入所述卡槽固定。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下有益效果:
1.本发明为多功能后备箱,除了储物功能外还内置超级电容和升压控制器与电瓶相连用于提升动力
2.通过内置可折叠光伏面板(每块光伏板大小尺寸根据后备箱可容纳的空间来定制),以及独特的骨架展开设计,支撑光伏面板的展开并固定,且方便一键收纳。
3.后备箱背部自带显示屏,可以连接控制器,在行驶阶段以动画形式提醒后方车辆刹车,转弯等基本信号功能,在停放阶段可显示充电电压,电流等数据以及各种视频和定制动画画面以实现广告商业服务。
4.后备箱内置5G信号接收器,用于接受播控端发送的视频和动画数据并通过显示屏输出。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至3所示,本发明提供一种折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,包括呈方形的后备箱本体1,后备箱本体1上折叠有5块光伏面板2(在其他实施例中可采用其他数量的光伏面板,如4、6块等),5块光伏面板两两通过可折叠的结构连接,其折叠连接方式可采用销轴、铰链、合页等方式,例如 CN202010268614.3、CN201910660449.3、CN201420791033.8中公开的折叠结构。折叠后的首块光伏面板2的另一端铰接在后备箱本体1上。如图3所示,当使用时,可折叠光伏面板向上伸展。在后备箱本体1内部设置超级电容,光伏面板2转化的太阳能存储到超级电容中,超级电容通过升压控制器与电瓶连通为电瓶充电,提供动力。
作为一种具体的实施方式,本发明中后备箱本体1后端设置有显示屏 3,目前现有电动车的电量、速度显示大多设置在车头位置,本实施例中在后备箱本体1后端设置显示屏3,可以连接控制器,在行驶阶段以动画形式提醒后方车辆刹车,转弯等基本信号功能,在停放阶段可显示充电电压,电流等数据以及各种视频和定制动画画面以实现广告商业服务,并且后备箱内置 5G信号接收器,用于接受播控端发送的视频和动画数据并通过显示屏输出。
作为本发明另一种实施例中,还提供了一种电动车,如图4所示,电动车采用后备箱本体1,电动车车头上设置卡槽,后备箱本体1的光伏面板向上伸展后,延伸端的光伏面板前段嵌入卡槽中,实现固定。
本发明采用内置折叠式光伏板后备箱展开和收纳实现在电动车行驶和停放阶段的变型以充分利用太阳能发电并直接存入电瓶中为电动车增加续航。同时后备箱内置超级电容提升电机输出功率,稳定电流和电压,保护电瓶。续航的增加也意味用户对于传统充电方式频次的减少和对充电桩的依赖大大降低--同时也大大降低了发生火灾隐患的概率。
采用后备箱内置一体机的形式,让折叠面板可根据车辆的行驶和停放状态做折叠和展开两种模式,标准化定制的后备箱设计可通用适配市面上的绝大部分电动车,满足36/48/60/72V等各种电瓶车的充电需求,以及各个品牌车型的安装适配,比较起传统的玻璃光伏发电组件,本方案内置的折叠光伏板更轻,更小,配合超级电容和升压控制器更适合用于移动的小型交通工具上实现电能的自发自用和电流电压的稳定控制,提升动力并增加续航。而传统的固定式车棚光伏板模式,只能适配部分有前挡风支架的车型并实现行驶期间可以可以实现光伏发电功能,但是此结构需要根据每款车型做定制,成本更高。

Claims (8)
1.一种折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,其特征在于,包括后备箱本体,所述后备箱本体设置有可折叠光伏面板,所述可折叠光伏面板由若干块光伏面板连接而成,一端与所述后备箱本体连接,另一端展开后可固定在车头上,所述后备箱本体内置超级电容和升压控制器与电瓶相连用于提升动力,所述光伏面板连接超级电容进行充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,其特征在于,所述后备箱本体后端设有显示屏,显示屏通过电瓶供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,其特征在于,所述可折叠光伏面板折叠后收缩在后备箱本体上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,其特征在于,若干所述光伏面板展开后支撑在车架上方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,其特征在于,若干所述光伏面板之间采用销轴或合页连接实现折叠,相邻两块光伏面板的折叠方向相反。
6.根据权利要求1所述的折叠式光伏发电电动车后备箱,其特征在于,所述显示屏还连接有5G信号接收器,用于接受播控端发送的视频和动画数据并通过显示屏输出。
7.一种电动车,其特征在于,电动车后备箱采用如权利要求1-6任一项所述的后备箱。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电动车,其特征在于,电动车的车头设置有卡槽,后备箱上的可折叠光伏面板展开后的延伸段嵌入所述卡槽固定。
