技术领域

背景技术
这种方法早已为人所知。DE 4139555 C2公开了一种如此制造的容器,在该容器中通过下述方式形成壁开口,即在关闭吹塑模具时在瓶形容器的肩部区域中挤压出型坯的径向突出的材料,由此在肩部处产生未焊接的、开放式开口。
EP 0 912 420 B1提出,在外容器中形成与由底部接缝和容器的纵向轴线限定的平面错开90°的壁开口,使得在排出容器内容物时内袋可以折叠成扁平的。由此,可以以减少的残余量排放出容器内容物,其中在内袋中产生的负压也更小。
为了借助无气泵或通过在挤压瓶处施加外部压力使容器内容物尽可能完全地带出,已证明,在装填容器之前将内袋与外容器的壁分离,内袋以相当大的附着力贴靠在该外容器处。在此已经表明,尤其在容器的肩部的区域中只能以不一致的或不完全的方式进行分离,因此容器内容物的少量残余无法排放出。然而,当在分离过程中,内袋尤其在到肩部区域的过渡的区域中不规则地变形和部分地折叠时,还会出现更严重的问题,这在某些情况下可能导致袋材料的白裂纹(Weiβbruch),从而可能导致通过受损的部位损坏内袋的扩散保护层或者甚至可能导致袋不密封。
申请人已经发现,当型坯被吹气以贴靠在吹塑模具的器壁处时,内袋在周向方向上具有不同的壁厚,更确切地使得内袋在延伸通过底部接缝的竖直平面的区域中比在位于其间的壁区域中更厚。对此的解释可以在于,当底部接缝被挤压出时,型坯从圆柱形的初始形状被扁平地压紧在一起,其中后续的吹气产生较大的圆柱形形状,在底部接缝的端部上方的区域中具有上面提到的较大的壁厚。
在通过将气压引入外容器的相对于加厚的区域错开90°的开口中来分离内袋时,在被吹气的容器的所提及的外周区域中的该较大的壁厚可能导致,内袋在分离时不规则地变形,其中尤其在到容器的肩部区段的过渡区域中可能构造有类似褶皱的翘曲,其本身(ihrerseits)可能导致内袋的白裂纹,通过该白裂纹可能损坏内袋的蒸汽扩散层或甚至可能内袋不密封。以这种方式被损坏的容器连同容器内容物一起不可被使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,给出一种方法,用该方法可以制造可用的容器,在该容器中避免上述损坏。
该目的根据本发明通过技术方案1所述的特征得以实现。

本发明规定,在制成的被吹气的容器中在外容器的壁中在相对对置的部位处分别形成孔,该相对对置的部位位于通过底部接缝和容器的纵向轴线限定的平面与容器壁的相交线上,并且销形的工具通过孔将内袋从外容器的壁推回预定的距离并且由此与壁分离,然后压力介质、优选压缩空气通过孔被引入在内袋和外容器之间的中间空间中,其基本上将整个内袋与外容器的壁分离。
在此,当销形工具形成为空心时,可以通过销形工具、或者例如通过容器布置在其中的压力容器将压力介质吹入。
孔可以在所提及的外周区域中形成在容器的任意高度处。然而特别有利地提出,当容器具有瓶形时,将孔构造在容器的肩部区域中,其中孔也可以在肩部区域下方或上方邻近地形成。
非常有利地还规定了,通过环形刀切割形成孔,这正如DE 197 37 964 C1所描述的那样。但例如将旋转的管状刀(Rohrmesser)用于在外容器中产生通孔也在本发明的范围内。
用根据本发明的方法可以使内袋在其整个周向上顺利地与外容器的壁分离,由此避免内袋的损坏或甚至其的不密封。由于内袋可以一致地且完全地与外容器的壁分离,还可以在排出容器内容物时避免无法带出内容物的大量的残渣,正如在未完全分离过程中的情况那样。

具体实施方式

Claims (5)
