Abstract
The invention discloses a low BCAAs weight-losing and muscle-increasing nutritional powder as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The nutritional powder mainly comprises isolated soy protein powder, resistant dextrin, polydextrose, soy peptide powder, concentrated milk protein powder, calcium caseinate and linseed oil microcapsule powder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing; (2) sterilizing; and (3) packaging. The nutritional powder has a simple formula, is safe and reliable, reduces the content of BCAAs in the product through a certain proportion, can effectively improve the metabolic level of an organism, has comprehensive nutrition and low fat content by mutually blending raw materials in the formula, and prevents skeletal muscle loss, thereby achieving the purposes of losing weight and not rebounding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to a low BCAAs weight-losing and muscle-increasing nutritional powder and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Over the past 50 years, the prevalence of obesity has increased worldwide, reaching a pandemic level. In China, along with the rapid development of social economy and the great change of life styles of residents, the prevalence rate of overweight and obesity of the residents is on a rapid increase trend. Obesity constitutes a major health challenge as it greatly increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, hypertension, cardiomyopathy, infarction, stroke, dementia, osteoarthritis, obstructive sleep apnea and several cancers, leading to a significant decrease in quality of life and life expectancy, estimated to be 5-20 years. At present, the treatment aiming at the obesity is mainly carried out in a prevention way, and the prevention and the treatment of the obesity are realized by changing life style, diet and strengthening exercise. However, these approaches have limited efficacy in managing and treating morbid obesity and its complications, and many people are unable to maintain weight loss for long periods of time.
Only about 15% of obese and overweight people who lose weight through diet exercise therapy are able to sustain a 10% weight loss within 1 year; diet-induced weight loss is largely unsustainable, with weight regain within 1 year. In most cases, all weight loss recovered within 3-5 years. In addition, in the process of diet weight loss or the process of diet combined exercise weight loss, the skeletal muscle is easily damaged due to insufficient protein supplement, so that the skeletal muscle is lost, the loss of the skeletal muscle can cause the reduction of the basal metabolic rate of an obese patient, and the rebound of the body weight occurs, so that the protection of the skeletal muscle is the key point for maintaining the weight loss effect.
The meal replacement for weight loss is a popular mode, products in the market are various, most products consist of food and protein with low calorie, but the quality of the products is uneven due to different component contents, some products have high food content with low calorie for increasing satiety, the protein content is low, skeletal muscle loss is easily caused, and the weight maintenance is not facilitated; some products have higher protein content but lack essential amino acids; some proteins have high content, and the branched chain amino acid content is higher, which is not beneficial to improving the metabolism level of organisms.
Based on the analysis, a nutritional powder which can not only protect skeletal muscle from loss, but also improve the metabolism of the organism, accelerate weight loss and has comprehensive nutrition is urgently needed by the society.

The invention aims to provide a weight-losing and muscle-increasing nutrition powder with low BCAAs and application thereof, aiming at solving the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme, and the weight-losing and muscle-increasing nutrition powder with low BCAAs provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of soybean protein isolate powder, 12-16 parts of polydextrose, 8-10 parts of resistant dextrin, 8-9 parts of soybean peptide powder, 1-2 parts of edible essence, 0.8-1.2 parts of guar gum, 0.6-0.7 part of concentrated milk protein powder, 0.6-0.7 part of calcium caseinate, 0.8-1.2 parts of xanthan gum, 0.7-0.9 part of linseed oil microcapsule powder, 8-12 parts of tremella powder, 0.07-0.09 part of stevioside, 1.5-1.7 parts of edible salt and 1.2-1.5 parts of silicon dioxide.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48 parts of isolated soybean protein powder, 15 parts of polydextrose, 9 parts of resistant dextrin, 8.58 parts of soybean peptide powder, 1.5 parts of edible essence, 1 part of guar gum, 0.66 part of concentrated milk protein powder, 0.66 part of calcium caseinate, 1 part of xanthan gum, 0.8 part of linseed oil microcapsule powder, 10 parts of tremella powder, 0.08 part of stevioside, 1.6 parts of edible salt and 1.5 parts of silicon dioxide.
The preparation method of the weight-losing and muscle-increasing low-BCAAs nutritional powder comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing: weighing the raw materials according to the formula, mixing, sieving with a sieve of 80-100 meshes, and uniformly mixing;
(2) And (3) sterilization: sterilizing the mixed powder obtained in the step (1);

The low BCAAs weight-losing and muscle-increasing nutrition powder provided by the invention is comprehensive in nutrition, contains rich protein and dietary fiber, and specifically comprises the following components:
isolated soy protein powder: the soybean protein isolate powder is nearly purified protein extracted from soybeans, contains eight amino acids essential to human bodies, belongs to complete protein, can help repair damaged histiocyte by supplementing protein, improves the immunity of organisms, and is suitable for patients with nephropathy or diabetes.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

Comparative example 1

The results show that the branched chain amino acid content of the product obtained in example 3 of the present invention is 8%, while the branched chain amino acid content of the paucin milk shake is 15%.
The functions of the low-BCAAs weight-reducing and muscle-increasing nutritional powder provided in the embodiment of the application are basically the same, and a specific function test is given by taking the embodiment 3 as an example, and the specific function test is as follows:
test example 1 grip strength test of mouse
Dividing 12 obese mice co-cultured for 8 months into 2 groups of 6 mice each, and measuring the grip strength of the mice; after the grip strength test of the mice is finished, the mice begin to be interfered, the product is fed on the group 1 instead of the normal diet for 4 months till the mice grow to 12 months, the product is fed on the group 2 for 4 months till the mice grow to 12 months, and the grip strength of the mice is measured again.
Grip strength test of mice: the method comprises the following steps of measuring by using a grip meter test tension meter, respectively placing mice on a grip plate, enabling the front claw and the rear claw to grip a test net in a direction parallel to a horizontal plane, stably pulling the tail of a rat, recording the maximum reading when the mice cannot hold the grip grid, measuring 3 times by each mouse, and calculating the average value of the 3 measurements to serve as the experimental value of the grip test of the mouse at this time. The results of the experiment are shown in FIG. 1.
As shown in figure 1, the grip strength of the group 1 mice is 2.5-3N at 8 months, and after 4 months, the grip strength of the mice is 2.5-3N without obvious reduction; the grip strength of the group 2 at 8 months later was 2.5-3N, and after 4 months, the grip strength of the mice decreased to 2-2.5N. The test result shows that the product is beneficial to protecting the muscle strength of organisms.
Test example 2 measurement of exhaustive exercise time of mouse

The results of the experiment are shown in FIG. 2.
As shown in figure 2, the exhaustion exercise time of the group 1 mice is 220-300s at 8 months, and after 4 months, the exhaustion exercise time is still 220-300 s without obvious reduction; the exhaustion time of the 2 nd group of mice is 220-300s at 8 months, and after 4 months, the exhaustion exercise time of the mice is shortened to 200-250 s, and the exhaustion exercise time is obviously reduced. The test result shows that the product is helpful for protecting the muscle strength of organisms.
Test example 3 measurement of muscle content
12 obese mice co-cultured for 8 months were divided into two groups of 6 mice, group 1 mice were fed with the product instead of the normal diet for 4 months, group 2 mice were grown to 12 months on the normal diet for 4 months. After the completion of feeding, the gastrocnemius muscle of the mouse was taken out and its weight was measured. The test results are shown in FIG. 3.
As shown in FIG. 3, the weight of the gastrocnemius muscle of the mice in group 1 is about 180mg, while the weight of the gastrocnemius muscle of the mice in group 2 is about 130mg, and the weight of the gastrocnemius muscle of the mice in group 2 is obviously lower than that of the mice in group 1, which indicates that the product is helpful for protecting the muscle mass of the organism.
Test example 4 measurement of muscle fiber
12 obese mice co-cultured for 8 months were divided into two groups of 6 mice, group 1 the product was fed on the normal diet instead of mice for 4 months until the mice grew up to 12 months, group 2 the normal diet for 4 months until the mice grew up to 12 months. After feeding, the cross-sectional area of muscle fiber of the mice was measured by taking the rectus femoris muscle of the mice. The test results are shown in FIG. 4.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cross-sectional area of the mouse muscle fiber of group 1 was 1500 μm 2 Left and right, and the cross-sectional area of the muscle fiber of the 2 nd group of mice is 1000 μm 2 On the left and right, compared with two groups of mice, the cross-sectional area of the muscle fiber of the group 2 mice is obviously smaller than that of the muscle fiber of the group 1 mice, which indicates that the product is helpful for protecting the muscle fiber of organisms.
Test example 5 comparison with the Effect of the paucin milkshake
12 obese mice co-cultured for 8 months are divided into two groups, each group comprises 6 mice, and after the weight of the mice is measured, the product is fed to the mice for 4 months in the 1 st group instead of the normal diet, and the paucin milk shake is fed to the mice for 4 months instead of the normal diet until the mice grow to 12 months in the 2 nd group. After feeding, the body weight of the mice was measured, and 12-month mice were each assigned to 8-month mice, and the changes in the body weight of the mice were compared with the changes in the grip strength, the change in the exhaust exercise time, the change in the muscle mass, and the change in the cross-sectional area of muscle fibers of the mice.
The measurement results are as follows: the mice in group 1 lost weight on average 15g and the mice in group 2 lost weight on average 10g. The grip strength and exhaustion exercise time of the mice in the group 1 were almost unchanged, while the grip strength of the mice in the group 2 was decreased by about 0.2N and the exhaustion exercise time was decreased by about 20s; after the mice were fed for 4 months, the gastrocnemius muscle amount of the mice in group 1 was 180mg and the muscle fiber cross-sectional area was 1500 μm 2 The gastrocnemius muscle amount of the mice in group 2 was 160mg, and the cross-sectional area of the muscle fiber was 1300 μm 2 . The product is proved to be capable of improving the metabolism of the organism while protecting the skeletal muscle, beneficial to losing weight and good in effect.
Test example 6 clinical verification
Mice with diabetes, overweight mice, fatty liver and mice with low muscle content and obesity were fed with the product obtained in example 3 of the present invention instead of the normal diet for a month, and after 4 months, the physical condition of the mice was examined again.
The weight of the overweight mouse is obviously reduced 4 months after the overweight mouse takes the low-content branched chain amino acid nutrition powder; the disease condition of the mice with diabetes and fatty liver is relieved after taking the product for 4 months; the weight of the mice with low muscle content and obesity is reduced after taking the product for 4 months, and the weight does not rebound within 6 months.
The results show that the product obtained by the invention has good effect on weight loss and no rebound, and the raw material in the formula of the invention has low fat content and low carbohydrate content, thereby causing no threat to patients with diabetes and fatty liver.
In conclusion, the weight-losing and muscle-increasing nutrition powder with low BCAAs has comprehensive nutrition, is rich in protein and dietary fiber, has low calorie, supplements protein, accelerates lipid metabolism, increases satiety and suppresses appetite so as to achieve the purpose of losing weight, can prevent calcium loss and enhance body resistance, is suitable for patients with diabetes and fatty liver, has low branched chain amino acid content, can accelerate body metabolism, contributes to losing weight under the condition of protecting skeletal muscle, and is not easy to rebound after weight is reduced.
