Bone growth test: and (3) forcibly filling the milk powder for feeding, wherein the stomach filling amount is 0.1ml/10g, injecting the fluorescent matrix-tetracycline into the abdominal cavity after 6 days, injecting the fluorescent matrix-tetracycline for the 2 nd time on day 8, intoxicating the rat with the 10 th rhizoma gastrodiae to death, completely stripping the tibia out, measuring the distance between the proximal articular surface and the distal articular surface of the tibia by using a vernier caliper, namely the length of the tibia fed for 10 days, and taking the average value of 3 measurements. In addition, the length of the tibia was measured after injection of the fluorescent matrix tetracycline at 56d and 60d, respectively, and 60 d. Tibial elongation is measured by taking the removed tibia as a bone slice, immunofluorescent staining the tetracycline, and measuring the distance between the fluorescent bands and the growth plate for tibial elongation between 2 d.
Rat bone densitometry test: a weaning Wistar male rat with SPF level born for about 4 weeks is selected, the weight of which is 60-75 g, and purchased from Beijing Huafukang Biotechnology GmbH. After the rats are purchased, the rats are adapted to the environment for one week, water and diet are freely taken, the temperature of a feeding room is 25 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and the rats are alternately used day and night for 12 hours. Rats were randomly divided into ten groups of 20 rats per group by weight, and the test samples and purified water were separately fed with a gastric feeding amount of 0.1ml/10g, sacrificed after 3 months, femurs were removed, and bone densities of the mid-point of the left femur and distal end of the femur were measured using a peripheral dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer.
And (3) test results: the test results are shown in tables 2 and 3.

As can be seen from Table 2, after rats eat the milk powder for children which is provided by the invention and is beneficial to bone health and height development, the growth length of the tibia after 10 days and 60 days is obvious, which fully indicates that the formula milk powder can effectively promote bone growth. As can be seen from Table 3, after the children milk powder beneficial to bone health and height development provided by the invention is canned for 3 months, the femoral midpoint density and the distal end bone density of a rat are both remarkably improved, which shows that the formula milk powder provided by the invention has obvious promotion effects on bone growth and bone density enhancement. Comparative examples 1 to 5 changed the kinds of milk powder, prebiotics and unsaturated fatty acids, respectively, compared with example 3, but the bone growth length and bone density growth of rats were reduced to different degrees, which indicates that the formula of the present invention is optimized, and the effect is reduced by changing the formula components.

Therefore, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention are covered by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The children milk powder beneficial to bone health and height development is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
480kg of milk powder, 570kg of desalted whey powder, 25-75kg of condensed milk powder, 11-18.5kg of prebiotics, 3.5-6.0kg of unsaturated fatty acid, 0.2-0.25kg of hydrolyzed yolk powder, 0.16-0.2kg of colostrum basic protein, 0.2-0.54kg of lutein, vitamin K20.4-0.5kg and 1-2kg of compound nutrition enhancer.
2. The children's milk powder for promoting bone health and height development according to claim 1, wherein the milk powder is one or both of whole milk powder and skim milk powder.
3. The milk powder for children to promote bone health and growth as claimed in claim 2, wherein the milk powder comprises 400 kg of whole milk powder and 600kg of skim milk powder, and 80-140kg of skim milk powder.
4. The children's milk powder for promoting bone health and height development according to claim 1, wherein the prebiotics are two or more of isomaltooligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, galactooligosaccharide and xylooligosaccharide.
5. The children's milk powder for promoting bone health and height development according to claim 4, wherein the prebiotics comprises 7-11kg of isomaltooligosaccharide, 2.5-4.5kg of fructo-oligosaccharide and 1.5-3.0kg of galacto-oligosaccharide.
6. The children's milk powder for promoting bone health and height development according to claim 1, wherein the unsaturated fatty acid is composed of 1.5-3.0kg of docosahexaenoic acid and 2.0-3.0kg of arachidonic acid.

The children's milk powder for promoting bone health and height development according to claim 1, wherein the compound nutrition enhancer is prepared from vitamin A47g/t, vitamin D35 g/t, vitamin E155.3 g/t, vitamin B18g/t, vitamin B29.6g/t, vitamin B65.5g/t, vitamin B120.026g/t, 600g/t of vitamin C, 41g/t of nicotinamide, 0.271g/t of folic acid, 36g/t of pantothenic acid, 0.067g/t of biotin, 461.5g/t of taurine, 3075.679g/t of lactose, 232g/t of inositol, 167g/t of L-carnitine tartrate, 202g/t of tricalcium phosphate, 1040g/t of choline chloride, 8000g/t of calcium carbonate, 560g/t of sodium iron ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 90g/t of zinc oxide, 0.252g/t of sodium selenite, 26.295g/t of copper sulfate, 27.51g/t of manganese sulfate and 6880g/t of maltodextrin.
8. A method for preparing a children's milk powder for promoting bone health and height development according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, removing dust and bags, sterilizing and disinfecting all the raw materials for later use;
s2, weighing prebiotics, unsaturated fatty acid, hydrolyzed yolk powder, colostrum basic protein, lutein, and vitamin K2Compounding a nutrition enhancer, and mixing for later use to prepare a mixture I;
s3, weighing the formula amount of milk powder, desalted whey powder and condensed milk powder, mixing for later use, wherein less than 5kg of milk powder is additionally weighed as a tailing II, and the whole bag is a big material III;
s4, weighing 25kg of the mixture I prepared in the step S2 and the tailing II prepared in the step S3, uniformly mixing, conveying the mixture into a mixer through a closed pipeline, adding the large material III prepared in the step S3, and uniformly mixing to prepare a premix;
