TABLE 1
Figure 4127DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
The applicant also obtains data of the influence of different air humidity on the growth and development of dendrobium (taking dendrobium devonianum as an example) through experiments, and the data are shown in the following table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure 675542DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
From the above table, it can be seen that: when the humidity is 60%, all indexes of herba Dendrobii are greater than those of herba Dendrobii when the humidity is 40%. The main reason is that in the environment with poor growth (such as drought, high altitude, large wind power and the like), the plants need to constantly balance and configure limited resources to resist the external environment, such as increasing the investment for constructing leaf protection to increase the size of mesophyll cells and the thickness of epidermal cells, and the like, thereby being beneficial to improving the medicinal quality of the dendrobium.
The applicant also obtains data of the influence of different air humidity on the medicinal ingredients of the dendrobium (taking dendrobium devonianum as an example) through experiments, and the data are shown in the following table 3.
TABLE 3
Figure 398648DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
From the above table, it can be seen that: as shown in tables 2 and 3, the higher the humidity, the more favorable the increase of the fresh weight, stem length and stem thickness of the dendrobium stem. But the content of polysaccharide and alkaloid is reduced along with the increase of humidity, so that the moderate drought is beneficial to improving the medicinal quality of the dendrobium.
