Sea buckthorn fruit oil composition for repairing skin barrier and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a seabuckthorn fruit oil composition for repairing skin barriers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin, as a surface of the human body which contacts with the outside, plays an important role in protecting and maintaining the normal circulatory metabolism and water balance in the body. Due to climate change, air pollution and complexity of types and components in cosmetics, the possibility of sensitive skin appearing and receiving stimulation is improved, and in addition, the perception rate and attention of sensitive skin are gradually increased due to improvement of awareness of people on skin health.
The skin barrier is a tissue organ with the largest area of the human body, and covers the surface of the body, and the structural basis of the skin barrier is mainly the stratum corneum, epidermal lipids, natural moisturizing factors and the like. The healthy skin barrier can resist external harmful substances, irritants and sunlight from invading skin, and has moisturizing and regulating effects. However, due to environmental, dietary and wrong skin care, the skin barrier is easily damaged, so that the self-defense ability of the skin is insufficient, the skin is sensitive, aged, dry and desquamated, and simultaneously, various allergens cross the skin defense line, and the incidence of eczema, atopic dermatitis, skin pruritus and the like is gradually increased.
In the prior art, the doctor generally has the following orders for the impaired skin barrier: 1. well sun-proof; 2. the cleaning force and the oil control performance are not paid excessive attention, and mild cleaning products are selected as much as possible; 3. during the period of repairing skin, excessive cleaning is not needed, water is supplemented and moisture is preserved, and then repairing cream is applied; 4. during the repair of damaged skin barriers, it is desirable to leave them unapplied, and if makeup is necessary, care must be taken to remove the makeup completely; 5. applying a facial mask rarely; 6. avoid staying up all night. That is, the patient can make a subtraction on the skin, and the recovery is performed by depending on the capability of the skin, but the defects are also obvious: has slow effect.

In another aspect, the present embodiments provide a method for preparing a seabuckthorn fruit oil composition for repairing a skin barrier, comprising the steps of:
mixing glycerol, fructus Hippophae oil and lecithin, and heating to 70-80 deg.C to obtain a first mixture;
heating water, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, butanediol, ceramide, collagen, trehalose and inositol to 85-90 ℃ to obtain a second mixture;
adding the first mixture into the second mixture, stirring for emulsification, cooling, adding bradykinin, rhizoma Gastrodiae extract and Ginseng radix extract, and stirring to obtain the fructus Hippophae oil composition for repairing skin barrier.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the present application proceeds from 3 aspects with synergistic repair of the skin barrier: 1. the sea buckthorn fruit oil is adopted to play a role in diminishing inflammation and calming, and the gastrodia elata extract plays a role in dredging the channels and collaterals and promoting circulation, so that damaged cells and precipitated pigments in the skin are discharged out of the body from a lymphatic system along with metabolism of the body; 2. the collagen is adopted, so that the regeneration capacity of collagen blasts can be stimulated to be enhanced, and the result of collagen fiber regeneration is finally achieved. The aging of all tissues on the face is closely related to the loss of collagen, the regeneration of collagen is stimulated to reset fat tissues, the elasticity of face supporting ligaments is recovered, fascia is tightened, the color and the elasticity of skin are recovered, and the like; 3. on the basis of solving the problem of skin permeability, the strong water molecule associating capacity of ceramide is utilized to form a net structure in a horny layer to maintain the moisture of the skin, and the water and oil balance of the skin is maintained by combining other moisturizing ingredients, so that the skin repair effect is quicker and better.

Examples of the experiments
The products prepared in the examples 1, 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 of the present application were subjected to a long-term repair function test: volunteers 350 (age 21-52 years) were randomly divided into 7 groups, 50/group, and 7 experimental groups corresponding to example 1, example 3, comparative examples 1-4, and blank group, respectively.
Except for the blank group, each group was used with the product prepared from the corresponding group after morning and evening each day, and no other cosmetic was used during the experiment.
The moisture, fat and pH of the face of the subject were measured before and after the experiment, respectively, and the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003903085010000121
Figure BDA0003903085010000131
After the experiment (15 days), the appearance of each volunteer, including pox, inflammation, etc., was evaluated and classified into three grades of effective, effective and ineffective according to the effect, and the results are shown in table 2.
The obvious effect is that the integral of symptoms and signs is reduced by more than or equal to 80 percent.
The effective rate is that the integral of symptoms and signs is reduced by more than or equal to 30 percent and less than 80 percent.
The symptoms and the physical signs are reduced by less than 30 percent.
