Background
The skin is used as the contact surface between the human body and the outside, and plays an important role in protecting and maintaining the normal circulation metabolism of the human body and the water balance in the human body. Due to climate change, air pollution and complexity of types and components in cosmetics, the possibility of appearance and stimulation of sensitive skin is improved, and in addition, the awareness of people on skin health is improved, and the perception rate and the attention of the sensitive skin are gradually increased.
The skin barrier is that the skin is used as the tissue organ with the largest area of the human body and covers the surface of the body, and the structural basis of the skin barrier is mainly the stratum corneum, the epidermal lipid, the natural moisturizing factors and the like. The healthy skin barrier is capable of protecting the skin from external harmful substances, irritants and sunlight, and has moisturizing and conditioning effects. However, skin barriers are easily damaged due to environmental, dietary and wrong skin care, etc., so that the skin itself has insufficient defenses, leading to skin sensitivity, aging, dryness and desquamation, while various allergens cross the skin defense line, thereby leading to an increasing incidence of eczema, atopic dermatitis, skin pruritus, etc.
In the prior art, aiming at the damage of the skin barrier, doctors generally have the following requirements: 1. sun protection is well done; 2. the moderate cleaning products are selected as much as possible without excessively paying attention to cleaning strength and oil control; 3. during the period of repairing skin, excessive cleaning is not suitable, water supplementing and moisturizing are performed, and then repairing face cream is smeared; 4. during repair of damaged skin barrier, it is desirable to make up free, and if make up is necessary, care must be taken to remove the makeup thoroughly; 5. applying a mask less; 6. avoid staying up overnight. That is, the patient can make a subtraction on the skin and recover the skin by relying on the ability of the skin itself, but the defects are obvious: has slow effect.

Except for the blank groups, each group was treated with the product prepared by the corresponding group each day after the evening face, and no other cosmetics were used during the experiment.
The moisture, fat content and pH of the face of the subject were measured before and after the experiment, respectively, and the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The apparent condition of each volunteer after the end of the experiment (15 days) including cases of acne, red swelling, etc., was evaluated and classified into three grades of effective, significant and ineffective according to the effect conditions, and the results are shown in table 2.
Has obvious effect, and the symptom and sign integral decrease is more than or equal to 80 percent.
Effective in reducing symptom and sign integral by more than or equal to 30% and less than 80%.
It is ineffective, and its symptoms and signs are reduced by less than 30%.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from table 2, the products prepared in examples 1 and 3 of the present application have good effects on repairing skin barrier, and the comparative examples 1, 2 and 4 all have improved effect compared to the blank group, but the comparative example 3 does not add collagen, which has effects in some methods even inferior to the blank, indicating that blind application of cosmetics without conditioning skin permeability may adversely affect skin.
Note that: all subjects had no adverse events after the experiment.
In summary, the seabuckthorn fruit oil composition for repairing skin barrier and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment of the application have the following advantages:
the application performs synergistic repair of the skin barrier from 3 aspects: 1. the sea buckthorn fruit oil is adopted to play a role in diminishing inflammation and calming, the gastrodia elata extract plays a role in dredging channels and collaterals and promoting circulation, and damaged cells and precipitated pigment in the skin are discharged out of the body along with metabolism of the body by a lymphatic system; 2. the application adopts collagen, can stimulate the regeneration capability of collagen parent cells to strengthen, and finally achieves the regeneration result of collagen fibers. The aging of all tissues of the face is closely related to the loss of collagen, the regeneration of the collagen is stimulated to restore the adipose tissues, the facial support ligament is elastically restored, the fascia is tightened, the skin color and the elasticity are restored, and the like. 3. On the basis of solving the skin permeability, the water content of the skin is maintained by utilizing the strong capability of the ceramide for associating water molecules and the network structure formed in the stratum corneum, and the water-oil balance of the skin is maintained by combining other moisturizing components, so that a faster and better skin repairing effect is achieved.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the application. The detailed description of the embodiments of the application is not intended to limit the scope of the application, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
