Abstract
The invention discloses a feed additive premix for improving laying rate of laying hens and quality of laying hens and application thereof, wherein the feed additive premix comprises curcumin, astragalus polysaccharide powder, a microecological preparation and betaine, wherein the curcumin, the astragalus polysaccharide powder, the microecological preparation and the betaine = (2-4): (3-5): 1-2): 2-5) are calculated according to a mass ratio, so that the problem of reduction of production performance of the laying hens in a later laying period caused by heat stress is solved, the laying rate is averagely improved by 4.5%, the protein height, the yolk color, the Ha unit and the eggshell thickness of eggs laid by the laying hens are also obviously improved, the mass of concentrated protein and the ratio of the concentrated protein in the eggs are obviously improved, the mass of the dilute protein and the ratio of the dilute protein are obviously reduced, the egg white is more viscous, therefore, the feed additive premix improves the quality of the laying hens while improving the laying rate in the later laying period of the laying hens under the heat stress condition, meets the demands of consumers, and greatly improves the economic benefits of farmers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of poultry feed, and particularly relates to a feed additive premix for improving the laying rate of laying hens and improving the quality of laying hens and application thereof.
Background
The egg laying rate of the laying hens can directly reflect the health condition of the laying hens and indirectly judge whether the laying hen is successfully cultured or not, and is an index which is most concerned by laying hen farmers. At present, in order to save space and greatly reduce breeding cost, an intensive cage breeding mode is adopted, although a larger number of laying hens can be bred in a unit space, more stress factors can be caused to be generated, the situation of laying rate fluctuation is caused to occur frequently, especially when high-temperature or severe cold weather occurs in the later period of laying, the health condition of the laying hens can be seriously influenced, enteritis, salpingitis, fever and other symptoms can occur to cause abnormal reduction of laying rate, and with the fluctuation of the laying rate and the generation of disease symptoms, farmers begin to abuse drugs, the problem is more serious, so that the problem how to effectively reduce the laying rate fluctuation when the laying hens meet the stress condition in the later period of laying is solved, the health condition of the laying hens is improved, and the laying rate of the laying hens is improved.
The result that the quality of the eggs can be obtained only by evaluating the multiple indexes of eggshell strength, eggshell thickness, egg white height, haugh unit, yolk color, yolk score and the like together is judged, and the quality of the eggs directly determines the benefit of farmers. Particularly, when the laying hens enter the later laying period, the health problems of the laying hens occur more frequently in high-temperature and severe cold seasons, and the quality of eggs is reduced more and more due to the fact that a number of eggs such as cracked eggs, spotted eggs and broken eggs are increased, so that the technical problem which needs to be solved urgently is to develop the feed additive capable of effectively improving the quality of the eggs in the later laying period of the laying hens.

Astragalus polysaccharides powder:
the astragalus polysaccharide is the most prominent component of the natural plant astragalus with the immunological activity, has the main functions of enhancing the immunity of the organism, promoting the growth, improving the intestinal microecology, resisting viruses, oxidation, stress and the like, has the characteristics of small toxic and side effect, no drug resistance, no drug residue, no pollution and the like, and is widely applied to the livestock and poultry breeding production.
A microecological preparation:
the clostridium butyricum is a gram-positive anaerobic bacterium, is one of beneficial bacteria in an animal body, can generate a plurality of digestive enzymes when entering the animal body, and has the effects of promoting intestinal development, improving the microecological structure of intestinal flora, protecting the health of intestinal tracts, promoting the absorption of nutrient substances and the like; the bacillus coagulans is a probiotic capable of secreting lactic acid, and can effectively inhibit breeding of harmful bacteria when entering the intestinal tract, so that the intestinal health of livestock and poultry is maintained.
Betaine:
betaine (C) 5 H 11 NO 2 ) The betaine is an alkaloid, is also called trimethylglycine, is one of methyl donors in an organism, exists in various animals and plants, participates in metabolism of protein and fat in the organism, reduces fat accumulation of the organism, maintains cell osmotic pressure, regulates cell electrolyte balance and the like, is widely applied to breeding production of pigs, fishes and poultry, can relieve the organism injury of animals caused by stress by adding the betaine into feed, improves production performance, improves lean meat percentage and the like.
The invention is added into the layer feed and mixed evenly; the addition amount of the feed is 0.1-0.3% of the total weight of the laying hen feed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: experiments show that in summer high-temperature seasons, 55-week-old halan brown laying hens added with the feed additive daily ration are fed, and are fed for about 4 weeks, compared with the situation that only ordinary feed is fed, the problems that the production performance of the laying hens in the later period of laying is reduced and the laying rate is averagely improved by 4.5 percent due to heat stress are solved, the egg height, the yolk color, the Ha's unit and the eggshell thickness of eggs laid by the laying hens are also obviously improved, the quality of concentrated egg white and the ratio of concentrated egg white in the eggs are obviously improved, the quality of thin egg white and the ratio of thin egg white are obviously reduced, and the egg white of the eggs is more viscous, so that the product improves the egg laying rate under the condition of heat stress of the laying hens in the later period of laying eggs, improves the egg quality, meets the requirements of consumers, and greatly improves the economic benefits of farmers.
