Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米复合涂板纸及其制备方法,所述纳米复合涂板纸由基布通过浸渍技术复合纳米纤维制成,所述基布由无机纤维通过湿法抄造制成。所述制备方法为:将无机纤维经碎浆、上浆、布浆、成型、预干燥后制得无机纤维基布;将制备的无机纤维基布浸渍在纳米纤维分散液中,经二次干燥后制得纳米复合涂板纸。本发明不使用粘结剂,制得的涂板纸强度高,可以对极板形成有效的保护;吸酸性能好、电阻低、孔径小,可以延缓或阻止铅枝晶穿刺“第三极”隔膜,提升电池的循环寿命。

Description

一种纳米复合涂板纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米复合涂板纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,“铅蓄电池极板清洁生产技术”有逐步取代传统“重力浇铸”的趋势,铅蓄电池极板清洁生产工艺先通过“铅带连铸连轧”技术将铅锭制作成连续的铅带,再通过“连续冲网(冲孔)技术”或“拉网技术”制造成板栅,然后经“双面涂板机”涂覆铅膏,最后制成铅蓄电池板栅。在连续生产板栅的工艺工程中,需要采用涂板纸附在极板两面,防止铅膏脱落和铅膏粘连在设备上,并防止极板堆叠时相互粘附在一起。有了涂板纸的保护,在极板运输、装配过程中可大大减少铅尘,有利于环保。
现有涂板纸主要由以木浆纤维为主的有机纤维和以玻璃纤维为主的无机纤维通过湿法抄造制成,且在抄纸过程中均需涂覆粘结剂提高纸强度。如中国专利CN112391874A、CN107419590A、CN105064124B等公布的涂板纸生产方法。现有专利技术存在以下技术问题:
1、以木浆纤维为原料制备的涂板纸在后期使用过程中,由于木浆纤维耐酸性较差,会逐渐溶解在酸电解液中,影响电池的充放电性能。
2、以玻璃纤维为原料制备的涂板纸,玻璃纤维结构具有较大的孔径,无法延缓或阻止极板表面积聚的铅枝晶穿刺;另外添加的大量粘合剂会阻碍涂板纸的吸酸能力,增加蓄电池的电阻,从而降低蓄电池的容量和低温下的放电时间。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种纳米复合涂板纸,由基布通过浸渍技术复合纳米纤维制成,所述基布由无机纤维通过湿法抄造制成。
优选所述无机纤维为高碱玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、石英纤维或玄武岩纤维中的至少一种。
优选所述无机纤维的直径为0.3~2.0μm,长度为0.3~5mm。
优选所述纳米纤维为纳米木纤维或纳米芳纶纤维中的至少一种。
优选所述纳米纤维的直径为10~50nm,长度为0.1~0.5mm。
优选所述纳米复合涂板纸的厚度为0.15~0.2mm,强度为0.50~0.65Kn/m,吸酸性能9~10g/g,最大孔径≤11.6μm,电阻为0.0040~0.0055Ω.cm2
上述任意一种纳米复合涂板纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将无机纤维经碎浆、上浆、布浆、成型、预干燥后制得无机纤维基布;
(2)将纳米纤维分散在水相中,制得浓度为0.05~0.3%的纳米纤维分散液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的无机纤维基布浸渍在步骤(2)制备的纳米纤维分散液中,经二次干燥后制得纳米复合涂板纸。
作为优选地,预干燥的温度为70~100℃,时间为30~120s。
作为优选地,浸渍的温度为20~30℃,时间为5~15s。
作为优选地,二次干燥的温度为100~150℃,时间为120~300s。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明通过采用具有高比表面积、优异强度和模量,及良好化学稳定性的纳米纤维与超细无机纤维基布复合制备涂板纸,无需粘结剂,制得的涂板纸强度高,可以对极板形成有效的保护;吸酸性能好、电阻低,后期使用过程中不仅可以保证电池优异的低温起动性能,还可以吸附多余的电解液参与正负极反应,提高电池的容量;孔径小,可以延缓或阻止铅枝晶穿刺“第三极”隔膜,提升电池的循环寿命。
2、采用浸渍法将无机纤维基布与纳米纤维进行复合,依靠毛细管压力使纳米纤维进入无机纤维基布的内部孔道并扩散至基布的表面,复合强度高且孔径细小而丰富,制得的涂板纸吸酸性能好、电阻低,抗穿刺。
3、无机纤维经碎浆、上浆、布浆、成型为湿纸页后通过预干燥,使纤维逐渐靠拢、收缩,纤维间交织点增加,变为具有一定吸附能力及物理强度的干纸页,一方面可以保证后续浸渍工艺的顺利进行,另一方面也可在浸渍步骤中均匀吸附更多的纳米纤维,从而使得二次干燥后制得纳米复合涂板纸的性能更加优异。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明作进一步说明,以便于对本发明的理解,但并不因此而限制本发明。
下述对比例及实施例中所用材料均为市售。
下述对比例及实施例中所用检测标准为:GB/T 28535-2018。
对比例1
采用直径10μm、长度10mm的玻璃纤维原料,经过碎浆、上浆、布浆、成型、施胶、干燥,烘干温度为160℃,制成厚度为0.17mm的涂板纸,检测制得涂板纸的性能见表1。
实施例1
(1)将直径0.8μm、长度1mm的高碱玻璃纤维在PH值2.5下碎浆得到打浆度为40°SR的浆料,将所述浆料通过上浆、布浆、成型得到湿纸页,将所述湿纸页在80℃下预干燥80s时间得到无机纤维基布;
(2)将直径30nm、长度0.3μm的纳米纤维分散在水溶液中,制得浓度为0.05%的纳米纤维分散液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的无机纤维基布在30℃浸渍在0.1%的纳米纤维分散液中5s,在120℃下干燥180s,制得厚度为0.15mm的纳米复合涂板纸。检测制得的纳米复合涂板纸的性能见表1。
实施例2
(1)将直径2μm、长度5mm的陶瓷纤维在PH值2.5下碎浆得到打浆度为30°SR的浆料,将所述浆料通过上浆、布浆、成型得到湿纸页,将所述湿纸页在80℃下预干燥70s时间得到无机纤维基布;
(2)将直径20nm、长度0.2μm的纳米纤维分散在水溶液中,制得浓度为0.1%的纳米纤维分散液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的无机纤维基布在25℃浸渍在0.1%的纳米纤维分散液中10s,在125℃下干燥190s,制得厚度为0.16mm的纳米复合涂板纸。检测制得的纳米复合涂板纸的性能见表1。
实施例3
(1)将直径0.7μm、长度1mm的石英纤维在PH值2.5下碎浆得到打浆度为41°SR的浆料,将所述浆料通过上浆、布浆、成型得到湿纸页,将所述湿纸页在80℃下预干燥75s时间得到无机纤维基布;
(2)将直径15nm、长度0.15μm的纳米纤维分散在水溶液中,制得浓度为0.15%的纳米纤维分散液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的无机纤维基布在30℃浸渍在0.15%的纳米纤维分散液中15s,在120℃下干燥200s,制得厚度为0.17mm纳米复合涂板纸。检测制得的纳米复合涂板纸的性能见表1。
实施例4
(1)将直径0.5μm、长度0.5mm的高碱玻璃纤维在PH值2.5下碎浆得到打浆度为50°SR的浆料,将所述浆料通过上浆、布浆、成型得到湿纸页,将所述湿纸页在80℃下预干燥90s时间得到无机纤维基布;
(2)将直径50nm、长度0.2μm的纳米纤维分散在水溶液中,制得浓度为0.3%的纳米纤维分散液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的无机纤维基布在25℃浸渍在0.1%的纳米纤维分散液中10s,在120℃下干燥180s,制得厚度为0.20mm纳米复合涂板纸。检测制得的纳米复合涂板纸的性能见表1。

Claims (10)

1.一种纳米复合涂板纸,其特征在于,由基布通过浸渍技术复合纳米纤维制成,所述基布由无机纤维通过湿法抄造制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸电池用高强度薄型隔膜,其特征在于,所述无机纤维为高碱玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、石英纤维中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸,其特征在于,所述无机纤维的直径为0.3~2.0μm,长度为0.3~5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维为纳米木纤维或纳米芳纶纤维中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维的直径为10~50nm,长度为0.1~0.5μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸,其特征在于,所述纳米复合涂板纸的厚度10Kpa下为0.15~0.2mm,强度为0.50~0.65Kn/m,吸酸性能9~10g/g,最大孔径≤11.6μm,电阻为0.0040~0.0055Ω.cm2
7.权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将无机纤维经碎浆、上浆、布浆、成型、预干燥后制得无机纤维基布;
(2)将纳米纤维分散在水相中,制得浓度为0.05~0.3%的纳米纤维分散液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的无机纤维基布浸渍在步骤(2)制备的纳米纤维分散液中,经二次干燥后制得纳米复合涂板纸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,预干燥的温度为70~100℃,时间为30~120s。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,浸渍的温度为20~30℃,时间为5~15s。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种纳米复合涂板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,二次干燥的温度为100~150℃,时间为120~300s。
