本发明涉及涂层板技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂层板也叫有机涂层板或预涂钢板,它是以金属卷材(冷轧板、热镀锌板、镀铝板、高铝合金板、不锈钢板等)为基材,在表面涂敷或层压各种有机涂料或塑料薄膜而成。由于它是在冶金工厂完成表面涂层的卷材,可供用户直接加工成产品,所以也称预涂卷材。
彩色涂覆层钢板一般安装于室外,在一些复杂的环境中,钢板表面经常会受到刮蹭,一些抗刮耐磨效果差的彩色涂覆层钢板的表面就容易受到损伤,降低彩色涂覆层钢板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,包括钢板基体,所述钢板基体顶部和底部外壁均涂覆有抗菌层,且抗菌层外壁涂覆有抗静电层,所述抗静电层外壁涂覆有抗刮耐磨层;
所述抗菌层按照重量份数计算,包括水性色浆15-40份、含氟树脂乳液40-60份、助剂0.5-1.2份、丙二醇1.5-2份、环氧固化剂15-20份、硝酸银溶液16-22份;
所述抗静电层按照重量分数计算,包括导电钛白粉45-60份、炭黑20-30份、环氧固化剂12-20份;
所述抗刮耐磨层按照重量份数计算,包括聚酯改性聚硅氧烷25-30份、环氧树脂45-60份、助剂1-2份、环氧固化剂10-15份。
优选地,所述抗菌层的制备方法为,分别取水性色浆15-40份、含氟树脂乳液40-60份和助剂0.5-1.2份放入到16-22份硝酸银溶液中,通过搅拌器搅拌15-20min,最后将混合溶液加入到1.5-2份丙二醇内加热搅拌,冷却至常温。
优选地,所述抗静电层的制备方法为,取45-60份导电钛白粉和20-30份炭黑在砂磨机中高速研磨,研磨15min,得到精细混合粉末,将精细混合粉末放入到12-20份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌10min。
优选地,所述抗刮耐磨层的制备方法为,取25-30份聚酯改性聚硅氧烷放入到45-60份环氧树脂中,并添加助剂1-2份,在温度为50℃的条件下,混合搅拌30min,冷却至常温,最后将混合溶液放入到10-15份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌15min。
优选地,所述混合溶液与丙二醇内的加热温度为45℃,搅拌时间为15min。
优选地,所述钢板基体的厚度为1.2-1.5mm,且钢板基体1表面镀有一层锌层,锌层的厚度为10-12μm。
一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:开卷、调平处理,通过钢板开卷设备和调平设备,将成卷的钢板基体调整到平直状态;
S2:预处理,将钢板基体放入钝化机中进行打磨,直到去除钢板基体表面的钝化层,然后在风机、毛刷的作用下,清理掉钢板基体表面的碎屑,提高表层漆膜的附着力;
S3:抗菌层涂覆处理,先将钢板基体的上下两面均涂覆一层抗菌层,然后将钢板基体放入热风式加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为25-30s,加热温度为150-180℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥;
S4:抗静电层涂覆处理,在抗菌层的表面涂覆一层抗静电层,然后将钢板基体放入热风室加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为20-30s,加热温度为120-160℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥。
S5:抗刮耐磨层涂覆处理,在抗静电层的表面涂覆一层抗刮耐磨层,然后将钢板基体放入热风室加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为30-35s,加热温度为160-180℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥,最终得到抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,聚酯改性聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂的混合物形成的涂层,具有很高的抗刮耐磨特性,提高了彩色涂覆层钢板的使用寿命;
2、本抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,硝酸银中的银离子,具有很好的抗菌性,导电钛白粉和炭黑具有一定的抗静电效果,在取得抗刮耐磨的优点时,也能够同时具备抗菌性和抗静电性,大大提高了彩色涂覆层钢板的使用范围。

实施例1,参照图1,一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,包括钢板基体1,钢板基体1顶部和底部外壁均涂覆有抗菌层2,且抗菌层2外壁涂覆有抗静电层3,抗静电层3外壁涂覆有抗刮耐磨层4,钢板基体1的厚度为1.2mm,且钢板基体1表面镀有一层锌层,锌层的厚度为10μm;
抗菌层2按照重量份数计算,包括水性色浆15份、含氟树脂乳液40份、助剂0.5份、丙二醇1.5份、环氧固化剂15份、硝酸银溶液16份,抗菌层2的制备方法为,分别取水性色浆15份、含氟树脂乳液40份和助剂0.5份放入到16份硝酸银溶液中,通过搅拌器搅拌15min,最后将混合溶液加入到1.5份丙二醇内加热搅拌,冷却至常温,混合溶液与丙二醇内的加热温度为45℃,搅拌时间为15min;
抗静电层3按照重量分数计算,包括导电钛白粉45份、炭黑20份、环氧固化剂12份,抗静电层3的制备方法为,取50份导电钛白粉和25份炭黑在砂磨机中高速研磨,研磨15min,得到精细混合粉末,将精细混合粉末放入到12份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌10min;
抗刮耐磨层4按照重量份数计算,包括聚酯改性聚硅氧烷25份、环氧树脂45份、助剂1份、环氧固化剂10份,抗刮耐磨层4的制备方法为,取25份聚酯改性聚硅氧烷放入到45份环氧树脂中,并添加助剂1份,在温度为50℃的条件下,混合搅拌30min,冷却至常温,最后将混合溶液放入到10份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌15min。
一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

实施例2,参照图1,一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,包括钢板基体1,钢板基体1顶部和底部外壁均涂覆有抗菌层2,且抗菌层2外壁涂覆有抗静电层3,抗静电层3外壁涂覆有抗刮耐磨层4,钢板基体1的厚度为1.5mm,且钢板基体1表面镀有一层锌层,锌层的厚度为12μm;
抗菌层2按照重量份数计算,包括水性色浆40份、含氟树脂乳液60份、助剂1.2份、丙二醇2份、环氧固化剂20份、硝酸银溶液22份,抗菌层2的制备方法为,分别取水性色浆40份、含氟树脂乳液60份和助剂1.2份放入到22份硝酸银溶液中,通过搅拌器搅拌20min,最后将混合溶液加入到2份丙二醇内加热搅拌,冷却至常温,混合溶液与丙二醇内的加热温度为45℃,搅拌时间为15min;
抗静电层3按照重量分数计算,包括导电钛白粉60份、炭黑30份、环氧固化剂20份,抗静电层3的制备方法为,取50份导电钛白粉和25份炭黑在砂磨机中高速研磨,研磨15min,得到精细混合粉末,将精细混合粉末放入到12份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌10min;
抗刮耐磨层4按照重量份数计算,包括聚酯改性聚硅氧烷30份、环氧树脂60份、助剂2份、环氧固化剂15份,抗刮耐磨层4的制备方法为,取30份聚酯改性聚硅氧烷放入到50份环氧树脂中,并添加助剂1份,在温度为50℃的条件下,混合搅拌30min,冷却至常温,最后将混合溶液放入到15份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌15min。
一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:开卷、调平处理,通过钢板开卷设备和调平设备,将成卷的钢板基体1调整到平直状态;
S2:预处理,将钢板基体1放入钝化机中进行打磨,直到去除钢板基体1表面的钝化层,然后在风机、毛刷的作用下,清理掉钢板基体1表面的碎屑,提高表层漆膜的附着力;
S3:抗菌层2涂覆处理,先将钢板基体1的上下两面均涂覆一层抗菌层2,然后将钢板基体1放入热风式加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为30s,加热温度为180℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥;
S4:抗静电层3涂覆处理,在抗菌层2的表面涂覆一层抗静电层3,然后将钢板基体1放入热风室加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为30s,加热温度为160℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥。
S5:抗刮耐磨层4涂覆处理,在抗静电层3的表面涂覆一层抗刮耐磨层4,然后将钢板基体1放入热风室加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为35s,加热温度为180℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥,最终得到抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板。
通过实施例1和实施例2中的数据进行对比,可得出实施例2中所得到的彩色涂覆层钢板,其抗菌、抗静电和抗刮耐磨的效果优于实施例1中得到的彩色涂覆层钢板。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,包括钢板基体(1),其特征在于,所述钢板基体(1)顶部和底部外壁均涂覆有抗菌层(2),且抗菌层(2)外壁涂覆有抗静电层(3),所述抗静电层(3)外壁涂覆有抗刮耐磨层(4);
所述抗菌层(2)按照重量份数计算,包括水性色浆15-40份、含氟树脂乳液40-60份、助剂0.5-1.2份、丙二醇1.5-2份、环氧固化剂15-20份、硝酸银溶液16-22份;
所述抗静电层(3)按照重量分数计算,包括导电钛白粉45-60份、炭黑20-30份、环氧固化剂12-20份;
所述抗刮耐磨层(4)按照重量份数计算,包括聚酯改性聚硅氧烷25-30份、环氧树脂45-60份、助剂1-2份、环氧固化剂10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,其特征在于,所述抗菌层(2)的制备方法为,分别取水性色浆25份、含氟树脂乳液50份和助剂1份放入到20份硝酸银溶液中,通过搅拌器搅拌15-20min,最后将混合溶液加入到1.8份丙二醇内加热搅拌,冷却至常温。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,其特征在于,所述抗静电层(3)的制备方法为,取50份导电钛白粉和25份炭黑在砂磨机中高速研磨,研磨15min,得到精细混合粉末,将精细混合粉末放入到12份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,其特征在于,所述抗刮耐磨层(4)的制备方法为,取30份聚酯改性聚硅氧烷放入到50份环氧树脂中,并添加助剂1份,在温度为50℃的条件下,混合搅拌30min,冷却至常温,最后将混合溶液放入到15份环氧固化剂中,常温下,混合搅拌15min。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板,其特征在于,所述混合溶液与丙二醇内的加热温度为45℃,搅拌时间为15min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述钢板基体(1)的厚度为1.2-1.5mm,且钢板基体(1)表面镀有一层锌层,锌层的厚度为10-12μm。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:开卷、调平处理,通过钢板开卷设备和调平设备,将成卷的钢板基体(1)调整到平直状态;

S4:抗静电层(3)涂覆处理,在抗菌层(2)的表面涂覆一层抗静电层(3),然后将钢板基体(1)放入热风室加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为20-30s,加热温度为120-160℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥。
S5:抗刮耐磨层(4)涂覆处理,在抗静电层(3)的表面涂覆一层抗刮耐磨层(4),然后将钢板基体(1)放入热风室加热固化炉内进行加热固化,加热时间为30-35s,加热温度为160-180℃,然后通过水冷的方式冷却到常温,并进行干燥,最终得到抗刮耐磨彩色涂覆层钢板。
