The method comprises the following steps: weighing sufficient red beans, peanuts, red dates, longan, lotus seeds, peach kernels and pine nuts, proportioning, mixing, soaking, cleaning and airing the mixed raw materials, grinding the uniformly mixed raw materials by using a grinding machine after airing, sieving the ground mixture, and continuously grinding the mixture which cannot be sieved to obtain a ground mixture;
step two: placing the ground mixture into a sterilization pot, pre-boiling, steaming, sterilizing and cooling, and filtering to remove water to obtain a standby raw material;
step three: mixing brown sugar, water, lotus root starch, lily extract, wolfberry extract, tremella extract and standby raw materials, adding red phaffia yeast powder and aspartame into the mixture, and filling the mixture to be filled;
step three: filling and sealing the mixture to be filled, and degassing and sealing by using a vacuum machine to obtain the eight-treasure porridge to be gelatinized;
step four: cooking and sterilizing the eight-treasure porridge to be gelatinized at the high temperature of 120 ℃, and cooking and pasting the porridge by high-temperature sterilization;
step five: and packaging the gelatinized eight-treasure porridge and warehousing.
Example 2: the invention relates to a formula of eight-treasure porridge with astaxanthin, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 210 parts of water, 40 parts of lotus root starch, 30 parts of red beans, 30 parts of peanuts, 20 parts of red dates, 20 parts of longan, 7 parts of lotus seeds, 6 parts of peach kernels, 4 parts of pine nuts, 14 parts of brown sugar, 5 parts of lily extracts, 5 parts of wolfberry extracts, 5 parts of tremella extracts, 10 parts of astaxanthin and 0.75 part of aspartame.

Example 3: the invention relates to a formula of astaxanthin-added eight-treasure porridge, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 220 parts of water, 50 parts of lotus root starch, 40 parts of red beans, 40 parts of peanuts, 30 parts of red dates, 30 parts of longan, 9 parts of lotus seeds, 8 parts of peach kernels, 6 parts of pine nuts, 18 parts of brown sugar, 7 parts of lily extracts, 7 parts of wolfberry extracts, 7 parts of tremella extracts, 2 parts of astaxanthin and 1 part of aspartame.

The formula of the astaxanthin-added eight-treasure porridge is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 200-220 parts of water, 30-50 parts of lotus root starch, 20-40 parts of red beans, 20-40 parts of peanuts, 10-30 parts of red dates, 10-30 parts of longan, 5-9 parts of lotus seeds, 4-8 parts of peach kernels, 2-6 parts of pine nuts, 10-18 parts of brown sugar, 3-7 parts of lily extracts, 3-7 parts of wolfberry extracts, 3-7 parts of tremella extracts, 8-12 parts of astaxanthin and 0.5-1 part of aspartame.

The formula of the eight-treasure porridge with the added astaxanthin according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 205-215 parts of water, 35-45 parts of lotus root starch, 25-35 parts of red bean, 25-35 parts of peanut, 15-25 parts of red date, 15-25 parts of longan, 6-8 parts of lotus seed, 5-7 parts of peach kernel, 3-5 parts of pine nut kernel, 12-16 parts of brown sugar, 4-6 parts of lily extract, 4-6 parts of medlar extract, 4-6 parts of tremella extract, 9-11 parts of astaxanthin and 0.6-0.9 part of aspartame.

The formula of the eight-treasure porridge with the added astaxanthin according to claim 2 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 210 parts of water, 40 parts of lotus root starch, 30 parts of red beans, 30 parts of peanuts, 20 parts of red dates, 20 parts of longan, 7 parts of lotus seeds, 6 parts of peach kernels, 4 parts of pine nuts, 14 parts of brown sugar, 5 parts of lily extracts, 5 parts of wolfberry extracts, 5 parts of tremella extracts, 10 parts of astaxanthin and 0.75 part of aspartame.
4. The preparation method of the formula of the eight-treasure porridge added with the astaxanthin is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step three: mixing brown sugar, water, lotus root starch, lily extract, wolfberry extract, tremella extract and standby raw materials, adding red phaffia yeast powder and aspartame into the mixture, and filling the mixture to be filled;
step three: filling and sealing the mixture to be filled, and degassing and sealing by using a vacuum machine to obtain the eight-treasure porridge to be gelatinized;
step four: cooking and sterilizing the eight-treasure porridge to be gelatinized at the high temperature of 120-130 ℃, and cooking and pasting the porridge to be gelatinized at the high temperature;
step five: and packaging the gelatinized eight-treasure porridge and putting the eight-treasure porridge into a warehouse.
