Description

Double-sided lattice jacquard cloth and weaving method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile, in particular to double-sided check jacquard cloth and a weaving method thereof, which improve the problem of weft bowing of the check jacquard cloth.
Background
The knitted fabric is formed by sequentially bending one or a plurality of weft-fed yarns into a series of loops by a knitting needle and then stringing the newly generated loops with the old loops. In the knitted fabric market, it is very common to knit double-sided lattice jacquard cloth.
Double-sided lattice jacquard is generally knitted on a knitting machine (circular knitting machine) with two needle beds, needle grooves of an upper needle cylinder and a lower needle cylinder are staggered and aligned, and upper knitting needles and lower knitting needles are also staggered and aligned. The patterns can be formed on one side of the fabric or on both sides of the fabric at the same time, and most of the patterns adopt jacquard on the front side and non-jacquard on the back side of the fabric. The front pattern is generally formed by selecting needles of a lower needle cylinder according to pattern requirements by a needle selecting device, and the reverse surface without jacquard is formed by adopting simpler tissues. The specific structure of the front face can vary by thousands of kinds according to the front face flower type. At present, in most double-sided lattice jacquard cloth, the problem of bowing and weft of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth frequently occurs due to improper design of a front weave, so that the strip and lattice alignment of the garment is difficult, and the aesthetic property of the garment is poor.
In view of this, the present inventors have devised a double-sided lattice jacquard cloth and a weave thereof through trial and error based on production design experience conducted in the art and related fields for many years, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

Detailed Description
The details of the invention will be more clearly understood in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and description of specific embodiments of the invention. However, the specific embodiments of the invention described herein are for the purpose of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention in any way. Given the teachings of the present invention, one of ordinary skill in the related art will contemplate any possible modification based on the present invention, and such should be considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a double-sided lattice jacquard fabric, which is woven by yarns with two colors or more than two colors, wherein the front surface of the double-sided lattice jacquard fabric has lattice patterns, the back surface of the double-sided lattice jacquard fabric has two structures of looping and floating lines, and each color is uniformly distributed to form a sesame dot effect.
The invention also provides a weave method of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth, which utilizes yarns with two or more colors to weave the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth, and when the front surface (lower disc weave) of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth adopts a lattice pattern formed by different modulus complementary weave methods, a specific weave design method must be satisfied, namely: the front lattice pattern can not be designed by using the complementary knitting method and the full-knitting method at the same time, and the pattern knitting method at each position can only be realized by selecting the complementary knitting method singly or selecting the full-knitting method singly, so that the warp and weft directional stress of the whole loop of the fabric is average, the loop size is balanced, and the problem of the arch and weft of the lattice fabric is solved. It should be noted that the "sesame pit" effect refers to that the color effect of the reverse side pattern (upper knitting method) is uniformly distributed, and the specific structure is shown in fig. 1; instead of the same horizontal row or the same vertical row being the same color as shown in fig. 16, 18.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, each row of loops on the opposite side (upper weave) of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth is woven by a complementary weave using two or more yarns.
In an alternative example of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth is woven by using yarns with two colors a/B; the yarn row is ABAB (one letter represents one yarn, the same letter represents the same-color yarn), and 4 modes are circulated; the upper disc of the knitting machine is provided with 2 knitting needles and has only two structures of looping and floating yarns. For convenience of description, in this specification, the term "high" will be used to refer to "looping" and the term "low" will be used to refer to "floating line". When the first needle-out mode of the upper disc of the basic knitting method of the back surface is "high-low" and the second needle-out mode of the upper disc is "low-high-low", the knitting method of the corresponding upper disc is shown in fig. 2, the knitting method can be used for knitting the knitting method to have the effect of "sesame points" shown in fig. 1 (the upper disc, namely the knitting method of the back surface is mainly taught herein, so that the knitting method of the lower disc, namely the front surface, is ignored first).
In an alternative example of this embodiment, the lattice pattern includes a net lattice and a non-net lattice, and the reverse side of the net lattice and the reverse side of the non-net lattice are woven according to the same basic weave complementary to each other in two patterns.
The front face pattern (upper knitting method) adopts a two-mode complementary knitting method for the non-color-purifying part, and adopts a two-mode complementary knitting method for the non-color-purifying part to balance the stress of the coil; the weaving method of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth has the advantages that the warp and weft directions of the whole loops of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth are stressed evenly, the sizes of the loops are balanced, so that the problem of bow and weft of the knitted double-sided lattice jacquard cloth is successfully prevented and improved on the aspect of the weaving method, the patterns of the cloth surfaces are straight, no obvious bending exists, the patterns are attractive, the clothing making and the strip-to-lattice alignment are facilitated, and the clothing making attractiveness is improved.
To further illustrate the features and advantages of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth and its weave according to the present invention, a comparison will be made to illustrate what happens with lattice jacquard cloth if it is not woven according to the weave according to the present invention. Specifically, if the front non-color-purifying lattice is patterned by a complementary weave and the front color-purifying lattice is patterned by a full-loop weave, then the front lattice pattern will form an arcuate weft, resembling a "serpentine pattern". Affecting the beautiful appearance of the check and being unfavorable for the making of the ready-made clothes.
In addition, if the yarn is arranged as ABAB, but when the first needle-out mode of the upper disc is "high-low" (the second needle-out mode of the upper disc corresponding to the same is "low-high"), the corresponding upper disc weave is as shown in fig. 17, the reverse pattern effect will be the horizontal stripe effect as shown in fig. 16; when the first needle of the upper tray is in the high-low mode (the second needle of the upper tray corresponding to the same is in the low-high mode), the corresponding upper tray weave is shown in fig. 19, and then the reverse pattern effect is as shown in fig. 18. The phenomenon that the cloth cover is bent and the lines are not straight can be caused no matter the transverse stripes or the vertical stripes appear on the back surface of the lattice jacquard cloth, and the attractiveness of the lattice patterns is affected.
In an alternative example of this embodiment, the lattice pattern includes a net lattice and a non-net lattice, and the reverse side of the net lattice and the reverse side of the non-net lattice are woven in a complementary weave.
Specifically, when a net lattice pattern in a lattice pattern requires 2 or more rows of surface stitches, and 4 or more stitches are formed-for example, when a pattern like that of fig. 3 is woven, which is a large lattice pattern composed of net lattices of 3 parts and a part of Oxford lattices, if one of the square small lattices represents one surface stitch, it can be seen from fig. 3 that the net lattices of the net lattice pattern are at least 2 or more rows of surface stitches, and 4 or more stitches are formed-then the basic weave pattern is adjusted so that the lower disc (i.e., front) weave of each part of the pattern is designed in accordance with the complementary principle, and so that the complementary basic weave pattern is designed to be as close as possible to the complementary basic weave pattern of a non-net lattice in the pattern, so that the stitches are balanced in stress, that is, "one-place complementary, where complementary".
In an alternative example, the complementary weave includes a two-mode complementary weave, a three-mode complementary weave, or a more-mode complementary weave.
The method is specifically set by adopting a weave method with complementary modes, and comprehensively evaluating the weave of each part of the overall pattern. The complementary weave is exemplified by a single-sided weave (double-sided weave and so on); as shown in fig. 4, a 2-mode complementary weave may be employed; as shown in fig. 5, a 3-mode complementary weave may also be used; as shown in fig. 6, a 4-mode complementary weave may also be used. It should be noted that the same modulus complements may be of different designs, 1-needle-at-1-needle complements, 2-needle-at-2-needle complements, etc., and thus do not represent the case of a 2-mold complementary weave as shown in fig. 4, or a 3-mold complementary weave as shown in fig. 5, etc.
In an alternative example, as shown in fig. 3, because the pattern of the Oxford part can be formed by a 2-mode complementary weave, in order to equalize the coil stress and the coil size of each part, the pattern of the rest parts is also suggested to be implemented by a 2-mode complementary weave (all refer to a front or bottom plate weave).
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the lattice pattern includes a plurality of net color lattices of different colors.
In an alternative example of this embodiment, the opposite sides of each net lattice are woven according to complementary weave, respectively.
The pattern can be realized by adopting a complementary knitting method of the lower disc 2F at each net color lattice part, and assuming that the color A is one color (for example dark gray) and the color B is another color (for example white), when the yarn row is ABAB and the first needle-out mode of the upper disc is 'high-low-high', the basic knitting method of the lower disc of the B color lattice pattern is shown in fig. 9, and the basic knitting method of the upper disc of the A color lattice is shown in fig. 8.
In another alternative example of this embodiment, the opposite sides of each net lattice are knitted separately in a full-out knitting process, i.e. "one full-out, everywhere full-out". Generally, we call "needle out" a loop, and "all out" a weave, namely: one row of loops on the surface of the fabric is formed by one-die full-loop (all out-stitches).
For example, a double-sided lattice jacquard pattern, also of the pattern type of fig. 7, is used with two yarn-dyed fabrics a/B; assuming that the color A is dark gray and the color B is white, when the yarn discharge is ABAB and the first needle discharge mode of the upper disc is high and low, the front net color grids of the upper disc can be realized by the complementary knitting method of the figure 8 and the figure 9 and can also be realized by the full needle discharge of the same mould, so that the knitting methods of the net color grids of the upper disc can be respectively shown in the figure 10 and the figure 11, and in the figure 10, the upper disc only has the full needle discharge of the 2 nd mould, the upper disc of the other 3 moulds does not work, in the figure 11, the upper disc only has the full needle discharge of the 1 st mould, the upper disc of the other 3 moulds does not work, and the upper disc knitting methods of the upper disc and the lower disc are consistent.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the yarns of each color are single count yarns. The single yarn branch is selected instead of the thick and thin yarn branch, so that stress on all parts of the fabric is consistent, the same yarn branch can keep consistency of thickness, tightness, flatness and the like of all parts of the fabric, and the problems of wrinkling, uneven cloth cover, inconsistent tightness and the like of the fabric due to inconsistent thickness of the yarn branch can be avoided.
Preferably, the yarn gauge is typically 20 to 70 inches.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth is knitted by a double-sided jacquard circular knitting machine, and the upper disc knitting needles and the lower disc knitting needles of the double-sided jacquard circular knitting machine are arranged in a staggered manner. That is, the gaps between the upper tray knitting needles are opposite to the lower tray knitting needles, and the gaps between the lower tray knitting needles are opposite to the upper tray knitting needles. The double-sided lattice jacquard woven by the structure is in a rib structure (namely a double-sided staggered needle structure), as shown in fig. 12, the staggered needle structures are arranged at intervals, so that the fabric has higher elasticity; and the staggered needle structure ensures that the upper and lower discs of the fabric have an interlocking function, so that the fabric structure is stable. In addition, the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth sometimes adopts a relatively large pattern, and is not a small jacquard of a few millimeters, so that the weave is relatively complex, and the electronic needle selection operation of the circular knitting machine (knitting machine) can be simpler by adopting a staggered needle structure. The loom with the needle alignment structure as shown in fig. 15 needs to select a special high butt and a special low butt, namely, the upper disc needs to be provided with a high butt and a low butt, and the lower disc needs to be provided with a knitting needle with a high butt and a low butt, and the needle head is opposite to the needle head; the needle is relatively complex and if the upper disc is used for needle discharging, the lower disc cannot be used for needle discharging, otherwise, the needle is hit, and the limitation is large. The invention adopts a double-sided staggered structure, as shown in figure 12, the knitting needles with high and low butts are not needed, and the upper dial knitting needles and the lower dial knitting needles are staggered.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the weave of the double-sided lattice jacquard cloth 100 according to the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to an embodiment, which includes the following steps:
and step 1, analyzing the pattern, and determining the adopted weave scheme. FIG. 13 is a grid pattern of one type of grid pattern containing both net color grids of different sizes and double color Oxford grids, a full-color grid of 3, net color grids of 3 colors, and double color Oxford grids of 3 different color combinations; through analysis, the front side, namely the lower disc, can be uniformly designed by adopting 2-mode complementation for lower disc weave, the color purifying part is the same-color complementation, and the double-color Oxford lattice is designed by double-color complementation according to the colors.
And 2, designing an upper disc according to the sesame dot effect, and avoiding the phenomenon that the reverse surface of the fabric is transversely or vertically striped to influence the reverse surface appearance.
Step 3, in summary, determining that yarn arrangement and needle arrangement are:
yarn discharge: ABCABC (6 model, A: white, B: dark red, C: deep army blue)
First needle-out mode of upper disc: height and height of the frame high-low-) the height of the lower part is higher than the height of the upper part.
The yarn support uses 30S/1 combed cotton yarn and matches 18G 30' 1680N knitting double-sided full-computer jacquard circular machine according to the demand of customers.
And step 4, finishing by adopting resin, singeing and enzyme washing.
And 5, carrying out production, wherein the specific production process is as follows: the method comprises the steps of weaving a blank by an external weaving machine, opening, inspecting cloth, preparing cloth, singeing on double sides, washing water (enzyme washing), opening, squeezing water by an opening machine, drying by SANTEX, shaping and detecting.
The finished double-sided lattice jacquard cloth 100 is produced by adopting the weaving method, and the cloth cover has flat and straight lines, no obvious bow latitude, and is convenient for making clothes and aligning strips and lattices, so that the patterns of the ready-made clothes are square and beautiful.
The detailed explanation of the embodiments described above is only for the purpose of explaining the present invention so as to enable a better understanding of the present invention, but the descriptions should not be construed as limiting the present invention in any way, and in particular, the respective features described in the different embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other to constitute other embodiments, and these features should be understood as being applicable to any one embodiment, except for the explicitly contrary descriptions.
