The present embodiment provides a knitted component 1 having irregular through zigzag patterns 121. The knitted component 1 is integrally knitted, the knitted component 1 comprising a first stitch. The first stitch comprises a first face layer 11, a zigzag layer 12, a first middle layer 13 and a first bottom layer 14. The first bottom layer 14 is woven under the first surface layer 11, the zigzag pattern layer 12 is woven between the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 14, and the first middle layer 13 is woven between the zigzag pattern layer 12 and the first bottom layer 14.
The first facing 11 comprises at least one first yarn, which is knitted with a needle-like fabric to form the first facing 11.
The zigzag pattern layer 12 at least comprises a third yarn, and the third yarn is knitted to form the zigzag pattern layer 12 after needle turning action is performed at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11. The meandering layer 12 includes at least one meandering pattern 121. The third yarn is knitted by surface knitting or/and bottom stitch knitting at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11, and is knitted by empty needle at the surface knitting position of the first surface layer 11 to form the zigzag lines 121.
The first intermediate layer 13 comprises at least one fourth yarn, the fourth yarn is knitted by empty needles at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11, and the first intermediate layer 13 is formed by alternately knitting by bottom hanging meshes and surface hanging meshes at the surface knitting position of the first surface layer 11.
The first bottom layer 14 includes at least one second yarn that is ground knit to form the first bottom layer 14.
In the embodiment, the first yarn is utilized to perform the needle-separating surface knitting action when the first surface layer 11 is knitted, the empty needle position is reserved, so that the third yarn can perform the needle turning action on the empty needle position reserved in advance in the process of knitting the zigzag pattern layer 12, and further the zigzag patterns 121 on the zigzag pattern layer 12 have the elegant and random sense, the visual experience sense of the knitted component 1 is greatly improved, and the eyeballs of consumers can be attracted. The present embodiment provides a knitted component 1 having irregular through zigzag patterns 121. The knitted component 1 is integrally knitted, the knitted component 1 comprising a first stitch. The first stitch comprises a first face layer 11, a zigzag layer 12, a first middle layer 13 and a first bottom layer 14. The first bottom layer 14 is woven under the first surface layer 11, the zigzag pattern layer 12 is woven between the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 14, and the first middle layer 13 is woven between the zigzag pattern layer 12 and the first bottom layer 14.
The first facing 11 comprises at least one first yarn, which is knitted with a needle-like fabric to form the first facing 11.
The zigzag pattern layer 12 at least comprises a third yarn, and the third yarn is knitted to form the zigzag pattern layer 12 after needle turning action is performed at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11. The meandering layer 12 includes at least one meandering pattern 121. The third yarn is knitted by surface knitting or/and bottom stitch knitting at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11, and is knitted by empty needle at the surface knitting position of the first surface layer 11 to form the zigzag lines 121.
The first intermediate layer 13 comprises at least one fourth yarn, the fourth yarn is knitted by empty needles at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11, and the first intermediate layer 13 is formed by alternately knitting by bottom hanging meshes and surface hanging meshes at the surface knitting position of the first surface layer 11.
The first bottom layer 14 includes at least one second yarn that is ground knit to form the first bottom layer 14.
The present embodiment also provides a knitting method of a knitted component 1 having irregular through meanders, comprising the steps of:
a material preparation step: selecting a knitting material according to the technological requirements of the pattern and style of the knitting part 1;
braiding: the corresponding knitting program is led into a knitting machine, corresponding parameters are input, and the knitting part 1 is knitted;
ironing: ironing the knitted component 1;
and (3) air cooling: and (3) air-cooling the knitted component 1 after ironing to form a finished product of the knitted component 1.
Wherein the braiding step comprises braiding of the first surface layer 11, braiding of the first bottom layer 14, braiding of the first middle layer 13 and braiding of the zigzag pattern layer 12. The method comprises the following steps:
the first surface layer 11 is knitted by a first yarn as a needle-separating surface;
the zigzag layer 12 is knitted by a third yarn at the empty needle position of the first yarn;
the first middle layer 13 is knitted by knitting a fourth yarn by making an empty needle at an empty needle position of the first yarn and alternatively knitting a bottom stitch and a surface stitch at a surface knitting position of the first yarn;
the first bottom layer 14 is knitted with a second yarn as a bottom knit.
Referring to fig. 4-5, fig. 4 is a weave diagram of a knitted component having irregular open zig-zag patterns in some embodiments of the present application; fig. 5 is a second weave pattern of a knitted component having irregular through-going zig-zag texture in some embodiments of the present application.
In this embodiment, a local knitting method of the knitted component 1 having the irregular through zigzag lines 121 is as follows:
in the figure, yarn a is a first yarn, yarn B is a second yarn, yarn C is a fourth yarn, and yarn D is a third yarn.
The 1 st to 3 rd weaving rows are the bottom weaving action by the yarn A;
the 4 th knitting row is to move the corresponding knitting row D yarn upper loop to the right by 1 needle position, and then turn over the needle to the back needle bed;
the 5 th to 8 th weaving rows are made by the yarn A as the bottom weaving action;
the 8 th knitting row is the needle turning knitting action of turning the corresponding D yarn front needle bed coil to the back needle bed;
the 9 th and 10 th knitting rows are made by the B yarn for surface knitting and the empty needle for needle separation knitting;
the 11 th knitting row is a regular needle-separating knitting motion of taking a C yarn as a bottom hanging mesh, a hollow needle, a surface hanging mesh and a hollow needle;
the 12 th knitting row is a regular needle-separating knitting motion of taking a surface hanging mesh, an empty needle, a bottom hanging mesh and an empty needle by using a C yarn;
the 13 th and 14 th knitting rows are knitted by B yarns;
the knitting needle positions of the 9 th to 14 th knitting rows are the same;
the 15 th knitting line is formed by knitting the D yarn on the corresponding knitting line in a face knitting mode, a bottom hanging eye knitting mode and an empty needle knitting mode;
the 16 th to 18 th weaving rows are made by the yarn A as the bottom weaving action;
the 19 th knitting line is to move the corresponding knitting line D yarn upper loop to the right by 1 needle position, then turn over the needle to the back needle bed, and the knitting position is offset by 6 needle positions than the 4 th knitting line;
the 20 th to 22 th weaving rows are made by the yarn A as the bottom weaving action;
the 23 rd knitting row is the needle turning knitting action of turning the corresponding D yarn front needle bed coil to the back needle bed;
the 24 th and 25 th knitting rows are made by the B yarn for surface knitting and the empty needle for needle separation knitting;
the 26 th knitting row is a regular needle-separating knitting motion of taking a C yarn as a bottom hanging mesh, a hollow needle, a surface hanging mesh and a hollow needle;
the 27 th knitting row is a regular needle-separating knitting motion of taking a surface hanging mesh, an empty needle, a bottom hanging mesh and an empty needle by using a C yarn;
the 28 th and 29 th knitting rows are made by the B yarn for surface knitting and the empty needle for needle separation knitting;
the 30 th knitting line is formed by knitting the D yarn on the corresponding knitting column, knitting the bottom hanging mesh and knitting the empty needle, the knitting position is consistent with the knitting position of the 15 th knitting line, the knitting motion of the bottom hanging mesh is formed on the needle position of the 15 th knitting line, and the knitting motion is formed on the needle position of the bottom hanging mesh;
the 31 st to 60 th knitting lines are repeated knitting of the 1 st to 30 th knitting lines, and knitting positions are deviated by 6 needle positions;
the 1 st to 60 th weave rows are the smallest circulating elements of the irregularly penetrating meandering lines 121.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an upper with irregular through-going zig-zag texture in accordance with some embodiments of the present application.
The present embodiment provides an upper 2. The upper 2 comprises a knitted component 1 having an irregular, open, zig-zag pattern 121. The knitted component 1 is located at the instep, toe, heel, ankle of the upper 2, lateral to the upper 2.
The knitted component 1 is integrally knitted, the knitted component 1 comprising a first stitch. The first stitch comprises a first face layer 11, a zigzag layer 12, a first middle layer 13 and a first bottom layer 14. The first bottom layer 14 is woven under the first surface layer 11, the zigzag pattern layer 12 is woven between the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 14, and the first middle layer 13 is woven between the zigzag pattern layer 12 and the first bottom layer 14.
The first facing 11 comprises at least one first yarn, which is knitted with a needle-like fabric to form the first facing 11.
The zigzag pattern layer 12 at least comprises a third yarn, and the third yarn is knitted to form the zigzag pattern layer 12 after needle turning action is performed at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11. The meandering layer 12 includes at least one meandering pattern 121. The third yarn is knitted by surface knitting or/and bottom stitch knitting at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11, and is knitted by empty needle at the surface knitting position of the first surface layer 11 to form the zigzag lines 121.
The first intermediate layer 13 comprises at least one fourth yarn, the fourth yarn is knitted by empty needles at the empty needle position of the first surface layer 11, and the first intermediate layer 13 is formed by alternately knitting by bottom hanging meshes and surface hanging meshes at the surface knitting position of the first surface layer 11.
The first bottom layer 14 includes at least one second yarn that is ground knit to form the first bottom layer 14.

Claims (11)

1. A knitted component having irregular open and tortuous texture comprising a knitted component integrally knit, the knitted component comprising a first knit stitch comprising:
the first surface layer at least comprises a first yarn, and the first yarn is knitted by a needle-separating surface to form the first surface layer;
a first bottom layer woven below the first face layer and comprising at least one second yarn, the second yarn being woven as a bottom to form the first bottom layer;
and the zigzag line layer is woven between the first surface layer and the first bottom layer and at least comprises a third yarn, and the third yarn is woven to form the zigzag line layer after the needle turning action is carried out on the empty needle position of the first surface layer.
2. The knitted component with irregular transparent zigzag patterns according to claim 1, wherein the first knitted texture further comprises a first intermediate layer, the first intermediate layer comprises at least one fourth yarn, the fourth yarn is knitted with empty needles at empty needle positions of the first face layer, and the face knitting positions of the first face layer are knitted with bottom stitches and face stitches alternately to form the first intermediate layer.
3. The knitted component with irregular transparent zigzag patterns according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the zigzag pattern layer at least comprises one zigzag pattern, the third yarn is knitted by surface knitting or/and bottom stitch knitting at an empty needle position of the first surface layer, and the zigzag pattern is formed by empty needle knitting at an empty needle knitting position of the first surface layer.
4. A knitted component having irregular transparent zigzag patterns according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the stitch locations of every adjacent two rows are not uniform.
5. A knitted component having irregular through zigzag patterns according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the first face layer has a number of open needles of at least 1 needle.
6. The knitted component having irregular through zigzag patterns according to claim 5, wherein the first facing layer has a space count of 1 needle to 5 needles.
7. A knitted component having irregular transparent zigzag patterns according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the number of space stitches per adjacent void in the first face layer is not uniform.
8. The knitted component having irregular through zigzag patterns according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first yarn is a transparent yarn.
9. A knitted component having irregular transparent zigzag patterns according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the third yarn is a coloured yarn.
10. An upper comprising a knitted component having irregular through-going zig-zag texture as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. An upper according to claim 10, wherein the knitted component is located at one or more of an instep, toe, heel, ankle, side of the upper.
