The second knitting area 142 is formed by the third yarn 131 being moved to the first surface layer 11 or/and the first bottom layer 12 by alternating front and back stitch and being cross-knitted with the first yarn 111 or/and the second yarn 121. In other words, the zigzag lines 14 are fixedly connected with the first surface layer 11 or/and the first bottom layer 12 in the first knitting area 141, and the zigzag lines 14 are moved to the first surface layer 11 or/and the first bottom layer 12 in the second knitting area 142 through alternating front-back needle turning and are connected with the first surface layer 11 or/and the first bottom layer 12, so that the zigzag lines 14 have controllability, the structural stability of the zigzag lines 13 in the vamp body is greatly improved, and the vamp body has layering and regularity, thereby solving the problem of the random regularity of the zigzag lines 14 in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a yarn interweaving diagram of a second stitch in a novel visual inside meander line knitted upper according to the present invention.
The second stitch 2 comprises a second face layer 21, a second bottom layer 22 woven under the second face layer 21. The second surface layer 21 comprises at least one fourth yarn 211, and the fourth yarn 211 is woven to form the second surface layer 21; the second bottom layer 22 includes at least one fifth yarn 221, and the fifth yarn 221 is woven to form the second bottom layer 22.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a novel knitted vamp with visible internal zigzag lines according to the present invention.
The meandering angle of the meandering line 14 is acute.
The meandering lines 14 are parallel to each other.
The diameter of the meandering lines 14 is the same for each row. In other words, the thickness of the meandering lines 14 is the same for each row.
The present embodiment utilizes the characteristics of colored yarns and transparent yarns to integrally weave an upper body having internal visible meandering lines 14. In this embodiment, the first yarn 111 is used to weave the first surface layer 11, the second yarn 121 is used to weave the first bottom layer 12, the third yarn 131 is used to connect with the first surface layer 11 or the first bottom layer 12 to form the first weaving region 141 in the zigzag pattern layer 13, at this time, the third yarn 131 exists in the second weaving region 142 in a floating thread form, and then the third yarn 131 is moved to the first surface layer 11 or/and the first bottom layer 12 by alternating front and back stitch and is used to cross-weave with the first yarn 111 or/and the second yarn 121, so that the third yarn 131 is fixed and is not easy to fall off or deviate, thus forming the regular zigzag pattern 14, i.e. the zigzag direction of the zigzag pattern 14 is fixed and the zigzag angle is approximately the same.
The zigzag lines 14 of this embodiment are parallel to each other, have the same diameter, and have acute angles.
Example 4
The invention also provides a method for manufacturing the novel knitted vamp with the visible inner zigzag lines 14, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing materials: selecting a braiding material according to the technological requirements of the pattern and style of the vamp body;
s2, braiding: the corresponding knitting program is led into a knitting machine, corresponding parameters are input, and the vamp body is knitted;
s3, ironing: ironing the knitted vamp body;
s4, air cooling: air cooling is carried out on the vamp body after ironing to form a vamp finished product.
Wherein the knitting step includes a first knitting stitch 1, the first knitting stitch 1 includes a first face layer 11 knitting, a first bottom layer 12 knitting, and a zigzag pattern layer 13 knitting, the zigzag pattern layer 13 knitting includes a first knitting region 141 knitting and a second knitting region 142 knitting;
specifically, the first facing layer 11 is knitted by a first yarn 111 for facing knitting and a hollow needle knitting. The first bottom layer 12 is knitted with a second yarn 121 as a bottom knit and a hollow needle knit. The first knitting area 141 is knitted by the third yarn 131 for the empty knitting and the surface stitch knitting or/and by the third yarn 131 for the empty knitting and the bottom stitch knitting, wherein the third yarn 131 for the empty knitting forms the floating line, and the third yarn 131 for the surface stitch knitting or/and the bottom stitch knitting is used for fixing the floating line on the first surface layer 11 or/and the first bottom layer 12. The second knitting region 142 is knitted by the third yarn 131 knitted by the empty needle through alternating back and forth stitch and bottom knitting or/and face knitting.
In the knitting step, the empty needle knitting needle position of the first surface layer 11 and the empty needle knitting needle position of the first bottom layer 12 are corresponding to the needle turning needle position of the second knitting region 142, and the empty needle knitting of the first surface layer 11 and the first bottom layer 12 are the needle positions for leaving the needle turning when the floating thread position is moved subsequently.
The first knitting area 141 is knitted by the third yarn 131 as a needle-separating bottom knitting or/and a needle-separating surface knitting, facilitating the movement of the floating yarns that are not fixed.
In the knitting step, before the first face layer 11 is knitted, the knitting needles need to make loop transfer knitting, so that the follow-up empty needle knitting is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 7-9, fig. 7 is a knit view of a novel visual interior zigzag knit upper of the present invention; FIG. 8 is a second weave pattern of a novel visual interior zigzag knit upper of the present invention; fig. 9 is a third diagram of a novel visible interior zigzag knit upper of the present invention.
Wherein, a part of the specific knitting steps of the first knitting stitch 1 and the second knitting stitch 2 are as follows:
in fig. 7 to 9, A, B, C, D represents a yarn mouth a, a yarn mouth B, a yarn mouth C, and a yarn mouth D, the yarn that the yarn mouth a is threaded through is the fourth yarn 211 or the fifth yarn 221, the yarn that the yarn mouth B is threaded through is the first yarn 111 or the second yarn 121, the yarn that the yarn mouth C is threaded through is the first yarn 111 or the second yarn 121, and the yarn that the yarn mouth D is threaded through is the third yarn 131, respectively.
The first weaving line is to weave the fourth yarn 211 to form the second surface layer 21;
the second bottom layer 22 is formed by the bottom knitting of the fifth yarn 221.
The 3 rd and 4 th weaving rows are repeated weaving of the 1 st and 2 nd weaving rows.
The 5 th knitting row is the face knitting of the corresponding knitting row (i.e. 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th and 18 th knitting rows) which moves one needle position leftwards and then turns over the needle to the transfer knitting of the bottom layer.
The 6 th knitting row is the bottom knitting of the corresponding knitting row (i.e. 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th and 18 th knitting rows) which moves one needle position to the right and then turns over the needle to the transfer knitting of the surface layer. The 5 th and 6 th knitting rows are used for transferring knitting so that empty needle columns can be knitted later.
The 7 th row is a first yarn 111 woven to form a first face layer 11, wherein a portion of the rows (i.e., the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, 18 th rows) are woven with open stitches.
The 8 th row is a bottom weave of second yarns 121 to form first bottom layer 12, wherein a portion of the rows (i.e., the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, 18 th rows) are open knit. The empty needle knitting of the 8 th to 9 th knitting rows has the function of leaving the needle position of the turned needle for the subsequent movement of the floating position.
The 9 th and 10 th weaving lines, the 11 th and 12 th weaving lines are repeated weaving of the 7 th and 8 th weaving lines.
The 13 th knitting line is a floating line formed by knitting a third yarn 131 with a hollow needle, wherein the third yarn 131 is knitted with a surface hanging mesh in the 2 nd and 9 th knitting lines to form a first knitting area 141 for fixing the zigzag lines 14 on the first surface layer 11; third yarn 131 is air knit in knit rows 1, 4-7, 10-12, 14-17, 19-20 to form floats in second knit region 142; third yarn 131 is ground knit in the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, and 18 th knit rows to facilitate movement of floats in second knit region 142.
The 14 th row is knitted by the first yarn 111, and the partial columns (i.e., 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, 18 th columns) are knitted by empty needles.
The 15 th row is woven with the first yarn 111 as a face weave, wherein the 4 th to 7 th rows are woven with a bottom weave for fixing floats of the 4 th to 7 th rows in the 13 th row, in other words, the floats are moved to the first bottom layer 12 and connected with the first bottom layer 12, thereby forming the second woven region 142.
The 16 th and 17 th knitting rows are bottom-stitch knitting of the corresponding knitting row (i.e., the 8 th knitting row).
The 18 th row is the bottom knitting stitch to the face stitch of the corresponding knitting needle (i.e., 13 th and 18 th columns).
The 19 th knitting row is knitted by the second yarn 121 as a bottom knitting, and the corresponding knitting rows (i.e., the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, 18 th knitting rows) are knitted by the empty needles, and the 4 th to 7 th knitting rows are knitted by the face knitting for fixing the floats of the 4 th to 7 th knitting rows in the 13 th knitting row, in other words, the floats are moved to the first face layer 11 and connected with the first face layer 11, thereby forming the second knitting region 142.
The 20 th knitting row is knitted by the second yarn 121 as a bottom knitting, and the corresponding knitting columns (i.e., the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th and 18 th knitting columns) are knitted by the empty needles.
The 21 st and 22 nd knitting rows are the knitting with the corresponding knitting columns (namely the 8 th knitting column) as the bottom loopers.
The 23 rd knitting row is the stitch-over knitting from the stitch-over to the bottom of the face knitting of the corresponding knitting row (i.e. 13 th and 18 th knitting rows).
The 24 th row is a face weave with the first yarn 111, wherein the corresponding row (i.e., row 3, 8, 13, 18) is a blank weave.
The 25 th row is woven by the first yarn 111, wherein the corresponding row (i.e., the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, 18 th rows) is woven by the empty needles, and the 4 th to 7 th rows are woven by the bottom for fixing the floats of the 4 th to 7 th rows in the 13 th row, in other words, the floats are moved to the first bottom layer 12 and connected to the first bottom layer 12, thereby forming the second woven region 142.
The 26 th knitting row is the bottom knitting stitch to the face stitch knitting of the corresponding knitting column (i.e. 13 th and 18 th knitting columns).
The 27 th knitting row is a bottom knitting with the second yarn 121, in which the corresponding knitting rows (i.e., the 3 rd, 8 th, 13 th, 18 th knitting rows) are blank knitting, and the 4 th to 7 th knitting rows are face knitting for fixing the floats of the 4 th to 7 th knitting rows in the 13 th knitting row, in other words, the floats are moved to the first face layer 11 and connected with the first face layer 11, that is, the second knitting region 142 is formed.
The 28 th row is the bottom weave of the second yarn 121, with the corresponding row (i.e., row 3, 8, 13, 18) being open knit.
The 29 th to 46 th weaving rows are the circular weaving of the 23 th to 28 th weaving rows.
The 47 th knitting line is to move the corresponding knitting line (13 th and 18 th knitting lines) leftwards by one needle position, turn the needle to the transfer knitting of the bottom layer, fix the moved floating line in the line through the transfer knitting, so far, the first line of zigzag lines 14 finishes all fixing actions, in other words, the knitting of the first line of zigzag lines 14 is finished. And so on until the weaving of the zigzag texture of all the rows is completed.

1. Novel visual inside tortuous line's knitting vamp, its characterized in that includes the vamp body that forms of integrative weaving, and this vamp body has woven a first knitting structure at least, and this first knitting structure includes:
the first surface layer at least comprises a first yarn, the first yarn is woven to form the first surface layer, and the first yarn is transparent yarn;
a first bottom layer woven below the first face layer and comprising at least one second yarn woven to form the first bottom layer, the second yarn being a colored yarn or a transparent yarn;
the zigzag line layer is woven between the first surface layer and the first bottom layer and at least comprises a third yarn, and the third yarn is woven to form the zigzag line layer;
the zigzag grain layer comprises a plurality of rows of zigzag grains, each row of zigzag grains comprises a first knitting area and a second knitting area which is arranged adjacent to the first knitting area, the first knitting area is formed by the cross knitting of the third yarn on the first surface layer or/and the first bottom layer and the first yarn or/and the second yarn, the second knitting area is formed by the cross knitting of the third yarn to the first surface layer or/and the first bottom layer through the alternate front and back needle turning, the alternate front and back needle turning refers to the cross knitting of the third yarn knitted by empty needles from the front needle bed to the back needle bed, from the back needle bed to the front needle bed, from the front needle bed to the back needle bed and from the back needle bed to the front needle bed, and the like, and the cycle is accordingly.
2. The novel visual interior zigzag knit upper of claim 1 wherein the rows of zigzag patterns are parallel to one another.
3. The novel visual interior zigzag pattern knitted upper of claim 1, wherein the zigzag patterns of each row are of the same diameter.
4. The novel visual interior zigzag pattern knitted upper according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of rows of the zigzag patterns are of a diameter size that is graded.
5. The novel visual interior zigzag knit upper according to claim 1, wherein said third yarn is inconsistent with said second yarn in color.
6. A method for making a novel knitted vamp with visible internal zigzag lines according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising a material preparation step, a knitting step, a ironing step and an air cooling step;
the material preparation step is to select a knitting material according to the technological requirements of the pattern and style of the vamp body;
the knitting step is to guide corresponding knitting program into a knitting machine, input corresponding parameters and knit an vamp body;
the braiding step includes a first knit stitch braiding including a first face layer braiding, a first bottom layer braiding, and a zigzag pattern layer braiding including a first braiding area braiding and a second braiding area braiding;
the first surface layer knitting is made of first yarns and is made of hollow needles, and the first yarns are transparent yarns;
the first bottom layer knitting is performed by the second yarn as bottom knitting and empty needle knitting;
the first knitting area is knitted by using third yarns for empty needle knitting and surface hanging mesh knitting or/and by using third yarns for empty needle knitting and bottom hanging mesh knitting;
the second knitting area is knitted by third yarns knitted by empty needles through alternating front and back needle turning and bottom knitting or/and surface knitting;
the ironing step is to iron the knitted vamp body;
the air cooling step is to air cool the vamp body after ironing to form a vamp finished product.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the knitting step, the empty needle knitting needle position of the first face layer knitting and the empty needle knitting needle position of the first bottom layer knitting are corresponding to the needle turning needle position of the second knitting region knitting.
8. The method for producing a novel visual interior zigzag pattern knitted upper according to claim 6, wherein the first knitted zone knitting is also needle-bottom-knitting or/and needle-face-knitting with a third yarn.
