Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garbage disposal, in particular to a garbage disposal system and method for full space utilization.
Background
In the construction process of the building engineering, a large amount of solid garbage such as concrete slag, broken bricks and floor ash is inevitably generated, so that safe civilized construction is realized, construction conditions are created for the next working procedure, and the garbage in the site must be cleaned and stacked in a concentrated manner, so that a special garbage pool must be arranged on the construction site.
In the prior art, the construction site garbage transfer is realized by transporting the construction site garbage to a garbage pool for centralized stacking, when the construction garbage reaches a certain storage amount, transporting the construction site garbage to a garbage truck by manpower and a forklift, and then cleaning the garbage pool; the space of the construction waste pool can not be fully occupied in the waste transferring process; in general, in order to facilitate dumping and outward transportation of the garbage, the garbage pool is often designed to be open, namely, the garbage pool is arranged into a three-sided enclosure structure, and one side of the garbage pool is reserved for loading and unloading vehicles, so that small-particle garbage and dust in the pool are easily blown away when being influenced by strong wind and the like, and a large amount of dust is raised on site to pollute the environment; in addition, dust is easy to raise when the forklift is used for loading and transporting the garbage, so that the influence on operators is large; there is a need for a fully space-utilized, environmentally friendly waste disposal sink.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a full-space utilization garbage treatment system and method for solving the problems of incomplete space occupation, pollution and dust emission of a garbage pool.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a full space utilization garbage disposal system, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a full space utilization waste disposal system, comprising:
the garbage pool frame adopts a cubic steel frame structure; a travelling channel is arranged in the middle of the garbage pool frame;
the walking trolleys are arranged at the top of the garbage pool frame, and a plurality of walking trolleys are arranged;
the construction waste bag is hung on the waste pool frame through the travelling trolley and is used for loading and unloading waste.
Preferably, the top of the garbage pool frame is provided with two transverse steel frames, and a plurality of travelling trolleys are arranged on the transverse steel frames.
Preferably, the transverse steel frame is provided with a steel groove with an opening facing downwards, the top of the travelling trolley is provided with wheels, and the wheels are clamped in the steel groove of the transverse steel frame to perform transverse movement.
Preferably, the top of the travelling trolley is further provided with a double-groove pulley, and the double-groove pulley comprises a first steel groove and a second steel groove and is used for enabling the construction waste bag to rise and fall through the steel wire rope.
Preferably, pull rings are respectively arranged on two sides of the walking trolley and used for transversely moving through the steel wire rope.
Preferably, the building rubbish pocket is provided with a hanging ring, the hanging ring is connected to the double-groove pulley of the travelling trolley through a steel wire rope, and the building rubbish pocket is arranged at different heights through the steel wire rope to form a multi-layer structure.
Preferably, the rings on the construction waste bag are arranged in two groups and comprise a first ring and a first ring, the steel wire rope of the first ring falls into the first steel groove of the double-groove pulley, and the steel wire rope of the second ring falls into the second steel groove of the double-groove pulley.
Preferably, the steel wire ropes on the double-groove pulley and the pull ring are connected to a winch, and the winch pulls the steel wire rope to realize corresponding equipment movement.
Preferably, a door is arranged on one side of the construction waste bag and used for dumping waste, and a door bolt is arranged on the door.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for disposing garbage in full space, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a method of disposing of full space utilization waste comprising:
s1, storing garbage through a building garbage bag and then hoisting the garbage to a garbage pool frame;
s2, transversely moving the travelling trolley on the transverse steel frame to drive the construction waste bag to horizontally displace; the building garbage bag is driven to vertically rise and fall by a double-groove pulley on the travelling trolley;
s3, when the building garbage bag moves to the position right above the garbage transport vehicle on the driving channel, opening a door bolt of the building garbage bag, lowering the height of one side of the bag door through a steel wire rope, and dumping garbage into the garbage vehicle;
s4, after dumping is completed, the construction waste bag is displaced and returned to the position.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
according to the technical scheme, the multi-layer construction waste bag is vertically arranged, so that the space of the construction waste pool is fully utilized; the horizontal and vertical transportation of the construction waste bag is met through the travelling steel wire rope of the travelling trolley; the construction waste bag is lifted by the steel wire rope to load and unload construction waste; the garbage truck enters the garbage pool channel to load and unload garbage, so that dust emission is reduced, and environmental pollution is avoided.

Description of the embodiments
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a full space utilization garbage disposal system of the present embodiment includes:
the garbage pool frame adopts a cubic steel frame structure, the main frame is welded by steel bars, the enclosure structure is made of color steel plates, the whole length of the garbage pool is 8-10 m, the height is 5-6 m, and a travelling channel of 3.5-4.5m is arranged in the middle of the garbage pool frame for loading and unloading garbage by the garbage transport vehicle 3.
The walking trolleys 1 shown in fig. 2 are arranged at the top of the garbage pool frame, a plurality of walking trolleys 1 are arranged, and the walking trolleys 1 are composed of 4 wheels 6 and 1 double-groove pulley 5; the upper 4 wheels 6 mainly act as horizontal walking, and the middle double-groove pulley 5 mainly acts as a steel wire rope for vertically transporting the construction waste bag 2; the left side and the right side of the trolley are respectively provided with a pull ring 7 for the steel wire rope to pull the trolley horizontally to walk.
As shown in fig. 1, the construction waste bag 2 is suspended on a waste pool frame through a travelling trolley 1 and is used for loading and unloading waste, specifically, in order not to influence the horizontal travelling of the construction waste bag 2 in the upper and lower layers, the length of the waste bag is gradually reduced from the lower layer to the upper layer, the size of the construction waste bag 2 positioned at the bottommost layer is maximum, the construction waste bag 2 with the specification of 3 minutes is arranged in the example, the length, width and height of the construction waste bag 2 are respectively 4.0 x 2.5 m, 3.6 x 2.2 x 1.5 m and 3.2 x 2.2 x 1.5 m, when the travelling channel of the construction waste bag 2 is regulated and operated, a pull plug is opened, a steel wire rope on a lifting ring on one side of a bag door 4 is released through a winch, and the height of one side of the door 4 is immediately lowered, so that the waste is directly poured into the waste pool car bag. The construction waste bag is shown in figure 3.
The top of rubbish pond frame is two horizontal steelframe, set up a plurality of travelling car on the horizontal steelframe, be provided with the open side down steel channel on horizontal steelframe, travelling car 1's top is provided with wheel 6, wheel 6 card is in the steel channel of horizontal steelframe, travelling car 1's both sides are provided with pull ring 7 respectively, be connected with wire rope on the pull ring 7, wire rope's one end is connected the hoist engine, the other end is connected with other travelling car 1, provide power for travelling car 1 through the hoist engine, make it realize horizontal lateral displacement through wheel 6 card in the steel channel, refer to fig. 4.
The top of travelling car 1 still is provided with double-groove pulley 5, has set up first steel groove and second steel groove on the double-groove pulley 5, is provided with rings on the building rubbish pocket 2, rings are connected to the double-groove pulley 5 of travelling car 1 through wire rope.
Specifically, rings on the building rubbish pocket 2 are arranged into two groups, two rings on one side of the pocket door 4 are first rings 8, two rings on one side of the pocket door 4 are second rings 9, after the two rings on one side of the pocket door 4 are connected in series through steel wires, the steel wires of the first rings 8 fall into the first steel groove of the double-groove pulley 5, after the two rings on the rear side of the building rubbish pocket 2 are connected in series through another steel wire, the steel wires of the second rings 9 fall into the second steel groove of the double-groove pulley 5, the steel wires of the two rings are positioned in different steel grooves, and the steel wires on the first rings 8 on one side of the pocket door 4 can be selectively loosened, so that the position of the pocket door 4 is immediately lowered, and rubbish is dumped.
The steel wire ropes on the double-groove pulley 5 and the pull ring 7 are connected to a winch, and the winch pulls the steel wire rope to realize corresponding equipment movement.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the present embodiment provides a method for disposing of garbage using full space, including:
the garbage is stored and then hoisted to the garbage pool frame through the building garbage bag 2;
the travelling trolley 1 transversely moves on the transverse steel frame to drive the construction waste bag 2 to horizontally displace; the building rubbish bag 2 is driven to vertically rise and fall by a double-groove pulley 5 on the travelling trolley 1;
when the building rubbish bag 2 moves to the position right above the rubbish transport vehicle 3 on the driving channel, a door bolt 10 of the building rubbish bag 2 is opened, the height of one side of the bag door 4 is lowered through a steel wire rope, and rubbish is dumped into the rubbish vehicle;
after dumping, the construction waste bag 2 is displaced and returned to the original position.
In particular, the method comprises the steps of,
1. the construction waste stacking steps are as follows:
step one, a worker conveys construction waste to a waste pool gate, places an empty construction waste pocket 2 on the ground of a driving channel, and then guides the conveyed construction waste into the construction waste pocket 2;
and step two, vertically hoisting the filled construction waste bag 2 to the original position height, and then horizontally returning.
2. The construction waste outward transportation steps are as follows:
step one, a hopper of a garbage truck is inwards opened into a driving channel of a building garbage pool;
step two, selecting a building rubbish bag 2 filled with rubbish to be horizontally transported to the upper part of the car hopper, opening a door bolt 10 of the building rubbish bag 2, lowering the height of the side of the bag door 4, and pouring rubbish into the car hopper;
step three, after the garbage in the construction garbage bag 2 is cleaned, the bag door 4 is closed, the normal position height of the vertical transportation is adjusted, and the horizontal returning is carried out;
and step four, opening the garbage truck 3 out of the garbage pool, and closing a garbage pool door.
