The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the device is used, firstly, the massage components 4 are fixed at the two ends of the eyeshade body 1, and the positions of the massage components 4 are adjusted according to the facial shape of a user, so that when the user wears the eyeshade body 1, the massage components 4 can be attached to the positions near the temples of the user, then the pressure-proof component 3 is attached to the inner side of the eyeshade body 1 through the double faced adhesive tape, the sealing paste 206 on the inner side of the hot compress component 2 is torn, then the eyeshade body 1 is worn through the ear bands 102, and the micro switch 422 on the massage components 4 is opened, so that the eyeshade can be used;
when the hot compress component 2 is used, the sealing sticker 206 is torn off, at the moment, outside air enters the packaging bag 201 through the through hole 205, at the moment, the heating bag 202 in the packaging bag 201 is in contact with the air, iron powder, activated carbon, inorganic salt, water and the like in the heating bag 202 are in contact with oxygen in the air and then are oxidized and react to release heat, meanwhile, appropriate fine water vapor of about 43 ℃ is released, the water vapor penetrates through the medicine powder bag 203 and reaches the vicinity of eyes of a user along the through hole 205 to promote capillary vessel expansion and blood circulation around the eyelids of the user, meanwhile, heat emitted by the heating bag 202 acts on the medicine powder bag 203, the medicine powder bag 203 is heated to generate far infrared rays, or long-wave infrared rays with the wavelength of 1.5-400 micrometers, the far infrared rays are mostly absorbed by surface skin, the depth of penetrating tissues is less than 2 millimeters, the molecular kinetic energy is mainly increased after the infrared rays are absorbed by the tissues, the heat effect is generated, the temperature of the tissues is raised, and accordingly, capillary vessel expansion and blood circulation around the eyelids of the user can be further promoted;
when the massage component 4 is installed, firstly, the fixing seat 401 is placed on the inner side of the eyeshade body 1, the fixing screw 402 at one end of the fixing seat 401 penetrates through the strip-shaped groove 105, the positioning ring 404 is sleeved on the outer side of the fixing screw 402, then the threaded sleeve 406 is screwed on the outer side of the fixing screw 402, the position of the fixing seat 401 is adjusted, the fixing seat 401 drives the massage head 409 to move, when the eyeshade body 1 is worn by a user, the massage head 409 can be attached to the position near the temple of the user, at the moment, the threaded sleeve 406 is screwed, the positioning ring 404 is pressed on the outer side surface of the non-woven fabric sheet 101 by the threaded sleeve 406, and the position of the massage component 4 is fixed;

The clinical application effect of above-mentioned far infrared hot compress eye-shade to xerophthalmia:
1. purpose of the experiment
Clinical effects of the far infrared hot compress eyeshade were verified through clinical observation studies (60 test groups, 60 control groups) on 120 dry eye patients.
2. Diagnostic criteria
(1) Dry eye can be diagnosed by one of subjective symptoms such as dry sensation, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, and visual fluctuation, and tear film rupture time (BUT) of 5s or less or tear secretion test (Schimer I test) result of 5mm/5min or less;
(2) one or two eyes have one of subjective symptoms such as dry sensation, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, vision fluctuation and the like, and the keratoconjunctival fluorescein staining is positive when the result of tear film rupture time (BUT) is more than 5s and less than or equal to 10s or tear secretion test (Schimer I test) is more than or equal to 5mm/5min and less than or equal to 10mm/5 min.
3. Case inclusion criteria
(1) One that meets one of the aforementioned dry eye diagnosis criteria;
(2) after photographing the anterior segment of the eye by slit lamp, at least one of meibomian gland opening abnormality (lipid cap, lipid plug, etc.), eyelid margin morphological abnormality (hyperemia, hypertrophy, etc.), and meibomian gland excretion abnormality (purulent, toothpaste, etc.) exists.
(3) Age 18-65 years old;
(4) the nature is not limited;
(5) none of the clinical trials had been enrolled in the last 2 weeks.
4. Criteria for case exclusion
(1) Patients with conjunctivitis, iritis, keratitis due to other causes, and acute ocular disorders;
(2) dry eye patients resulting from immune diseases;
(3) patients with severe dry eye;
(4) patients with dry eye due to conjunctival scarring;
(5) inverted eyelid, trichiasis, eversion and incomplete eyelid fissure;
(6) patients with ocular bacterial, fungal and viral infections;
(7) damage to the skin of the eye;
(8) use of drugs or devices other than those affecting the efficacy determination or regulation;
(9) patients known to be allergic to product ingredients and highly allergic constitutions;
the r investigator considered not suitable for the clinical trial.
5. Criteria for evaluating therapeutic effects
The test group and the control group fill a dry eye questionnaire, a meibomian gland function evaluation table and a far infrared hot compress eye patch performance evaluation table (the dry eye questionnaire, the meibomian gland function evaluation table and the far infrared hot compress eye patch performance evaluation table are according to conventional evaluation items and scores in the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted), before treatment (visit 1), treatment for 5 days +/-1 days (visit 2) and treatment for 15 days +/-1 days (visit 3), respectively, and measure the BUT and the tear secretion condition. The checking sequence is as follows: history, symptom inquiry → slit lamp microscopy → BUT not BUT → fluorescein staining → SIT.
(3) Effectiveness analysis
Post-treatment (visit 3) dry eye questionnaire score group comparisons were performed using either the t-test or the wilcoxon rank-sum test. At the α =0.05 level, a P less than 0.05 would be considered statistically significant for the differences between the test and control groups. Calculating the difference between the test group and the control group and the 95% Confidence Interval (CI), and comparing the lower limit of the Confidence Interval with the optimal effect threshold-3, wherein the optimal effect is obtained if the lower limit is lower than the threshold, and the optimal effect is not obtained if the lower limit is not lower than the threshold. 6. Treatment regimens
All eligible subjects who met the case diagnosis criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the test group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases) using the "random number table method".

(3) Method of administration
Eyes were washed with clear water before each use. The specific usage of the far infrared hot compress eyeshade: taking out from the packaging bag, spreading far infrared hot compress eye patch, taking out, immediately using, contacting inner surface of far infrared hot compress eye patch with eyes, wearing, closing eyes, and applying for at least 20min and no more than 30min 2 times a day. The specific method of artificial tears (polyvinyl alcohol) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (pranoprofen) is as follows: the polyvinyl alcohol eye drops are 1 drop at a time 4 times a day, the pranoprofen eye drops are 1 drop at a time 4 times a day, and the two drugs are dropped into the eye drops at an interval of 5-10min for continuous treatment for 15 days.

7. Clinical trial results and analysis:
as a result: the total effective rate of 60 patients in the test group after treatment reaches 100 percent, 47 patients in the control group after treatment and 13 patients in the control group after treatment have the total effective rate of 78.33 percent, the test group is obviously higher than the total effective rate of the control group, and the comprehensive evaluation of the product performance of the far infrared hot compress eyeshade is qualified.

8. Typical cases
Subject No. 005, male, 59 years old, complaint: dry eyes in both eyes for 1 year, medical history: the eye is dry without obvious inducement before 1 year, and has no foreign body sensation, burning sensation, distending pain and photophobia, and the eye is not treated after the disease. Checking the condition: and (3) for the right eye: the eyelid margin is slightly congested, part of gray line contacts the opening of the meibomian gland, the secretion of the meibomian gland is light, turbid and cloudy, the tear film breaking time is 3.8s, the Schimer I test result is 1mm, and the keratoconjunctival fluorescein staining is positive; left eye: the eyelid margin is slightly congested, part of the gray line contacts the meibomian gland opening, and the meibomian gland secretion is light and cloudy; tear film break-up time was 3.6s, schimer I test result was 3mm, and keratoconjunctival fluorescein staining was positive. After two weeks of treatment with the polyvinyl alcohol eye drops (Ruizhu) and the far infrared hot compress eyeshade, the dry eye symptom is obviously relieved, secretions of meibomian glands of two eyes are clear, the tear film rupture time is increased to 5.9s for the right eye and 5.3s for the left eye, and the result of the Schimer I test is increased to 7.5mm for the right eye and 7mm for the left eye.
Examples

If the amount of air entering is insufficient at the beginning, the heating material is slowly heated, and the air inlet and the air outlet both pass through the through holes 205, which may affect the amount of air entering due to the staggered air flow paths, and is not beneficial to constant temperature heating. In addition, the water vapor as a medium for carrying the effective components of the Chinese medicinal composition should be delivered to the eyes as much as possible and be fully utilized and absorbed, and too high or too low temperature and too much water loss are not beneficial to the effective components to play a role.

When the hot compress assembly 2 of embodiment 2 is used, external air can enter the packaging bag 201 through the air holes 207 or the through holes 205, so that the heating rate of the heating bag 202 is increased, a user can feel heat and steam from the through holes 205 when wearing the eye mask, and the air holes 207 and the through holes 205 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the heating bag 202, so that the packaging bag 201 is facilitated to form a certain airflow path, and constant temperature heating is maintained; by rotating the stirring sheet 2081, the heating bag 202, the medicine powder bag 203 and the sealing groove 204 can be moved leftwards together to shield the air hole 207 and reduce the space on the left side of the heating bag 202, so that the breathable film cannot be ensured to reach the oxygen permeation amount required by the heating material, the distance from steam to eyes is prolonged, and the effect of slightly reducing the temperature is achieved; similarly, by rotating the pulling sheet 2081, the heating bag 202, the medicine powder bag 203 and the sealing groove 204 can be moved rightwards together, the air hole 207 is opened, and the space on the left side of the heating bag 202 is enlarged, so that the breathable film can be ensured to reach the required oxygen permeation amount, the distance from the steam to the eyes is shortened, and the microliter temperature effect is achieved.
