Example 4: clinical experiments
(1) Selected cases are tested by patients with restricted functions such as rheumatalgia, arthralgia, neuralgia, headache, sprain, muscular soreness and the like:
(2) the evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows:
and (3) curing: the disease and the syndrome disappear completely, and the life is normal;
the method has the following advantages: the symptoms are obviously improved, and the pain symptoms are relieved;
and (4) invalidation: there was no improvement, even an exacerbation of symptoms;
(3) the following are the records of clinical use of 60 patients aged 25-70 years, wherein 21 patients suffering from rheumatic knee joint pain, 6 patients suffering from shoulder pain, 6 patients suffering from cervical pain, 9 patients suffering from neuropathic headache, 9 patients suffering from sprain and 9 patients suffering from muscular soreness, the plaster composition prepared in example 1 is further prepared into a plaster product to be directly pasted on a pain part, and 6 days are a treatment course. The pain of a general patient is relieved after the traditional Chinese medicine is used for 2 days, the pain is obviously relieved after 1 course of treatment, the symptoms completely disappear after 3 courses of treatment, and the symptoms disappear after 5 courses of treatment for a patient with serious illness; specific test data are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 results of clinical trials
Example 5: experiment of drug effect
The plaster compositions prepared in examples 1 and 2 were further prepared into plaster products, and the plaster prepared in example 3 was compared with commercially available conventional anti-inflammatory and analgesic plasters (WS 3-B-1614-93, eighth volume of pharmaceutical Standard Chinese medicinal formulation preparation of Ministry of public health of the people's republic of China) for clinical efficacy, and the results are shown in Table 2. Research results show that compared with the traditional inflammation-diminishing and pain-relieving paste, the far infrared ceramic material is contained in the formula, the far infrared ceramic material can release far infrared rays with the wavelength of 4-14 microns, most of energy is absorbed by skin after the far infrared rays act on the skin, the absorbed energy is converted into heat energy, pores of the skin are opened, full absorption of natural medicine ingredients in the formula is improved to a great extent, the medicine ingredients effectively absorb the far infrared ceramic material in a short time and then directly act on diseases, the symptoms are quickly relieved, and the lasting time is long.
