8. The self-heating eye patch containing Chinese medicinal herbs of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the eye patch further comprises whitening and skin caring components.
9. The self-heating eye shield of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the heating cover layer is a back adhesive film layer, and the heating element is fixed between the back adhesive film layer and the air permeable layer by heat sealing.
