After the sausage enters the second box 5, the driving motor 10 is started to drive the second rotating shaft 17 connected with the output end of the driving motor to rotate in the second box 5, water in the sausage is thrown out to the inner wall of the second box 5, the sausage is spin-dried once, the drying time of the first box 4 on the sausage can be shortened, and the heat loss is reduced.
After the sausage in the second box 5 is dried, the moisture generated by the drying falls into a second collecting box 27 in a proper manner and is discharged into the accommodating groove 3 through a water outlet 28 for collecting, then the telescopic cylinder 9 is started again to drive the top plate 6 to move upwards, the sausage hung on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 17 is transferred to the hook 25 on the outer wall of the first rotating shaft 18 for hanging, the subsequent sausage is continuously hung on the hook 25 on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 17, the sausage on the outer walls of the first rotating shaft 18 and the second rotating shaft 17 are driven to enter the first box 4 and the second box 5 respectively through the retraction of the extending ends of the telescopic cylinder 9 for drying and spin-drying, a large amount of heat is generated when the first box 4 dries the sausage, and the redundant heat is extracted through the exhaust fan 13 at the top of the first box 4 and discharged into the second box 5 through the exhaust pipe 12 for accelerating the drying of the sausage in the second box 5.
And when the driving motor 10 drives the second rotating shaft 17 to rotate, through the running fit among the belt 11, the half gear 15 and the driving gear 16, the first rotating shaft 18 is driven to intermittently rotate in the first box body 4, and then the sausage on the outer wall of the first rotating shaft 18 can be driven to intermittently rotate in the first box body 4, so that the sausage is dried more uniformly and thoroughly in the first box body 4.
After the first box body 4 and the second box body 5 dry and spin-dry the sausage, the cross rod 22 can be controlled to be far away from the scraping plates 23 at one end of the first rotating shaft 18 and the second rotating shaft 17 to rotate by 90 degrees, so that the driving motor 10 can clean the inner walls of the first box body 4 and the second box body 5 through the scraping plates 23 while driving the first rotating shaft 18 and the second rotating shaft 17 to rotate, residual grease and blood are prevented from adhering to the inner walls of the first box body 4 and the second box body 5, pollution is caused to the inner space of the first box body 4 and the second box body 5, and the subsequent quality of drying and spin-drying the sausage is influenced; when the first box 4 dries the sausage, the sausage can generate grease and drop into the first collecting box 29 downwards, the moisture generated by drying the sausage in the second box 5 can be discharged into one end of the containing groove 3 which is low through the water outlet 28 of the second collecting box 27, the first collecting box 29 is cooled, and further the condition that the grease in the first collecting box 29 generates oil smoke and even burns is avoided, so that the potential safety hazard generated by drying the sausage is reduced.
