The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the exhaust fan 26 and the exhaust tube 27 can pump the hot air in the shell 1 into the condenser 22, the hot air carries the vapor generated by drying the sausage, the vapor is heated and evaporated by the second heating tube 25 in the evaporation box 21, and the vapor generated by evaporation finally enters the shell 1 through the air outlet.
