After the sausages in the second box body 5 are dried, moisture generated by drying falls into the second collection box 27 and is discharged into the accommodating groove 3 through the water outlet 28 to be collected, then the telescopic cylinder 9 is started again to drive the top plate 6 to move upwards, the sausages hung on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 17 are transferred to the hook 25 on the outer wall of the first rotating shaft 18 to be hung, the subsequent sausages are continuously hung on the hook 25 on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 17, the sausages on the outer walls of the first rotating shaft 18 and the second rotating shaft 17 are driven to enter the first box body 4 and the second box body 5 to be dried and dried respectively through retraction of the extending end of the telescopic cylinder 9, a large amount of heat can be generated when the sausages are dried by the first box body 4, and the redundant heat can be extracted through the exhaust fan 13 on the top of the first box body 4 and discharged into the second box body 5 through the exhaust pipe 12, and drying of the sausages in the second box body 5 is accelerated.

the method comprises the following steps: the sausage to be dried is uniformly hung on a hook (25) on the outer wall of a second rotating shaft (17), then a telescopic cylinder (9) is started to enable the extension end of the telescopic cylinder to extend upwards to drive a top plate (6) and a first rotating shaft (18) at the bottom of the top plate to move upwards together with the second rotating shaft (17), and a moving seat (1) is manually moved to the position right below the top plate (6), so that the extension end of the telescopic cylinder (9) retracts to drive the sausage hung on the hook (25) on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft (17) to naturally enter a second box body (5);
step two: the driving motor (10) is started to drive the second rotating shaft (17) to rotate in the second box body (5) to drive sausages on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft to rotate in the second box body (5) together, water in the sausages are thrown out to the inner wall of the second box body (5), and the water flows downwards into the second collecting box (27);
