本发明涉及机油技术领域,具体涉及一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂及其制备方法;本发明复合剂包括:44‑67重量份的抗氧剂、3.5‑7重量份的防锈剂、18‑28重量份的极压抗磨剂、3‑6重量份的金属减活剂、1.5‑3重量份的破乳剂、1.5‑28.5重量份的中性基础油,抗氧剂包括丁,辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、N‑苯基‑α萘胺、β‑(3,5‑二叔丁基‑4‑羟基苯基)丙酸异辛酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种;本发明复合机调制的空压机油具有较低的酸值、优异的热稳定性、抗磨性能、抗氧化性能,能够改善油品质量,提高设备运行寿命,可以适应重负荷的螺杆压缩机齿轮组,延长换油周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及机油技术领域,具体涉及一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
螺杆型空气压缩机是以压缩机油为工作介质,采用其双螺旋齿轮结构,实现压缩机持续吸气、压缩和排气工作,从而将动能转化为气体的压力能。而且在压缩机运动过程中,压缩机油对齿轮进行润滑,起到减轻摩擦、降低磨损的作用。随着压缩机技术不断更新,螺杆型空气压缩机油需要更好的氧化安定性、更小的漆膜生成趋势以及更好的分水性,同时需要优异的抗磨性能来减少齿轮的磨损。目前国内外压缩机油水平参差不齐,在抗氧、热稳定性和抗磨性能方面与国外复合剂相比还有一定的差距。
中国发明专利200510026494.1使用的抗氧剂为芳香胺和酚型抗氧剂体系;中国发明专利201811217121.6使用的抗氧剂为芳香胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、防锈剂为烯基丁二酸和烯基咪唑啉丁二酸盐;中国发明专利202010631007.9使用使用的抗氧剂为芳香胺/酚型抗氧剂/离子液体体系,防锈剂为硼氮酸酯。
从以上专利来看,都有欠缺之处,如果使用配方中使用酚型抗氧剂会导致抗氧性能下降;如果使用硼氮酸酯和含金属抗氧剂遇高温和水会易水解,会降低压缩机油的抗乳化性能和使用寿命;试验发现如果配方中同时使用芳香胺抗氧剂和羧酸类防锈剂,会导致复合剂及其调配的压缩机油的储存稳定性变差;同时上述专利复合剂的添加量都较高,都在1.0%以上,而且抗磨性一般且酸值较高。因此需要研发一种成本低、长寿命和具有高热稳定性的螺杆型空压机油复合剂(DAJ)来满足不同螺杆空压机的要求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂及其制备方法,以解决目前螺杆型空压机油寿命低、高热稳定性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂,包括:
44-67重量份的抗氧剂;
3.5-7重量份的防锈剂;
18-28重量份的极压抗磨剂;
3-6重量份的金属减活剂;
1.5-3重量份的破乳剂;
1.5-28.5重量份的中性基础油;
所述抗氧剂包括丁,辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、N-苯基-α萘胺、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸异辛酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种。
进一步,所述抗氧剂为20-31重量份的二壬基二苯胺和20-31重量份的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
更优的,所述抗氧剂为26重量份的二壬基二苯胺和26重量份的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
进一步,所述防锈剂包括烯基丁二酸、十二烯基丁二酸半酯、二壬基萘磺酸胺中的至少一种。
具体的,所述防锈剂为二壬基萘磺酸胺。
进一步,所述极压抗磨剂包括磷酸三丁酯、硫代磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物中的至少一种。
具体的,所述极压抗磨剂为5-12重量份的硫代磷酸三甲苯酯和5-13重量份的磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物。
进一步,所述破乳剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩聚物。
进一步,所述金属减活剂包括苯三唑衍生物和/或噻二唑衍生物。
进一步,所述中性基础油包括150N、150SN中的至少一种。
第二方面,本发明提供所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂的制备方法,包括:向容器中加入抗氧剂,搅拌升温至50-65℃,再加入防锈剂、基础油、金属减活剂、极压抗磨剂和破乳剂;保持50-65℃,搅拌2-3小时,经过滤得到空压机油复合剂产品。
第三方面,本发明提供一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油,包括:
0.5-1重量份的所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂;
50-70重量份的台塑Ⅱ类150N基础油;
36-43重量份的台塑Ⅱ类500N基础油;
30-50ppm甲基丙烯酸酯类抗泡剂。
更优的,所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油,包括:
0.75重量份的所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂;
60重量份的台塑Ⅱ类150N基础油;
39.25重量份的台塑Ⅱ类500N基础油;
40ppm甲基丙烯酸酯类抗泡剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂调配的空压机油具有较低的酸值、优异的热稳定性,能够改善油品质量,提高设备运行寿命;
2、本发明的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂能够为空压机油提供更好的抗磨性能,可以适应重负荷的螺杆压缩机齿轮组;
3、本发明的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂能够为空压机油提供优异的抗氧化性能,延长换油周期;
4、本发明的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂使用二类基础油调配的空压机油具有加剂量低且综合性能优异,明显降低使用成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
需要说明的是,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不是对本发明的限制,在本发明的构思前提下本方法的简单改进,都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂(DAJ)组成为:
44-67重量份的抗氧剂;
3.5-7重量份的防锈剂;
18-28重量份的极压抗磨剂;
3-6重量份的金属减活剂;
1.5-3重量份的破乳剂;
1.5-28.5重量份的中性基础油。
抗氧剂的作用是提高压缩机油的抗氧化和抗老化能力和降低油泥和漆膜生成趋势,延长空压机油的使用寿命,抗氧性能是空压机油一项极其重要的性能,本实验所用抗氧剂包括丁,辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺、N-苯基-α萘胺、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸异辛酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种。
防锈剂可以提高空压机油的防锈性能,本实验对防锈剂抗水解性能要求比较高。本实验所用防锈剂为烯基丁二酸、十二烯基丁二酸半酯、二壬基萘磺酸胺、油酰肌氨酸中的至少一种。
金属减活剂能够降低金属的活性,提高空压机油的抗氧化性能,本实验所用的金属减活剂包括苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物,或者它们的混合物。
极压抗磨剂主要提供空压机油的抗磨性能,本实验所用的极压抗磨剂包括磷酸三丁酯、硫代磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物中的至少一种。
破乳剂可以提高空压机油的抗乳化性能,本实验所用破乳剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩聚物。
其中,中性基础油包括但不限于150N、150SN中的至少一种。其中,N是指中性油粘度等级以37.8℃(100℉)的赛氏粘度(秒)表示的,如150N、100N、500N。SN是指石蜡基中性油,其粘度以40℃的运动粘度划分。
本实验所描述的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂(DAJ)制备方法为:向容器中加入抗氧剂,边搅拌边升温至50-65℃,加入防锈剂、基础油、金属减活剂、极压抗磨剂、破乳剂;保持50-65℃,搅拌2-3小时,经过滤得到空压机油复合剂产品。
分别按以下实施例调配46#长寿命螺杆型空压机油,调油配方为:长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂0.75%、台塑Ⅱ类150N基础油60%、台塑Ⅱ类500N基础油39.25%,另外需外加甲基丙烯酸酯类抗泡剂40ppm。
按照表1配制实施例1-7的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂。

分别按照SH/T 0193—测定润滑油的氧化诱导期、GB/T 12581、SH/T 0565测定润滑油的氧化寿命和氧化后油泥量,测试结果参见表2。

通过表1、2数据可知,实施例1、2、3可以看出,使用酚型抗氧剂明显降低配方的抗氧性能;实施例3、4、5可以看出,使用二壬基二苯胺和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯复配抗氧性能最好,旋转氧弹时间、氧化寿命比明显提高,说明这两种抗氧剂复配有较好的协同作用;实施例6降低了总抗氧剂含量10%,旋转氧弹时间和氧化寿命都有所降低,实施例7提高了总抗氧剂含量10%,旋转氧弹时间和氧化寿命几乎无增加,表明在一定范围内提高抗氧剂总量能够提高抗氧性能,抗氧剂过量时抗氧性能提高不明显。
按照表3配制实施例8-15的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂。

按照GB/T 11143—加抑制剂矿物油在水存在下防锈性能试验法,对样品进行进行防锈性试验,按照80℃储存条件对样品进行储存稳定性试验30天,根据GB/T 4945—石油产品和润滑剂酸值和碱值测定法对样品进行酸值评价,具体实验结果见表4:

通过表3、4数据可以看出,实施例11中防锈剂低于3.5%时,防锈性能明显下降,表明防锈剂含量大于3.5%时具有优异的防锈效果;从实施例8、9、10可以看出,虽然二壬基萘磺酸胺、烯基丁二酸和十二烯基丁二酸半酯三种防锈剂虽然都能达到无锈效果,但是只有使用二壬基萘磺酸胺时油样储存稳定性和防锈性能都很好;从实施例9、10、13、14、15可以看出烯基丁二酸和十二烯基丁二酸半酯与不同芳香胺抗氧剂同时存在时,样品的储存稳定性都较差,试验时发现烯基丁二酸、十二烯基丁二酸半酯、油酰肌氨酸等含羧基防锈剂都会与芳香胺型抗氧剂反应,是导致样品储存稳定性变差的原因。
按表5配制实施例16-23的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂。

根据GB/T 3142—润滑剂承载能力的测定(四球机法),测试结果见表6。

(测定样品的最大无卡咬负荷,结果为PB(kg),其数值越大,抗磨性能越好)
由表5、6数据实施例19、20、21对比可知,使用硫代磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物抗磨剂组合具有优异的抗磨性能;同时,实施例16、17、18、19、20旋转氧弹数据对比可知,在该配方体系下抗磨剂硫代磷酸三甲苯酯与二壬基二苯胺/二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯抗氧剂组合具有明显的协同作用,能够显著提高样品的抗氧性能。
按表7配制实施例16-23的长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂。

根据GB/T 7305—石油和合成液水分离性测定法,测定新油和及实际工况下使用一个月后旧油的抗乳化性能(40-37-3),测试结果见表8。

由表8数据实施例24、25、26、27对比可知,使用胺与环氧乙烷缩聚物破乳剂,在该配方体系下具有优异的抗乳化性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂,其特征在于,包括:
44-67重量份的抗氧剂;
3.5-7重量份的防锈剂;
18-28重量份的极压抗磨剂;
3-6重量份的金属减活剂;
1.5-3重量份的破乳剂;
1.5-28.5重量份的中性基础油;
所述抗氧剂为26重量份的二壬基二苯胺和26重量份的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;
所述极压抗磨剂为5-12重量份的硫代磷酸三甲苯酯和5-13重量份的磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物;
所述防锈剂为二壬基萘磺酸胺;所述破乳剂为胺与环氧乙烷缩聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述金属减活剂包括苯三唑衍生物和/或噻二唑衍生物。
3.根据权利要求1所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述中性基础油包括150N、150SN中的至少一种。
4.权利要求1-3任一所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:向容器中加入抗氧剂,搅拌升温至50-65℃,再加入防锈剂、基础油、金属减活剂、极压抗磨剂和破乳剂;保持50-65℃,搅拌2-3小时,经过滤得到空压机油复合剂产品。
5.一种长寿命螺杆型空压机油,其特征在于,包括:
0.5-1重量份的权利要求1所述长寿命螺杆型空压机油复合剂;
50-70重量份的台塑Ⅱ类150N基础油;
36-43重量份的台塑Ⅱ类500N基础油;
30-50ppm甲基丙烯酸酯类抗泡剂。
