Abstract
一种锁系统由锁和钥匙组成。锁和钥匙各有一个传输电和数据的感应线圈。锁这边的感应线圈通过锁体上的线圈盒安装于锁上。在锁这边的感应线圈与锁体之间有一屏蔽体,屏蔽锁体,使之不受锁这边的感应线圈的磁场影响。
Description
本发明涉及一种锁系统,特别是一种锁系统包括锁和钥匙,其中所述的锁有一个锁体,所述的锁体上又有一个安装了用于传输电和数据的锁这边的感应线圈的线圈盒,钥匙也有一个用于传输电和数据的钥匙这边的感应线圈,因而锁和钥匙之间可以传输电和数据。
从DE4207161 A1中已知一种这样的锁系统。其中所述的锁系统有一个具有在钥匙这边的感应线圈的钥匙和一个具有在锁这边的感应线圈的锁。编码信息形式的数据可以从一个感应线圈传输到另一感应线圈,数据传输相对于锁单元中的锁定的工作用而进行。锁这边的感应线圈通过线圈盒安装于锁的锁体上,而且在钥匙插入锁内时,锁这边的感应线圈就非常靠近钥匙头上安装的钥匙这边的感应线圈。
为了让两个感应线圈的位置靠在一起,锁这边的感应线圈对向钥匙这边感应线圈的面是敞开的。因而诸如水份进入锁这边的感应线圈之类的环境因素,可能对数据传输的抗干扰性产生不利影响。而且由于两个感应线圈很靠近,制造锁所用的劳力多,成本高。
将锁这边的感应线圈安装于锁体后,锁这边的感应线圈的性能,以及由此而产生的数据传输的抗干扰性也会为锁体的材料性质所降低。这种降低的原因是数据传输时产生的磁场在锁体内感应而形成的环形电流。由于这种磁场是高频交变磁场,所以这种环形电流由于众所周知的趋肤效应仅流径锁体表面的一个薄层。这一薄层的厚度决定于磁场进入锁体的深度,薄层的电阻随着锁体的导电性和导磁性的变化而变化。这一薄层和锁这边的感应线圈形成一个互感器,以锁这边的感应线圈为初级线圈,以薄层为短路的次级线圈,因此,这一薄层传导环形电流的电阻转换到初级线圈即锁这边的感应线圈,从而使锁这边感应线圈的电阻增加。因此将锁这边的感应线圈装到锁体上就会降低锁这边的感应线圈的性能。
本发明的目的是能以低成本,少量劳动力即可制造而又很少受环境因素影响,不受干扰地传输数据的本说明书开头部分的锁系统。
根据本发明,这一目的可用权利要求1的特征部分的特点而达到。有利的变型和进一步的改进则在从属权利要求中说明。
根据本发明,锁在锁这边的感应线圈和锁体之间有一个可以屏蔽磁场的屏蔽体。允许屏蔽体传输电和数据而锁体则受到屏蔽不受感应线圈的磁场影响,因而传输电和数据时产生的磁场不能进入锁体。因此,锁这边的感应线圈的性能与锁体的材料不发生关系。同样理由,锁这边的感应线圈的电感系数跟锁体与锁这边的感应线圈之间的距离也不发生关系,从而也跟线圈盒安装于锁体时的装配误差范围不发生关系,因此决定于感应线圈导电性能的电的传导与数据传输的抗干扰能力都被屏蔽体所提高。
屏蔽体最好用具有良好导电性能的材料,特别是诸如铜这样的非铁磁材料制造。
此种锁系统可以用于在机械锁上加上电子安全系统或者识别系统处,或者用于检查进入或通入的人、车是否正确。
下面参照附图更详细地说明本发明。
图1示出了利用锁系统操作汽车点火系统和电子停止器的一个实例。
锁体10是一普通的园柱形锁体,它有一个园柱形锁芯,该芯可在锁壳内旋转并利用机械转向装置锁住。为了使锁的成本低而又不易损坏,锁体用铁磁材料譬如用钢制造。
锁这边的感应线圈11通过塑料制造的线圈盒12固定于锁体10上。线圈盒12有钥匙孔14,钥匙2的钥匙头20可以通过该孔插入锁体10内,以便打开锁1。
通过把钥匙20插入锁体10,位于钥匙2的柄部22上的转发器23中的(钥匙一边的)感应线圈21带到靠近锁这边的感应线圈11。感应线圈11和21之间就产生感应电和数据传送。转发器23由于电传输供给电而激活,产生输出数据。转发器23还可以激活,通过锁这边的感应线圈11向钥匙一边的感应线圈21传输的数据输出数据。锁题这边的感应线圈21向锁这边的感应线圈11传输的数据来识别钥匙2,如果对汽车这是正确的插入的钥匙,汽车的停止器即去激活。
锁这边的感应线圈11没有作引导磁场元件之用的铁氧体磁芯,而且是围绕线圈盒12的钥匙孔即围绕锁体10和钥匙2的旋转轴线15绕制而成的。因此,无论插入锁体10内的钥匙2的位置怎样,都可进行数据传递。这就是说,即使钥匙2在锁体内转动,数据传递仍可进行。因此钥匙2也可设计成可翻转型的钥匙。
屏蔽体13位于锁这边的感应线圈11与锁体10之间,由铜即非铁磁材料制成,具有很高的传导率。这样做的目的是对锁体10加以屏蔽,使之不受锁这边的感应线圈11的影响,从而防止电和数据传输产生的磁场进入锁体10,屏蔽体13的厚度至少要足以防止为磁场所穿透。由于本例的磁场为一频率125千赫的交变场,并且其穿透深度对铜来说大约为0.2毫米,所以设计厚度大于0.2毫米即可。而且屏蔽体的面积大并尽可能多地覆盖锁体10面向锁1这边的感应线圈11的部分。在本例中为了保持锁1的各部的尺寸,特别是保持线圈盒12向钥匙2的一边与锁体10之间的距离,屏蔽体设计成一个盘13,厚度约0.5毫米。此盘13有一个孔,钥匙2的钥匙头20可以穿过它插入锁体10。
由于电和数据传输形成的磁场,感应环形电流,然而鉴于趋肤效应,环形电流只流经屏蔽体13面向锁这边的感应线圈11的一边很薄的一层。如果没有屏蔽体13,这种环形电流就会流经锁体10表面的一个薄层。此种环形电流降低锁这边的感应线圈11的性能,而降低的量又是随着传导环形电流的薄层的电阻值的大小而增减。由于使用的材料不同,就磁场穿透的深度而论,在屏蔽体13中要比在锁体10中深些,而且屏蔽体13的导电率大于锁体10的导电率,所以屏蔽体13传导环形电流的薄层的电阻值低于没有屏蔽体13时锁体10相应的薄层的电阻值。因而锁这边的感应线圈的性能由于环形电流而降低的程度,用屏蔽体13时比不用屏蔽体而直接作用于锁体10时要小。这就是说使用屏蔽体13,锁这边的感应线圈11的性能要降低,但这一降低值要比不用紧靠锁体10的屏蔽体13时线圈组装盒12产生的降低值小得多。
锁这边的感应线圈11和屏蔽体13应在制造线圈盒12的时候牢固地联在一起,最好是使用一道工序,譬如使用注射成型法制造。可以高精度得到锁这边的感应线圈11和屏蔽体13之间限定的一个距离,例如大约1毫米。锁这边的感应线圈11的感应系数是随着这一距离的大小而变化的,所以使用这种把屏蔽体与感应线圈联在一起的方法,就可以使感应线圈的感应系数变化很小。
使用屏蔽体的办法,还可以减少锁体10对锁这边的感应线圈11的电感系数的影响,因此在把线圈盒12装配到锁体10的时候,对锁体10与锁这边的感应线圈11之间的距离保持多大就不必有具体的严格规定了。
这样一来,具有一般的点火锁的车辆就可以不费多大气力,要不了多少费用,在其锁的一边安上一个操纵停止器的感线圈而进行翻新。
Claims (4)
1.一种锁系统包括锁1和钥匙2,其中所述的锁(1)有一个锁体(10),所述的锁体(10)上又有一个安装了用于传输电和数据的锁这边的感应线圈(11)的线圈盒(12),钥匙(2)也有一个用于传输电和数据的钥匙这边的感应线圈(21),因而锁(1)和钥匙(2)之间可以传输电和数据,其特征是:所述的锁(1)在锁这边的感应线圈(11)和锁体(10)之间设有一个屏蔽体(13)以屏蔽磁场。
2.根据权利要求1的锁系统,其特征是所述的屏蔽体(13)是由具有良好导电性的材料制造的。
3.根据权利要求2制造的锁系统,其特征是所述的屏蔽体(13)是用铜制造的。
4.根据权利要求3制造的锁系统,其特点是所述的屏蔽体(13)与线圈盒(12)紧紧地联在一起。
