Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of IPC A61K8/00, in particular to supermolecule permeation type muscle bottom repairing liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing market investigation information shows that the repair products on the market are numerous at present, but as urban environment changes, air pollution and life style change, sensitive muscle consumers are increased gradually, and the repair of the sensitive muscle is poor due to the fact that the number of the products on the market is too large; or only consider concept addition to claim repair, and do not relate to long-acting repair of sensitive skin, or are not friendly to sensitive muscles, and the demand of sensitive muscle consumers on repair products is not fully satisfied.
Chinese patent CN201611027865.2 discloses a multifunctional preparation for removing acne and eliminating scar and caring skin and its preparation method, which uses hyaluronic acid and polyglutamic acid with different molecular weights, collagen peptide and the like to achieve the effect of repairing skin tissue; chinese patent CN201910160799.3 discloses a cosmetic composition for postoperative repair, spray and preparation method thereof, which adopts the combined action of polyalcohol, small molecule sodium hyaluronate, cordyceps sinensis extract, cell respiratory factor, etc., and solves the problem of wound repair after cosmetic operation. However, the repair problem of sensitive muscles is not thoroughly solved in the prior art, and the cost and the efficacy are difficult to be compatible.
Aiming at the current situation, the invention aims to develop a product with various skin types and excellent effects of repairing sensitive skin, and the formula is designed from the following thought to cooperatively achieve the effects of repairing the sensitive skin in a multi-dimensional way.
Disclosure of Invention
The problem factors of the repair sensitive skin products in the current market are several, namely 1, the components are added conceptually, 2, the efficacy of the raw materials is single, 3, the cost is low, no high-quality raw materials are added, and the products are sold in a flow way. The efficacy and quality of the repairing products circulated in the market are difficult to ensure at present.
In order to solve the problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a supermolecule permeation type muscle base repairing liquid, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2-30% of small molecular polyalcohol, 0.1-3% of rheological additive, 0.8-15% of humectant, 0.1-15% of supermolecular compound, 0.2-20% of skin conditioner, 0.1-15% of plant extract, 0.01-1% of pH regulator, 0.05-2% of amino acid surface activity, 0.1-1.5% of stabilizer and the balance of solvent.
In some preferred embodiments, the small molecule polyol comprises a combination of one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, hexylene glycol, and octyloxy glycerol.
Further preferably, the small molecule polyols include glycerol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, and octoxyglycerol; the weight ratio of the glycerol, the 1, 3-propylene glycol, the 1, 4-butanediol, the 1, 2-pentanediol, the 1, 2-hexanediol and the octoxyglycerol is (0.5-6): 2-10): 0.5-10): 0.1-2.5: (0.1-2.5).
The invention selects the mild and non-irritating raw materials in the research and development process of the formula, and selects the specific micromolecular polyol and the plant extract to act together on the basis of the conception of no preservative addition through a large number of experimental researches, so that the stability of the repairing liquid is improved, and the repairing liquid can be stably stored for a long time under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature. Meanwhile, an acid-base-free neutralizer is selected in the formula to regulate thickening suspension, so that skin irritation is avoided, and the repairing liquid can be safely applied to sensitive skin and is easier to be absorbed by the skin.
In some preferred embodiments, the rheology aid is a combination of one or more of xanthan gum, carrageenan, gelatin, alginate, cellulose and derivatives thereof, ammonium acrylodimethyltaurate/VP copolymer.
Further preferably, the rheology aid is xanthan gum and an ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer; the weight ratio of the xanthan gum to the acrylamide/VP copolymer is (0.05-1): 0.1-2.
In some preferred embodiments, the humectant comprises hyaluronic acid and derivatives thereof, glyceroglycosides, phosphatidylcholine, amide compositions, allantoin, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, panthenol in combination with one or more of the foregoing.
Further preferably, the moisturizer comprises hyaluronic acid and derivatives thereof, glyceroglycosides, phosphatidylcholine and amide compositions; the weight ratio of the hyaluronic acid and the derivatives thereof, the glyceroglycosides, the phosphatidylcholine and the amide composition is (0.06-1.5): (0.1-2): (0.1-6). The invention selects the specific humectant to play roles in repairing liquid, effectively playing roles of resisting aging, stimulating cell regeneration, locking water and moisturizing, and enhancing skin elasticity.
Preferably, the hyaluronic acid and its derivatives are in particular sodium hyaluronate hydrolysate, which is commercially available, for example from the company Henan Kangwang Biotechnology Co.
In some preferred embodiments, the amide composition is ceramide NP and nicotinamide; the weight ratio of the ceramide NP to the nicotinamide is (0.01-10): 0.3-3; ceramide NP may be commercially available, for example, from Guangdong Biotechnology Co., ltd, and nicotinamide may be commercially available, for example, from Guangzhou City Ming Biotechnology Co., ltd.

Further preferably, the skin conditioning agent comprises a saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product filtrate and hydrolyzed silk; the weight ratio of the fermentation product filtrate of the saccharomyces cerevisiae to the hydrolyzed silk is (0.1-20) to (0.01-0.5). The fermentation product filtrate of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae may be commercially available, for example, from SiAnweis Bo Biotechnology Co., ltd, and the hydrolyzed silk may be commercially available, for example, from Suzhou silkworm Biocompany.
In some preferred embodiments, the starting materials for the supramolecular compound include glycyrrhizic acid and arginine; the weight ratio of glycyrrhizic acid to arginine is (0.1-12) to (0.3-4).
Further preferably, the supramolecular compound is specifically prepared from glycyrrhizic acid and arginine by a supramolecular self-assembly technology. The invention adopts glycyrrhizic acid and arginine to spontaneously polymerize, identify and form a supermolecule ionic salt compound with stable structure through a supermolecule modification technology and a supermolecule self-assembly technology.
