the crushing mechanism (2) comprises a crushing box (21), two feeding hoppers (22), a first grinding roller (23) and two second grinding rollers (24); the crushing box (21) is fixedly arranged at the inner side of the mounting box (1), the two feeding hoppers (22) are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the top of the crushing box (21), the first grinding rollers (23) are rotatably arranged in the crushing box (21), and the two second grinding rollers (24) are respectively and rotatably arranged at two ends of the inner side of the crushing box (21) and are tangential to the first grinding rollers (23);
the crushing mechanism (2) further comprises a first rotating shaft (26) and a plurality of crushing cutters (27); the bottom of the crushing box (21) is provided with a discharge chute (25), the first rotating shaft (26) is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the discharge chute (25), and a plurality of crushing cutters (27) are fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft (26) and are distributed at equal intervals along the axis direction of the first rotating shaft (26);
the screening mechanism (3) comprises an arc-shaped screen plate (34), two mounting seats (31), two fixing seats (32) and a plurality of buffer pieces (33); the arc-shaped screen plate (34) is fixedly arranged between two mounting seats (31), two fixing seats (32) are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the inner side of the mounting box (1), and a plurality of buffer pieces (33) are fixedly arranged between the two fixing seats (32) and the two mounting seats (31) in equal quantity;
the screening mechanism (3) further comprises a scraping assembly (35), and the scraping assembly (35) comprises an arc scraping bucket (351), a rotating rod (352) and a second rotating shaft (353); the second rotating shaft (353) is rotatably arranged at the inner side of the mounting box (1), the top end of the rotating rod (352) is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft (353), the bottom end of the rotating rod (352) is hinged with the arc-shaped scraper (351), the arc-shaped scraper (351) is attached to the top surface of the arc-shaped sieve plate (34), and the outer side of the arc-shaped sieve plate (34) is provided with a leakage groove (354);
the driving mechanism (6) comprises a fixed frame (61), a first motor (62), a first belt wheel (63), a second belt wheel (64), a third belt wheel (67), a fourth belt wheel (68), a first gear (65) and two second gears (66); the fixing frame (61) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the mounting box (1), the first motor (62) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the fixing frame (61), the first belt wheel (63) is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the first motor (62), the first gear (65) is fixedly connected with the first grinding roller (23) coaxially, the two second gears (66) are fixedly connected with the two second grinding rollers (24) coaxially respectively, the second belt wheel (64) is connected with the first belt wheel (63) through belt transmission, the third belt wheel (67) is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the first motor (62), and the fourth belt wheel (68) is fixedly connected with the end part of the first rotating shaft (26) and is connected with the third belt wheel (67) through belt transmission;
the driving mechanism (6) further comprises a reciprocating transmission member (69), wherein the reciprocating transmission member (69) comprises a third gear (691), a first incomplete gear (692), a second incomplete gear (693) and a fourth gear (694); the third gear (691) is fixedly connected with the end part of the second rotating shaft (353), the first incomplete gear (692) and the second incomplete gear (693) are fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the first motor (62) and are arranged in parallel, the first incomplete gear (692) is intermittently meshed with the third gear (691), the fourth gear (694) is rotatably arranged on the outer side of the mounting box (1) and is in staggered meshing with the third gear (691), and the second incomplete gear (693) is intermittently meshed with the fourth gear (694);
the top end of the mounting box (1) is provided with a cleaning mechanism (5), and the cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a worm wheel (50), a top seat (51), a second motor (52), a worm (53), an internal thread cylinder (54), a screw rod (55), a connecting plate (56), a mounting rod (58) and two guide rods (57); the top seat (51) is fixedly arranged at the top of the mounting box (1), the second motor (52) is fixedly arranged at the top of the top seat (51), the worm (53) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor (52), the internal thread cylinder (54) is rotatably arranged at the top of the top seat (51), the worm wheel (50) is fixedly arranged at the top of the internal thread cylinder (54) and is meshed with the worm (53), the screw rod (55) penetrates through the thread cylinder (54) and is in threaded connection with the thread cylinder (54), the connecting plate (56) is fixedly arranged at the top of the screw rod (55), the mounting rod (58) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the screw rod (55), the two guide rods (57) penetrate through the top seat (51) and are in sliding connection with the top seat (51), the tops of the two guide rods (57) are fixedly connected with the connecting plate (56), and the bottoms of the two guide rods (57) are fixedly connected with the mounting rod (58);

s2, pouring the mixed herbal medicine into a crushing box (21) from two feed hoppers (22);
s3, starting the first motor (62) to enable the first belt wheel (63) to rotate, so that the second belt wheel (64) drives the first gear (65) to rotate, namely, two second gears (66) rotate in the same direction, one second grinding roller (24) rotates opposite to the first grinding roller (23), and the other second grinding roller (24) rotates opposite to the first grinding roller (23), so that the mixed herbal medicine can be extruded and crushed not only by the second grinding roller (24) and the first grinding roller (23), but also by the second grinding roller (24) and the inner wall of the crushing box (21);
s4, starting the second motor (52) to enable the worm (53) to rotate, enabling the worm wheel (50) to drive the threaded cylinder (54) to synchronously rotate, enabling the screw rod (55) to downwards move, enabling the mounting rod (58) to drive the first telescopic sleeve rod (591) and the two second telescopic sleeve rods (592) to synchronously downwards move until the first scraping plate (593) and the two second scraping plates (594) are in contact with the first grinding roller (23) and the two second grinding rollers (24), closing the second motor (52), enabling the first grinding roller (23) and the two second grinding rollers (24) to interact with the corresponding first scraping plate (593) and the corresponding two second scraping plates (594) when rotating, and accordingly cleaning the herbal medicines attached to the first grinding roller (23) and the two second grinding rollers (24) and further avoiding the subsequent cleaning workload and reducing the waste of the herbal medicines; the crushed mixed herbal medicine falls into the discharge chute (25), and the first motor (62) drives the third belt wheel (67) to rotate when being started, so that the fourth belt wheel (68) drives the first rotating shaft (26) to synchronously rotate, and all the crushing cutters (27) rotate at a high speed, so that the crushed mixed herbal medicine is crushed further;
s5, the crushed mixed herbal medicine falls onto the arc-shaped sieve plate (34), the first motor (62) can drive the first incomplete gear (692) and the second incomplete gear (693) to synchronously rotate, and when the first incomplete gear (692) is meshed with the third gear (691), the third gear (691) can rotate a certain angle along with the first incomplete gear (692); when the first incomplete gear (692) is separated from the third gear (691), the second incomplete gear (693) is meshed with the fourth gear (694) at the moment, so that the fourth gear (694) rotates for a certain angle, and the third gear (691) reversely rotates for a certain angle due to the meshing of the fourth gear (694) and the third gear (691), so that the third gear (691) can realize periodical reciprocating rotation, namely, the second rotating shaft (353) drives the rotating rod (352) to reciprocate, so that the arc scraping hopper (351) slides reciprocally on the top surface of the arc-shaped sieve plate (34), and broken and unseparated rootstocks blocked in sieve holes of the arc-shaped sieve plate (34) can be scraped or scraped; the herb passing through the arc-shaped sieve plate (34) falls onto the conveyor belt (4) and is transported to the next process.
