背景技术
近年来仿古建筑越来越多,古建筑物的凝重、古朴与质感是仿古建筑需要达到的目的。青砖瓦屋建筑传承了中国的古老文化和砌筑风格,被仿古建筑所推崇。
在改造与新建古建筑,复原明清风貌的施工项目中,青砖外立面装饰越来越受欢迎。但是砖较薄,砌筑后立体感不强,且不能满足保温效果。让仿古保温墙施工成为了亟待解决的问题。
房屋建筑施工过程中产生大量的钢筋废料,这些废料不加以利用,将造成资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计与施工方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计,包括墙体,上梁、上梁两侧的梁柱和墙体底部的基础,所述墙体与上梁和梁柱之间、墙体与基础之间采用高粘度瓷砖粘结剂粘结,所述墙体外砌筑有若干加气混凝土砌块,所述加气混凝土砌块外通过高粘度瓷砖粘结剂粘结有仿古砖,相邻加气混凝土砌块的砖缝之前预埋有拉结钢筋,所述拉结钢筋包括固定拉结钢筋和旋转拉结钢筋。

优选地,所述上梁和梁柱通过绑扎钢筋并浇筑混凝土成型,绑扎钢筋过程中在上梁底部以上10cm处间隔1m设置20cm长Φ6mm钢筋,在梁柱竖向间隔0.4m钻孔埋入Φ6mm钢筋,并做抗拉拔试验。

一种施工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、在基础施工时在合适位置间隔1m设置一个长0.2m预留钢筋头;
S2、房屋上梁和梁柱混凝土同时绑扎钢筋并浇筑混凝土,绑扎钢筋过程中在上梁底部以上10cm处间隔1m设置20cm长Φ6mm钢筋。待混凝土强度达到设计强度后在梁柱竖向间隔0.4m钻孔埋入Φ6mm钢筋;
S3、主体结构完工并经验收合格后开始加气混凝土砌块施工,砌筑第一层加气混凝土砌块时固定第一层横向拉结筋并与竖向拉结筋焊接,加气混凝土砌块下预埋15cm长钢筋,外部悬挑5cm长;
S4、依次进行加气混凝土砌块砌筑,每砌筑两层加气混凝土砌块在上部预埋一根横向拉结筋,依次重复施工;
S5、加气混凝土砌块砌筑完成后在外侧分层砌筑仿古砖,先在加气混凝土砌块上涂覆一层高粘度瓷砖粘结剂,在仿古砖背面涂第二层高粘度瓷砖粘结剂,使用橡胶锤将仿古砖拍实,重复以上步骤直至墙面主体全部贴完。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过本发明的组合体系兼顾仿古及保温特点,在保证节能环保的前提下满足仿古要求。
2、结合本发明的组合体系发明了新的连接方法:仿古砖与加气混凝土块墙体采用固定拉结钢筋或旋转拉结钢筋连接,满足了2种状态下的施工要求,操作环节少,可操作性强,保证组合体系的稳定性、整体性。
3、本发明的预埋件都是利用工程施工中产生的废料制作而成,解决了废料的再利用,避免了资源的浪费。

下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。

S2、房屋上梁2和梁柱3混凝土同时绑扎钢筋并浇筑混凝土,绑扎钢筋过程中在上梁2底部以上10cm处间隔1m设置20cm长Φ6mm钢筋。待混凝土强度达到设计强度后在梁柱3竖向间隔0.4m钻孔埋入Φ6mm钢筋;
S3、主体结构完工并经验收合格后开始加气混凝土砌块5施工,砌筑第一层加气混凝土砌块5时固定第一层横向拉结筋并与竖向拉结筋焊接,加气混凝土砌块5下预埋15cm长钢筋,外部悬挑5cm长,若遇到不规则墙面施工应在仿古砖6上部合适位置钻孔,将事先制作好的旋转拉结钢筋插入孔内,通过旋转确定砌筑点位固定后进行施工,若旋转拉结钢筋与固定预埋筋冲突时应切割固定筋;
S4、依次进行加气混凝土砌块5砌筑,每砌筑两层加气混凝土砌块5在上部预埋一根横向拉结筋,依次重复施工;
S5、加气混凝土砌块5砌筑完成后在外侧分层砌筑仿古砖6,先在加气混凝土砌块5上涂覆一层高粘度瓷砖粘结剂,在仿古砖6背面涂第二层高粘度瓷砖粘结剂,使用橡胶锤将仿古砖6拍实,重复以上步骤直至墙面主体全部贴完。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计,其特征在于,所述上梁和梁柱通过绑扎钢筋并浇筑混凝土成型,绑扎钢筋过程中在上梁底部以上10cm处间隔1m设置20cm长Φ6mm钢筋,在梁柱竖向间隔0.4m钻孔埋入Φ6mm钢筋,并做抗拉拔试验。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计,其特征在于,所述固定拉结钢筋包括横向拉结筋和竖向拉结筋,所述竖向拉结筋在墙体内部横向间隔1m设置,横向拉结筋采用Φ6mm钢筋,在竖向拉结筋上纵向间隔0.4m设置。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计,其特征在于,所述旋转拉结钢筋呈Z字型,通过转动旋转拉结钢筋以定位加气混凝土砌块的砌筑位置。
6.根据权利要求5 所述的一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计,其特征在于,所述旋转拉结钢筋采用废旧Φ6mm钢筋切割、折弯、焊接而成。
7.一种施工方法,包括上述权利要求1-6任一权利要求所述的一种组合式仿古砖墙结构体系设计,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、在基础施工时在合适位置间隔1m设置一个长0.2m预留钢筋头;
S2、房屋上梁和梁柱混凝土同时绑扎钢筋并浇筑混凝土,绑扎钢筋过程中在上梁底部以上10cm处间隔1m设置20cm长Φ6mm钢筋,
待混凝土强度达到设计强度后在梁柱竖向间隔0.4m钻孔埋入Φ6mm钢筋;
S3、主体结构完工并经验收合格后开始加气混凝土砌块施工,砌筑第一层加气混凝土砌块时固定第一层横向拉结筋并与竖向拉结筋焊接,加气混凝土砌块下预埋15cm长钢筋,外部悬挑5cm长;
S4、依次进行加气混凝土砌块砌筑,每砌筑两层加气混凝土砌块在上部预埋一根横向拉结筋,依次重复施工;
S5、加气混凝土砌块砌筑完成后在外侧分层砌筑仿古砖,先在加气混凝土砌块上涂覆一层高粘度瓷砖粘结剂,在仿古砖背面涂第二层高粘度瓷砖粘结剂,使用橡胶锤将仿古砖拍实,重复以上步骤直至墙面主体全部贴完。
