本申请涉及日化领域,具体涉及一种发泡型卸妆洁面液及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前卸妆产品繁多,包括卸妆油、卸妆膏、卸妆乳等等。但是卸妆油使用后较为油腻,不适合油性皮肤,卸妆膏的清洁效果差,卸妆乳虽然情节力度强,但是在使用后需要二次清洁,使用繁琐。
作为一种新型卸妆产品,卸妆慕斯由于其手感细腻,能够全面的贴合肌肤,使用方便,有效除污垢油脂以及残留的彩妆等优势受到市场青睐。常规的卸妆慕斯通常采用水剂作为内料,靠泡沫泵作用起泡,卸妆组合物中的多元醇和油脂容易使得卸妆慕斯消泡,卸妆时间稍长便会使得产品的油相和水相分离,最后导致使用者使用后舒适度降低,伤害皮肤。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种发泡型卸妆洁面液及其制作方法,可以有效增强卸妆慕斯的稳定性,使得泡沫更持久,同时保证用户使用后皮肤的舒适度不拔干。
本申请实施例提供一种发泡型卸妆洁面液,包括重量份计的以下组分:水30-55份、矿油10-30份、表面活性剂10-20份、乳化剂0.5-5份、黄檗树皮提取物0.01-0.3份、薰衣草花提取物0.01-0.3份、栀子果提取物0.01-0.3份、银耳多糖0.02-0.8份。
优选的,所述乳化剂包括聚甘油-10肉豆蔻酸酯、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-60、氯化钠中的至少两种。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠或月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱。

采用天然的高效保湿的成分作为调理剂,帮助改善水分平衡和修复屏障,保证了配方的温和性。
选取薰衣草花提取物代替传统的香精成分,提取物中含有乙酸芳樟酯,乙酸薰衣草酯芳樟醇、香叶醇、香豆素等成分,具有良好的抑菌功效,提取物自带颜色,提升双相产品的美观程度。
选取黄檗树皮提取物,提取物中主含小檗碱,并含巴马亭药根碱、黄柏碱、蝙蝠葛任碱、白桥楼碱、黄柏桐等,能促进胶原蛋白的生成,结合其抗氧化性,能够减缓衰老,抑制毛发的生长,具有抗炎性和抑臭的作用。
选取栀子果提取物能够配合黄檗树皮提取物和薰衣草花提取物,起到舒缓抗敏,提升皮肤的抵抗力,杀菌消炎的作用。

对比例1-对比例4的制备方法与上述实施例的制备方法相同。
性能测试
对实施例1-5、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3进行泡沫稳定性测试、卸妆性能测试和人体感官评价测试。
实验一泡沫稳定性测试
具体方法:
取实施例1-4、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4的样品,采用罗氏泡沫仪测试产品的起泡性能,步骤如下:
试液配制:分别称取样品3g于1000mL容量瓶中(事先用小烧杯溶解后再移入),加入蒸馏水至刻度,摇匀。
罗氏泡沫仪的操作:将超级恒温仪预热至(40±1)℃,使罗氏泡沫仪恒温在(40±1) ℃。用200ml定量漏斗吸取部分试液,沿泡沫仪壁管冲洗一下,然后取试液放入泡沫仪底部对准标准刻度至50ml,再用200ml定量漏斗吸取200ml试液,固定漏斗中心位置,使它与刻度管的断面垂直,保证试液沿刻度管中心线滴下,球管出口置于900mL刻度线上。
打开球管活塞,使试液流下,当球管中的试液流完时,立即开动秒表并记录泡沫高度,记为起泡高度,再记录5min后泡沫高度记为稳泡高度。取两次在允许误差范围内(在重复性条件下获得的两次独立试验结果之间的绝对差值不大于5mm)的结果平均值作为最后结果,结果保留至整数位,具体的测试结果如表1所示:

由表1的数据可以看出,对比对比例1和实施例1、实施例2和实施例3可以看出,通过调控水油比,并添加银耳多糖,银耳多糖替代部分多元醇,降低部分多元醇的比例,使得得到的发泡型洁面液的泡沫更加稳定,银耳多糖的占比越多,稳定性越好;
其次,对比实施例2和对比例3可以看出水相较多,泡沫的稳定性越高,但是对应的其去油脂型的彩妆的能力较差,清洁度不高;
对比实施例2、实施例4、对比例1、对比例4可以看出,增加部分天然组分虽然能够增加起泡高度,但是对泡沫的稳定性具有一定的影响,降低天然组分,可能提升泡沫的稳定性。
实验二卸妆性能测试
具体方法:在前臂分别均匀涂抹适量口红、粉底、睫毛膏和眼线,并等待2小时至完全干燥。
然后分别将实施例1-4、对比例3的卸妆洁面液使用泡沫泵挤出约1g在彩妆上,轻轻揉搓30s,然后冲洗干净,记录卸妆效果并对比,结果见表2。

0-有明显残留,彩妆剩余量大于50%1-有小部分残留2-轻微残留3-无残留通过上述测试结果,对比实施例1-4和对比例2,可以看出,本申请的产品通过调整水油比,能够有效提升彩妆的卸妆能力,使得产品针对水性成分为主的彩妆例如睫毛膏、眼线笔,和油性成分为主的液体或膏状彩妆,例如口红和粉底等,均具有较高的清洁能力,本发明的产品在使用时能够呈现双连续相,对油性彩妆和水性彩妆均具有较好的清洁能力。
实验二人体感官评价测试
具体方法:采集了30名亚洲黄色人种女性使用实施例2、实施例4和对比例1-对比例4制备的卸妆洁面液对是否产生油膜感(油膜感强1分,无油膜感5分)、刺激性(无刺激感1,有明显刺痛感5)和保湿效果进行了打分(无紧绷5,明显紧绷1),取平均值统计结果见表3;

通过表3可以看出,本申请的实施例2和实施例4对皮肤刺激较小,基本无刺激,对比例3 和实施例可以看出,本申请的水油比相对常规的水内相组分的卸妆慕斯高,产品使用后略有油膜感,但是相对地,其清洁力度更强,通过对比对比例4可以看出,添加的自然植萃提取物能够有效的提升产品的温和度,降低刺激性,可以滋润和保护皮肤,对比对比例3可以看出,添加了薰衣草花提取物后,产品的外观更新颖,美观。

Claims (10)
1.一种发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,包括重量份计的以下组分:水30-55份、矿油10-30份、表面活性剂10-20份、乳化剂0.5-5份、黄檗树皮提取物0.01-0.3份、薰衣草花提取物0.01-0.3份、栀子果提取物0.01-0.3份、银耳多糖0.02-0.8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括聚甘油-10肉豆蔻酸酯、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-60、氯化钠中的至少两种。
3.如权利要求1所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠或月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,还含有至少一种辅助剂,所述的辅助剂包括调理剂、防腐剂、保湿剂、起泡剂或螯合剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述调理剂包括泛醇、角鲨烷、苦橙花油、油茶籽油、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、柠檬酸中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括:甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求4所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括:丁二醇、乙二醇、甲基丙二醇或乙基己基甘油中的至少一种,其中,所述保湿剂和所述银耳多糖的重量份比值为1:0.01-0.03。
8.如权利要求4所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述螯合剂包括EDTA二钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求4所述的发泡型卸妆洁面液,其特征在于,所述起泡剂包括椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠。
10.一种发泡型卸妆洁面液的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
常温下,将重量份计的水30-55份、矿油10-30、表面活性剂10-20份、乳化剂0.5-5份、黄檗树皮提取物0.01-0.3份、薰衣草花提取物0.01-0.3份、栀子果提取物0.01-0.3份和银耳多糖0.2-0.8份依次加入到洁净配料锅中,转速30-50转/min搅拌均匀;
静置分层、化验检测、出料灌装。
