Disclosure of Invention
[ problems to be solved by the invention ]
As a method for objectively and systematically visualizing the state of a subject person from responses collected by hearing or the like in an evaluation, a Classification obtained from a life function model according to an International Classification of Disability and Health (ICF) is known. ICF is used to understand the concept of Health status of a person, factors influencing Health, selected in 2001 by the World Health Organization (WHO), and in particular, to classify the status of a person's life functions into six categories (Health status, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, personal factors).
In the current evaluation, since an operation of classifying collected answers into various categories of ICFs is entrusted to an examiner who performs the evaluation, there is a case where the classification result is deviated by the knowledge or experience of the examiner.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides an analysis support program and the like that can objectively and systematically make the state of a subject conspicuous without causing variations due to knowledge or experience of the examiner.
[ means for solving problems ]
A recording medium according to a first embodiment of the present invention stores an analysis support program that causes a computer to execute: an obtaining step of obtaining an answer of a subject to a question related to a life function; a Classification step of classifying the answers into six categories of Health status, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, personal factors, which are classified by International Classification of Disability and Health (ICF); and a display step of displaying the answers classified by category on a display by category.
By passing through such steps, the examiner who is the user can stably overview the state of the subject regardless of his or her own knowledge or experience. As a result, the state of the subject obtained by the evaluation can be analyzed and evaluated regardless of the knowledge or experience of the examiner, and therefore, the quality of the evaluation can be improved. As a side effect, the examiner can grasp which kind of classification the ICF has a correlation with each answer obtained by audiometry or the like by recognizing the classified result.
In the recording medium, the displaying step may explicitly display which of the positive evaluation, the negative evaluation, and the reference information each answer classified by category belongs to in the classified categories. By such display, the list of display results can be further improved.
In the display step, the recording medium may cause the computer to execute a reception step of receiving a write of the feature items related to the subject by category, and the display step may additionally display the feature items received in the reception step in a list. As described above, even for an item that does not match the automatically classified answer, the state of the subject can be more systematically visualized as long as information obtained by hearing or the like can be added.
In the recording medium, even when an instruction is received from the user before all the answers obtained in the obtaining step are ended, the displaying step may display the answers classified by the classification step up to now on the display by the classification. As described above, even in the middle stage, if the list display of the ICF classification is performed, the examiner can confirm, for example, how to classify the currently input answer during the evaluation, and thus can correct the subsequent hearing pattern or understand the meaning of the question.
In the recording medium, the displaying may display the answer together with attribute information attached to the question by category. By displaying the screen in this manner, when the examiner calls a User Interface (UI) screen to be used for reviewing detailed questions after confirming the display of each category, the examiner can easily determine which UI screen to call.
An analysis support method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is an analysis support method using an analysis support system, including: an obtaining step of obtaining, by an obtaining section, an answer to a question related to a life function of a subject; a classification step of classifying the answers into six categories of health status, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, personal factors classified by international functions, disabilities and health classifications by a classification section; and a display step of displaying the answer classified by category on a display by category by a display control unit.
Further, an analysis support system according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes: an obtaining unit that obtains an answer to a question related to a life function of a subject; a classification section that classifies the answers into six categories of health status, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, personal factors, which are classified by international functions, disabilities, and health classifications; and a display control unit that displays the answers classified by category on a display by category.
In the second and third embodiments, the examiner can stably observe the state of the subject regardless of his or her skill.
[ Effect of the invention ]
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an analysis support program and the like that can objectively and systematically visualize the state of a subject without generating variations due to the knowledge or experience of the examiner.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments thereof, but the invention of the claims is not limited to the embodiments below. The configurations described in the embodiments are not necessarily all required as technical means for solving the problems.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a case where the analysis support system according to the present embodiment is used. The analysis support system according to the present embodiment can be realized by the analysis support server 100, the analysis support terminal 300, or both the analysis support server 100 and the analysis support terminal 300. The analysis supporting server 100 is connected to a network 900 such as the internet, and performs information or instruction transfer with the analysis supporting terminal 300, which is a tablet terminal of a examiner who is a user of the analysis supporting system, via the network 900 and the wireless unit 910. Wireless section 910 is a wireless communication device installed in an environment where analysis supporting terminal 300 is used, and is, for example, a Local Area Network (LAN) device.
Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described in which the analysis supporting terminal 300 body performs display control of information presented to the examiner, acquisition control of obtaining a response of the examinee, and the like. The analysis support program executed by the analysis support terminal 300 obtains information necessary for processing from the analysis support server 100 or receives an instruction from the analysis support server 100 as necessary. The display control, acquisition control, and the like described below may be implemented by the analysis support server 100 operating the analysis support terminal 300 by remote control, or may be implemented by the analysis support server 100 operating in cooperation with the analysis support terminal 300 according to processing.
The analysis support system of the present embodiment supports the following evaluations: in order to enable the examinee to perform daily life independently, the examiner interviews the examinee to analyze the life condition, and objectively and systematically visualizes the state of the examinee. Here, the examiner is generally a person having professional knowledge such as a care provider, a physical therapist, a nursing specialist, a nurse, or the like. The subject may be assumed to be a person who is uncomfortable with independent daily life, such as an elderly person or a disabled person. The examiner can provide a recommendation or make a support plan required by the examinee by listening to the examinee in accordance with the question presented by the analysis support terminal 300 to obtain the analysis and evaluation results. In the present embodiment, as an example of the analysis and evaluation results, the answers to be obtained by the audition are classified for each category of the ICF and displayed on the display of the analysis support terminal 300. The configuration, an example of a User Interface (UI) screen, and a processing procedure of the analysis support server 100 and the analysis support terminal 300 that realize such display will be described in order.
Fig. 2 is a main hardware configuration diagram of the analysis support server 100. The analysis support server 100 mainly includes a system control unit 110, a communication unit 140, and a storage device 150. In the present embodiment, the display monitor 120 and the input unit 130 are also provided to enable the user to directly perform operations such as information input and program update to the analysis support server 100.
The system control Unit 110 is a processor (Central Processing Unit (CPU)) that controls the analysis support server 100 and executes a program, and the processor may be configured to be coupled to an arithmetic Processing chip such as an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) or a Graphic Processing Unit (GPU), the display monitor 120 is, for example, a monitor including a liquid crystal panel, and visually displays, for example, personal information of a subject or analysis and evaluation results transmitted from the analysis support terminal 300, and the input Unit 130 is, for example, a keyboard or a mouse, and receives input of personal information for collectively managing a plurality of subjects.
The communication unit 140 is responsible for connection to the network 900 and data transfer to and from the analysis supporting terminal 300, and includes a LAN, for example. The communication unit 140 performs instruction and information transfer with the network 900 under the control of the system control unit 110.
The storage device 150 is a nonvolatile storage medium, and includes a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), for example. The storage device 150 stores not only programs for executing control and processing of the analysis supporting server 100 but also various parameters for control and calculation, personal information of a subject registered as a user, and the like. The storage device 150 includes, among others, an evaluation information database 151 (hereinafter referred to as "evaluation information DB 151"), a classification table database 152 (hereinafter referred to as "classification table DB 152").
The evaluation information DB 151 is a database storing past evaluation information or collected and analyzed evaluation information. In addition, questions related to life functions and options thereof are also stored. In addition, although the following description will be made specifically, an association table in which element steps or problem candidates associated with the element steps are defined for each of the Living behaviors defined by Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), and candidates of a problem causing a problem of the problem candidates are aggregated is also stored as a part of the question and its options.
The classification table DB 152 is a database that defines and summarizes the assumed subject responses into which of six categories, i.e., health status, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, and personal factors, classified by the ICF, are classified into a table structure. The table structure may take various forms, and in the present embodiment, it is defined into which of six categories the answer is classified for each question prepared in advance in relation to the life function. Specifically, it is possible to define which category the answers to be classified into according to the questions are, or it is possible to define that the answers to the questions are all classified into the same category with respect to a specific question group. As the specific question group, for example, it is conceivable to give the same attribute information to the questions in the group in advance. In the present embodiment, as will be described in detail below, the "attribute" may be used for each element process related to the distinction in the evaluation related to the life function or the life behavior. As described above, if attribute information is given to a question, it is possible to define that answers to questions given certain attribute information are all classified into the same category.
In addition, when the answer is an answer to be judged such as promotion or suppression of maintenance or improvement of the state of the subject, a condition to be evaluated as positive, a condition to be evaluated as negative, and a content related to how to display the answer are defined. On the other hand, in the case where the answer becomes reference information for studying a state of the subject, a condition for processing as the reference information and contents relating to how to display the answer are specified. The storage device 150 may be constituted not by a single piece of hardware, but may be constituted by a storage medium storing a program and a storage medium storing databases, for example, by different pieces of hardware.
Fig. 3 is a main hardware configuration diagram of the analysis supporting terminal 300. The analysis supporting terminal 300 mainly includes a terminal control unit 310, a display panel 320, a touch panel 330, a communication unit 340, and a storage unit 350. The terminal control unit 310 is a processor (CPU) that performs control of the analysis support terminal 300 and execution processing of a program. The processor may be fabricated as an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) or a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) or other operation Processing chip. The terminal control unit 310 executes various processes in accordance with instructions of the analysis support program. Specifically, in addition to the processing described below, processing related to analysis and evaluation of the subject is executed based on information or an instruction transmitted from the analysis supporting server 100.
The display panel 320 is an example of a display, and includes, for example, a liquid crystal display panel, and displays a user interface screen generated by the terminal control unit 310, a moving image explaining a method of use, and the like in a visualized manner. Touch panel 330 is an input member overlapping display panel 320, and generates an input signal corresponding to the position and movement of a fingertip in contact with the input member. Such as receiving a click, swipe, zoom, etc.
The communication unit 340 is responsible for connection to the network 900 and data transfer to and from the analysis support server 100, and includes a wireless LAN, for example. Communication section 340 performs instruction and information transfer with radio section 910 connected to network 900 in accordance with the control of terminal control section 310.
The storage unit 350 is a nonvolatile storage medium, and a solid state disk, for example, can be used. The storage unit 350 stores a program for executing control or processing of the analysis support terminal 300, and also stores various parameter values for control or calculation. In particular, the classification table 351 partially downloaded from the classification table DB 152 of the analysis support server 100 and generated in accordance with the subject to be examined is temporarily stored. For example, in the case where the classification table DB 152 includes a classification table for elderly people and a classification table for youngsters, if the subject is an elderly person, the terminal control part 310 downloads the classification table for elderly people from the classification table DB 152 to construct the classification table 351. Further, in the case where the classification table DB 152 does not include a plurality of classification tables corresponding to the properties of the subject as in the case of the classification table DB 152, the terminal control part 310 may download the entire classification table DB 152 directly as the classification table 351. In addition, although the present embodiment describes an example in which the classification table 351 is constructed and the classification processing is executed, the analysis support server 100 may transmit the answer to be classified, and the analysis support server 100 may execute the processing such as which category the answer is classified into. In this case, the analysis supporting terminal 300 may receive the processing result of the analysis supporting server 100 and display the result on the display panel 320.
The terminal control unit 310 also functions as a functional operation unit that performs various operations based on the processing instructed by the analysis support program. The terminal control unit 310 can function as an obtaining unit 311, a receiving unit 312, a classifying unit 313, and a display control unit 314, among others. The specific arithmetic processing of these functional arithmetic units will be described in order by way of an example of a UI screen displayed on the display panel 320 of the analysis support terminal 300, after explaining the concept of processing of classifying the answers of the subject according to the ICF classification.
Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating a concept of a process in which the classification unit 313 classifies the answer of the subject according to the ICF classification. In the present embodiment, the evaluation related to the life function is mainly classified into "basic examination", "health", "basic action", "ADL", "IADL", "nutrition", and "oral cavity". For example, activities of Daily Living (ADL) are life Activities minimally required for a person to perform life, and are concepts of life behaviors including walking, excreting, eating, bathing, changing clothes, and the like. Instrumental Activities of Living in the daytime (IADL) are concepts including ADL and Living behaviors such as cleaning, washing, shopping, cooking, and the like, which are complex and high-level Living Activities. The examiner asks questions prepared in association with the respective divisions, and performs an auditory verification on the subject based on the questions.
The examiner inputs the subject's answer obtained through the audition into the analysis support terminal 300. The input of answers is in principle achieved by selecting an option displayed next to the question or inputting text into an input box. The obtaining section 311 receives the input answer and stores the answer in association with the question.
In the evaluation, as a method of objectively and systematically visualizing the state of a subject from collected responses, a Classification obtained using a living function model of ICF (International Classification of function, disability and Health) is known. ICF is a concept for understanding a health state of a person, factors affecting health, and specifically, divides the state of a living function of a person into six categories (health state, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, personal factors). The examiner can easily grasp the state of the subject objectively and systematically by displaying the answers to be the subject among the collected answers in an arrangement according to each category of the ICF.
Therefore, the classification unit 313 reads the answer to be targeted among the answers stored in the storage unit 350 in association with the question by the obtaining unit 311, and classifies the answer into at least one of six categories with reference to the classification table 351. As described above, the classification table 351 specifies which of the categories of the health status, the physical and mental functions, the activities, the participation, the environmental factors, and the personal factors classified by the ICF the assumed subject answers are classified, respectively. "health status" refers to health problems that cause or affect disease, trauma, pregnancy, aging, stress, and the like. "physical and mental functions" refer to physical or mental functions directly related to the maintenance of life. "activities" are all activities necessary in the aspect of life, related to life activities. "participate" refers to a role, an association, or a participation status in a family or a society. The "environmental factors" refer to living material environments, human environments, and social environments. The "personal factor" refers to an intrinsic characteristic of the person who belongs to the subject person.
The display control unit 314 arranges the sorted answers for each category of the ICF and displays them on the display panel 320. A specific example of these series of processing will be described with several UI screens shown.
Fig. 5 is an example of a UI screen showing a case where an answer to a basic question related to daily life is received. More specifically, the UI screen is a case where the input operation of the information on the subject as the examination target person is ended and the evaluation related to the "basic examination" is started.
The display control unit 314 mainly displays, on the display panel 320, a subject name 501 as the input name of the subject, an evaluation button 511, an ICF button 512, an instruction button 513, a question 521 about "basic examination", and options 522 corresponding to the questions. The evaluation button 511 is a button capable of selection provided corresponding to each evaluation ("basic examination", "health", "basic action", "ADL", "IADL", "nutrition", "oral cavity") related to a life function distinguished in the above-described manner. The examiner can start the evaluation by clicking any of the evaluation buttons 511. The figure shows a case where "basic check" is selected.
The ICF button 512 is a button for switching the input answer to a display classified by each category of ICF (hereinafter referred to as "ICF classification display"). Not limited to when all evaluations are completed, the examiner may switch to the ICF classification display by clicking the ICF button 512 while the evaluation related to a certain living function is being performed. The instruction buttons 513 prepare "return", "temporary save", "end", and the examiner can execute the respective instructions. Specifically, if "return" is clicked, the input screen on which the subject information is input may be returned, if "temporary save" is clicked, the job history before the time point may be stored in the storage section, and if "end" is clicked, the process of evaluation may be ended.
The selected questions 521 related to the life function and the options 522 corresponding to the questions 521 are displayed in a row in the lower region of the horizontally arranged evaluation button 511 and ICF button 512. In the example of the figure, 5 questions of "basic life function" prepared as the first item, 3 questions of "exercise function" prepared as the second item, and options "yes" and "no" corresponding to the questions are displayed simultaneously in the "basic check". For example, "06, as a question 521, whether the handrail or wall is not being held up" is displayed in a row with "0, yes" and "1, no" as their options 522. The question of "basic examination" follows a basic examination list recommended by japan heir labour ministry as a form for grasping or examining the daily life of the subject, to an autonomous group or business. However, the question used in the present embodiment is not limited to the items of the basic examination described in the form.
The examiner confirms the displayed question, presents the question to the subject in such a manner that the subject can easily answer, and listens to the answer. That is, the examiner changes the way of asking questions or adjusts the intonation according to the characteristics of the examinee. The reviewer clicks on one of the options 522 based on the content heard. The obtaining unit 311 receives the clicked position signal from the touch panel 330, obtains an option corresponding to the position, and stores the option in the storage unit 350. The display control unit 314 displays the answer flag 531 in superimposition with the selected option. The answer mark 531 is, for example, a rectangle surrounding the option as shown in the figure, but may be other marks or signs, an embodiment in which a character string of the option is enlarged and highlighted, or the like as long as the embodiment in which the inspector can distinguish the option from other options and visually confirm that the option is selected. In addition, the figure shows the case where the examiner clicks on the option "1. No" of asking "04. Whether to visit the friend's house".
A scroll flag 591 indicating that the question is further asked and the screen is updated is displayed in the lower part of the screen. After the inspector clicks the scroll flag 591, the screen may be changed to the next question group. Of course, the scroll flag 591 may be other display flags such as a scroll bar in the up-down direction as long as it is recognized that the question group continues.
Fig. 6 is an example of a UI screen showing a case where an answer to a question related to health information is received. After the examiner clicks "healthy" in the evaluation button 511, evaluation related to "healthy" can be started. The figure shows a case where "disease information" of the subject is displayed as a question and the examiner inputs the set input items based on the content heard from the subject.
Specifically, when the examiner clicks the add button 532, a new input window 540 is opened, and input of input items is enabled. The input window 540 includes an input box 541 for each item of "year and month" of the disease occurrence, "disease name" of the disease, "medical institution and doctor name" of the treatment, "current status, that is," passing, "specific" content, "and" medicine taking "that continues at present. The examiner inputs a text into the input box 541 using a software keyboard, a keyboard connected to the analysis support terminal 300, or the like, not shown. The input content is not limited to content heard from the subject, and may be input by referring to, for example, personal information of the subject stored in the storage device 150 of the analysis supporting server 100. The examiner clicks the OK button 595 to confirm the input. The obtaining section 311 obtains the determined text as an answer to the disease information, and stores it in the storage section 350. On the other hand, the examiner clicks the cancel button 596 to discard the input so far.
Fig. 7 is an example of a UI screen showing a case where an answer to a question of a basic body motion is received. After the examiner clicks the "basic action" in the evaluation button 511, evaluation related to the "basic action" can be started. In the UI screen of the "basic action" and the UI screen of the "basic examination", a plurality of questions 521 and options 522 corresponding to the questions 521 are displayed in a row in the lower regions of the evaluation button 511 and the ICF button 512 arranged in the horizontal direction.
Here, option 522 is not "yes" and "no", but an option corresponding to a question is prepared. For example, three options of "5 seconds or less", "5 to 10 seconds" and "10 seconds or more" are prepared as the option 522 for "01. Duration" which is a question related to "standing on one foot". The obtaining unit 311 receives the position signal that the examiner clicks "5 seconds or less" from the touch panel 330, obtains the content as an answer corresponding to the question of "standing on one foot — duration", and stores the answer in the storage unit 350.
Fig. 8 is an example of a UI screen showing a case where an answer is received in the life activity assessment. Since the lifestyle assessment is divided into "ADL" and "IADL" assessment, both of which collect answers through the same UI screen, the "IADL" will be described here as an example. After the examiner clicks "IADL" in the evaluation button 511, evaluation related to "IADL" may be started. The UI screen of "IADL" displays a lifestyle group 550, an element process group 560, a task group 570, and an obstacle factor group 580 in a row in the lower region of the horizontally arranged evaluation button 511 and ICF button 512.
As described above, the evaluation information DB 151 stores a tree structure in which element steps or problem candidates related to the element steps are defined according to each living behavior defined by the ADL and the IADL. It is assumed that candidates of the disturbing factors that are the main factors of the problems that have caused these problem candidates are defined in the form of an association table associated with the tree structure. When starting the evaluations, the terminal control unit 310 obtains the tree structure and the association table from the evaluation information DB 151.
The element process is a stepwise element that is defined for each of the lifestyle behaviors defined by the ADL and the IADL and is to be executed in order to complete the lifestyle behavior. For example, for "cleaning" as a life activity, there are associated with element processes of "removing tool", "preparing tool", "moving to a target place", "changing posture", "performing cleaning", "recovering posture", and "finishing tool". The problem candidate is a candidate that is expected to hinder execution of each element process when the execution is performed. For example, in the element process, "cleaning" is associated with problem candidates such as "a dirty place cannot be understood", "a method of using a tool is unknown", "a stable standing posture cannot be adopted", and the like. The candidates for the main causes of the problems that have been the candidates for these problems are relatively common, and for example, "reduction in trunk muscle strength," "reduction in muscle strength or extensibility," "limitation in movable range of joint," "reduction in flexibility of finger," "reduction in cognitive function," "reduction in vitality and stiffness," and "reduction in endurance" are defined as candidates for the factors of hindrance.
In fig. 8, in a living behavior group 550, a plurality of living behaviors 551 represented by Computer Graphics (CG) in which text and icons are combined are aligned in a line in the vertical direction. Fig. 8 shows a case where the user clicks the "cleaning" lifestyle 551 to select the user. In the element process group 560, the selected "cleaning" element processes 561 are arranged in the vertical direction while being surrounded by frames. The return mark 592 displayed at the upper end of the element process group 560 indicates that there is an ordered element process before "1-02 preparation tools". The inspector slides the element tool group 560 downward or clicks the return tab 592 to display the "1-01 remove tool", not shown. Here, when the inspector clicks "1 to 05 for cleaning" which is one of the element processes 561, the display control unit 314 switches to a UI screen indicating a task candidate group corresponding to the element process.
Fig. 9 is an example of a switched UI screen, and specifically, an example of a UI screen showing a case where designation of a subject candidate is received. The display control unit 314 refers to the obtained tree structure, and displays "a dirty place cannot be understood," a method of using an unknown tool, "a stable standing posture cannot be adopted," an upper limb cannot be used flexibly, "a finger cannot be used flexibly," and a handle cannot be extended, which are candidates for a problem branching from "cleaning". Specifically, the display of fig. 8 is grayed out, and the task inspection window 573 is superimposed thereon, and these task candidates are displayed in line in the window. A check box 542 is provided at the head of each task candidate to allow the inspector to understand and select.
If the examiner clicks on the candidate, for example, "the method of using the tool is not known", the display control unit 314 changes the candidate check box 542 to the selection flag 543. The selection flag 543 is a flag indicating that the topic candidate is specified.
When the examiner clicks one of the problem candidates, the display control unit 314 displays a factor inspection window for specifying a factor causing the problem of the specified problem candidate in a manner overlapping the problem inspection window 573 (not shown). In the main cause examination window, the above-described "reduction in trunk muscular strength", "reduction in muscular strength or extensibility", and other obstructive factors are displayed in a selectable manner. When the factor check window receives the specification of the interference factor, the display control unit 314 returns to the display of the problem check window 573 in fig. 9. As described above, the specification of the subject candidate and the specification of the interference factor causing the subject are received on a group-by-group basis.
After returning to the display of the topic check window 573, the inspector can further specify another topic candidate. In this case, the factor check window is further opened, and the specification of the disturbing factor for the newly specified problem candidate is received. In task check window 573, OK button 595 is clicked, and the screen returns to the UI screen in fig. 8.
The explanation returns to fig. 8. After the designated problem candidates and the interference factors are identified in the above manner, the designated problem 571, which is a problem candidate identified by the problem group 570, is displayed in association with the corresponding element process, and the designated interference factor 581, which is an interference factor identified by the interference factor group 580, is displayed in association with the corresponding element process.
Further, the UI screen of fig. 8 represents a state in which the evaluation of "clean" → "clean", as described above, has ended. The examiner may also perform evaluation of other element processes 561 connected to "sweep" in the same manner, and further may also perform evaluation of other living behaviors 551 after "sweep" in the same manner. In the evaluation of the end, the examiner can list the life activities 551, the element processes 561, the specified tasks 571, and the specified hindrance factors 581 that the examiner wants to view by clicking or sliding the life activity group 550 or the element process group 560.
These life behaviors collected and determined by the examiner from the subject by audition-element procedures-assignment of subjects-assignment of hindrance factors-assignment of a series of combinations of hindrance factors are answers to evaluations relating to life behaviors. The obtaining section 311 obtains these series of combinations as the answers of the subject, and stores them in the storage section 350.
Fig. 10 is an example of a list display of responses classified by each category of ICF. Specifically, in order for the obtaining section 311 to obtain the answer of the subject to the question regarding the life function in the above-described manner, thereafter, the examiner clicks the ICF button 512, the currently obtained answer is classified by the classification section 313, and the UI screen of the obtained result is displayed by the display control section 314.
The display control unit 314 displays six category windows 610 corresponding to the respective categories (health status, physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, personal factors) of the ICF in an arrangement in the lower region of the horizontally arranged evaluation button 511 and ICF button 512. The category window 610 includes a tab page 611, in which tab page 611 the categories of the ICF are explicitly indicated.
The answer to be classified is classified by the classification unit 313 from among the answers obtained by the evaluation unit 311, and is described in at least one classification window 610. How to describe the obtained answer is previously defined by the classification table 351, and for example, the disease information obtained through the UI screen of fig. 6 simply describes the year and month, the name of the disease, the history, and the medicine to be taken in the window area of "health status". In principle, the other type of window simply describes a character string indicating an answer related to which life function and the content of the answer. As to the attribute related to which life function, for example, it is determined with reference to a title indicating the distinction of information collected by questioning, "basic" if "basic check," action "if" basic action, "and" cleaning "if" cleaning "is a life behavior in IADL. For example, when an answer of "500ml or less" is obtained to a question of the water intake amount having the "nutrition" attribute, the classification table 351 classifies the answer as "personal factor" and specifies the description content as "insufficient water intake". That is, an answer of "500ml or less" relating to water intake is described as "nutrition-intake water shortage" together with the attribute of the question in the category window 610 of "personal factor". In accordance with the classification and description rules of the classification table 351, the display control unit 314 describes and displays each answer in the classification window 610. As described above, by displaying the answer together with the attribute information attached to the question, when the examiner calls up a UI screen on which detailed questions should be reviewed after confirming the display of fig. 10, it is possible to easily determine which UI screen to call up.
In the present embodiment, the answers described in the physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, and personal factors clearly indicate which of the positive evaluation, the negative evaluation, and the reference information the contents belong to in each category. Specifically, when the evaluation is positive, a positive icon (P icon) 621 is displayed at the head of the text to be answered, when the evaluation is negative, a negative icon (N icon) 622 is similarly displayed, and when the evaluation is only reference information, an information icon (I icon) 623 is similarly displayed. For example, in the above example, the water intake of "500ml or less" can be evaluated as insufficient intake water, and therefore, the evaluation is negative, and an N icon 622 is marked at the beginning. In addition, when there is a problem of "difficulty in sitting on the ground" in the "cleaning" in the life-style, it is a negative evaluation as an operator who cannot perform the "cleaning" well. Therefore, an N icon is labeled at the beginning of "sweep-hard to sit on the ground" of the category classified as "active".
In addition, "house" as a reply to "basic check": the property (single user) "is not the object of the determination of superiority and inferiority, and therefore is merely referred to as reference information. Therefore, in "basic-home" classified into the category of "environmental factors": the beginning of the property (single family) "is labeled with an I icon 623. On the other hand, regarding the "washing" of the life act, since there is no specification of a problem candidate for any one of the element steps, it is considered that the subject can perform the "washing" operation without any problem, and the evaluation is positive. Therefore, "washing" classified into the category of "activity" does not describe any description about the problem, and a P icon 621 is marked at the head thereof. By displaying such icons indicating evaluations, the list of display results can be further improved.
As described above, if the attribute of the evaluation of the quality is displayed together with the answers described in the physical and mental functions, the activities, the participation, the environmental factors, and the personal factors, the examiner can immediately recognize that the information is the information that promotes the maintenance, the improvement, or the suppression of the state of the living function of the examinee. That is, such display can further systematically visualize the state of the subject. In addition, as an accompanying effect, the content of maintaining the function as an advantage and the content of having to study the improvement of the function as a problem can be analyzed, and therefore, the efficiency of the analysis can be improved.
When the examiner clicks the extension flag 593, the display control unit 314 expands the category window 610 in the vertical direction and displays the answer hidden before. The expansion mark 593 is displayed on the left end of each column, and for example, when the examiner clicks the expansion mark 593 displayed on the left end of the columns of the "environmental factor" and the "personal factor", the category windows 610 are expanded upward. Then, in addition to the currently displayed responses, responses respectively following "mouth-tool (toothbrush)", "nutrition-cook oneself" are displayed.
Further, an additional mark 594 is displayed at the lower left of each category window 610. When the examiner clicks one of the additional marks 594, the screen may be changed to a new UI screen for displaying the received feature items.
Fig. 11 is an example of a UI screen showing a case where a new addition of feature items is received. The display control unit 314 grays out the display of fig. 10 after clicking the additional flag 594, and displays the input window 630 in an overlapping manner thereon. Radio button 631, input box 632, OK button 595, and cancel button 596 are arranged in input window 630. The radio button 631 is a button for selecting which of the positive evaluation, the negative evaluation, and the reference information the feature items newly added later belong to. The receiving unit 312 receives the attribute selected by the radio button 631 and the text input to the input box 632 by the examiner using a software keyboard not shown, a keyboard connected to the analysis support terminal 300, or the like. When the OK button 595 is clicked, the inputted feature item is specified, and the attribute and text received by the receiving unit 312 are delivered to the display control unit 314. The display control unit 314 adds an icon corresponding to the delivered attribute to the corresponding category window 610 displayed in fig. 10. In the example of the figure, "a cadre acting as an autonomy" is added to the category window 610 of "participation" together with the P icon 621. When the cancel button 596 is clicked, the input feature item is discarded.
As described above, even for items that do not match the automatically classified answers, if information obtained by audiometry or the like can be added, the state of the subject can be more systematically visualized. For example, since it is possible to write information unique to the examinee, such as information (interest, intention, and the like) unique to the elderly who have difficulty in setting questions in advance, or information (climate, altitude, and the amount of fluctuation of the area) unique to the area where the elderly live, the state of the examinee can be further systematically visualized based on the personality of the examinee.
As described above, if the answers obtained by the evaluation are classified into six categories classified by the ICF as shown in the example of fig. 10, the examiner as the user can stably overview the state of the subject regardless of his or her skill. Further, the correlation between each obtained answer and the category of the ICF classification can be learned. Further, if the ICF button 512 is clicked, the display can be changed to the list display shown in the example of fig. 10 at any timing, and therefore, even during the evaluation, the examiner can confirm, for example, how the currently input answer is classified, and can correct the subsequent hearing scheme or understand the meaning of the question.
Next, a process flow of evaluation by the analysis supporting terminal 300 will be described. Fig. 12 is a flowchart focusing particularly on the flow of processing related to ICF classification. The flow starts from the point in time when the analysis supporting terminal 300 receives an instruction to start a series of examinations.
The obtaining section 311 receives input of subject information in step S101. The terminal control unit 310 executes various initial preparations when starting the input evaluation concerning the subject. For example, as described above, a question group, a tree structure relating to life behaviors, and the like are obtained from the evaluation information DB 151 of the analysis support server 100 and stored in the storage unit 350. In addition, a classification table 351 partially downloaded from the classification table DB 152 and generated according to a subject to be examined is stored in the storage unit 350.
In step S102, the display control unit 314 displays a question corresponding to the instruction of the examiner on the display panel 320. The obtaining unit 311 detects the input of the examiner in step S103, and obtains an answer to the question. In step S104, the display control unit 314 displays the answer flag 531 in a superimposed manner, for example, to reflect the obtained answer on the display.
The obtaining section 311 confirms in step S105 whether or not the ICF button 512 is clicked. If clicked, step S106 is entered, and if not clicked, step S110 is entered.
After proceeding to step S106, the classification unit 313 classifies the answer to be obtained by the obtaining unit 311 at present into the ICF category with reference to the classification table 351. The attributes (positive evaluation, negative evaluation, reference information) of the answers classified into physical and mental functions, activities, participation, environmental factors, and personal factors are also assigned to the classification table 351.
In step S107, the display control unit 314 displays the answers classified by category according to the example of fig. 10. The receiving unit 312 confirms whether the addition flag 594 is clicked in step S108. If the user has clicked, the process proceeds to step S109, the display control unit 314 displays the input window 630 in an overlapping manner, and the receiving unit 312 receives the input feature item. After the reception of the feature item is completed, the process returns to step S107, and the display control unit 314 adds the received feature item to the corresponding category window 610 and displays the added feature item.
After proceeding to step S110, the obtaining unit 311 confirms whether or not "end" in the instruction button 513 is clicked. If not, the process returns to step S102 (or step S107). If clicked, the series of processes ends.
While the present embodiment has been described above by showing specific examples of UI screens, the layout and design of the display are not limited to these specific examples. Animation, photographs, moving images, or a display mode in which a plurality of displays are combined may be used.
