技术领域
本发明涉及烟用接装纸技术领域,具体的为一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺。
背景技术
烟用接装纸是用作香烟过滤嘴部分外包装的卷烟包装材料。其表面的装饰性是由烟用接装纸原纸经过印刷、烫金等工艺后加工而成。由于作为滤嘴外包装的烟用接装纸会直接接触人体嘴部,印刷油墨已经逐渐被无毒,安全卫生的水性油墨所代替。因此,烟用接装纸原纸要具备一定的抗水性和湿强度来满足人体使用和油墨印刷的性能要求。另一方面,接装纸原纸在卷烟接嘴过程中会吸收胶水,这就要平衡接装纸原纸的吸水性和抗水性,以便控制适宜的胶水用量。
但是,传统的水性油墨虽然无毒,但原纸内任然具有危害人体的物质,无法有效抗菌处理,而且传统的香烟吸到尾部时,会使接装纸产生燃烧,容易灼伤人体,无法有效阻燃处理。现在市场上普通的易燃装纸原纸已经越来越不能满足市场的发展与产品性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供的发明目的在于提供一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,通过抗菌层和阻燃层的设置,能够有效抗菌阻燃工作,并且无毒无味,在抗菌的时有效的降低了对人体的危害,并且具有良好的阻燃性和自熄性,防止烟尾灼伤。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,包括原纸主体,所述原纸主体的顶部涂覆有抗菌层,所述原纸主体的底部涂覆有阻燃层;
其生产工艺包括:S1.碎解处理,选择损纸、漂白针叶木漂白阔叶木为主材料,通过碎解机处理损纸30%-45%及蒸煮后的漂白针叶木30%-45%、阔叶木25%-35%,碎解制成纤维浆料;
S2.打浆处理,通过打浆磨浆设备连接处理纤维浆料,使其具有适应造纸机生产上要求的特性,在打浆时添加阻燃剂,并添加填料和湿部功能性助剂,纸浆经网部和压榨进入干燥工段;
S3.干燥处理,干燥工段由两个烘筒组成,并加托辊和压辊,组成压纸干燥区-贴缸干燥区-自由蒸发干燥区-压纸干燥区-贴缸干燥区五个干燥区;
S4.压光处理,采用两道软压光工艺对纸页进行压光,压光区域由一个硬辊一个软辊组成,压力为50~400kN/m,辊面温度为50~250℃;
S5.表面施胶处理,压光的同时,将无机防火胶粘剂均匀地涂覆在纸层底部,形成阻燃层,将抗菌粘剂均匀地涂覆在纸层顶部,形成抗菌层,其中无机防火胶粘剂中固含量为40-60%,粘度控制在500-1000cps,抗菌粘剂固含量为 30-50%,粘度控制在300-500cps,总涂覆量为20950g/2m,涂覆车速为 400-600m/min;
S6.二次干燥压光处理,将施胶后的原纸进行二次干燥压光处理,最终得到用平滑度烟用接装纸原纸,顶部平滑度≥700s,底部平滑度为80-240s,其纵向抗张强度≥4.0kN/m,纵向裂断长≥6.0km,水分为8%-12%,定量35-45g/m。
优选的,在打浆处理时,混合磨浆的叩解度65-75°SR,湿重2.0-3.0g,。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵等有机化合物构成,用量为相对绝干浆 8%-15%。
优选的,所述填料选用砷含量≤0.4mg/kg的碳酸钙,用量为相对绝干浆8%-12%,所述湿部功能性助剂为脱气剂、湿强剂和柔软剂。
优选的,在干燥处理时,第二烘筒的直径大于第二烘筒的直径,第一烘筒内托辊的压力为80-130kg/cm,第一烘筒温度130-150℃,第二烘筒温度 100-130℃,第二烘筒压辊的压力为30-50kg/cm。

(1)通过阻燃层的设置,采用氧化硅和氧化钠组成的硅酸钠,并加入钠离子固定剂(或称抑制剂)、增塑剂、增强剂等,并引入适量的硼酸、聚磷酸盐、多羟基化合物改性处理得到无机防火胶粘剂,并热压涂覆在原纸底部,从而使原纸具有良好的阻燃性和自熄性,能够有效防止烟尾灼伤人体。
(2)通过抗菌层的设置,采用香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物粘剂构成的抗菌粘剂,并热压涂覆在原纸顶部,使用时能够快速水解抑制原纸中有害物质,起到抗菌的效果。
具体实施方式

根据本发明的上述方案,填料选用砷含量≤0.4mg/kg的碳酸钙,用量为相对绝干浆8%-12%,湿部功能性助剂为脱气剂、湿强剂和柔软剂。
根据本发明的上述方案,在干燥处理时,第二烘筒的直径大于第二烘筒的直径,第一烘筒内托辊的压力为80-130kg/cm,第一烘筒温度130-150℃,第二烘筒温度100-130℃,第二烘筒压辊的压力为30-50kg/cm。
根据本发明的上述方案,在压光处理时,硬辊与软辊之间的压力为 85-120kg/cm,辊面温度为80-150℃。
根据本发明的上述方案,无机防火胶粘剂为氧化硅和氧化钠组成的硅酸钠,并加入钠离子固定剂(或称抑制剂)、增塑剂、增强剂等,并引入适量的硼酸、聚磷酸盐、多羟基化合物改性处理,用于防火处理。
根据本发明的上述方案,抗菌粘剂为香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物粘剂,用于抗菌处理。

Claims (8)
1.一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸,包括原纸主体,其特征在于,所述原纸主体的顶部涂覆有抗菌层,所述原纸主体的底部涂覆有阻燃层;
其生产工艺包括:S1.碎解处理,选择损纸、漂白针叶木漂白阔叶木为主材料,通过碎解机处理损纸30%-45%及蒸煮后的漂白针叶木30%-45%、阔叶木25%-35%,碎解制成纤维浆料;
S2.打浆处理,通过打浆磨浆设备连接处理纤维浆料,使其具有适应造纸机生产上要求的特性,在打浆时添加阻燃剂,并添加填料和湿部功能性助剂,纸浆经网部和压榨进入干燥工段;
S3.干燥处理,干燥工段由两个烘筒组成,并加托辊和压辊,组成压纸干燥区-贴缸干燥区-自由蒸发干燥区-压纸干燥区-贴缸干燥区五个干燥区;
S4.压光处理,采用两道软压光工艺对纸页进行压光,压光区域由一个硬辊一个软辊组成,压力为50~400kN/m,辊面温度为50~250℃;
S5.表面施胶处理,压光的同时,将无机防火胶粘剂均匀地涂覆在纸层底部,形成阻燃层,将抗菌粘剂均匀地涂覆在纸层顶部,形成抗菌层,其中无机防火胶粘剂中固含量为40-60%,粘度控制在500-1000cps,抗菌粘剂固含量为30-50%,粘度控制在300-500cps,总涂覆量为20950g/2m,涂覆车速为400-600m/min;
S6.二次干燥压光处理,将施胶后的原纸进行二次干燥压光处理,最终得到用平滑度烟用接装纸原纸,顶部平滑度≥700s,底部平滑度为80-240s,其纵向抗张强度≥4.0kN/m,纵向裂断长≥6.0km,水分为8%-12%,定量35-45g/m。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:在打浆处理时,混合磨浆的叩解度65-75°SR,湿重2.0-3.0g,。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵等有机化合物构成,用量为相对绝干浆8%-15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述填料选用砷含量≤0.4mg/kg的碳酸钙,用量为相对绝干浆8%-12%,所述湿部功能性助剂为脱气剂、湿强剂和柔软剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:在干燥处理时,第二烘筒的直径大于第二烘筒的直径,第一烘筒内托辊的压力为80-130kg/cm,第一烘筒温度130-150℃,第二烘筒温度100-130℃,第二烘筒压辊的压力为30-50kg/cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:在压光处理时,所述硬辊与软辊之间的压力为85-120kg/cm,辊面温度为80-150℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性烟用接装纸原纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述无机防火胶粘剂为氧化硅和氧化钠组成的硅酸钠,并加入钠离子固定剂(或称抑制剂)、增塑剂、增强剂等,并引入适量的硼酸、聚磷酸盐、多羟基化合物改性处理。
