Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a composition for inhibiting bacteria and removing blood stains, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
As the female physiological structure is special, if the underwear is not cleaned in place, bacteria are easily propagated in a warm and humid environment. So that the demand of women's underwear special washing products is great at present. However, many of the currently available liquid laundry detergents contain irritating ingredients and are sensitive to skin and thus require the provision of safe, non-irritating underwear washing solutions. Chinese patent CN104893847A discloses a special liquid laundry detergent for women's underpants, which has no rapid antibacterial effect on three women's frequently infected fungi such as escherichia coli, candida albicans and staphylococcus aureus although the antibacterial function is realized by utilizing a traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial formula.
In daily life, especially during menstrual period of women in each month, the underwear is inevitably stained with blood; the bloodstains are difficult to remove, fresh bloodstains can be dissolved in water, and old bloodstains are oxidized due to iron in the bloodstains, complex with protein and solidify, so that the bloodstains are difficult to remove by simply using a chemical detergent after being stained on fabrics, and trace residues remain even after the bloodstains are washed, so that the attractiveness and subsequent use of the fabrics are very affected. Currently, enzyme reagents are usually added into detergents to decompose and remove fats and proteins in the blood stains so as to achieve the effect of removing the blood stains on fabrics, however, currently adopted enzyme reagents are mainly enzymes produced by using gene functional enzyme strains, for example, chinese patent No. 101514306A discloses a fabric stain pretreatment agent containing stable biological enzyme complex and low-activity substances, protease of the enzyme reagents needs to be matched with a plurality of chemicals, such as surfactants, stabilizers and the like so as to achieve a certain blood stain removing function, and the protease reagents have a certain removing effect on fresh blood stains, but have a poor blood stain removing effect on long-term residues. In summary, there is an urgent need to provide a product which has a fast antibacterial effect on escherichia coli, candida albicans and staphylococcus aureus, can effectively remove old blood stains remained on clothes, is safe to human body, and has no irritation.

Test example 1 bacteriostasis test
The testing method comprises the following steps: the test method of the rapid antibacterial effect on candida albicans, escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus is carried out by referring to the antibacterial performance test method of the dissolution antibacterial (anti-bacteria) product of annex C4 of GB 15979-2022 hygienic Standard for disposable hygienic products, test samples are antibacterial and blood stain removing compositions prepared in each example and comparative example, escherichia coli ATCC-25922, staphylococcus aureus ATCC-6538 and candida albicans ATCC-10231 are used as test strains, the action time is 2min, and each sample is repeated three times, so that the average value is calculated. The specific test results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 results of antibacterial liquid test
Note that: GB15979-2002 hygienic standards for disposable hygienic products, appendix C4 specifies: the antibacterial rate is more than or equal to 50-90%, and the product has antibacterial effect; the bacteriostasis rate is more than or equal to 90%, and the product has stronger bacteriostasis effect.
As can be seen from Table 1, the composition of examples 1-5 of the invention has a rapid antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus, the antibacterial rate on Escherichia coli, candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus can reach 80-99.9% within 2min, and meanwhile, the antibacterial effect of the combination of the soapy extract and the plant protease can not be influenced; it can be seen from examples 6 to 10 that the addition of other ingredients having skin care and garment softening properties to the compositions of examples 1 to 5 does not affect the bacteriostatic effect. As can be seen from comparative examples 1-5, when the antibacterial composition lacks duckweed and/or sweet wormwood, or the amounts of the components are not within the range of the compositions of examples 1-5, the rapid antibacterial effect is greatly reduced, and the rapid antibacterial effect on escherichia coli, candida albicans and staphylococcus aureus cannot be achieved, which indicates that the antibacterial composition of the invention needs specific components and proportions to achieve rapid antibacterial.
Test example 2 blood stain removal test
(1) Decontamination test
The testing method comprises the following steps: referring to the liquid detergent for QB/T1224-2012 clothing, JB-01 carbon black dirt cloth, JB-02 protein dirt cloth and JB-03 sebum dirt cloth. Judgment standard: the detergency of the standard liquid laundry detergent is more than or equal to 1.0, and the result is more than or equal to 1.0.
Table 2 detergency test results
As can be seen from Table 2, the compositions of examples 1-10 of the present invention all had JB-01, JB-02 and JB-03 greater than the standard laundry detergent and had potent detergency, which was greatly reduced when the compositions lacked soapstock extract or papain.
(2) Blood stain removal test
Method 1:0.5mL of fresh duck blood is dripped into the middle of standard bleached pure cotton cloth with the area of 6cm multiplied by 6cm, and naturally dried at the ambient temperature of 30 ℃ for 48 hours for later use.
In a vertical soil release tester, 2g of the composition of example (or comparative example) was taken, ultrapure water was added to 1000g, after heating to 30 ℃, two pieces of blood stain were added, and then stirring was started, and after 20 minutes, it was stopped. And taking out the blood stain cloth, cleaning, airing and measuring whiteness.
TABLE 3 blood stain removal test results
As can be seen from the results of Table 3, the compositions of examples 1 to 10 of the present invention have very excellent removal effects on old blood stains, while the removal effects on old blood stains are significantly reduced when the soapwort extract or papain is absent from the composition.
Method 2:0.5mL of fresh duck blood is dripped into two layers of fabric at the crotch part of pure cotton, naturally dried for 48 hours, and then rubbed with 2g of the composition of the example 1 and the comparative example 6 for 45 seconds, and then rinsed.
The cleaning result of the method 2 is shown in fig. 1, the left side is the cleaning effect of a commercial underwear laundry detergent, and the right side is the cleaning effect of the composition in the embodiment 11 of the invention, so that the antibacterial blood stain removing composition of the invention has a significantly better old blood stain removing effect than the prior commercial underwear laundry detergent.
