Abstract
The invention discloses a laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme, which is prepared from the following raw materials: plant ash extract, okra extract, raspberry enzyme, soapberry saponin, tea saponin, baking soda, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, citric acid, calabash, natural essence and deionized water. The laundry detergent does not contain chemically synthesized or strong-irritation anionic surfactant, enzyme preparation, whitening agent, fluorescent agent, essence, pigment and other potentially harmful auxiliaries, the pH value of the prepared laundry detergent is 6.5-7.3, the foam is fine and rich, the dirt-removing capacity is high, the antibacterial effect is good, the laundry detergent has the characteristics of nature, cleanness and mildness, no harmful chemically synthesized substance residue exists, the urine stain, the saliva stain and the food oil stain of infant clothes can be effectively removed, the laundry detergent is particularly suitable for washing infant clothes, the skin cannot be tense or burnt after the laundry detergent is used up, the safety is high, the water body cannot be polluted due to emission, and the laundry detergent is green and environment-friendly.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of detergents, and particularly relates to a laundry detergent containing an okra extract and raspberry enzyme and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The laundry detergent replaces anhydrous sodium sulphate serving as a filling agent in the washing powder with water which is rich in resources and low in price, solves the problem of dust pollution caused by the washing powder in the using process, has a simple preparation process and mild performance, and becomes the first choice of household washing products. The laundry detergent becomes a daily washing product, has the advantages of simple use, quick dissolution, high detergency, easy rinsing and the like, and is more and more popular with consumers. In order to ensure that no stimulation or hand injury occurs in the use process, the use amount of some effective components with strong decontamination capability in the laundry detergent is reduced, so that the disadvantage of weak decontamination effect of the laundry detergent is caused.
At present, anionic surfactants such as LAS, AES, FAS, AOS, MES and the like are still added into the laundry detergent on the market, and part of the laundry detergent with natural product flags is a conceptual product.
With the increasing awareness of health, the cleaning of clothes cannot meet the mere cleaning effect, and the sterilization and disinfection of clothes while cleaning becomes the first choice of consumers. The skin of the infant is fragile and sensitive, the body resistance is low, the infant is easily infected by bacteria in the environment, the clothes are the first barrier for protecting the infant from the environment, and if the laundry detergent with the potential safety hazard is used for a long time, the infant must be damaged. Common washing powder and laundry detergent may remain on clothes and cause irritation and damage to the skin of a baby, so when selecting the laundry detergent for the baby, on the premise of ensuring the cleaning function of the laundry detergent, attention needs to be paid to selecting products which have no irritation to the skin of the baby and have a certain protection effect. Most of the currently marketed baby washing products are poor in washing effect for reducing the toxicity of residues or similar to the components of adult washing products in concentration, but cannot improve the washing effect and reduce the irritation to the skin of the baby, for example:
1. patent application CN201711043583.6 discloses an organic bacteriostatic laundry detergent for infants and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) heating water to 65-85 ℃, sequentially adding sodium laureth sulfate, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium polyacrylate and organic acid, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture; (2) cooling the mixture to 45-55 deg.C, sequentially adding herba Avenae Fatuae kernel extract, folium Canarii albi extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae/leaf/stem extract, sodium chloride, disodium EDTA, potassium hydroxide, essence, and bactericide, stirring, and mixing. The organic bacteriostatic laundry detergent for infants prepared by the invention is reasonably adjusted in a formula system through a large amount of researches, and is mild in performance, safe and free of stimulation; various plant extracts are added into the laundry detergent, so that the laundry effect is promoted, the decontamination capability is strong, and the bacteriostatic effect is good; no chemical residue is caused in the using process, and the washing machine is particularly suitable for washing infant clothes. However, the raw materials of the patent contain anionic surfactant (LAS), which is irritating to the skin of infants and is not environment-friendly, and the bactericide is methyl isothiazolinone which is taken as a formaldehyde donor and can release formaldehyde to pollute the environment.
2. Patent application CN201710001431.3 discloses an infant laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof, and the infant laundry detergent comprises water, sodium laureth sulfate, polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether, cocamidopropyl betaine, coconut oil fatty acid diethylamide, soapberry extract, folium artemisiae argyi extract, argania spinosa kernel extract, enzyme, sodium chloride, disodium edetate, citric acid and the like. The infant laundry detergent disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively removing dirt, softening clothes and effectively sterilizing, does not hurt hands, does not have residues and is easy to rinse. However, the raw materials of the patent contain anionic surfactant, so that the infant skin is stimulated and the infant skin is not environment-friendly.
3. Patent application CN201310738241.1 discloses an infant laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof, which mainly comprises amino acid type surfactant, amine oxide, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, alkyl glycoside and fatty alcohol sodium sulfate. The components are mixed, dissolved and the like to form the laundry detergent. The components and the proportions of the components are matched with each other, and a layer of mild skin-friendly protective film is formed on the surface of fabric fibers of clothes washed and dried by using the laundry detergent, so that the friction among the fabric fibers can be reduced; the formed protective film is combined with water in the air, so that the clothes have certain wettability, the generation of static electricity is reduced, and the washed clothes are more flexible. Therefore, the laundry detergent prepared by the invention has good softness of washed clothes, has good affinity to the skin of infants, and can effectively wash off stubborn stains of the clothes of infants. However, the raw materials of the patent contain anionic surfactant (FAS), which is irritating to the skin of infants and not environment-friendly, and the preservative selects methylisothiazolinone as a formaldehyde donor, which can release formaldehyde and pollute the environment.
4. Patent application CN201210455837.6 discloses an antibacterial laundry detergent for infants, which is characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-25% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 8-15% of cocoyl diethanol amine, 2-6% of polycarboxylate, 3-10% of tea tree oil, 2-6% of grapefruit, 8-10% of aloe tincture, 3-7% of chamomile, 1-5% of protease, 25-40% of sodium sulfate and the balance of water. The invention has the advantages that: the antibacterial property is good, and the washed clothes are soft and fragrant and have a protection effect on the skin of the infant. However, the main raw material of the patent is an anionic surfactant (LAS), and the enzyme preparation is added, so that laundry detergent remains when clothes are washed, and potential safety hazards exist when skin of an infant contacts the clothes.
5. Patent application CN201210203845.1 discloses a laundry detergent for infants, which comprises the following components by mass percent: 8-13% of glycerol, 6-14% of hexadecanol, 25-33% of glyceryl stearate, 1-10% of cucumber juice extract, 3-12% of green tea extract, 20-29% of cleaning component and the balance of deionized water. The infant laundry detergent disclosed by the invention has a natural plant antibacterial formula, is mild, does not hurt hands, and has a softening effect on clothes. However, the raw material of the patent contains 6 to 14 percent of hexadecanol, and the hexadecanol can stimulate eyes, skin mucosa and upper respiratory tract and can cause water body pollution.
The prior laundry detergent is commonly added with a disinfectant containing chlorine, oxygen or alcohol, and the adopted surfactant and the disinfectant have unpleasant pungent odor; it is irritant and corrosive to fabric and skin; the stability is poor; the compatibility with other raw materials is poor; the environment is not friendly, and the health of the baby is easily damaged; most of the chemical substances are mixed, the alkalinity is high, the irritation to the skin of a human body is high, the skin can be burnt after the chemical substances are used, some chemical substances can permeate into a machine body through pores and possibly generate serious health hidden dangers to human organs, water for cleaning clothes is discharged to cause poisoning in water organisms, river fishes and shrimps are in danger of death, aquatic plants are polluted, the ecological balance is destroyed, and the sustainable development of the society is seriously influenced. In order to develop sustainability of human beings, resources, safety, influence on environment and washing functions must be comprehensively considered in the development process of detergents. With the improvement of the requirements on the quality of life, the requirements on the baby detergent are continuously improved, and the market demand of the baby detergent is gradually increased, so that the development of the green environment-friendly baby detergent which is safer and has no stimulation and ensures good washing effect is very necessary.

Further, the preparation method of the plant ash extract comprises the following steps: burning mildew-free and sun-dried straws, adding deionized water with the weight 2-3 times of the total weight of the straws, performing reflux extraction for 4-5 hours, filtering and collecting filtrate to obtain the plant ash extract.
Further, the preparation method of the okra extract comprises the following steps: placing the okra tender pods and the okra flowers into water with the temperature of 93-97 ℃ for treatment for 5-7 s, taking out the okra tender pods and the okra flowers, cooling to room temperature, adding deionized water, grinding into juice, concentrating and drying at the low temperature of 16-20 ℃ to obtain the okra extract.
Further, the preparation method of the raspberry enzyme comprises the following steps: cleaning and mashing fresh raspberry, adding wormwood 0.3-0.6 times of the mass of the raspberry, white spirit 0.4-0.5 times of the mass of the raspberry and white sugar 0.05-0.1 times of the mass of the raspberry, stirring uniformly, standing and fermenting for 13-15 days, filtering and collecting filtrate to obtain the raspberry enzyme.
Further, the natural essence is one or more of rose essential oil, honeysuckle essential oil, chrysanthemum essential oil, mint essential oil, wormwood essential oil and perilla extract.
In the present application, the preparation method of the perilla extract comprises: adding 2-2.5 times of the weight of the perilla and 75% of ethanol solution into the perilla, performing reflux extraction for 2-3 hours, and filtering and removing residues to obtain the perilla extract.
Further, a preparation method of the laundry detergent containing the okra extract and the raspberry enzyme comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing soapnut saponin, tea saponin, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, citric acid, calabash fruit and deionized water in parts by weight, adding the deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating to 65-70 ℃, adding the polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, the citric acid and the calabash fruit, uniformly stirring, cooling to 37-42 ℃, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.8-7.2, adding the soapnut saponin and the tea saponin, and stirring for reacting for 60-70 min to obtain a mixed material;
(2) adding plant ash extract, okra extract, raspberry enzyme, baking soda and natural essence into the mixture obtained in the step (1), performing ultrasonic treatment, stirring, and performing heat preservation treatment at 35-40 ℃ for 155-165 min to obtain a semi-finished product of the laundry detergent;
(3) and (3) performing vacuum degassing on the semi-finished product of the laundry detergent subjected to heat preservation treatment in the step (2), and performing split charging treatment to obtain the laundry detergent.
Further, in the step (2), the ultrasonic treatment is carried out at 0.15-0.3 kHz for 10-15 min.
Further, in the step (3), the negative pressure of the vacuum degassing is controlled to be 3.5-4 MPa.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the laundry detergent is scientific and reasonable in compatibility due to the fact that the raw materials of the okra extract and the raspberry enzyme are added, and the laundry detergent does not contain chemically synthesized or strong-irritation anionic surfactant, enzyme preparations, whitening agents, fluorescent agents, essence, pigments and other potentially harmful auxiliaries, is natural, clean and mild, does not hurt hands, and does not cause tight feeling or burning feeling on the skin after washing clothes.
(2) The laundry detergent adopts natural essence to carry fragrance, the fragrance is natural and fresh, the laundry detergent is added with various plant extracts to promote a laundry effect, the foam is fine and rich, the dirt-removing capacity is strong, the antibacterial effect is good, no harmful chemical synthetic substance is left, the washed clothes are clean, soft and skin-friendly after being dried, the urine stain, the mouth water stain and the food oil stain of the baby clothes can be effectively removed, and the laundry detergent is particularly suitable for washing the baby clothes.
(3) The laundry detergent is prepared from natural raw materials, emission does not pollute water, the laundry detergent is green and environment-friendly, the raw material source is wide, the preparation process is simple, the operation is simple and convenient, the production cost of the laundry detergent is greatly reduced, the pH value of the prepared laundry detergent is 6.5-7.3, irritation to human skin is avoided, the skin does not have tightness or burning feeling after use, and the safety is high.

(2) adding plant ash extract, okra extract, raspberry enzyme, baking soda and natural essence into the mixture obtained in the step (1), performing ultrasonic treatment, stirring, and performing heat preservation treatment at 35-40 ℃ for 155-165 min to obtain a semi-finished product of the laundry detergent; the ultrasonic treatment is carried out at 0.15-0.3 kHz for 10-15 min;
(3) vacuum degassing is carried out on the semi-finished product of the laundry detergent subjected to heat preservation treatment in the step (2), and split charging treatment is carried out to obtain the laundry detergent; and the negative pressure of the vacuum degassing is controlled to be 3.5-4 Mpa.

(3) vacuum degassing is carried out on the semi-finished product of the laundry detergent subjected to heat preservation treatment in the step (2), and then split charging is carried out to obtain the laundry detergent; the negative pressure of the vacuum degassing is controlled to be 3.7 Mpa; other conditions were unchanged.
Example 6
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that: the preparation method of the plant ash extract comprises the following steps: burning mildew-free and sun-dried straws, adding deionized water with the weight 2.5 times of the total weight of the straws, reflux-extracting for 4.5h, filtering, and collecting filtrate to obtain the plant ash extract; the preparation method of the okra extract comprises the following steps: treating tender okra pods and flowers in 95 deg.C water for 6s, cooling to room temperature, adding deionized water, grinding into juice, concentrating at 18 deg.C, and drying to obtain okra extract.
Example 7

firstly, washing performance test
The test method comprises the following steps: the laundry liquids prepared by the methods of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were respectively subjected to a washing performance test according to the method specified in GB/T13174-2008 "measurement of detergency and circular washing performance of a detergent for clothing", and the test results are shown in table 1 below.

The test data in table 1 show that the okra extract and the raspberry enzyme added to the laundry detergent disclosed by the invention have good decontamination capability, good emulsification capability on protein dirt and sebum dirt, and good decontamination effect, so that the laundry detergent can effectively remove urine stains, saliva stains, food oil stains and the like of infant clothes.
Second, softness test
The test method comprises the following steps: circularly washing: the method comprises the following steps of (1) randomly and averagely dividing 130 test towels (pure cotton) into 13 groups, respectively putting the groups into a drum-type washing machine, respectively adding the laundry detergents prepared by the methods of examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-5, starting the washing machine, automatically finishing the washing process under the same conditions (fast washing for 30 minutes), continuously carrying out the washing process for 20 times, taking out the towels, putting the towels on a clothes hanger, naturally airing the towels, and testing the towels for use;
secondly, sensory testing: the standard towels and groups of test towels were laid flat on the palm of the tester's hand (10 people total, a, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L respectively), rubbed on both cheeks with appropriate force or felt their softness simultaneously with the hand, and their softness performance was scored against the standard towels (10 softest, 1 hardest). The results of the experiment are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from the test data in Table 2, the laundry detergent of the present invention has a better laundry softening effect, and the washed laundry is clean, soft and skin-friendly after being dried.
Third, skin irritation test
The test method comprises the following steps: the 130 testers were randomly divided into 13 groups, each group of the volunteers washed the clothes for 15min with the aqueous solution mixed with 0.3% of the laundry detergent prepared by the methods of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 5, the scores of the irritation, tightness and burning of each group of the laundry detergent in the process of washing the clothes were collected, the score of the zero irritation, zero tightness, zero burning skin was 10, the score of the very irritation, very tightness and very burning skin was 1, the average score was taken as the result score, and the experimental results are shown in table 3 below.

As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 3, the laundry detergent is mild, has no irritation to hands, and does not cause tight feeling or burning feeling to the skin during and after the laundry process.
To sum up, the laundry detergent is added with the raw materials of the okra extract and the raspberry enzyme, the compatibility is scientific and reasonable, the laundry detergent does not contain chemically synthesized or strong-irritation anionic surfactant, enzyme preparation, whitening agent, fluorescent agent, essence, pigment and other potentially harmful auxiliary agents, the pH value of the prepared laundry detergent is 6.5-7.3, the foam is fine and rich, the dirt-removing capacity is strong, the bacteriostatic effect is good, the laundry detergent has the characteristics of nature, cleanness and mildness, no harmful chemically synthesized substance residue exists, the washed clothes are clean, soft and skin-friendly after being dried, the urine stain, the mouth water stain and the food oil stain of the baby clothes can be effectively removed, the laundry detergent is particularly suitable for washing the baby clothes, does not hurt hands, does not irritate human skin, does not have tight feeling or burning feeling on the skin after being used, the safety is high, and the water body cannot be polluted due to discharge, and the laundry detergent is green, the preparation method is environment-friendly, simple in preparation process and simple and convenient to operate, and greatly reduces the production cost of the laundry detergent.

The laundry detergent containing the okra extract and the raspberry enzyme is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 82-92 parts of plant ash extract, 90-100 parts of okra extract, 90-100 parts of raspberry enzyme, 63-73 parts of soapnut saponin, 63-73 parts of tea saponin, 25-35 parts of baking soda, 30-40 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty acid, 45-55 parts of citric acid, 45-55 parts of calabash fruit, 20-30 parts of natural essence and 40-60 parts of deionized water.
2. The laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme according to claim 1, is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 84-90 parts of plant ash extract, 93-97 parts of okra extract, 93-97 parts of raspberry enzyme, 65-70 parts of soapnut saponin, 65-70 parts of tea saponin, 27-33 parts of baking soda, 32-37 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, 47-52 parts of citric acid, 48-53 parts of calabash fruit, 23-28 parts of natural essence and 45-55 parts of deionized water.

The laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme according to claim 1, is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 87 parts of plant ash extract, 95 parts of okra extract, 95 parts of raspberry enzyme, 68 parts of soapberry saponin, 68 parts of tea saponin, 30 parts of baking soda, 35 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, 50 parts of citric acid, 50 parts of calabash fruit, 25 parts of natural essence and 50 parts of deionized water.

The laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the preparation method of the plant ash extract comprises the following steps: burning mildew-free and sun-dried straws, adding deionized water with the weight 2-3 times of the total weight of the straws, performing reflux extraction for 4-5 hours, filtering and collecting filtrate to obtain the plant ash extract.

The laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the preparation method of the okra extract comprises the following steps: placing the okra tender pods and the okra flowers into water with the temperature of 93-97 ℃ for treatment for 5-7 s, taking out the okra tender pods and the okra flowers, cooling to room temperature, adding deionized water, grinding into juice, concentrating and drying at the low temperature of 16-20 ℃ to obtain the okra extract.

The laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the preparation method of the raspberry enzyme comprises the following steps: cleaning and mashing fresh raspberry, adding wormwood 0.3-0.6 times of the mass of the raspberry, white spirit 0.4-0.5 times of the mass of the raspberry and white sugar 0.05-0.1 times of the mass of the raspberry, stirring uniformly, standing and fermenting for 13-15 days, filtering and collecting filtrate to obtain the raspberry enzyme.
7. The laundry detergent containing okra extract and raspberry enzyme according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the natural essence is one or more of rose essential oil, honeysuckle essential oil, chrysanthemum essential oil, mint essential oil, wormwood essential oil and perilla extract.
8. A preparation method of a laundry detergent containing an okra extract and raspberry enzyme is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing soapnut saponin, tea saponin, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, citric acid, calabash fruit and deionized water in parts by weight, adding the deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating to 65-70 ℃, adding the polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, the citric acid and the calabash fruit, uniformly stirring, cooling to 37-42 ℃, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.8-7.2, adding the soapnut saponin and the tea saponin, and stirring for reacting for 60-70 min to obtain a mixed material;
(2) adding plant ash extract, okra extract, raspberry enzyme, baking soda and natural essence into the mixture obtained in the step (1), performing ultrasonic treatment, stirring, and performing heat preservation treatment at 35-40 ℃ for 155-165 min to obtain a semi-finished product of the laundry detergent;
(3) and (3) performing vacuum degassing on the semi-finished product of the laundry detergent subjected to heat preservation treatment in the step (2), and performing split charging treatment to obtain the laundry detergent.
