技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域,具体涉及一种清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学认为,胃病大部分是幽门杆菌引起的。幽门螺杆菌生存于人体胃幽门部位,是最常见的细菌病原体之一。世界有多半人口受到过幽门螺杆菌的感染,而在有些国家几乎20%的人都感染过这种细菌。人们通常是在幼年时就受到感染,5岁以下达到50%。幽门螺杆菌的感染会导致患者胃黏膜受损,促进胃泌素以及胃酸的分泌,对胃部黏膜的修复以及防御造成影响,还会引起慢性胃炎,并导致胃溃疡和胃萎缩,严重者则发展为胃癌。
据医学统计,初次感染幽门螺杆菌年龄较早的人群萎缩性胃炎及胃癌发生率高,幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌死亡率的高低呈现平行关系。幽门螺杆菌寄生在胃黏膜组织中,67%~80%的胃溃疡和25%的十二指肠溃疡是由幽门螺杆菌引起的,是胃病广发性诱因,影响大众健康。
传统的治疗方法为西医治疗,目前西医治疗幽门螺旋杆菌均采用四联疗法,疗效确切,但副作用大,易复发。1、胃酸抑制---质子泵抑制剂,2、胃粘膜保护剂---铋剂,3、加两种抗生素---如阿莫西林、克拉霉素;质子泵抑制剂在长期应用以后,有可能会加重胃黏膜的萎缩、形成胃癌的风险,同时会引起患者食欲不振、纳差等不适感;铋剂常见的副作用是便秘,如果肾功能不好,服用铋剂要小心,可能会对肾脏有一定不好的反应;两种抗生素目前一线推荐,阿莫西林容易引起肝脏的损害或者是过敏反应等。克拉霉素常见的副作用,是胃黏膜刺激、肝脏损害。用抗生素治疗幽门螺旋杆菌,杀死致病菌幽门螺旋杆菌的同时,也会杀死胃内益生菌,破坏胃肠道正常微生态,低抗力下降,更易复发。同时,幽门螺旋杆菌四联疗法易产生抗药性,致使后期难以彻底清除。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂及其制备方法,旨在提供一种可以彻底清除清除幽门螺杆菌且长时间不复发的中药制剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,所述清除清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:

将所述薏苡仁以及所述紫糯米蒸熟后采用所述神曲发酵,得到发酵料;
将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药、所述茯苓、所述虫草、所述莱服子、所述酸枣、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻进行煎煮并取汁,得到药汁;
将所述木爪、所述砂仁、所述佛手、所述香櫞、所述大枣和所述谷芽照混合后得到浸泡药材;
将所述浸泡药材采用渗漉法进行第一次浸泡,收集渗漉液;

将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药和所述茯苓、所述虫草加水煮佛后,在70℃~80℃的温度下浸泡6~8小时,取汁,得到第一药汁;
所述莱服子、所述酸枣红、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻混合后,加水煎煮2~4小时,再次加水煎煮0.5~1.5小时,取汁,得到第二药汁。

在本发明中,本产品选用了多种名贵药材和优质的纯粮酒,利用现代生产工艺精心配制而成的一种最新医疗保健品,与传统胃药相比在于是通过改善胃部毛细血管的微循环,增加胃部细胞再生功能来达到治疗目的,服用30天幽门螺旋杆菌阳性,转阴率高,且治愈后不反弹。

现有西药清除幽门螺杆菌清除效率低,具有副作用,且易复发。而目前已有的中成药有香砂养胃、补中益气、胃气止痛、以及后来的三九胃泰、小建中胶囊、温胃舒、养胃舒等。但是这些药有一共同的缺点是疗程长、治愈率低、易复发,有些药还需要长年服用,给患者带来不便和痛苦,不仅如此,针对幽门螺杆菌的药物则往往采用蒲公英、黄柏、大黄、黄连等苦寒药,这会导致胃寒胃疼、泌酸加重的弊病。
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂及其制备方法,为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,所述清除清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:
薏苡仁:10份~20份、紫糯米:30份~50份、茯苓:10份~30份、怀山药:10份~20份、砂仁:8份~12份、豆蔻:8份~12份、郁李仁:6份~10份、木爪:8份~12份、佛手:12份~20份、香椽:12份~20份、莱服子:8份~12份、梅子:6份~10份、酸枣:8份~12份、虫草:2份~5份、谷芽:12份~20份、牡蛎:10~15份、神曲:12~20份以及大枣6份~10份。
薏苡仁:薏苡仁为禾本科植物薏米的干燥成熟种仁。薏苡仁性凉,味甘淡,入脾、胃、肺经,淡渗甘补,既利水消肿,又健脾补中、渗湿除痹,可治疗脾虚湿盛之水肿,脚气,小便不利,脾虚泄泻等。现代研究表明,薏苡仁含脂肪油、薏苡仁酯、薏苡仁内酯,薏苡多糖和氨基酸、维生素等。薏苡仁内酯对小肠有抑制作用;其脂肪油能使血清钙、血糖量下降,并有解热、镇静、镇痛作用。
紫糯米:紫米是水稻的一个品种,属于糯米类,:紫米味甘、性温;有益气补血、暖胃健脾、滋补肝肾、缩小便的功效。
茯苓:味甘、淡,性平;归心、肺、脾、肾经,利健脾。
怀山药:味甘、平,归脾、肺、肾经,系重要滋补药品,具有健胃化痰、补中益气的功效。
砂仁:味辛,性温;归脾、胃、肾经,主要用于脾胃气滞、湿阻中焦、脾胃虚寒。
豆蔻:,性味辛温,主要入人体脾经和胃经,功效主要是温中、散寒、化痰、祛湿、行气、开胃。
郁李仁:辛、苦、甘,平。归脾、大肠、小肠经。润燥滑肠,下气,利水。用于津枯肠燥、食积气滞、腹胀便秘。具有润燥滑肠,下气行滞,利水消肿的功效。
木瓜:木瓜属于祛风湿散寒药,其药性酸、温,归于肝、脾经,具有化湿和胃的功效。
佛手:味辛、苦、酸,性温;归肝、脾、胃、肺经,主要用于脘腹痞满,脾胃气滞之脘腹胀痛、呕恶食少,咳嗽日久痰多,胸膺作痛。
香椽:辛、苦、酸,温。归肝、脾、肺经。用于肝胃气滞,胸胁胀痛,脘腹痞满,呕吐噫气。
莱菔子:味辛、甘,性平;归肺、脾、胃经,主治食积气滞、消食化积之中,尤善行气消胀。
梅子:别名青梅,蔷薇目蔷薇科杏属果梅树结的果。梅子含有丰富的柠檬酸与苹果酸,柠檬酸能促进肠胃蠕动,增进食欲,消化蛋白质。
酸枣:为鼠李科植物,以种仁入药,酸枣为鼠李科植物酸枣的干燥成熟种子。
虫草:又名冬虫夏草,味甘,性温;归肾、肺经;阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛:本品补肾益精。
谷芽:味甘,性温;归脾、胃经;主要用于食积不消、脘腹胀痛、不饥食少、消化不良等。
牡蛎:为牡蛎科动物近江牡蛎、长牡蛎或大连湾牡蛎等的贝壳。取得后,去肉、取壳,洗净、晒干。功能主治为:敛阴,潜阳,止汗,涩精,化痰,软坚。治惊痫,眩晕,自汗,盗汗,遗精,淋浊,崩漏,带下,瘰疬,瘿瘤。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疠痰核,瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛泛酸。煅牡蛎收敛固涩。用于自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸。
大枣:味甘,性温,无毒。补中益气,养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏。
神曲:辣蓼、青蒿、杏仁泥、赤小豆、鲜苍耳草加入面粉或麸皮后发酵而成的曲剂。
本方以薏苡仁,怀山药为君,味甘平,入脾肺肾经,性温、功偏补脾养胃,健脾渗湿,除寒止泻之能。根据李东垣脾喜燥,胃喜润的学说,苡仁健脾渗湿,山药补脾养胃,益阴生津,二药相伍,一渗一补,相反而相成,突出了健脾养胃之功,而无渗湿伤阴之弊。佛手,香橼为臣,味辛苦,酸温、入肝脾肺经,有舒肝理气,温胃止痛,宽中之能。佐以莱菔子辛肝平、入肺,脾胃,导滞消食。谷芽、豆蔻、砂仁、茯苓、神曲、甘温,入脾胃健胃消食。梅子酸温、入肝脾肺经,含有丰富的柠檬酸与苹果酸,柠檬酸能促进肠胃蠕动,增进食欲,消化蛋白质。且能与薏苡仁中的薏苡脂共同作用清除幽门螺杆菌。酸枣仁养心补肝,宁心安神,敛汗,生津。牡蛎入肝、肾经。具有平肝潜阳,软坚散结,收敛固涩的作,用于胃酸过多、胃溃疡等疾病的治疗。郁李仁归脾、润燥滑肠,津枯肠燥、食积气滞、腹胀便秘。木瓜性温,味酸,归肝、脾经,和胃化湿,舒緩止痛。虫草,归肺、肾经,补肾固本,增强人体免疫力。紫糯米补中益气、健脾养胃、富含益生素,平衡肠道微生态,有通便润肠的功效,可以防治便秘。大枣为使,甘温入脾胃,调和诸药,益气和中。与此同时,采用神曲对薏苡仁和紫糯米进行发酵,以此提供益生素,有利于恢复胃肠微生态,进一步避免幽门螺杆菌的再次繁殖。
在一些实施例中,所述清除清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:
所述薏苡仁15份、所述紫糯米40份、所述茯苓20份、所述所述怀山药15份、所述砂仁10份、所述豆蔻10份、所述郁李仁8份、所述木爪10份、所述佛手15份、所述香椽15份、所述莱服子10份、所述梅子8份、所述酸枣10份、所述虫草4份、所述谷芽18份、所述牡蛎12份、所述神曲15份以及所述大枣8份。
选取上述比例,可以进一步提高幽门螺杆菌的去除效率,并进一步降低复发效率。
在一些实施例中,所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂还包括乙醇溶液,其中,在所述乙醇溶液中,乙醇的体积百分比为40%~65%。本发明中,在原料中加入乙醇,可以进一步的加强对于药物有效成分的提取。与此同时,发明人研究团队发现,当乙醇溶液为一定量的纯粮酒时,对于幽门螺杆菌的清除率进一步提高,且其复发率进一步降低,这与依旧对胃造成伤害这一传统的认知并不相符。可能是微量酒对人体可以补气活血,生津醒胃,利用酒的辛温甘热,通畅血脉有效的改善胃部毛细血管微循环,可使中药物质很快被吸收,使胃部产生一个实质性营养保护层,药借酒力充分发挥了其冶疗作用。
在一些实施例中,所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂为口服液。若药剂为口服液时,可以进一步的提高药的吸收。
此外,请参见图1,本发明提供一种上述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法,所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法包括:
步骤S10:将所述薏苡仁以及所述紫糯米蒸熟后采用所述神曲发酵,得到发酵料;
步骤S20:将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药、所述茯苓、所述虫草、所述莱服子、所述酸枣、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻进行煎煮并取汁,得到药汁;
步骤S30:将所述木爪、所述砂仁、所述佛手、所述香櫞、所述大枣和所述谷芽照混合后得到浸泡药材;
步骤S40:将所述浸泡药材采用渗漉法进行第一次浸泡,收集渗漉液;
步骤S50:往经过所述第一次浸泡后的所述浸泡药材中加入所述发酵料和所述药汁,再次浸泡,收集浸泡液;
步骤S60:将所述渗漉液和所述浸泡液混合后,得到所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂。
采用上述步骤制备中药制剂,可以进一步的确保药物中的活性成分被提取,以此进一步增强药效。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,渗漉法是将适度粉碎的药材置渗漉筒中,由上部不断添加溶剂,溶剂渗过药材层向下流动过程中浸出药材成分的方法。渗漉属于动态浸出方法,溶剂利用率高,有效成分浸出完全,可直接收集浸出液。
在一些实施例中,步骤S10包括:
将所述紫糯米和炮制过的所述薏苡仁用清水浸泡后干燥,蒸至6~8成熟,降至温度到22℃~31℃时拌入神曲,30~48小时后,升温至34℃~38℃,保持72小时后,得到所述发酵料。
采用上述发酵步骤,可以将紫糯米和薏苡仁发酵,以此获得益生素,除发挥紫糯米和薏苡仁本身的功效,还可以调节胃肠的微生态环境。
步骤S20包括:
步骤S201:将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药和所述茯苓、所述虫草加水煮佛后,在70℃~80℃的温度下浸泡6~8小时,取汁,得到第一药汁;
步骤S202:所述莱服子、所述酸枣红、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻混合后,加水煎煮2~4小时,再次加水煎煮0.5~1.5小时,取汁,得到第二药汁。
将上述药材分开煎煮,在进一步提高有效成分的提取率时,又可以进一步的保证牡蛎、怀山药和茯苓、虫草不会其含有较高的淀粉而过度煎煮后而导致后续药液难以过滤而浑浊。
步骤S40包括:以乙醇溶液为溶剂,采用渗漉法浸泡所述浸泡药材48小时~72小时,收集渗漉液,其中,在乙醇溶液中,乙醇的体积百分比为40%~65%;本发明研究团队发现,采用上述浸泡,用此醇浓度适合植物黄酮、皂苷类有效成分,以此可以进一步提高中药制剂的疗效。具体地,采用纯粮白酒,其效果最佳。
步骤S50包括:往经过浸泡后的所述浸泡药材中加入发酵料、所述第一药汁以及所述第二药汁,并加入乙醇和水,直至乙醇的体积百分比为40%~65%,继续采用浸泡,再次在20℃~28℃下浸泡140小时~180小时,收集浸泡液。维持浸泡浓度可以进一步保证浸泡效果。
步骤S60包括:将所述渗漉液和所述浸泡液混合后,进行过滤,得到所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂。采用山东博纳集团生产的膜过滤设备进行过滤,通过过滤,可以保证液体的澄清度。
综上所述,本发明选用了多种名贵药材和优质的纯粮酒,利用现代生产工艺炮制发酵而成的一种杀灭幽门螺旋杆菌纯中药口服液,它是以扶脾养胃、益健开胃、消食导滞以及疏肝养胃为旨、采用多味中药,如薏苡仁、怀山药、豆蔻等平补温和、食药同源的纯天然中药和优质纯粮酿、精心炮制而成。其药理在于杀灭或抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的同时,有效地改善胃肠部毛细血管微循环,调整胃部植物神经功能,营养胃粘膜,促进胃粘膜保护因子的产生,使胃粘膜上皮细胞修复,同时,产品内含有益生素,恢复胃肠微生态,自然抑制胃内幽门螺旋杆菌再次繁殖。

1)将紫糯米和炮制过的薏苡仁用清水浸泡1~3小时,阴干1~2小时,蒸至6~8成熟,降至温度到22℃~31℃时拌入神曲,48小时后,升温至34℃~38℃,保持72小时后,得到所述发酵料。
2)将牡蛎、怀山药和茯苓、虫草加水煮佛后,在70℃~80℃的温度下浸泡6~8小时取汁,得到第一药汁;
3)莱服子、酸枣红、郁李仁、梅子和豆蔻混合后,加水煎煮3小时,再次加水煎煮1小时,取汁,得到第二药汁;
4)以纯粮酒(四川省宜宾市五粮液纯粮酒)为溶剂,采用渗漉法浸泡所述浸泡药材72小时,收集渗漉液;
5)往经过浸泡后的浸泡药材中加入发酵料、第一药汁以及第二药汁,并加入乙醇和水,直至乙醇的体积百分比为50%,继续采用浸泡,再次在20℃~28℃下浸泡160小时,收集浸泡液。
6)将渗漉液和浸泡液混合后,进行过滤,得到清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其外观为黄色澄清液体。
实施例2中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

4)以纯粮酒(华灯酒)为溶剂,采用渗漉法浸泡所述浸泡药材36小时,收集渗漉液;
5)往经过浸泡后的浸泡药材中加入发酵料、第一药汁以及第二药汁,并加入乙醇和水,直至乙醇的体积百分比为40%,继续采用浸泡,再次在20℃~28℃下浸泡140小时,收集浸泡液。
6)将渗漉液和浸泡液混合后,进行过滤,得到清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其外观为黄色澄清液体。
实施例3中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将紫糯米和炮制过的薏苡仁用清水浸泡1~3小时,阴干1~2小时,蒸至6~8成熟,降至温度到22℃~31℃时拌入神曲,36小时后,升温至34℃~38℃,保持72小时后,得到发酵料。
2)将牡蛎、怀山药和茯苓、虫草加水煮佛后,在70℃~80℃的温度下浸泡6~8小时取汁,得到第一药汁;
3)莱服子、酸枣红、郁李仁、梅子和豆蔻混合后,加水煎煮3小时,再次加水煎煮1.5小时,取汁,得到所述第二药汁;
4)以纯粮酒(52°纯高粱酒)为溶剂,采用渗漉法浸泡所述浸泡药材36小时,收集渗漉液;
5)往经过浸泡后的浸泡药材中加入发酵料、第一药汁以及第二药汁,并加入乙醇和水,直至乙醇的体积百分比为65%,继续采用浸泡,再次在20℃~28℃下浸泡180小时,收集浸泡液。
6)将渗漉液和浸泡液混合后,进行过滤,得到清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其外观为黄色澄清液体。
实施例4中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将紫糯米和炮制过的薏苡仁用清水浸泡1~3小时,阴干1~2小时,蒸至6~8成熟,降至温度到22℃~31℃时拌入神曲,40小时后,升温至34℃~38℃,保持72小时后,得到发酵料。
2)将牡蛎、怀山药和茯苓、虫草加水煮佛后,在70℃~80℃的温度下浸泡6~8小时取汁,得到第一药汁;
3)莱服子、酸枣红、郁李仁、梅子和豆蔻混合后,加水煎煮3小时,再次加水煎煮1.5小时,取汁,得到所述第二药汁;
4)以纯粮酒(52°纯玉米酒)为溶剂,采用渗漉法浸泡所述浸泡药材48小时,收集渗漉液;
5)往经过浸泡后的浸泡药材中加入发酵料、第一药汁以及第二药汁,并加入乙醇和水,直至乙醇的体积百分比为50%,继续采用浸泡,再次在20℃~28℃下浸泡150小时,收集浸泡液。
6)将渗漉液和浸泡液混合后,进行过滤,得到清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其外观为黄色澄清液体。
试验实施例
1、小白鼠急性毒性实验,操作如下:
1)LD5(半数致死量)0测定:昆明种小白鼠50只,分五组、每组10只雌雄各半、12-21克(动物繁育场提供),给药前禁食2小时,每组按1:0.2的剂距设:27.00ml/Kg、24.30ml/Kg、21.37ml/Kg、12.68ml/Kg、17.71ml/Kg五个剂量组。测得本发明实施例1的LD50≈22.2724ml/Kg、LD25(25致死量)≈25.2862ml/Kg、LD5(5%致死量)≈12.631ml/Kg。
2)实施例1产品人用量为:12ml/次,三次/日、合计为0.6nml/kg。
对实施例1分别进行连续给药7天的毒性实验,具体操作如下:
取昆明小白鼠120只,分六组,每组20只,雌雄各半,18~20克。根据0.6nml/kg人用量计:本发明产品30ml/kg、15ml/kg、7.5ml/kg、3.75ml/kg,分别相当于人用量的50倍、25倍、12.5倍、5.25倍以及溶剂(四川省宜宾市五粮液纯粮酒,后简称五粮液组)0ml/kg、7.5ml/kg剂量组,并设蒸馏水对照组。每日给药总体各为30ml/kg/只,在24小时内分三次灌胃,连续七天。
给药后,3.75ml/kg的本发明产品组体重呈增长趋势,其它组体重随剂量增加,略增长缓慢,但14天恢复期各组体重呈增长趋势。
30ml/kg本发明产品组死亡7只,30ml/kg五粮液组死亡14只,死亡动物经解剖,肉眼观察发现多数为胃肠涨气。
连续给药7天后,活杀各线动物,肉眼观察未见异常,并称心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃的重量,各脏器未见显著差异。
3)实施例1的给药组中的3.75ml/kg、7.5ml/kg及15ml/kg,7.5ml/kg溶剂组及蒸馏水对照组均未见动物死亡。
2、实施例1中药制剂的疗效实验
自2021年4月至2022年8月委托首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院消化内科,对128例患者,男84例,女44例,平均年龄45.5岁(22-65),重点观察其根除HP感染者。治疗结果观察如下。

1、本组128例患者,男84例,女44例,平均年龄45.5岁(22-65),幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性,均伴有上消化道症状(上腹疼痛、胀满,嗳气、恶心、反酸、口臭等不适)经胃镜检查确诊。
2)、HP检查:13C呼气检测
观察方法:
所有入选病例停用其他胃药物和对疗效观察有影响的中、西药物1周。随机分为两组即治疗组与对照组:
治疗组:幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性,均伴有上消化道症状(上腹疼痛、胀满,嗳气、恶心、反酸、口臭等不适),本发明中药口服液,每日3次,每次10ml,连服4周。
对照组:幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性,均伴有上消化道症状(上腹疼痛、胀满,嗳气、恶心、反酸、口臭等不适),奥美拉唑镁肠溶片10mg*7片、每日2次;胶体果胶铋胶囊0.1g*36粒、每日3次;左氧氟沙星片0.5g*7片、每日1次;阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片2片、每日2次,连服2周。
3)观察项目:患者每2周复诊一次碳13呼气检测,记录病情和药物不良反应。
1个月疗程结束后、6月后由同一组医生分别做13C呼气试验复查,观察治疗组和对照组,HP感染的根除结果。
4)疗效判定
HP根除情况:治疗结束后1个月,复查13C呼气试验;幽门螺杆菌是阴性,为清除;治疗6个月后复查13C呼气试验,幽门螺杆菌是阴性,为根除,其结果如表3~4所示。

由上述试验可知,具有良好的安全性,相较于普通西药治疗,在服用本发明的中药制剂30天以后,其短期转阴率为28.4%,6个月后转阴率依旧在26.2%,其上腹痛改善率、反酸改善率、口臭改善率、胀满改善率以及通便改善率均有其改善作用。同时,本发明采用将需要煎煮的药液分成两组煎煮,使的最后药液经过过滤为成黄色透明药液,使其具有较佳观感。

Claims (10)
1.一种清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述清除清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:
薏苡仁:10份~20份、紫糯米:30份~50份、茯苓:10份~30份、怀山药:10份~20份、砂仁:8份~12份、豆蔻:8份~12份、郁李仁:6份~10份、木爪:8份~12份、佛手:12份~20份、香椽:12份~20份、莱服子:8份~12份、梅子:6份~10份、酸枣:8份~12份、虫草:2份~5份、谷芽:12份~20份、牡蛎:10~15份、神曲:12~20份以及大枣6份~10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述清除清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:
所述薏苡仁15份、所述紫糯米40份、所述茯苓20份、所述怀山药15份、所述砂仁10份、所述豆蔻10份、所述郁李仁8份、所述木爪10份、所述佛手15份、所述香椽15份、所述莱服子10份、所述梅子8份、所述酸枣10份、所述虫草4份、所述谷芽18份、所述牡蛎12份、所述神曲15份以及所述大枣8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂还包括乙醇溶液,其中,在所述乙醇溶液中,乙醇的体积百分比为40%~65%。
4.如权利要求3所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述乙醇溶液为纯粮酒。
5.如权利要求1所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂为口服液。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一项所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法包括:
将所述薏苡仁以及所述紫糯米蒸熟后采用所述神曲发酵,得到发酵料;
将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药、所述茯苓、所述虫草、所述莱服子、所述酸枣、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻进行煎煮并取汁,得到药汁;
将所述木爪、所述砂仁、所述佛手、所述香櫞、所述大枣和所述谷芽照混合后得到浸泡药材;
将所述浸泡药材采用渗漉法进行第一次浸泡,收集渗漉液;
往经过所述第一次浸泡后的所述浸泡药材中加入所述发酵料和所述药汁,再次浸泡,收集浸泡液;
将所述渗漉液和所述浸泡液混合后,得到所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将所述薏苡仁以及所述紫糒米蒸熟后采用所述神曲发酵,得到发酵料的步骤包括:
将所述紫糯米和炮制过的所述薏苡仁用清水浸泡后干燥,蒸至6~8成熟,降至温度到29℃~31℃时拌入神曲,30~48小时后,升温至34℃~38℃,保持72小时后,得到所述发酵料。
8.如权利要求6所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述药汁包括第一药汁和第二药汁,且将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药、所述茯苓、所述虫草、所述莱服子、所述酸枣、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻进行煎煮并取汁,得到药汁的步骤包括:
将所述牡蛎、所述怀山药和所述茯苓、所述虫草加水煮佛后,在70℃~80℃的温度下浸泡6~8小时,取汁,得到所述第一药汁;
所述莱服子、所述酸枣红、所述郁李仁、所述梅子和所述豆蔻混合后,加水煎煮2~4小时,再次加水煎煮0.5~1.5小时,取汁,得到所述第二药汁。
9.如权利要求6所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将所述浸泡药材采用渗漉法进行第一次浸泡,收集渗漉液的步骤包括:以乙醇溶液为溶剂,采用渗漉法浸泡所述浸泡药材48小时~72小时,收集渗漉液,其中,在乙醇溶液中,乙醇的体积百分比为40%~65%;和/或,
所述往经过所述第一次浸泡后的所述浸泡药材中加入所述发酵料以及所述药汁,再次浸泡,收集浸泡液的步骤包括:
往经过浸泡后的所述浸泡药材中加入发酵料以及所述药汁,并加入乙醇和水,直至乙醇的体积百分比为40%~65%,继续采用浸泡,再次在20℃~28℃下浸泡140小时~180小时,收集浸泡液。
10.如权利要求6所述的清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将所述渗漉液和所述浸泡液混合后,得到所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂的步骤包括:
将所述渗漉液和所述浸泡液混合后,进行过滤,得到所述清除幽门螺杆菌的中药制剂。
