目前市场上的胶原蛋白大多以粉末状和瓶装溶液两种形式存在。瓶装液体制剂不便于携带、保存,且存在其它添加隐患。粉末状胶原蛋白,虽在纯度上有保障,但溶解食用时易出现粉末飞散、抱团、挂壁、沉降速度慢等现象,因此出现了胶原蛋白肽饮品。但是现有的胶原蛋白肽饮料的主要制备方法是将胶原蛋白粉水中,自然溶解或加热搅拌使之溶解,再加入辅料,混合均匀,过滤、灌装、密封和灭菌包装即可。同时现有的配方多是仅含有胶原蛋白肽原料的组配,无法反映出其他成分对皮肤保养的影响,造成皮肤改善状况不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种改善皮肤状态的组合物、保健饮品及制备方法,所述组合物和保健饮品不仅针对胶原蛋白肽的补充,还能补充皮肤营养并刺激睡眠,多方面协同改善皮肤状态。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种改善皮肤状态的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的组分:鱼胶原蛋白肽0.5~5份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0~3份、透明质酸钠0.01~0.1份、维生素C 0.01~0.1份、菊粉0.5~5份和γ-氨基丁酸0~0.1份。
优选的,所述组分中还包括浓缩果汁、调味剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香料和水。
优选的,所述浓缩果汁包括苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁和蓝莓浓缩汁。
优选的,所述苹果浓缩汁的糖度大于65%,番石榴浓缩汁的可溶性固形物含量为68±1%,蓝莓浓缩汁的可溶性固形物含量大于65%。
本发明还提供了一种改善皮肤状态的保健饮品,所述保健饮品包括上述组合物。
本发明还提供了上述保健饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将水与黄原胶、柠檬酸钠和透明质酸钠混合后静置,得胶液;
将鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、γ-氨基丁酸和乙基麦芽酚混合溶解,得溶液;
将所述胶液、溶液与苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆和维生素C混合均匀,利用水定容,灌装后灭菌,得所述保健饮品。
优选的,在配制胶液时,所述水为50~60℃的纯化水,所述混合后静置包括搅拌10~15min后静置2h。
优选的,所述灭菌包括105℃灭菌30min。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种改善皮肤状态的组合物,以鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、透明质酸钠、维生素C为基础,鱼胶原蛋白肽具有水嫩肌肤、淡化皱纹、淡班美白、坚韧骨骼的功效;透明质酸钠具有保湿、抗紫外线、缓解肌肤的衰老的功效;维生素C具有维持免疫功能、抗氧化的功效。特配是菊粉、γ-氨基丁酸有调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道健康,镇静,催眠等功能;特配成分精准搭配,整体提高改善睡眠和肠道健康的功效,具有协同改善皮肤的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种改善皮肤状态的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的组分:鱼胶原蛋白肽0.5~5份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0~3份、透明质酸钠0.01~0.1份、维生素C 0.01~0.1份、菊粉0.5~5份和γ-氨基丁酸0~0.1份。
本发明所述组分中优选优选还包括浓缩果汁、调味剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香料和水。本发明所述浓缩果汁优选包括苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁和蓝莓浓缩汁。本发明所述苹果浓缩汁的糖度优选大于65%,番石榴浓缩汁的可溶性固形物含量优选为68±1%,蓝莓浓缩汁的可溶性固形物含量优选大于65%。本发明所述浓缩果汁补充营养有美容功效。本发明所述调味剂优选包括果葡糖浆调味(甜味剂),所述增稠剂优选包括黄原胶,所述香料优选包括乙基麦芽酚,所述防腐剂优选包括山梨酸钾,水稀配到配方量。本发明对所述浓缩果汁、果葡糖浆、黄原胶、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾、乙基麦芽酚的用量并没有特殊限定,利用本领域的常规用量即可。本发明对所述组分的来源并没有特殊限定,利用本领域的常规市售产品即可,如鱼胶原蛋白肽购自湖北健肽生物科技有限公司;鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽购自西安韵禾生物科技有限公司。
本发明还提供了一种改善皮肤状态的保健饮品,所述保健饮品包括上述组合物。
在本发明实施例中,所述保健饮品也称为番石榴胶原蛋白肽饮料,且对衰老斑马鱼的MTC为15.6μL/mL。
本发明还提供了上述保健饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将水与黄原胶、柠檬酸钠和透明质酸钠混合后静置,得胶液;
将鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、γ-氨基丁酸和乙基麦芽酚混合溶解,得溶液;
将所述胶液、溶液与苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆和维生素C混合均匀,利用水定容,灌装后灭菌,得所述保健饮品。
本发明在配制所述胶液时,所述水优选为50~60℃的纯化水,所述混合后静置优选包括搅拌10~15min后静置2h。本发明所述灭菌优选包括105℃灭菌30min。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种改善皮肤状态的组合物、保健饮品及制备方法进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
取鱼胶原蛋白肽2份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.5份、透明质酸钠0.1份、维生素C 0.1份、菊粉0.5份、γ-氨基丁酸0.01份。
(1)溶胶加入纯化水,加入黄原胶、柠檬酸钠、透明质酸钠粉,搅拌10-15min至均匀、无可见块状胶物质后,放置2小时,得溶液1。
(2)溶解配制鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、氨基丁酸、乙基麦芽酚搅拌均匀,充分搅拌,使其溶解,得溶液2。
(3)调配混合溶液1、溶液2,依次加入苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆、维生素C搅拌均匀。加纯化水定容至生产量,搅拌均匀。得番石榴胶原蛋白肽饮料。
实施例2
取鱼胶原蛋白肽0.5份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽1份、透明质酸钠0.02份、维生素C0.04份、菊粉0.1、γ-氨基丁酸0.1份。
(1)溶胶加入纯化水,加入黄原胶、柠檬酸钠、透明质酸钠粉,搅拌10-15min至均匀、无可见块状胶物质后,放置2小时,得溶液1。
(2)溶解配制鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、氨基丁酸、乙基麦芽酚搅拌均匀,充分搅拌,使其溶解,得溶液2。
(3)调配混合溶液1、溶液2,依次加入苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆、维生素C搅拌均匀。加纯化水定容至生产量,搅拌均匀。得番石榴胶原蛋白肽饮料。
实施例3
取鱼胶原蛋白肽1份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽2份、透明质酸钠0.04份、维生素C0.02份、菊粉0.5份、γ-氨基丁酸0.02份。
(1)溶胶加入纯化水,加入黄原胶、柠檬酸钠、透明质酸钠粉,搅拌10-15min至均匀、无可见块状胶物质后,放置2小时,得溶液1。
(2)溶解配制鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、氨基丁酸、乙基麦芽酚搅拌均匀,充分搅拌,使其溶解,得溶液2。
(3)调配混合溶液1、溶液2,依次加入苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆、维生素C搅拌均匀。加纯化水定容至生产量,搅拌均匀。得番石榴胶原蛋白肽饮料。
实施例4
取鱼胶原蛋白肽2份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.5份、透明质酸钠0.02份、维生素C0.01份、菊粉1份、γ-氨基丁酸0份。
(1)溶胶加入纯化水,加入黄原胶、柠檬酸钠、透明质酸钠粉,搅拌10-15min至均匀、无可见块状胶物质后,放置2小时,得溶液1。
(2)溶解配制鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、氨基丁酸、乙基麦芽酚搅拌均匀,充分搅拌,使其溶解,得溶液2。
(3)调配混合溶液1、溶液2,依次加入苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆、维生素C搅拌均匀。加纯化水定容至生产量,搅拌均匀。得番石榴胶原蛋白肽饮料。
动物实验
随机选取6hpf野生型AB品系斑马鱼于6孔板中,每孔(实验组)均处理30尾斑马鱼,设置3个平行实验。
分别水溶给予实施例1制备得到的番石榴胶原蛋白肽饮料(简称胶原蛋白肽饮)3.91、7.81、15.6、31.2、62.5、125、250、500和1000μL/mL浓度,阳性对照组过氧化氢酶2000μg/mL浓度,同时设置模型对照组和正常对照组,每孔容量为3mL。除正常对照组外,其余各组均水溶给予过氧化氢建立斑马鱼衰老模型,各实验组与过氧化氢共同处理6天,期间每天换液。
处理结束后:1)观察统计各实验组斑马鱼的死亡数量和毒性反应情况,确定胶原蛋白肽饮的MTC;2)取MTC及以下共三个浓度组、阳性对照组和正常对照组,每组分别匀浆取上清后用斑马鱼端粒酶试剂盒检测斑马鱼体内端粒酶含量(C)。以斑马鱼体内端粒酶含量的统计学分析结果评价胶原蛋白肽饮抗衰老功效。统计学处理结果用mean±SE表示。抗衰老功效计算公式如下
用方差分析和Dunnett’s T-检验进行统计学分析,p<0.05表明具有显著性差异。
在本实验条件下,胶原蛋白肽饮对衰老斑马鱼的MTC如表1所示,为15.6μL/mL。

在本实验条件下,胶原蛋白肽饮具有明显的抗衰老功效,如表2所示。

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种改善皮肤状态的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下重量份的组分:鱼胶原蛋白肽0.5~5份、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0~3份、透明质酸钠0.01~0.1份、维生素C 0.01~0.1份、菊粉0.5~5份和γ-氨基丁酸0~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述组合物,其特征在于,所述组分中还包括浓缩果汁、调味剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香料和水。
3.根据权利要求2所述组合物,其特征在于,所述浓缩果汁包括苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁和蓝莓浓缩汁。
4.根据权利要求3所述组合物,其特征在于,所述苹果浓缩汁的糖度大于65%,番石榴浓缩汁的可溶性固形物含量为68±1%,蓝莓浓缩汁的可溶性固形物含量大于65%。
5.一种改善皮肤状态的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述保健饮品包括权利要求1~4任一项所述组合物。
6.权利要求5所述保健饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将水与黄原胶、柠檬酸钠和透明质酸钠混合后静置,得胶液;
将鱼胶原蛋白肽、鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽、菊粉、γ-氨基丁酸和乙基麦芽酚混合溶解,得溶液;
将所述胶液、溶液与苹果浓缩汁、番石榴浓缩汁、蓝莓浓缩汁、果葡糖浆和维生素C混合均匀,利用水定容,灌装后灭菌,得所述保健饮品。
7.根据权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,在配制胶液时,所述水为50~60℃的纯化水,所述混合后静置包括搅拌10~15min后静置2h。
8.根据权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述灭菌包括105℃灭菌30min。
