Abstract
粮食烘干处理装置,包括机架、两级烘干机构、接料斗、风机、卸料器、包装机和脉冲除尘器,两级烘干机构由上部的一级烘干转筒和下部的二级烘干转筒组成,一级烘干转筒和二级烘干转筒分别内置若干导热油管,一级烘干转筒进口端设置上料斗,上料斗下方设置送料绞龙,一级烘干转筒出口端通过导料槽与二级烘干转筒的进口相连,二级烘干转筒的出口与接料斗相连,风机的出口与接料斗相通,接料斗出口通过送料风管与卸料器进口相连,卸料器的气体出口与脉冲除尘器相连。本发明采用立式上下两级烘干转筒,利用导热油作为烘干热源,同时利用风力将物料送入气固分离和除尘机构中,风力送料过程也实现了粮食作物的冷却,整个过程换热均匀、干燥快速。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粮食加工机械技术领域,具体涉及一种粮食烘干处理装置。
背景技术
粮食作为是有生命的有机体,水分是其赖以生存的条件,但水分过高会诱发昆虫和微生物的滋生,容易造成粮食作为发热、发酵、变质和发芽率下降。以谷物为例,谷物收获时的含水率为25~30%,在保存时需要尽快降到安全水分13~15%。我国的谷物一年收获1~3次,要存放数年,但在谷物生产过程以及谷物烘干环节,自然晾晒容易受到天气和场地等影响的制约。随着谷物收割机的大面积推广应用以及种粮大户的兴起,自然晾晒越来越不能满足需求,必须借助于谷物干燥设备。
目前的粮食烘干设备主要采用塔式干燥机,塔式干燥机包括缓冲室、烘干室、提升机和电控部分,通常以燃烧柴油、煤炭、木柴、秸秆和电加热等作为热源生成热风,热风在烘干室中流动,并在流动的过程中与粮食作物接触,从而带走其中的水分对粮食进行烘干。
但是目前的粮食烘干设备结构复杂,占用空间大,烘干效果不佳,此外现有的粮食烘干设备没有烘干后处理设备。例如冷却和除尘机构,导致粮食作物烘干还需要与冷却设备和除尘设备连接,费时费力,严重影响了粮食作物烘干效率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种粮食烘干处理装置,以解决现有技术存在的占用空间大、烘干效率低和缺少冷却和除尘设备的问题。
本发明装置解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种粮食烘干处理装置,包括机架、两级烘干机构、接料斗、风机、卸料器、包装机和脉冲除尘器,两级烘干机构固定安装在机架上,两级烘干机构由上部的一级烘干转筒和下部的二级烘干转筒组成,一级烘干转筒和二级烘干转筒分别内置若干导热油管,一级烘干转筒进口端设置上料斗,上料斗下方设置送料绞龙,送料绞龙与绞龙电机相连,一级烘干转筒和二级烘干转筒分别由一部旋转电机驱动,一级烘干转筒出口端通过导料槽与二级烘干转筒的进口相连,二级烘干转筒的出口与接料斗相连,风机的出口与接料斗相通,接料斗出口通过送料风管与卸料器进口相连,包装机置于卸料器下方,卸料器的气体出口与脉冲除尘器相连。
上述风机采用高压风机,接料斗设有传感器,通过物料传感器反馈温度数据,从而控制导热油的温度。
上述一级烘干转筒内筒壁和二级烘干转筒内筒壁分别设置若干拨料板,提高搅拌送料效果。
本发明的工作原理是:导热油炉将高温导热油送进一级烘干转筒的导热油管和二级烘干转筒的导热油管中,粮食作物原料由上料斗经送料绞龙送入一级烘干转筒中,粮食作物在其中翻转前进,在高温作用下水分不断蒸发,最后经导料槽进入二级烘干转筒中,继续烘干处理,最后进入接料斗中,风机接料斗中粮食作物在风机送来的风力推送下经送料风管进入卸料器中,在松辽过程中粮食作物不断冷却,冷却后的粮食作物经卸料器底部进入包装机中,含有杂质粉尘的气体由卸料器顶部进入脉冲除尘器中除尘处理。
本发明采用立式上下两级烘干转筒,利用导热油作为烘干热源,同时利用风力将物料送入气固分离和除尘机构中,风力送料过程也实现了粮食作物的冷却,整个过程换热均匀、干燥快速,具有结构紧凑、操作方便和烘干高效的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种粮食烘干处理装置,包括机架1、两级烘干机构、接料斗10、风机11、卸料器13、包装机14和脉冲除尘器15,两级烘干机构固定安装在机架1上,两级烘干机构由上部的一级烘干转筒2和下部的二级烘干转筒3组成,一级烘干转筒2和二级烘干转筒3分别内置若干导热油管4,一级烘干转筒2进口端设置上料斗5,上料斗5下方设置送料绞龙6,送料绞龙6与绞龙电机7相连,一级烘干转筒和二级烘干转筒分别由一部旋转电机8驱动,一级烘干转筒出口端通过导料槽9与二级烘干转筒的进口相连,二级烘干转筒的出口与接料斗10相连,风机的出口与接料斗10相通,接料斗出口通过送料风管12与卸料器13进口相连,包装机置于卸料器下方,卸料器的气体出口与脉冲除尘器相连。风机采用高压风机,接料斗设有传感器,通过物料传感器反馈温度数据,从而控制导热油的温度。一级烘干转筒内筒壁和二级烘干转筒内筒壁分别设置若干拨料板,提高搅拌送料效果。

1.一种粮食烘干处理装置,其特征是包括机架、两级烘干机构、接料斗、风机、卸料器、包装机和脉冲除尘器,两级烘干机构固定安装在机架上,两级烘干机构由上部的一级烘干转筒和下部的二级烘干转筒组成,一级烘干转筒和二级烘干转筒分别内置若干导热油管,一级烘干转筒进口端设置上料斗,上料斗下方设置送料绞龙,送料绞龙与绞龙电机相连,一级烘干转筒和二级烘干转筒分别由一部旋转电机驱动,一级烘干转筒出口端通过导料槽与二级烘干转筒的进口相连,二级烘干转筒的出口与接料斗相连,风机的出口与接料斗相通,接料斗出口通过送料风管与卸料器进口相连,包装机置于卸料器下方,卸料器的气体出口与脉冲除尘器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粮食烘干处理装置,其特征是在接料斗设有传感器,通过物料传感器反馈温度数据,从而控制导热油的温度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粮食烘干处理装置,其特征是一级烘干转筒内筒壁和二级烘干转筒内筒壁分别设置若干拨料板。
