本发明属于涤纶面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗撕裂涤纶面料及其生产方法。
背景技术
涤纶面料是日常生活中用的非常多的一种化纤服装面料,现有技术中,抗撕裂性能较好涤纶面料的弹性性能会相对较差,而且抗撕裂性能较好的涤纶面料的透气性和柔软度也会相对减弱,涤纶面料难以同时具备良好的抗撕裂性能、弹性性能、透气性和柔软度,因此需要发明一种抗撕裂涤纶面料及其生产方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种抗撕裂涤纶面料及其生产方法,旨在解决涤纶面料难以同时具备良好的抗撕裂性能、弹性性能、透气性和柔软度的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种抗撕裂涤纶面料,包括基层和包裹在基层上下表面及侧边的包裹层,所述基层由加固层和抗撕裂层构成;
所述抗撕裂层包括若干根整齐排列的基线,每根所述基线上经缠绕线缠绕形成第一连接件,每根所述基线上位于相邻两个第一连接件之间经缠绕丝缠绕形成若干个第二连接件,相邻两个第一连接件通过第二连接件连接,位于同一纵向方向上的基线通过第一连接线依次连接,位于同一纵向方向上的第二连接件通过第二连接线依次连接。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述第一连接件热压后呈圆盘状。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述第二连接件热压后呈片型月牙状,片型月牙状的所述第二连接件窄端与第一连接件相连接。
一种抗撕裂涤纶面料的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:以聚酯纤维、竹纤维、棉纤维为纺织原料纺织出基线、第一连接线、第二连接线以及用于缠绕形成第一连接件和第二连接件的缠绕线备用;
步骤二:缠绕线在基线上缠绕形成球形的第一连接件并将缠绕线从第一连接件内穿行,而后在基线的每一股线均缠绕形成中部直径大于两端直径的棒型月牙状的第二连接件,再令缠绕线从第一连接件内穿过,重复上述动作对基线进行加工得到纬线;
步骤三:以第一连接线和第二连接线为经线与步骤二中获得的纬线进行纺织,第一连接线依次连接位于同一纵向方向上的第二连接件,第二连接线依次连接位于同一纵向方向上的第一连接件,以此获得抗撕裂网,热压定型后,球形的第一连接件热压成圆盘状,棒型月牙状的第二连接件热压成片型月牙状,以抗撕裂网作为抗撕裂层;
步骤四:在抗撕裂层外表面纺织成网状的加固布,以加固布为加固层,在基层上下表面及侧边纺织成网状的包裹布,以包裹布为包裹层,经热压处理后获得涤纶面料。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,在步骤二中,所述基线的线股数为1~3股,相邻第一连接件之间第二连接件的数量为1~3个。

在本实施例中,所述包裹层2由聚酯纤维纺织而成,所述加固层3由聚酯纤维和棉纤维按照质量比6.7:3.3纺织而成。

为了研究涤纶面料生产方法中的各项因素对所生产的涤纶面料各性能的影响,设计了多种生产方案进行生产,具体方案如表1所示:

为了验证本发明的效果,对A-I组所生产出的涤纶面料进行测试,每组涤纶面料50个,对应标号为1-9组,面料长宽规格为10cm×10cm,在室温环境为23℃±2℃下进行涤纶面料的抗撕裂性能测试、透气率测试、交织阻力测试以及柔软度测试。
抗撕裂性能测试依照NFG07-119-1972《纺织.织物试验.织物的断裂力和断裂伸长率的测定》的测定方法进行检测实验。
透气率测试依照GB/T5453-1997《纺织品织物透气率的测定》的测定方法进行检测实验。
交织阻力测试依照FZ/T01145-2018《纺织品交织阻力试验方法》的测定方法进行检测实验。
柔软度测试方式为:选择30个人对每组中的每个涤纶面料进行触摸揉搓,舒适度1~10,最柔软记录为10。
实验检测结果如表2所示:

实验结论:依据于E组方案所生产出的涤纶面料所能承受的断裂强力较大,同时承受断裂强力较大的涤纶面料还有依据于D组、G组、H组方案生产出的,但依据于G组方案生产出的涤纶面料断裂伸长率较小、涤纶面料的弹性较差,另外依据于D组和H组生产出的涤纶面料和依据于E组方案所生产出的涤纶面料在断裂伸长率依然存在一定差距,并且依据于E组方案所生产出的涤纶面料的透气度和舒适度均较好,而依据于D组和H组生产出的涤纶面料的透气度和柔软度均较差,因此依据于E组方案所生产出的涤纶面料是最佳方案。
为了验证生产涤纶面料方法中,第一连接件42、第二连接件43对涤纶面料抗撕裂性能、弹性性能、透气率、柔软度的影响,以E组方案中各原料的比值为基础进行设置了对比例1、对比例2,如下所示:
对比例1
步骤一:以聚酯纤维、竹纤维、棉纤维为纺织原料按照质量比5.6:1.8:2.6进行纺织出基线41、第一连接线44、第二连接线45;
步骤二:以基线41为纬线,以第一连接线44和第二连接线45为经线进行纺织,以此获得抗撕裂网,热压定型后,以抗撕裂网作为抗撕裂层4,其中基线41的线股数为2股,基线41与第一连接线44和第二连接线45之间紧密贴合,相邻交点之间的距离为0.25mm,热压温度为175℃~185℃;
步骤三:以聚酯纤维和棉纤维为原料,在抗撕裂层4外表面纺织成网状的加固布,以加固布为加固层3,其中聚酯纤维和棉纤维的质量比为6.7:3.3;
步骤四:以聚酯纤维为原料,在基层1上下表面及侧边纺织成网状的包裹布,以包裹布为包裹层2,经热压处理后获得涤纶面料,其中热压温度为200℃±5℃。

步骤二:缠绕线在基线41上缠绕形成球形的第一连接件42,重复上述动作对基线41进行加工得到纬线,基线41的线股数为2股,相邻第一连接件42间距离为1.5mm;
步骤三:以第一连接线44和第二连接线45为经线进行纺织,第一连接线44编织在两个相邻的第一连接件42之间,通过第二连接线45依次连接位于同一纵向方向上的第一连接件42,以此获得抗撕裂网,再通过热压辊对抗撕裂网进行热压定型,将球形的第一连接件42热压成圆盘状,以抗撕裂网作为抗撕裂层4,其中热压温度为175℃~185℃;
步骤四:以聚酯纤维和棉纤维为原料,在抗撕裂层4外表面纺织成网状的加固布,以加固布为加固层3,其中聚酯纤维和棉纤维的质量比为6.7:3.3;
步骤五:以聚酯纤维为原料,在基层1上下表面及侧边纺织成网状的包裹布,以包裹布为包裹层2,经热压处理后获得涤纶面料,其中热压温度为200℃±5℃。
为了验证本发明的效果,对依据于对比例1和对比例2方案所生产出的涤纶面料进行测试,每组涤纶面料50个,对应标号为01组和02组,面料长宽规格为10cm×10cm,在室温环境为23℃±2℃下进行涤纶面料的抗撕裂性能测试、透气率测试、交织阻力测试以及柔软度测试。
检测方法同上,实验检测结果如表3所示:

实验结论:根据表3,可得知依据E组方案所生产出的涤纶布料能承受抗撕裂强力达到或略大于依据于对比例1的方案所生产出的涤纶面料时,依据E组方案所生产出的涤纶布料的弹性性能、透气性以及使用柔软度均较好,而依据对比例2的方案生产出的涤纶面料,虽然透气性较好,但布料的抗撕裂能力较差,而且使用柔软度也有所差距,通过第一连接件42和第二连接件43之间的配合作用削弱了涤纶布料横向及纵向的交织阻力,使得生产出来的涤纶面料在具备良好的抗撕裂性的同时也能具备较好的透气性,而E组方案中第一连接件42和第二连接件43分布形态与其他组别相对比分布形态较好,因此所生产出的涤纶面料的使用舒适度较好。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗撕裂涤纶面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述抗撕裂涤纶面料包括基层(1)和包裹在基层(1)上下表面及侧边的包裹层(2),所述基层(1)由加固层(3)和抗撕裂层(4)构成;
所述抗撕裂层(4)包括若干根整齐排列的基线(41),每根所述基线(41)上经缠绕线缠绕形成第一连接件(42),每根所述基线(41)上位于相邻两个第一连接件(42)之间经缠绕丝缠绕形成若干个第二连接件(43),相邻两个第一连接件(42)通过第二连接件(43)连接,位于同一纵向方向上的基线(41)通过第一连接线(44)依次连接,位于同一纵向方向上的第二连接件(43)通过第二连接线(45)依次连接;
所述第一连接件(42)热压后呈圆盘状;
所述第二连接件(43)热压后呈片型月牙状,片型月牙状的所述第二连接件(43)窄端与第一连接件(42)相连接;
所述抗撕裂涤纶面料的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:以聚酯纤维、竹纤维、棉纤维为纺织原料纺织出基线、第一连接线、第二连接线以及用于缠绕形成第一连接件和第二连接件的缠绕线备用;
步骤二:缠绕线在基线上缠绕形成球形的第一连接件并将缠绕线从第一连接件内穿行,而后在基线的每一股线均缠绕形成中部直径大于两端直径的棒型月牙状的第二连接件,再令缠绕线从第一连接件内穿过,重复上述动作对基线进行加工得到纬线;
步骤三:以第一连接线和第二连接线为经线与步骤二中获得的纬线进行纺织,第一连接线依次连接位于同一纵向方向上的第二连接件,第二连接线依次连接位于同一纵向方向上的第一连接件,以此获得抗撕裂网,热压定型后,球形的第一连接件热压成圆盘状,棒型月牙状的第二连接件热压成片型月牙状,以抗撕裂网作为抗撕裂层;
步骤四:在抗撕裂层外表面纺织成网状的加固布,以加固布为加固层,在基层上下表面及侧边纺织成网状的包裹布,以包裹布为包裹层,经热压处理后获得涤纶面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗撕裂涤纶面料的生产方法,其特征在于:在步骤二中,所述基线(41)的线股数为1~3股,相邻第一连接件(42)之间第二连接件(43)的数量为1~3个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗撕裂涤纶面料的生产方法,其特征在于:在步骤二中,相邻第一连接件(42)之间的距离为1.5~4.5mm。
