本发明涉及一种机械用调速器
二、背景技术
中国专利201010112089.2公开一种缓降器用调速器,该调速器虽然解决了可靠性及安全性的问题,但存在调速范围小,卡瓦摆组件在冲击下易出现转轴孔磨损大,卡瓦夹板在弧形部位出现应力集中而断裂现象,使其使用寿命有限。
本发明的目的是设计成一种缓降机械使用的调速器,解决骑马轮与卡瓦摆组件的冲击强度及磨损缺陷。
三、发明内容
为达到上述目的,本发明采用下述方案,将调速器一个骑马轮对应一个卡瓦的标准结构,设计成一个骑马轮可配2-4个卡瓦摆组件的结构,用于不用速度的调速要求,特征是:骑马轮的齿数在6-12中选取,2-4个卡瓦组件呈现矩形结构,改变其标准的弧形结构,工作时,不再产生应力在中部集中的现象,卡瓦摆两端滚轮嵌装在摆体两端,位于摆体厚度尺寸中部的槽内,并增加卡瓦摆组件与卡瓦轴的摩擦面积,不易磨损,两滚子宽度尺寸大于骑马轮厚度,使骑马轮被包含在卡瓦摆组件中部槽内,齿形为等腰三角形齿,不同的齿数对应不同数量的卡瓦摆,这样组成的调速器解决了调速范围宽及使用寿命的难题,从而完成缓降机械中的调速功能。

五、具体实施方式
图1所示的缓降机械用调速器有骑马轮(4)及紧固其上的驱动齿轮(5)组成,多个卡瓦摆组件(8)围绕骑马轮配置,卡瓦摆组件由摆体(1)滚子(3)及其滚子轴组成,(7)为摆体配重调整孔,在骑马轮驱动下,卡瓦摆组件围绕轴(6)摆动,控制骑马轮的转速,从而达到控制缓降机械转速的目地。

1.一种新型调速器,其特征是:骑马轮的齿数在6-12中选取,2-4个卡瓦摆组件呈现矩形结构,卡瓦摆两端滚轮嵌装在摆体两端,位于摆体厚度尺寸中部的槽内,两滚子宽度尺寸大于骑马轮厚度,使骑马轮被包含在卡瓦摆组件中部槽内。
