The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. washing Anoectochilus roxburghii with water, removing impurities, and draining;
2. preliminarily crushing the drained anoectochilus roxburghii to 1-2mm of each section;
3. weighing anoectochilus roxburghii, rhizoma polygonati, raspberry, lotus leaf, mulberry leaf, dendrobium officinale, astragalus and radix puerariae according to a proportion, putting the anoectochilus roxburghii, rhizoma polygonati, raspberry, lotus leaf, mulberry leaf, dendrobium officinale, astragalus and radix puerariae into a first superfine pulverizer for pulverization, and then sieving the pulverized particles with a sieve of 50-150 meshes;
4. mixing the mixed particles with an antifreezing solution to form a mixed liquid, introducing the mixed liquid into a low-temperature dryer, freezing for 2.5-3.5h at the temperature of-30-15 ℃, and then drying at low temperature to obtain freeze-dried powder;

1. Patient data
In this group, 49 men and 41 women; age 38-55 years old; the course of the disease is 9 months to 10 years. 13 cases of concurrent peripheral neuropathy, 4 cases of retinopathy at early stage, 3 cases of second stage and 18 cases of coronary heart disease.
2. Method of treatment
