According to the preparation method of the honeysuckle and forsythia suspense leaf composite beverage, the honeysuckle and the forsythia suspense leaf are combined in a compatibility mode and are continuously prepared into two kinds of beverage containing volatile oil and extract in one step, and the honeysuckle and forsythia suspense leaf composite beverage is expected to have a certain effect on improving sub-health. The honeysuckle and the forsythia suspense leaves are distilled by adding water, so that beneficial substances are fully released to obtain an oil phase and a water phase, and the oil phase and the water phase are respectively utilized, and the waste of volatile oil after distillation is avoided.
