Abstract

一种复合锅的制造方法,涉及烹饪设备技术领域,所述复合锅包括内层(1)、中间层(2)和外层(3),所述制造方法包括:获取中间层,中间层上设置有用于固定传感器(10)的固定部及导流空间(22):通过固定部将传感器铺设于内层与中间层之间和/或中间层与外层之间:对内层、中间层和外层进行加热并冲压成型,以使处于熔融状态的中间层流向导流空间与固定部的安装间隙,并填充导流空间与固定部的安装间隙。还涉及一种复合锅及复合锅的中间层结构。通过设置导流空间,避免了过多的中间层流向传感器从而挤压或在冲压过程中流动的中间层拉扯传感器的连接线,避免了在冲压成型时传感器的连接线发生断裂,以保证传感器的正常工作。
