The input unit 303 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, in one particular embodiment, the input unit 303 may include a touch-sensitive surface as well as other input devices. The touch-sensitive surface, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (such as operations by the user on or near the touch-sensitive surface using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 308, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 308. In addition, the touch sensitive surface can be implemented in various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input unit 303 may include other input devices in addition to the touch-sensitive surface. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 304 may be used to display information input by or provided to the user and various graphical user interfaces of the terminal, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 304 may include a Display screen, and optionally, the Display screen may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface may overlay the display screen, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 308 to determine the type of touch event, and then the processor 308 provides a corresponding visual output on the display screen according to the type of touch event.
The computer device may also include at least one sensor 305, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that adjusts brightness of the display screen according to brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display screen and/or the backlight when the terminal moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration (generally three axes) at each position, can detect the magnitude and position of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping) and the like; other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, an infrared sensor and the like which can be configured at the terminal are not described in detail herein.
Audio circuitry 306, a speaker, and a microphone may provide an audio interface between a user and a computer device. The audio circuit 306 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to a speaker, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output; on the other hand, the microphone converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, which is received by the audio circuit 306 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 308, and then transmitted to, for example, another terminal via the RF circuit 301, or the audio data is output to the memory 302 for further processing. Audio circuitry 306 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of peripheral headphones with the terminal.
Wi-Fi belongs to the short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the Wi-Fi module 307, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 4 shows the Wi-Fi module 307, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the computer device, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 308 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the computer device and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 302 and calling data stored in the memory 302, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone. Alternatively, processor 308 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 308 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 308.
The computer device also includes a power supply 309 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which is preferably logically connected to the processor 308 via a power management system that manages charging, discharging, and power consumption management. The power supply 309 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, the computer device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 308 in the computer device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 302 according to the following instructions, and the processor 308 runs the application programs stored in the memory 302, thereby implementing various functions:
acquiring service order information of a newly added service order, wherein the service order information comprises a service type, an order amount, order customer information, an order customer address and reservation time information;
acquiring historical transaction information of the order client based on the order client information;
determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the service type, the order amount and the historical transaction information;
generating a designated dispatch range based on the customer address information and a designated distance value;
based on the service types, the reservation time information and the designated dispatching range, screening out historical processing service members corresponding to a plurality of service types from a plurality of service members in a service member group;
and determining a target salesman from a plurality of historical processing salesmen according to the salesman grade of the historical processing salesman and the service grade, and distributing the newly-added service order to the target salesman, wherein the salesman grade is used for indicating the service level condition of the historical processing salesman.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments.
As can be seen from the above, the computer device provided in this embodiment obtains the service order information of the newly added service order; acquiring historical transaction information of order customers based on the order customer information; determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the service type, the order amount and the historical transaction information; generating a designated dispatch range based on the customer address information and the designated distance value; screening out historical processing salesmen corresponding to a plurality of service types from a plurality of salesmen in the salesmen group based on the service types, the reservation time information and the designated dispatch range; and determining a target salesman from the plurality of historical processing salesmens according to the salesman level and the service level of the historical processing salesmen, and distributing the newly added service order to the target salesmen. The business level of the newly added business order can be determined, and the business order handling is carried out by the business staff of the corresponding business staff level allocated to the client according to the business level, so that the business staff is configured for the business order according to the business level, the handling efficiency of the business staff during the business order handling can be improved, the client loss is prevented, and the business handling success rate is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions, or by instructions controlling associated hardware, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a plurality of computer programs are stored, where the computer programs can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in any one of the service level-based dispatch methods provided by the embodiments of the present application. For example, the computer program may perform the steps of:
acquiring service order information of a newly added service order, wherein the service order information comprises a service type, an order amount, order customer information, an order customer address and reservation time information;
acquiring historical transaction information of the order client based on the order client information;
determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the service type, the order amount and the historical transaction information;
generating a designated dispatch range based on the customer address information and a designated distance value;
based on the service types, the reservation time information and the designated dispatching range, screening out historical processing service members corresponding to a plurality of service types from a plurality of service members in a service member group;
and determining a target salesman from a plurality of historical processing salesmen according to the salesman grade of the historical processing salesmen and the service grade, and distributing the newly-added service order to the target salesmen, wherein the salesmen grade is used for indicating the service level condition of the historical processing salesmen.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.

Since the computer program stored in the storage medium can execute the steps in any service-level-based order sending method provided in the embodiment of the present application, beneficial effects that can be achieved by any service-level-based order sending method provided in the embodiment of the present application can be achieved, for details, see the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A method for dispatching orders based on service levels is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring service order information of a newly added service order, wherein the service order information comprises a service type, an order amount, order customer information, an order customer address and reservation time information;
acquiring historical transaction information of the order client based on the order client information;
determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the service type, the order amount and the historical transaction information;
generating a designated dispatch range based on the customer address information and a designated distance value;
based on the service types, the reservation time information and the designated dispatching range, screening out historical processing service members corresponding to a plurality of service types from a plurality of service members in a service member group;
and determining a target salesman from a plurality of historical processing salesmen according to the salesman grade of the historical processing salesman and the service grade, and distributing the newly-added service order to the target salesman, wherein the salesman grade is used for indicating the service level condition of the historical processing salesman.
2. The service-level-based dispatching method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining historical trading information of the order client based on the order client information comprises:
and acquiring the transaction information of the order client in a specified time period as historical transaction information.
3. The method for dispatching orders based on service levels as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the service type, the order amount and the historical transaction information comprises:
acquiring a preset grade value corresponding to the service type;
determining a first target grade value corresponding to the order amount based on the order amount and a grade dividing rule;
determining a second target grade value corresponding to the historical transaction information according to the historical transaction information and a transaction grade dividing standard;
and determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the preset level value, the first target level value and the second target level value.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the service level of the newly added service order based on the preset level value, the first target level value and the second target level value comprises:
obtaining a first product of the preset grade value, the first target grade value and the second target grade value;
and acquiring a second product of the first product and a preset weight as the service level of the newly added service order.
5. The service-class-based dispatching method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the service order information of the newly added service order, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of historical processing orders of a plurality of service personnel in a service personnel group in a specified time period, carrying out grade evaluation on each service personnel based on the plurality of historical processing orders corresponding to each service personnel, and determining the grade of the service personnel corresponding to the service personnel.
6. The service-class-based dispatching method of claim 1, wherein said determining a target service representative from said plurality of historically processed service representatives based on said service-class and a service-class of said historically processed service representative comprises:

7. The service level-based dispatch method of claim 1, wherein generating a specified dispatch range based on the customer address information and a specified distance value comprises:

8. An apparatus for dispatching orders based on service level, comprising:

9. A computer device, characterized in that it comprises a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor which performs the steps in the service level based dispatch method of any one of claims 1 to 7 by invoking the computer program stored in the memory.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by a processor for performing the steps of the service level based dispatch method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
