Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a message display method according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution main body of the message display method may be the message display device provided in the embodiment of the present application, or a mobile terminal integrated with the message display device, where the message display device may be implemented in a hardware or software manner, and the mobile terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a palmtop computer. The message display method may include:
s101, receiving a notification message, wherein the notification message carries a message identifier.
The notification message may be a notification message of the waybill, for example, the mobile terminal may receive notification messages such as a pre-delivery reservation message, a dispatch message, a sign-in message, an express fee payment message, a service evaluation message, or a promotion message of the waybill sent by the express server, so as to perform group display in the message display dialog box.
Alternatively, the notification message may be a bank notification message, for example, the mobile terminal may receive a notification message such as an incoming message, an outgoing message, or a promotional message sent by a bank server, so as to perform group display in the message display dialog box.
Alternatively, the notification message may be a notification message of a hospital, for example, the mobile terminal may receive a notification message such as a reservation message, a visit message, a payment message, or a promotion message transmitted by the hospital server, so as to perform group display in the message display dialog.
Alternatively, the notification message may be a notification message of the merchant, for example, the mobile terminal may receive a notification message such as an attention message, a payment message, or a promotion message sent by the merchant server, so as to perform group display in the message display dialog box.
It should be noted that the type of the notification message can be flexibly set according to actual needs, and specific contents are not limited herein.
The notification message may carry information such as a message identifier, message content, and the like, where the message identifier may be a message number, a message topic, a message keyword, and the like, and for example, when the received message is a dispatch message, the message identifier of the dispatch message may be a dispatch; for another example, when the received message is a promotional message, the message identifier of the promotional message may be the number abc or 123; for another example, when the received message is a service evaluation message, the message identifier of the service evaluation message may be a service evaluation; and so on.
S102, determining a message group to which the notification message belongs according to the message identifier.
The mobile terminal can group various notification messages in the same message display dialog box, for example, for the notification messages of the waybill, the mobile terminal can group the notification messages according to the waybill number, that is, the notification message corresponding to each waybill number is in the same message group; alternatively, the mobile terminals may be grouped by message type, i.e., by pre-delivery reservation message, delivery message, sign-up message, express fee payment message, service evaluation message, or promotion message, etc.
For another example, for the bank notification message, the mobile terminals may be grouped according to the message type, that is, according to the incoming message, the outgoing message, or the promotion message; alternatively, the mobile terminals may be grouped by the importance of the message.
For another example, for a notification message of a hospital, the mobile terminals may be grouped by message type, that is, a reservation message, a visit message, a payment message, or a promotion message.
It should be noted that the grouping manner of the notification message can be flexibly set according to actual needs, and specific contents are not limited herein.
After receiving the notification message, the mobile terminal may determine the message group to which the notification message belongs according to the message identifier carried in the notification message, for example, if the mobile terminal groups the notification message of the waybill according to the waybill number, after receiving the notification message of the waybill, the mobile terminal may determine the message group to which the notification message belongs according to the waybill number carried in the notification message.
S103, acquiring the message grade of the notification message in the message group.
The mobile terminal can set corresponding message grades for different notification messages, the message grades can be divided according to the importance degrees of the messages, the higher the importance degree of the notification messages is, the higher the corresponding message grade is, otherwise, the lower the importance degree of the notification messages is, the lower the corresponding message grade is. Or, the message grades may be divided according to the time limit of the message waiting for processing, and the shorter the time of the notification message waiting for processing is, the higher the corresponding message grade is, otherwise, the longer the time of the notification message waiting for processing is, the lower the corresponding message grade is. Or, the message level may be divided according to the attention degree of the user, where the higher the attention degree of the notification message is, the higher the corresponding message level is, and conversely, the lower the attention degree of the notification message is, the lower the corresponding message level is. It should be noted that the manner of ranking the notification messages may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and specific contents are not limited herein.
After determining the message group to which the notification message belongs, the mobile terminal may determine the message class of the notification message in the message group according to the corresponding relationship between the message type and the message class of the notification message. For example, for the notification message of the waybill, the mobile terminal groups according to the waybill number, and after determining the message group to which the notification message belongs, the message level of the notification message may be determined according to the message levels corresponding to various types of messages in the waybill number group.
And S104, displaying the notification message in the display area of the message group according to the message level.
For example, when the messages in the same message display dialog are divided into 3 groups, the mobile terminal may set 3 display regions, and allocate the 3 display regions to the 3 groups of messages respectively. The shape, color, size, display position, etc. of the display area can be flexibly set according to actual needs, and the specific content is not limited herein.
At this time, the mobile terminal may display the notification message in the display area corresponding to the belonging message group based on the message rank, for example, when there are a plurality of notification messages in the same message group, the mobile terminal may display the plurality of notification messages in a superimposed manner in the display area, and display the notification message of a higher rank in the display area corresponding to the belonging message group according to the message rank of the notification message.
For another example, when there are multiple notification messages in the same message group, the mobile terminal may display the multiple notification messages in a display area in an overlapping manner, and display the messages received later at the front end of the display area according to the receiving time sequence of the notification messages, that is, only one message is displayed at the front end of the display area, and all other messages are covered, and when it is necessary to view other messages, all messages in the display area may be clicked and expanded for viewing. Of course, the display mode of the notification message may be other modes, and the specific content is not limited herein.
The mobile terminal in the embodiment of the application can receive the notification message carrying the message identifier, determine the message group to which the notification message belongs according to the message identifier, and then acquire the message grade of the notification message in the message group, at this time, the notification message can be displayed in the display area of the message group according to the message grade. According to the scheme, the notification messages can be grouped, the notification messages in the same group are displayed in the same display area, and the notification messages are displayed according to the message grades, so that the notification messages of different types can be displayed in a differentiated mode, the flexibility of message display is improved, and therefore a user can quickly find the messages needing to be checked from the numerous notification messages based on the notification messages displayed in a differentiated mode, and the convenience and the efficiency of message checking are improved.
According to the message display method described in the above embodiment, the following will describe in further detail by taking the notification message as the waybill notification message as an example, for example, the waybill notification message may be displayed in a group in a message display dialog box of a message center of a public number of an express company.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flow chart illustrating a message display method according to an embodiment of the present application. The message display method may be applied to a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 2, and the flow of the message display method may be as follows:
s201, receiving a notification message of the waybill sent by the server.
For example, the mobile terminal may receive a notification message such as a pre-delivery reservation message, a delivery message, a sign-in message, an express fee payment message, a service evaluation message, or a promotion message of an invoice transmitted by the server, so as to perform group display in a message display dialog box of a message center of a public number. The notification message may carry information such as the number of the waybill and the content of the message.
S202, determining a message group to which the notification message belongs according to the waybill number carried in the notification message.
In order to manage the notification messages according to the waybill as a unit, the mobile terminals may group the notification messages according to the waybill number, that is, the notification messages of the same waybill are arranged in a message group, and at this time, after receiving the notification messages of the waybill, the mobile terminals may determine the message group to which the notification messages belong according to the waybill number carried in the notification messages. For example, when a user sends/receives multiple-ticket express mails to generate multiple invoice numbers, the corresponding relation between the notification message and each invoice number can be simply established to form a message group.
S203, acquiring the characteristic information of the notification message, and determining the message grade of the notification message in the message group according to the characteristic information.
The mobile terminal may set corresponding message grades for different types of notification messages, for example, the message grades may be divided according to the importance degree of the messages, where the higher the importance degree of the notification message is, the higher the corresponding message grade is, and conversely, the lower the importance degree of the notification message is, the lower the corresponding message grade is.
In some embodiments, the step of determining a message rank of the notification message within the message group may comprise: acquiring characteristic information of the notification message; determining the message type of the notification message according to the characteristic information; and determining the message grade of the notification message in the message group according to the corresponding relation between the message type and the message grade.
For example, to implement differentiated message management, the mobile terminal may classify messages into three categories according to the importance degree of the messages: the first type is an informed class, which may include payment details, etc.; the second type is a desired customer attention class which can comprise service evaluation, pre-delivery reservation and the like; the third type is a client reply required type, which may include express exception, express fee payment, and the like. And setting the message grade of the first type to be lowest, arranging the message grade of the first type to be second, and arranging the message grade of the third type to be highest, and at this time, generating a corresponding relation between the message type and the message grade and storing the corresponding relation.
For a received notification message, the mobile terminal may obtain feature information of the notification message, where the feature information may include a message topic or a keyword, and the like, and for example, the keyword may be a service evaluation, a pre-delivery reservation, a delivery, a sign-in, an express exception, or an express fee payment, and the like, and may be used as the feature information of the notification message. Then, the message type of the notification message is determined according to the characteristic information, for example, express mail exception, express fee payment and the like belong to the category needing the reply of the client. At this time, the correspondence between the message type and the message level stored in advance may be acquired, and the message level of the notification message in the message group may be determined according to the correspondence.
And S204, setting a corresponding display area for the message group in the message display dialog box.
Step S204 may be performed before step S201, between step S201 and step S202, or between step S202 and step S203, and the specific execution sequence is not limited herein.
In order to implement the differentiated grouped display of the notification messages, in some embodiments, before the step of displaying the notification messages in the display area of the message group according to the message grades, the message display method may further include: setting a plurality of display areas in the message display dialog box; acquiring the message grade and the receiving time of each notification message in each group of messages; and distributing corresponding display areas for each group of messages according to the message grades and the receiving time.
Specifically, the mobile terminal may set a plurality of display areas in a message display dialog box of the public account, and each display area correspondingly displays a group of notification messages, where the shape, color, size, display position, and the like of the display area may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and specific content is not limited here. For example, as shown in fig. 3, when there are three sets of waybill notification messages, three display areas may be provided, each display area displaying the notification message of each set of waybill numbers respectively.
Then, the message grade of each notification message in each group of messages and the receiving time of each notification message are obtained, the priority of each group of messages is determined according to the message grade and the receiving time of each notification message in each group of messages, and a corresponding display area is allocated to each group of messages according to the priority of each group of messages.
The mobile terminal may sort the messages of each group from high to low, and sort the notification messages of the message classes in parallel according to the sequence from the front to the back of the receiving time, so as to obtain the priority of each group of messages. Or, the mobile terminal may set a weight value for each message level and receiving time, and accumulate the weight values of each notification message in each group of messages based on the message level and receiving time to obtain the weight value of each notification message, and then accumulate the weight values of each notification message in each group of messages to obtain the weight value of each group of messages, and determine a priority according to the weight values, where the larger the weight value is, the higher the priority is, the smaller the weight value is, the lower the priority is, and finally, display regions sorted from front to back may be sequentially allocated according to the priority of the message groups from high to low.
In some embodiments, the step of assigning a corresponding display area to each group of messages according to the message rank and the reception time may include: sequencing each group of messages according to the sequence of message grades from high to low, sequencing a plurality of parallel message groups in the sequenced message groups according to the reverse sequence of receiving time to obtain the sequenced message groups; and sequentially allocating the plurality of display areas to the sorted message groups in the order from front to back.
Specifically, the mobile terminal may count the message levels of each group of messages according to the message levels of each notification message in each group of messages, for example, the message level of the notification message with the highest level in the message group may be set as the message level of the message group, or the message levels of each notification message in the message group are accumulated to obtain the message level of the message group. Then, each group of messages is sorted in the order of message grades from high to low to obtain a first sorted message group, and then, when a plurality of parallel message groups exist in the first sorted message group, the receiving time of each group of messages can be counted according to the receiving time of each notification message in each group of messages, for example, the receiving time of the last received notification message in the message group can be set as the receiving time of the message group. In this case, the messages may be sorted in the reverse order of the receiving time to obtain the sorted message groups, for example, the message group with the receiving time of 8:00 is arranged in front of the message group with the receiving time of 7: 00. Finally, the plurality of display areas may be sequentially assigned to the sorted message groups in order from front to back. Therefore, the display areas of the notification messages of different waybills can be arranged according to double dimensions such as importance, time and the like.
For example, when messages within the same message display dialog are divided into 3 groups and the sorted order is message group a, message group B, and message group C, the mobile terminal may set 3 display regions, which are, in order from front to back, display region a, display region B, and display region C, at which time display region a may be assigned to message group a, display region B may be assigned to message group B, and display region C may be assigned to message group C.
And S205, displaying the notification message in the display area of the message group according to the message level.
In the display area, the notification messages of the same waybill can be displayed in sequence from high to low according to the message level, or the notification messages of the same waybill can be displayed in sequence according to the receiving time sequence, etc., so as to facilitate the user to query the messages, for example, when the user wants to search a certain notification message, the history messages needing to be viewed can be quickly searched on the basis of the group display.
For example, when a plurality of notification messages exist in the same message group (i.e., the same waybill), the mobile terminal may display the plurality of notification messages in a display area in a superimposed manner, and display a notification message with a higher rank in a display area corresponding to the message group to which the mobile terminal belongs. That is, only one message is displayed at the front end of the display area, and other messages are all covered, when other messages need to be viewed, all notification messages of the same waybill in the display area can be clicked and expanded for viewing, and all notification messages can be sequentially displayed in the expanded display interface according to the receiving time or the message level and the like. The user can check the notification message of each waybill in the center message of the public number according to the requirement.
It should be noted that, in the same display area, the mobile terminal may screen out some or all of the topics of the notification messages from the plurality of notification messages, and arrange and display the topics in the display area, so that the user can browse quickly. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the notification messages of the same waybill may be sequentially arranged and displayed in the display area according to the receiving time sequence; for another example, as shown in fig. 5, the notification messages of the same waybill may be displayed in the display area in the order of the message ranks from high to low.
In some embodiments, the step of displaying the notification message within the display area of the message group according to the message rank may include: acquiring a current login account identification, and determining a display strategy corresponding to the account identification; and displaying the notification message in the display area of the message group according to the display strategy and the message grade.
Because different users have different preferences for viewing the notification messages, in order to conveniently and individually display the notification messages according to different user requirements, the mobile terminal can be provided with a setting interface for message display, and in the setting interface, a setting instruction input by the user can be received, and the display mode of the notification messages is set based on the setting instruction. At this time, the mobile terminal may obtain the account id of the current login in the process of displaying the notification message, where the account id may be a wechat account or an account (e.g., a mobile phone number) corresponding to the waybill, and then determine the display policy corresponding to the account id, where the display policy may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and finally display the notification message in the display area of the message group according to the display policy and the message level, so that the message may be displayed in a differentiated manner.
For example, the display modes of the notification messages of the same waybill can be set to be sequentially displayed from high to low in the order of the message grades for the user a, and can be set to be sequentially displayed in the order of the receiving time for the user B; for the user C, setting the display modes of the notification messages of different waybills to be that the priority of each group of messages is determined according to the message grade and the receiving time of each notification message in each group of messages, distributing corresponding display areas for each group of messages according to the priority of each group of messages, and sequentially displaying the notification messages in the display areas according to the sequence of the receiving time; and so on.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the user to timely obtain the latest notification message of the waybill, the mobile terminal may further set a message reminding dialog box in another display interface of the public number, for example, as shown in fig. 6, in order not to affect normal display of other information in the display interface, the message reminding dialog box may be set below the display interface, and of course, the message reminding dialog box may be set in another position in the display interface. The shape, size, position, color and the like of the message reminding dialog box can be flexibly set according to actual needs, and specific contents are not limited at this time.
The manner in which different types of notification messages are displayed within the message alert dialog can be as follows:
Figure BDA0001937552890000121
each parameter in the table is only an example, and each parameter may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and specific contents are not limited herein. As can be seen from the above table, the mobile terminal can classify the messages into three categories according to the importance degree of the messages: the first type is an informed class, which may include payment details, etc.; the second type is a desired customer attention class which can comprise service evaluation, pre-delivery reservation and the like; the third type is a client reply required type, which may include express exception, express fee payment, and the like. And setting the message grade of the first type to be lowest, and arranging the message grade of the first type to be second and the message grade of the third type to be highest. For example, when the first type message or the second type message is received, the first type message or the second type message may be displayed in the message reminding dialog box for 10 seconds and then may not be displayed (i.e., disappear).
