Specifically, the staff group may include a first staff, a second staff, a third staff, a fourth staff, a fifth staff and a sixth staff, the preset working time period of the first staff may be 8 a.m. 00-9 a.m.; the working time period preset by the second operator is 8-00 a.m., and the working place of the second operator can be a second banking outlet; the working time period preset by the third operator is 9 a.m. 30-12 a.m., and the working place is the first bank branch point; the working time period preset by the fourth salesman can be 13 pm to 15 pm, and the working place of the fourth salesman is the first banking outlet; the fifth salesman can preset a working time period of 9 am to 11 am at a; the working time period preset by the sixth waiter is 9 a.m. to 13 a.m. and the working place is the third bank branch. When the order address information of the target service order is a first address and the reservation time information is 30-10 a.m., the first bank outlet and the third bank outlet are closer to the first address, and the second bank outlet is farther from the first address, therefore, a third salesman, a fifth salesman and a sixth salesman can be screened from the salesman group as candidate salesman. And the first banking outlet is the banking outlet closest to the first address, so that the third salesman is taken as the target salesman, and the target business order is distributed to the third salesman.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present application provides a service type-based order dispatching method, which obtains order information of a target service order and customer information corresponding to a target customer initiating the target service order when receiving the target service order newly added to a service distribution pool, where the order information includes a target service type of the target service order, order address information, and reservation time information; then, screening a plurality of candidate salesmen from a salesmen group on the basis of the order address information and the reservation time information; then, determining the client activity corresponding to the target client according to the client information; then, if the customer activity is greater than or equal to a preset activity, acquiring the service performance information of the candidate service staff on the target service type; then, screening out target service personnel from the candidate service personnel based on the service performance information, and distributing the target service order to the target service personnel; and finally, if the customer activity is less than the preset activity, selecting a target salesman based on the distance between the working point positions of the candidate salesman and the order address information, and distributing the target service order to the target salesman. According to the method and the device, the service type of the target service order is obtained, the client activity of the target client initiating the target service order is determined, so that the target service order configuration initiated by the target client with high activity can process the service operator of the service type, accurate matching of the service operator and the service order is achieved, the order dispatching efficiency of the service order is improved, the handling efficiency of the service order is improved, and the user experience of the client is improved.
Based on the above description, the service type-based order dispatching method of the present application will be further described by way of example. The following description will take an example of the application of the service type-based order dispatching method in a specific implementation scenario, where the specific application scenario is as follows:
(1) When a target service order newly added into a service distribution pool is received, acquiring order information of the target service order and client information corresponding to a target client initiating the target service order, wherein the order information comprises that a target service type of the target service order is credit card transaction, order address information is a first address, and reservation time information is 30-10 a.m..
(2) Screening a plurality of candidate operators from an operator group based on the order address information and the reservation time information, wherein the operator group can comprise a first operator, a second operator, a third operator, a fourth operator, a fifth operator and a sixth operator, the working time period preset by the first operator is 8 a.m. 00-9 a.m.; the working time period preset by the second operator is 8-00 a.m., and the working place is a second bank branch point; the working time period preset by the third operator is 9 a.m. 30-12 a.m., and the working place is the first bank branch point; the working time period preset by the fourth salesman is 13 pm to 15 pm, and the working place is the first banking outlet; the working time period preset by the fifth servicer is 9 a.m.; the working time period preset by the sixth salesman is 9 am to 13 am, and the working place is the third banking outlet. When the order address information of the target service order is a first address and the reservation time information is 30-10 a.m., the first bank outlet and the third bank outlet are closer to the first address, and the second bank outlet is farther from the first address, therefore, a third salesman, a fifth salesman and a sixth salesman can be screened from the salesman group as candidate salesman.
(3) The customer activity corresponding to the target customer can be determined according to the customer information, the preset money intervals can include a first money interval, a second money interval and a third money interval, the range of the first money interval is 0-5000 yuan, the range of the second money interval is 5000-10000 yuan, and the range of the third money interval is 10000-100000 yuan. The preset grade value corresponding to the first amount interval is 1, the preset grade value corresponding to the second amount interval is 2, and the preset grade value corresponding to the third amount interval is 3. Further, the transaction amount can be determined based on the account transaction information, and the transaction amount is determined to be 20000 yuan by obtaining the running water information of the target customer in about three months, so that the target amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs can be screened out from a plurality of preset amount intervals to be a third amount interval, the preset grade value of the third amount interval is used as the customer activity, and the customer activity can be determined to be 3.
(4) In the embodiment of the application, the preset activity level is 2, and at this time, the client activity level is 3, so that the client activity level is greater than the preset activity level, the historical transaction volumes of the service orders of the target service types processed by the third servicer, the fifth servicer and the sixth servicer can be obtained, it can be determined that the historical transaction volume of the target service type processed by the third servicer is 5000 sheets, the historical transaction volume of the target service type processed by the fifth servicer is 8000 sheets, and the historical transaction volume of the target service type processed by the sixth servicer is 4000 sheets, and the candidate servicer with the largest historical transaction volume is screened out of the multiple candidate servicers as the target servicer, that is, the fifth servicer is used as the target servicer, and the target service order is distributed to the fifth servicer.
Another service type-based ordering method of the present application will be further described below by way of example. The following description will take an example of the application of the service type-based order dispatching method in a specific implementation scenario, where the specific application scenario is as follows:
(1) When a target service order newly added into a service distribution pool is received, acquiring order information of the target service order and client information corresponding to a target client initiating the target service order, wherein the order information comprises that a target service type of the target service order is credit card transaction, order address information is a first address, and reservation time information is 30-10 a.m..
(2) Screening a plurality of candidate salesmen from a salesmen group based on the order address information and the reservation time information, wherein the salesmen group can comprise a first salesmen, a second salesmen, a third salesmen, a fourth salesmen, a fifth salesmen and a sixth salesmen, the working time period preset by the first salesmen is 8-9 am in the morning; the working time period preset by the second salesman is 8 am-12 am, and the working place is a second banking branch point; the working time period preset by the third operator is 9 a.m. 30-12 a.m., and the working place is the first bank branch point; the working time period preset by the fourth salesman is 13 pm to 15 pm, and the working place is the first banking outlet; the working time period preset by the fifth servicer is 9 a.m.; the working time period preset by the sixth salesman is 9 am to 13 am, and the working place is the third banking outlet. When the order address information of the target service order is a first address and the reservation time information is 30-10 a.m., the first bank outlet and the third bank outlet are closer to the first address, and the second bank outlet is farther from the first address, therefore, a third salesman, a fifth salesman and a sixth salesman can be screened from the salesman group as candidate salesman.
(3) The customer activity corresponding to the target customer may be determined according to the customer information, and the preset money intervals may include a first money interval, a second money interval, and a third money interval, where the first money interval ranges from 0 yuan to 5000 yuan, the second money interval ranges from 5000 yuan to 10000 yuan, and the third money interval ranges from 10000 yuan to 100000 yuan. The preset grade value corresponding to the first amount interval is 1, the preset grade value corresponding to the second amount interval is 2, and the preset grade value corresponding to the third amount interval is 3. Further, the transaction amount can be determined based on the account transaction information, and the transaction amount is determined to be 20000 yuan by obtaining the running water information of the target customer in about three months, so that the target amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs can be screened out from a plurality of preset amount intervals to be a third amount interval, the preset grade value of the third amount interval is used as the customer activity, and the customer activity can be determined to be 3.
(4) In the embodiment of the application, the preset activity level is 4, and at this time, the customer activity level is 3, and since the first banking outlet and the third banking outlet are closer to the first address, the second banking outlet is farther from the first address, and the first banking outlet is the banking outlet closest to the first address, the third clerk is taken as the target clerk, and the target business order is distributed to the third clerk.

According to the method and the device, the service type of the target service order is obtained, the client activity of the target client initiating the target service order is determined, so that the target service order configuration initiated by the target client with high activity can process the service operator of the service type, accurate matching of the service operator and the service order is achieved, the order dispatching efficiency of the service order is improved, the handling efficiency of the service order is improved, and the user experience of the client is improved.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a Computer device, as shown in fig. 3, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the Computer device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the Computer device may be a terminal or a server, and the terminal may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a notebook Computer, a touch screen, a mobile phone, a Digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a Personal Computer (PC), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and specifically:
as shown in fig. 3, the computer device may include Radio Frequency (RF) circuitry 301, a memory 302 including one or more computer-readable storage media, an input unit 303, a display unit 304, a sensor 305, audio circuitry 306, a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) module 307, a processor 308 including one or more processing cores, and a power supply 309. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 3 does not constitute a limitation of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the RF circuit 301 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, for receiving downlink information from a base station and then processing the received downlink information by one or more processors 308; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, the RF circuit 301 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 301 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), general Packet Radio Service (GPRS), code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), long Term Evolution (LTE), email, short Messaging Service (SMS), etc.
The memory 302 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 308 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 302. The memory 302 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the terminal, etc. Further, the memory 302 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 302 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 308 and the input unit 303 access to the memory 302.
The input unit 303 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, in one particular embodiment, input unit 303 may include a touch sensitive surface as well as other input devices. The touch-sensitive surface, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, and sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 308, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 308. In addition, the touch sensitive surface can be implemented in various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input unit 303 may include other input devices in addition to the touch-sensitive surface. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 304 may be used to display information input by or provided to the user, and various graphical user interfaces of the terminal, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 304 may include a Display screen, and optionally, the Display screen may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface may overlay the display screen, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 308 to determine the type of touch event, and then the processor 308 provides a corresponding visual output on the display screen according to the type of touch event.
The computer device may also include at least one sensor 305, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that adjusts brightness of the display screen according to brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display screen and/or the backlight when the terminal moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration (generally three axes) at each position, can detect the magnitude and position of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping) and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured in the terminal, detailed description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 306, a speaker, and a microphone may provide an audio interface between a user and a computer device. The audio circuit 306 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to a speaker, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output; on the other hand, the microphone converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, which is received by the audio circuit 306 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 308, and then transmitted to, for example, another terminal via the RF circuit 301, or the audio data is output to the memory 302 for further processing. The audio circuitry 306 may also include an earbud jack to provide peripheral headset communication with the terminal.
Wi-Fi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the Wi-Fi module 307, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 3 shows the Wi-Fi module 307, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the computer device, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 308 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the computer device and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 302 and calling data stored in the memory 302, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 308 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 308 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 308.
The computer device also includes a power supply 309 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which is preferably logically connected to the processor 308 via a power management system that manages charging, discharging, and power consumption management. The power supply 309 may also include one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and any like components.
Although not shown, the computer device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 308 in the computer device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 302 according to the following instructions, and the processor 308 runs the application programs stored in the memory 302, thereby implementing various functions:
when a target service order which is newly added into a service distribution pool is received, obtaining order information of the target service order and client information corresponding to a target client which initiates the target service order, wherein the order information comprises a target service type, order address information and reservation time information of the target service order;
screening a plurality of candidate operators from an operator group based on the order address information and the reservation time information;
determining the client activity corresponding to the target client according to the client information;
if the customer activity is greater than or equal to a preset activity, acquiring service performance information of the candidate service members on the target service type;
screening out target service personnel from the candidate service personnel based on the service performance information, and distributing the target service order to the target service personnel;
and if the customer activity is less than the preset activity, selecting a target salesman based on the distance between the working point positions of the candidate salesmen and the order address information, and distributing the target service order to the target salesmen.

In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments.
As can be seen from the above, the computer device provided in this embodiment, by obtaining the service type of the target service order and determining the client activity of the target client initiating the target service order, configures the target service order initiated by the target client with high activity to process the operator with the service type, so as to implement accurate matching between the operator and the service order, improve the order dispatching efficiency of the service order, improve the handling efficiency of the service order, and improve the user experience of the client.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a plurality of computer programs are stored, and the computer programs can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in any service type-based order dispatching method provided by the present application. For example, the computer program may perform the steps of:

1. A service type-based order dispatching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a target service order which is newly added into a service distribution pool is received, obtaining order information of the target service order and client information corresponding to a target client which initiates the target service order, wherein the order information comprises a target service type, order address information and reservation time information of the target service order;
screening a plurality of candidate salesmen from a salesmen group on the basis of the order address information and the reservation time information;
determining the customer liveness corresponding to the target customer according to the customer information;
if the customer activity is greater than or equal to a preset activity, acquiring the service performance information of the candidate service staff on the target service type;
screening out target service personnel from the candidate service personnel based on the service performance information, and distributing the target service order to the target service personnel;
and if the customer activity is less than the preset activity, selecting a target salesman based on the distance between the working point positions of the candidate salesmen and the order address information, and distributing the target service order to the target salesmen.
2. The service type-based order dispatching method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said determining the customer activity corresponding to the target customer according to the customer information comprises:
and determining the customer liveness corresponding to the target customer based on the account transaction information of the target customer in a specified time period.
3. The service type-based order dispatching method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the determining the customer liveness corresponding to the target customer based on the account transaction information of the target customer in a specified time period comprises:
acquiring a plurality of preset money intervals, wherein each preset money interval is provided with a corresponding preset grade value;
determining a transaction amount based on the account transaction information, and screening out a target amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs from the preset amount intervals;
and acquiring a preset grade value corresponding to the target amount interval as the activity of the customer.
4. The method for dispatching orders based on business types according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the business performance information of the candidate business personnel on the target business type comprises:
