To sum up, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for dispatching orders based on customer grades, which receives a business order initiated by a customer, and stores the business order as an order to be distributed in an order set to be distributed; then, taking out a plurality of orders to be distributed from the order set to be distributed according to a preset time interval; then, obtaining order information and identity information of order customers from the order to be distributed, and obtaining historical account information corresponding to the order customers based on the identity information, wherein the order information comprises order address information and reservation time information; then, determining a customer grade corresponding to the order customer according to the historical account information; then, acquiring an operator grade interval set in a bank system, and determining a tentative operator grade interval to which an operator of each order to be distributed belongs from the plurality of operator grade intervals based on the client grade; then, if the current time is after a preset working time, and after an operator is allocated to the order to be allocated based on the tentative operator level interval, and the accumulation of the order to be allocated currently allocated by the specified operator with the operator level of the specified level does not exceed a preset order condition, selecting a specified number of orders to be processed from the plurality of orders to be allocated to the specified operator according to the order from high to low of the customer level; and then, selecting a tentative operator grade interval of the remaining orders to be processed in the plurality of orders to be distributed as a target operator grade interval of the tentative operator grade interval, screening a target operator of the orders to be distributed from the target operator grade interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information, and distributing the orders to be distributed to the target operator. According to the method and the device, the client grade corresponding to the order client initiating the order to be distributed is obtained, the target salesman grade interval is determined from the multiple salesman grade intervals based on the client grade, and the target salesman is screened from the target salesman grade interval to process the order to be distributed, so that the salesman and the client corresponding to the business order are accurately matched, the business order processing efficiency is improved, and the user experience of the client is improved.
Based on the above description, the customer-level-based order assignment method of the present application will be further described below by way of example. The following description will take an example of the application of the customer-level-based order dispatching method in a specific implementation scenario, where the specific application scenario is as follows:
(1) When a business order initiated by a client is received, the business order is stored as a to-be-allocated order in a to-be-allocated order set, a plurality of to-be-allocated orders are taken out from the to-be-allocated order set according to a preset time interval, specifically, the preset time interval is 1 hour, the moment when the plurality of to-be-allocated orders are taken out from the to-be-allocated order set last time is 10 am, the current time is 11 am, and the time when the plurality of to-be-allocated orders are taken out from the to-be-allocated order set last time reaches the preset time interval, so that the plurality of to-be-allocated orders are taken out from the to-be-allocated order set, and at this time, the to-be-allocated order set comprises a first to-be-allocated order, a second to-be-allocated order and a third to-be-allocated order.
(2) The order information and the identity information of the order client are obtained from the orders to be distributed, the historical account information corresponding to the order client is obtained based on the identity information, the order information corresponding to each order to be distributed and the identity information of the order client in the plurality of orders to be distributed can be obtained, and the historical account information corresponding to each order to be distributed is obtained based on the identity information corresponding to each order to be distributed.
(3) The customer grade corresponding to the order customer may be determined according to a plurality of preset money intervals, specifically, the plurality of preset money intervals may include a first money interval, a second money interval, and a third money interval, where the range of the first money interval is 0 yuan to 10000 yuan, the range of the second money interval is 10000 yuan to 100000 yuan, and the range of the third money interval is 100000 yuan to 500000 yuan. The preset grade value corresponding to the first amount interval is 1, the preset grade value corresponding to the second amount interval is 2, and the preset grade value corresponding to the third amount interval is 3. The transaction amount of the first order to be allocated is 200000 yuan, the target amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs is determined from the preset amount intervals, the preset amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs can be determined to be a third amount interval, and the preset grade value of the third amount interval is 3, so that the customer grade corresponding to the order customer of the first order to be allocated is determined to be 3; the transaction amount of the second order to be allocated is 50000 yuan, the preset amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs can be determined to be a second amount interval, and the preset grade value of the second amount interval is 2, so that the customer grade corresponding to the order customer of the second order to be allocated can be determined to be 2; the transaction amount of the third order to be allocated is 5000 yuan, the preset amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs may be determined to be a first amount interval, and the preset rank value of the first amount interval is 1, so that the customer rank corresponding to the customer of the order of the first order to be allocated may be determined to be 1.
(4) Acquiring an operator grade interval set in a bank system, wherein the bank system can be provided with a plurality of operator grade intervals, the plurality of operator grade intervals can comprise a first operator grade interval, a second operator grade interval and a third operator grade interval, the corresponding grade of the first operator grade interval is 1, and the first operator grade interval can comprise operators with the bank grade of 1-3; the grade corresponding to the second salesman grade interval is 2, and the second salesman grade interval can comprise salesmen with the bank rating of 4-6; the third employee level interval may correspond to a level of 3, and the third employee level interval may include employees with bank ratings of 7-9. Therefore, the tentative operator level interval corresponding to the first order to be allocated is determined to be the third operator level interval, the tentative operator level interval corresponding to the second order to be allocated is determined to be the second operator level interval, and the tentative operator level interval corresponding to the third order to be allocated is determined to be the first operator level interval.
(5) The preset working time may be afternoon, if the current time is after afternoon, and after the operator is allocated to the order to be allocated based on the tentative operator level interval, and when the accumulated number of the order to be allocated currently allocated by the specified operator whose operator level is the specified level exceeds the preset order condition, the tentative operator level interval of the remaining order to be processed in the plurality of orders to be allocated is used as the target operator level interval thereof, that is, the target operator level interval corresponding to the first order to be allocated is the third operator level interval, and the target operator of the first order to be allocated is screened out from the third operator level interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information of the first order to be allocated; the target operator grade interval corresponding to the second order to be distributed is a second operator grade interval, and the target operator of the second order to be distributed is screened out from the second operator grade interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information of the second order to be distributed; and the target operator grade interval corresponding to the third order to be distributed is the first operator grade interval, and the target operator of the third order to be distributed is screened out from the first operator grade interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information of the third order to be distributed.

a receiving unit 201, configured to receive a service order initiated by a client, and store the service order as an order to be allocated in an order to be allocated set;
a taking-out unit 202, configured to take out a plurality of orders to be allocated from the order set to be allocated according to a preset time interval;
a first obtaining unit 203, configured to obtain order information and identity information of an order client from the order to be allocated, and obtain historical account information corresponding to the order client based on the identity information, where the order information includes order address information and reservation time information;
the determining unit 204 is configured to determine a customer level corresponding to the order customer according to the historical account information;

the screening unit 207 is configured to use the tentative staff level interval of the remaining to-be-processed orders in the to-be-allocated orders as the target staff level interval, screen out the target staff of the to-be-allocated orders from the target staff level interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information, and allocate the to-be-allocated service orders to the target staff.

as shown in fig. 3, the computer device may include Radio Frequency (RF) circuitry 301, a memory 302 including one or more computer-readable storage media, an input unit 303, a display unit 304, a sensor 305, audio circuitry 306, a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) module 307, a processor 308 including one or more processing cores, and a power supply 309. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 3 does not constitute a limitation of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the RF circuit 301 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, for receiving downlink information from a base station and then processing the received downlink information by one or more processors 308; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, the RF circuit 301 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), general Packet Radio Service (GPRS), code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), long Term Evolution (LTE), email, short Messaging Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 302 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 308 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 302. The memory 302 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the terminal, etc. Further, the memory 302 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 302 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 308 and the input unit 303 access to the memory 302.
The input unit 303 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, in one particular embodiment, input unit 303 may include a touch sensitive surface as well as other input devices. The touch-sensitive surface, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 308, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 308. In addition, touch sensitive surfaces may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. The input unit 303 may include other input devices in addition to the touch-sensitive surface. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 304 may be used to display information input by or provided to the user and various graphical user interfaces of the terminal, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 304 may include a Display screen, and optionally, the Display screen may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface may overlay the display screen, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 308 to determine the type of touch event, and then the processor 308 provides a corresponding visual output on the display screen according to the type of touch event.
The computer device may also include at least one sensor 305, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that adjusts brightness of the display screen according to brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display screen and/or backlight when the terminal moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration (generally three axes) at each position, can detect the magnitude and position of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the gesture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer gesture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometers and taps), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured in the terminal, detailed description is omitted here.
Wi-Fi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the Wi-Fi module 307, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 3 shows the Wi-Fi module 307, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the computer device, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 308 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the computer device and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 302 and calling data stored in the memory 302, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 308 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 308 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 308.
The computer device also includes a power supply 309 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which is preferably logically connected to the processor 308 via a power management system that manages charging, discharging, and power consumption management. The power supply 309 may also include one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and any like components.
Although not shown, the computer device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 308 in the computer device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 302 according to the following instructions, and the processor 308 runs the application programs stored in the memory 302, thereby implementing various functions:
receiving a business order initiated by a client, and storing the business order as an order to be distributed into an order set to be distributed;
taking out a plurality of orders to be distributed from the order set to be distributed according to a preset time interval;
acquiring order information and identity information of order customers from the order to be distributed, and acquiring historical account information corresponding to the order customers based on the identity information, wherein the order information comprises order address information and reservation time information;
determining a customer grade corresponding to the order customer according to the historical account information;
acquiring an operator grade interval set in a bank system, and determining a tentative operator grade interval to which an operator of each order to be distributed belongs from the plurality of operator grade intervals on the basis of the client grade;
if the current time is after the preset working time, and after the business is allocated to the order to be allocated based on the tentative business level interval, and the accumulation of the order to be allocated currently allocated by the specified business with the business level of the specified level does not exceed the preset order condition, selecting a specified number of orders to be processed from the plurality of orders to be allocated to the specified business according to the order of the customer level from high to low;
and selecting the tentative operator grade interval of the rest orders to be processed in the plurality of orders to be distributed as the target operator grade interval of the tentative operator grade interval, screening the target operators of the orders to be distributed from the target operator grade interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information, and distributing the business orders to be distributed to the target operators.

As can be seen from the above, in the computer device provided in this embodiment, the order information and the identity information of the order client are obtained from the order to be allocated, the historical account information corresponding to the order client is obtained based on the identity information, the client grade corresponding to the order client is determined according to the historical account information, the target salesman grade interval is determined from the multiple salesman grade intervals based on the client grade, and the target salesman to be allocated is screened from the target salesman grade interval to be processed, so that the precise matching between the salesman and the client corresponding to the business order is realized, the transaction efficiency of the business order is improved, and the user experience of the client is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which a plurality of computer programs are stored, and the computer programs can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in any of the customer level-based dispatching methods provided by the embodiments of the present application. For example, the computer program may perform the steps of:
receiving a business order initiated by a client, and storing the business order as an order to be distributed into an order set to be distributed;
taking out a plurality of orders to be distributed from the order set to be distributed according to a preset time interval;

1. A customer-level-based method for dispatching orders, comprising:
receiving a business order initiated by a client, and storing the business order as an order to be distributed into an order set to be distributed;
taking out a plurality of orders to be distributed from the order set to be distributed according to a preset time interval;
acquiring order information and identity information of order customers from the order to be distributed, and acquiring historical account information corresponding to the order customers based on the identity information, wherein the order information comprises order address information and reservation time information;
determining a customer grade corresponding to the order customer according to the historical account information;
acquiring an operator grade interval set in a bank system, and determining a tentative operator grade interval to which an operator of each order to be distributed belongs from the plurality of operator grade intervals on the basis of the client grade;
if the current time is after the preset working time, and after the business is allocated to the order to be allocated based on the tentative business level interval, and the accumulation of the order to be allocated currently allocated by the specified business with the business level of the specified level does not exceed the preset order condition, selecting a specified number of orders to be processed from the plurality of orders to be allocated to the specified business according to the order of the customer level from high to low;
and selecting the tentative operator grade interval of the remaining orders to be processed in the plurality of orders to be distributed as the target operator grade interval, screening the target operators of the orders to be distributed from the target operator grade interval according to the order address information and the reservation time information, and distributing the orders to be distributed to the target operators.
2. The customer tier-based order distribution method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining historical account information corresponding to the ordered customer based on the identity information comprises:
and acquiring the transaction amount of the order customer in a specified time period based on the identity information as historical account information.
3. The customer-level-based dispatching method of claim 2, wherein the determining the customer level corresponding to the order customer according to the historical account information comprises:
acquiring a plurality of preset money intervals, wherein each preset money interval corresponds to a preset grade value;
determining a target amount interval to which the transaction amount belongs from the preset amount intervals;
and acquiring a preset grade value corresponding to the target money interval, and taking the preset grade value as a customer grade corresponding to the order customer.
4. The customer-level-based billing method of claim 2, wherein the transaction amount comprises a customer deposit amount or a historical business amount.
5. The customer grade based dispatching method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the business class interval set in the banking system, further comprising:
and carrying out grade interval division on a plurality of salesmen based on the bank grade of each salesmen in the salesmen group to obtain a plurality of salesmen grade intervals, wherein the bank grade is used for measuring the service level of the salesmen.
6. The customer grade based worksheet method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to obtaining the operator grade interval set in the banking system:
