Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Before describing the embodiments of the present invention in detail, some concepts involved in the embodiments of the present invention are first explained as follows:
1. credit scoring
The credit score is used for indicating the credit status of a user account (i.e. a user corresponding to the user account), and refers to a rating score for characterizing the credit status of the user. For example, the credit score is in a positive correlation with the credit status of the user, wherein a higher credit score indicates a better credit status of the user, and a lower credit score indicates a worse credit status of the user. In the embodiment of the present invention, the scoring manner of the credit score is not limited, and may be, for example, a percentage system, a ten-degree system, or a normalization manner.
The credit score may be determined based on the user's profile information. The characteristic information of the user is personal information that can reflect the credit status of the user. For example, the characteristic information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: social information, financial information, behavioral information, identity information. The social information refers to information related to the social situation of the user, such as a social circle to which the user belongs, information published in a social application, basic materials in the social application, and the like. The social information may be obtained from a social application platform. The financial information refers to information related to the economic condition of the user, such as bank loan data, bank card consumption records, online shopping information, online payment information and the like. The financial information may be obtained from banks, online shopping application platforms, payment platforms, and the like. The behavior information refers to information related to the personal behavior of the user, such as online behavior data, offline behavior data, and the like. Identity information refers to information related to the personal identity of a user, such as age, gender, school calendar, work, and the like. Of course, the above feature information is only exemplary, and in practical applications, other personal information capable of reflecting the credit status of the user may be selected as the feature information.
2. Confidence reference value
The confidence reference value is used to indicate the transaction confidence level of the user account number (i.e., the user corresponding to the user account number). For example, the credibility reference value has a positive correlation with the transaction credibility of the user account, a higher credibility reference value indicates a higher transaction credibility of the user account, and a lower credibility reference value indicates a lower transaction credibility of the user account. In the embodiment of the present invention, the scoring manner of the credibility reference value is not limited, and may be, for example, a percentage system, a tenth system, a normalization manner, or the like.
The confidence reference may be determined from the credit score. In one example, a confidence reference value is determined in conjunction with the credit score and the reference information. Wherein the reference information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: historical transaction behavior data of the user account and article information issued by the user account. The historical transaction behavior data refers to the historical transaction behavior data of the user account in the transaction platform related to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention. The item information refers to information of an item to be traded, and includes, but is not limited to, any one of the following items: the information of the articles required to be exchanged, the information of the articles required to be sold and the information of the articles required to be purchased. In the embodiment of the present invention, the kind of the article is not limited. The article may be a physical article or a virtual article.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an implementation environment provided by an embodiment of the invention is shown. The implementation environment includes: a publisher terminal 110, a backend server 120, and a recipient terminal 130.
The publisher terminal 110 may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Personal Computer (PC), and the like. The publisher terminal 110 is installed with a publisher client, which is a client application having an article transaction function on the publisher client side according to an embodiment of the present invention. For example, the application may be a commodity exchange application, a web shopping application, a life service application, and the like.
The background server 120 establishes communication connections with the publisher terminal 110 and the receiver terminal 130 through networks respectively. For example, the network may be a wireless network or a wired network. The background server 120 may be one server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center.
The receiving terminal 130 may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA, a PC, or the like. The receiver terminal 130 has a receiver client installed therein, and the receiver client is a client application having an article transaction function on the receiver client side according to the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the application may be a commodity exchange application, a web shopping application, a life service application, and the like.
In practical applications, the publisher client and the recipient client may be two different clients, wherein one client has the function of the publisher client side and the other client has the function of the recipient client side. Alternatively, the delivery client and the recipient client may be two identical clients, and the clients may have both the functions of the delivery client and the functions of the recipient client.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a transaction control method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The method may be applied in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1. The method may include the following steps.
In step 201, after acquiring a transaction instruction corresponding to the article information issued by the first user account, the receiver client sends a transaction request to the background server, where the transaction request carries the second user account and the article information instruction information logged in the receiver client.
Correspondingly, the background server receives the transaction request sent by the client of the receiving party.
Step 202, the background server determines a first user account for issuing the item information according to the indication information of the item information.
In step 203, the background server obtains a reliability reference value of the first user account and a reliability reference value of the second user account, where the reliability reference value is used to indicate the transaction credibility of the user account.
And step 204, the background server decides whether to execute the transaction request according to the reliability reference value of the first user account and the reliability reference value of the second user account.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, after receiving a transaction request sent by a receiver client, a background server obtains a reliability reference value of a first user account and a reliability reference value of a second user account, and decides whether to execute the transaction request according to the reliability reference values of both transaction parties; the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that two transaction parties lack of mutual understanding, the security of the transaction cannot be guaranteed is solved; the transaction credibility of both transaction parties is considered, so that whether to execute the transaction request is determined, and the security of the transaction is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a transaction control method according to another embodiment of the invention is shown. The method may be applied in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1. The method may include the following steps.
Step 301, a publisher client acquires information of an article to be published of a first user account.
The first user account is a user account that is logged into the publisher client. In one example, when a user needs to publish item information, the publisher client displays a basic information form in which the user fills in the item information to be published. Correspondingly, the publisher client acquires the information of the to-be-published item filled in the basic information form by the first user account.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the item information refers to information of an item to be traded, including but not limited to any one of the following items: the information of the articles required to be exchanged, the information of the articles required to be sold and the information of the articles required to be purchased. For example, when the publisher client is a client of the commodity exchange application, the commodity information may be information of commodities required to be exchanged, or information of commodities required to be exchanged. The information of the article to be exchanged may include: the name, category, description, photograph, recency, etc. of the item to be exchanged; the information of the items to be exchanged may include: the name, category, description, desired recency, etc. of the item to be exchanged. For example, when the publisher client is a client of a shopping application, the article information may be information of an article to be sold or information of an article to be purchased. The information of the article to be sold may include: the name, category, description, photograph, price, recency, etc. of the item desired to be sold; the information on the items to be purchased may include: the name, category, description, expected price, expected recency, etc. of the item desired to be purchased.
Step 302, the publisher client sends an item publishing request to the backend server.
The item publishing request comprises a first user account and item information which are logged in to the publisher client.
Correspondingly, the background server receives an article publishing request sent by the publisher client.
Optionally, before sending the item publishing request to the background server, the publisher client may further perform the following steps: acquiring user identity information bound with a first user account; verifying the user identity information; if the user identity information passes the verification, executing step 302; otherwise, if the user identity information is not verified, the process is ended. The user identity information refers to information for reflecting the true identity of the user, and includes but is not limited to at least one of the following: mobile phone number, ID card number, bank card information. By the mode, the credibility of the successfully issued article information is improved.
Step 303, the background server obtains the credit score of the first user account.
The credit score of the first user account number is used to indicate the credit status of the first user account number. For a description of the credit score, see above, it is not described here.
In one example, the background server obtains the credit score of the first user account from the credit score library according to the first user account or the user identity information bound with the first user account. The credit score base stores credit scores of all users in advance.
In another example, a background server acquires characteristic information of a first user account; and calculating the credit score of the first user account according to the characteristic information of the first user account. The characteristic information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: social information, financial information, behavioral information, identity information. The above description of the characteristic information can be referred to above, and is not repeated herein. In practical applications, a Machine Learning (ML) algorithm may be used to construct the credit score calculation model. The input parameter of the credit score calculation model is the characteristic information of the user account, and the output result is the credit score of the user account. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the machine learning algorithm is not limited, and for example, a regression decision tree algorithm, a logistic regression algorithm, a random forest algorithm, a neural network algorithm, a deep learning algorithm, and the like may be used. And training the credit score calculation model through a certain number of training samples, and then predicting the corresponding credit score according to the characteristic information of the user account by adopting the trained model.
Step 304, the background server determines the reference value of the credibility of the first user account according to the credit score of the first user account.
The trustworthiness reference value of the first user account number is used to indicate the transaction trustworthiness of the first user account number. For the description of the reliability reference value, reference is made to the above description and will not be repeated here.
In one example, the background server determines a credibility reference value of the first user account according to the credit score and the reference information of the first user account. Wherein the reference information comprises at least one of: historical transaction behavior data of the first user account, and the article information issued by the first user account. For example, the background server uses the credit score of the first user account as the basic score of the credibility reference value, calculates the corrected score of the credibility reference value according to the reference information, and then calculates the credibility reference value according to the basic score and the corrected score. In practical application, a machine learning algorithm can be adopted to construct a modified score calculation model. And the input parameter of the corrected score calculation model is the reference information of the user account, and the output result is the corrected score. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the machine learning algorithm is not limited. And training the correction score calculation model through a certain number of training samples, and then predicting the corresponding correction score according to the reference information of the user account by adopting the trained model. Illustratively, the background server adds the basic score and the corrected score to obtain a credibility reference value. By the method, the credibility reference value is calculated by combining the credit score and the reference information, so that the credibility reference value can be adjusted along with the historical transaction behaviors of the user and/or the item information issued by the user, and the credibility of the item information currently issued by the user is more accurately reflected.
Step 305, the background server sends the item information and the reference value of the credibility of the first user account to the receiver client.
Correspondingly, the receiving party client receives the item information and the reference value of the credibility of the first user account sent by the background server.
And step 306, the receiving party client displays the item information according to the credibility reference value of the first user account.
In one example, the recipient client displays the trustworthiness reference for the first user account while displaying the item information published by the first user account. Through the method, the user can know the transaction credibility of the publisher of the article information.
In another example, the receiver client determines a sorting position of the item information according to the reliability reference value of the first user account, wherein the priority of the sorting position is in positive correlation with the reliability reference value; and displaying the article information according to the sequencing position of the article information. For example, the receiving-side client displays the item information in the order of the credibility reference value from high to low.
In yet another example, the receiving client detects whether the reference value of the credibility of the first user account is greater than a preset value; if the reliability reference value of the first user account is larger than a preset numerical value, displaying the article information issued by the first user account; otherwise, if the reference value of the credibility of the first user account is smaller than the preset numerical value, the article information issued by the first user account is not displayed.
Optionally, the recipient client supports a category display function and/or a search display function. The classification display function is to distinguish article information of different categories and display the article information of the category selected by the user. The search display function is to display the item information related to a keyword input by a user, based on the keyword.
In step 307, the recipient client obtains a transaction indication corresponding to the item information issued by the first user account.
When the user browses the item information issued by the first user account and decides to transact with the issuing party of the item information, a transaction instruction corresponding to the item information can be triggered. Accordingly, the recipient client obtains the transaction indication.
In step 308, after acquiring the transaction instruction, the receiving-side client sends a transaction request to the background server.
The transaction request carries indication information of a second user account and article information which are logged in the client of the receiving party. The indication information of the item information may be generated by the backend server and transmitted to the receiving client together with the item information in step 305. The indication information of the article information is used for uniquely identifying the article information, and the indication information corresponding to different article information is different.
Correspondingly, the background server receives the transaction request sent by the client of the receiving party.
Step 309, the background server determines the first user account for issuing the item information according to the indication information of the item information.
The background server stores the corresponding relation among the article information issued by the first user account, the first user account and the indication information of the article information. And after receiving the transaction request, the background server inquires the corresponding relation and acquires a first user account corresponding to the indication information of the article information.
In step 310, the background server obtains a reference value of the credibility of the first user account and a reference value of the credibility of the second user account.
The credibility reference value of the second user account number is used for indicating the transaction credibility of the second user account number. The reference value of the credibility of the second user account can be determined by the background server according to the credit score of the second user account. The credit score of the second user account number is used to indicate the credit status of the second user account number. In one example, the background server determines a reference value of the credibility of the second user account according to the credit score of the second user account and the historical transaction behavior data of the second user account. Of course, if the background server has the reference value of the credibility of the second user account stored therein, the background server can directly obtain the reference value.
The reference value of the trustworthiness of the first user account is the reference value of the trustworthiness determined by the background server in step 304.
In step 311, the background server decides whether to execute the transaction request according to the reference value of the credibility of the first user account and the reference value of the credibility of the second user account.
Unlike the prior art, in the prior art, if a demand side issues a transaction request, the background server does not control whether the transaction request is executed or not, but directly executes the transaction request. In the embodiment of the invention, whether the transaction request is executed or not is controlled by the background server. Specifically, the background server decides whether to execute the transaction request according to the credibility reference values of the two transaction parties.
In one example, this step includes several substeps as follows: if the reliability reference value of the first user account and the reliability reference value of the second user account are both greater than a preset threshold value, the background server determines to execute the transaction request; and if the reliability reference value of the first user account and/or the reliability reference value of the second user account is smaller than a preset threshold value, the background server determines not to execute the transaction request. If the reliability reference values of both transaction parties are greater than the preset threshold, the transaction credibility of both transaction parties is higher, the security risk existing in the transaction is lower, and the transaction request is allowed to be executed. If the reliability reference value of at least one of the two transaction parties is smaller than the preset threshold, the situation that the transaction credibility of at least one of the two transaction parties is low and the transaction may have high security risk is indicated, and in order to improve the transaction security and guarantee the benefits of the two transaction parties, the transaction request is not allowed to be executed.
In actual implementation, the preset threshold set for both parties to the transaction may be the same or different.
Optionally, the embodiment further provides an update mechanism of the reliability reference value, and the method provided by the embodiment further includes steps 312-.
In step 312, the receiver client obtains the evaluation information corresponding to the first user account after the transaction is completed.
The evaluation information corresponding to the first user account is the evaluation information made by the user corresponding to the second user account according to the transaction result. For example, the rating information corresponding to the first user account may include: the matching degree of the items exchanged/sold by the first user account and the description, the evaluation of the items exchanged/sold by the first user account, the evaluation of the attitude and/or behavior of the user corresponding to the first user account in the transaction process, and the like.
Step 313, the receiver client sends evaluation information corresponding to the first user account to the background server.
Correspondingly, the background server receives evaluation information corresponding to the first user account sent by the receiver client.
In step 314, the background server updates the reference value of the credibility of the first user account according to the evaluation information corresponding to the first user account.
The principle of updating the credibility reference value according to the evaluation information corresponding to the user account is as follows: the better the evaluation indicated by the evaluation information is, the higher the reliability reference value is; conversely, the worse the evaluation indicated by the evaluation information, the less the confidence reference value.
In practical application, a machine learning algorithm can be adopted to construct an updated score calculation model of the credibility reference value. And the input parameters of the updated score calculation model are evaluation information corresponding to the user account, and the output result is the updated score of the credibility reference value. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the machine learning algorithm is not limited. And training the update score calculation model through a certain number of training samples, and then predicting the corresponding update score according to the evaluation information corresponding to the user account by adopting the trained model. Illustratively, the background server adds the pre-update reliability reference value and the update score to obtain an updated reliability reference value.
Step 315, the publisher client acquires the evaluation information corresponding to the second user account after the transaction is completed.
The evaluation information corresponding to the second user account is the evaluation information made by the user corresponding to the first user account according to the transaction result. For example, the rating information corresponding to the second user account may include: the matching degree of the object exchanged/sold by the second user account and the description, the evaluation of the object exchanged/sold by the second user account, the evaluation of the attitude and/or behavior of the user corresponding to the second user account in the transaction process, and the like.
In step 316, the publisher client sends evaluation information corresponding to the second user account to the backend server.
Correspondingly, the background server receives evaluation information corresponding to the second user account sent by the publisher client.
Step 317, the background server updates the reference value of the credibility of the second user account according to the evaluation information corresponding to the second user account.
Through the updating mechanism of the credibility reference value, the credibility reference value of the user account is updated in real time along with the transaction behavior of the user, so that the accuracy of the credibility reference value is ensured, and the reference value is improved.
Optionally, the embodiment further provides a transaction suppression mechanism, and the method provided by the embodiment further includes steps 318-.
Step 318, the background server obtains the transaction frequency of the first user account.
The transaction frequency of the user account refers to the transaction times of the user account in unit time.
In step 319, if the transaction frequency of the first user account is greater than the preset threshold, the background server executes a transaction suppression operation corresponding to the first user account.
The transaction suppression operation refers to a control operation for suppressing a successful transaction. For example, the transaction suppression operation may include: lower confidence reference, limit transactions, etc.
In step 320, the background server obtains the transaction frequency of the second user account.
In step 321, if the transaction frequency of the second user account is greater than the preset threshold, the background server executes a transaction suppression operation corresponding to the second user account.
Through the transaction inhibition mechanism, the bill swiping behavior can be effectively prevented, and a good transaction order is maintained.
In addition, a credibility reference value is calculated by combining the credit score and the reference information, so that the credibility reference value can be adjusted along with the historical transaction behaviors of the user and/or the item information issued by the user, and the credibility of the item information currently issued by the user is more accurately reflected.
In addition, the item information issued by the receiving-side client is displayed according to the credibility reference value of the first user account through the receiving-side client, for example, the receiving-side client displays each item information according to the sequence of the credibility reference values from high to low, so that the user can preferably select the item information by taking the credibility reference value of the issuing side as a reference when browsing the item information.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the step related to the publisher client may be implemented separately as a transaction control method on the publisher client side, the step related to the receiver client may be implemented separately as a transaction control method on the receiver client side, and the step related to the backend server may be implemented separately as a transaction control method on the backend server side.
