Therefore, when the mobile device 120 acquires the identifier broadcasted by the tag device 110, the service location corresponding to the tag device 110 can be acquired according to the correspondence between the identifier and the service location.
Optionally, when the mobile device 120 detects that the mobile device 120 is shaken in the process of maintaining the communication connection with the tag device 110, the mobile device 120 acquires the identifier broadcasted by the tag device 110, and acquires the service location corresponding to the tag device 110 according to the identifier.
Optionally, in the process of maintaining the communication connection with the tag device 110, the mobile device 120 may also not obtain the self identifier broadcast by the tag device 110 first, but when detecting that the mobile device 120 is shaken, obtain the self identifier broadcast by the tag device 110, and further obtain the service location corresponding to the self identifier.
In practical applications, a motion sensor or a gravity sensor may be disposed in the mobile device 120, and when the mobile device 120 is shaken, the motion sensor or the gravity sensor may output motion data, from which it may be determined whether the mobile device 120 is shaken. Generally, when the acceleration of the motion of the mobile device 120 is greater than a predetermined threshold, the mobile device 120 may be considered to be shaken, and when the acceleration of the motion of the mobile device 120 is less than the predetermined threshold, the mobile device 120 may be considered to be not shaken.
The mobile device 120 acquires a service item related to the service location currently provided by the first server 130; when detecting that at least one service item in the service items is selected, sending a resource transfer request related to the selected at least one service item to the first server 130 according to the currently logged-in user account.
When the mobile device 120 establishes a communication connection with the tag device 110 and can acquire the identifier broadcast by the tag device 110, it indicates that the mobile device 120 is located at the service location corresponding to the tag device 110. For example, a tag device 110 is installed at the 3 rd gate of the capital international airport, and when the mobile device 120 obtains the identifier aaa broadcasted by the tag device 110, it indicates that the mobile device 120 and the user using the mobile device 120 are located at the 3 rd gate of the capital international airport. At this time, the user may have a need to purchase the service items related to the service location, and the mobile device 120 obtains the service items related to the service location from the first server 130 for the user to select, and after the user selects the service items, the service items corresponding to the selected service items may be selected and purchased.
In particular, the mobile device 120 may obtain a service item associated with the service location from the first server 130. The service items mentioned here are generally service purchase services, such as ticket purchase service, delay insurance purchase service, ticket refund service, ticket change service, and the like, and the service items are specific purchase schemes corresponding to each service item. For example, the service items related to the 3 rd boarding gate of the capital international airport at the service position comprise the businesses of ticket business purchase, delayed insurance purchase, ticket refund, ticket change and the like of all flights corresponding to the 3 rd boarding gate of the capital international airport. When the service item is a ticket buying service, the service item may be: 1. CZ3 x 9 flight first class with a purchase amount of 2000; 2. CZ3 business class for 9 flights, purchase amount 1500; 3. CZ3 x 9 flight economy class, purchase amount is 800. For another example, when the service item is a delayed insurance purchase service, the service item may be: 1. 5 yuan of insurance is invested, and 50 yuan of claim is obtained; 2. the application of 20 Yuan and the claim of 500 Yuan.
After the service items related to the service position are acquired, the mobile device 120 displays the service items or service items in the service items for the user to select. When the user selects one service item from the service items, a resource transfer request related to the selected service item is sent to the first server 130 according to the currently logged-in user account.
After receiving the resource transfer request, the first server 130 transfers the resource with the resource amount required by the service item in the user account resource library to the first server resource library.
The amount of resources referred to herein generally refers to the amount of money or equivalent virtual resources, such as points, coupons, etc., that the user needs to pay to purchase the service item. The first server repository is typically an account corresponding to the first server 130.
For example, the user selects the service item at the time of ticket purchase: for CZ3 x 9 flight head class, the purchase amount is 2000 dollars, and the mobile device 120 sends a resource transfer request associated with the service item to the first server 130. After receiving the resource transfer request, the first server 130 transfers the purchase amount 2000 units to be paid by the user for purchasing the service item from the user account to the fund account corresponding to the first server.
In summary, in the information interaction system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the tag device disposed at the first service location is used to obtain the service item corresponding to the tag device, obtain the selected service item from the service direction, and transfer the quantity of resources required by the selected service item to the resource library of the first server according to the service item; because the service item at the service position can be directly positioned according to the label equipment, a user can quickly select the service item according to the service item to realize resource transfer related to the service item; therefore, the problem that in the related technology, a designated application program needs to be installed in advance or the address of an official website needs to be obtained in advance, then the related service is obtained in the application program or the official website, and finally information interaction can be achieved according to the selected service, the information interaction mode is complicated, and the effects of simplifying service obtaining operation of a user and performing information interaction are achieved.
When the mobile device acquires the service item related to the service position from the first server, the service item acquisition request can be sent to the first server by using the user account logged in the mobile device, and the first server queries the service item according to the service item acquisition request. In an exemplary embodiment:
the mobile device 120 obtains a user account logged on the mobile device 120, and sends a service item obtaining request to the first server 130 by using the user account, where the service item obtaining request carries a service location.
The user account referred to herein may be an account on the mobile device 120 that is logged in using the instant messaging application, and the mobile device 120 may send a service item acquisition request to the first server 130 using the user account.
When receiving the service item acquisition request, the first server 130 queries the service items related to the service location in the user account. The service items related to the service positions and provided by the user account comprise one or all of service items related to content items and service items related to a content item set, wherein the content item set comprises at least one content item.
Optionally, the first server 130 queries the service item related to the service location in the user account through the following two possible implementations.
In a first possible implementation manner, the first server 130 queries a content entry related to the service location, determines whether the user account has the content entry related to the service location, and queries a service item related to the content entry possessed by the user account when the user account has the content entry related to the service location.
When the service location is an entrance through which a passenger takes a shift, such as a ticket gate for providing a ticket checking service; for another example, the content item set includes at least one content item, where one content item may be a ticket or an air ticket in a shift, and the content item may be represented by information that can uniquely determine the ticket or the air ticket in the shift, such as a serial number of the ticket or a seat number of the ticket.
The term "content item" as used herein refers to a ticket or air ticket for a particular shift that the user has completed purchasing using the user account. And when the user account is provided with the content item related to the service position, inquiring the service item related to the content item provided by the user account.
For example, the shift information included in the content entry set corresponding to the gate of 3 # of the international airport at the service location headquarter includes CZ3 × 9 flight information, CZ319 × flight information, and CZ31 × 9 flight information, when the user has completed the ticket purchase of the CZ3 × 9 flight using its own user account, the first server 130 obtains the flight ticket of CZ3 × 9 flight at row 3a seat, and feeds back the service item corresponding to row 3a seat of the CZ3 × 9 flight to the mobile device 120.
Generally, the service items related to the content items possessed by the user account generally include: refund of a ticket, change of ticket, and delayed insurance purchase. And after the user purchases a certain ticket, the service item corresponding to the ticket fed back by the first server can be the refund of the ticket, the change of the ticket, the purchase of delayed insurance of the ticket and the like. If the user has not purchased the ticket, the service item fed back by the first server may be the purchase of the ticket, please refer to the second possible embodiment below.
In addition, the service items fed back by the first server 130 may include other service items that can be operated by the user account, in addition to the service items corresponding to the tickets that have been purchased by the user account. For example, after the user purchases a ticket, the service items provided by the first server for the user account of the user may include a ticket refunding service item for refunding the ticket, a ticket changing service item for changing the ticket, and a purchase service item for delaying insurance of the ticket, and may also include purchase service items of other tickets that can be purchased by the user and correspond to the service location. Please see the second possible embodiment below.
In a second possible implementation, the first server 130 queries for service items related to a set of content items corresponding to a service location.
The content item set is the information of all the shifts corresponding to the service position, and service items related to all the shifts corresponding to the service position are inquired. The service items comprise a ticket purchasing service item of the shift corresponding to the service position, a ticket refunding of the ticket of the shift corresponding to the service position, a ticket change of the ticket of the shift corresponding to the service position, a purchasing service item of delayed insurance of the shift corresponding to the service position and the like.
In summary, by sending a service item acquisition request to the first server by using the user account, a service item related to a content item possessed by the user account or a service item related to a content item set corresponding to a service location may be acquired from the first server, the mobile device displays the service item for the user to select, and acquires a service item corresponding to the selected service item for the user to select, so that the user may complete purchase of the selected service item.
When the first server inquires the service items related to the content items of the user account or inquires the service items related to the content item set corresponding to the service position, the obtained service items are displayed for the user to select, so that the service items corresponding to the selected service items are displayed for the user to select. In an exemplary embodiment:
in this embodiment, the first server 130 queries the service items related to the content item set corresponding to the service location, and the mobile device 120 displays the obtained service items related to the content item set corresponding to the service location for the user to select.
Fig. 4A is a schematic diagram illustrating service items according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4A, the current beijing time is 10:00, the mobile device 120 acquires a3 rd departure gate of the first international airport as the service location, and the content items in the content item set acquired from the first server 130 are the CZ319 flight ticket, the CZ31 × 9 flight ticket, and the CZ3 9 flight ticket, the service items related to the CZ319 flight ticket include the purchase of the CZ319 flight ticket, the purchase of the run delay insurance of the CZ319 flight, the refund of the CZ319 flight ticket, and the service items related to the CZ31 × 9 flight ticket include the purchase of the CZ31 × 9 flight ticket, the purchase of the run delay insurance flight of the CZ31 × 9 flight ticket, the refund of the CZ31 × 9 flight ticket, and the refund of the CZ31 × 9 flight ticket.
Optionally, the service item may include, in addition to the shift information included in the content entry, other information related to the shift information, such as departure time, shift status, the departure city of the shift, the destination city of the shift, etc. still referring to FIG. 4A, flight numbers included in the content entry are illustrated, such as CZ319 flight taken at 8:00, Beijing, the departure city, and the destination city being achievements, CZ31 × 9 flight pending departure time, Beijing, the destination city being Shanghai, and CZ3 × 9 flight is expected to take off at 11:00, Beijing, and the destination city being Uluguai.
Generally, when a service item is displayed on the mobile device 120, the service item is usually displayed in the form of a control corresponding to the service item. Still referring to fig. 4A, the service items corresponding to CZ319 flights are all displayed in a service item list 41, where the service item list 41 includes controls corresponding to the service items, such as a ticket purchase control, a ticket refund control, a change of sign control, and a delayed insurance purchase control. The user may select a desired service item by clicking a control corresponding to the service item, so that the mobile device 120 can obtain the selected service item.
It should be noted that the pulled-down service item list 41 covers information display at other positions of the page, and belongs to a form of product implementation, and the covered content does not affect the protection range.
Each service item may correspond to a plurality of service purchase schemes (i.e., service items), such as CZ3 × 9 flight ticket purchase service items, and the service items may be: 1. the first class has 5 remaining tickets with the purchase amount of 2000; 2. the rest 15 tickets in the business cabin have the purchase amount of 1500; 3. the coach cabin has 10 remaining tickets and the purchase amount is 800.
As another example, when the user selects CZ3 x 9 flight to delay the purchase of insurance, the service items may be: 1. 5 yuan of insurance is invested, and 50 yuan of claim is obtained; 2. the application of 20 Yuan and the claim of 500 Yuan.
Since each service item can correspond to multiple service items, at this time, the service item corresponding to the selected service item needs to be displayed for the user to select, and please refer to the description of the service item display in the next embodiment for displaying the service item corresponding to the selected service item.
It should be noted that when the control is triggered, the service item may be directly displayed, and a page for guiding the user to trigger the display of the service item may also be displayed. Fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of a page for guiding a user to trigger service item presentation according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4B, when the service item selected by the user is the delayed insurance purchase service item of CZ319 flight, guidance information 42 for guiding the user to acquire the service item corresponding to the delayed insurance purchase service item of CZ319 flight is displayed on the guidance page shown. At which point the user may shake the mobile device 120 according to the guidance information 42. Upon detecting that the mobile device 120 is shaken, the mobile device 120 presents the service items corresponding to the delayed insurance purchase service item for the CZ319 flight.
In summary, the mobile device may display the obtained service item for selection by the user, and display the service item corresponding to the selected service item for selection by the user, so that the user may complete purchase of the selected service item.
After obtaining the content items and the service items related to the service items possessed by the user account, the mobile device 120 displays the service items, obtains the selected service items, and completes resource transfer related to the selected service items. In an exemplary embodiment:
the mobile device 120 acquires a content item and a service item related to the service item from the first server 130, displays the service item, and transmits a first resource transfer request related to the selected service item to the first server 130 after the displayed service item is selected.
The presentation of the service items on the mobile device can be implemented by several possible implementations:
in one possible implementation, the mobile device 120 may present all of the service items when the number of service items is at least two.
The present embodiment does not specifically limit the display form adopted when displaying all the service items, and can be determined according to actual situations. For example, all service items may be displayed in a list display form, and the display page may be divided into a plurality of areas, each of which displays one service item.
In one possible implementation, when the number of the service items is at least two, the shaking information of the mobile device 120 is obtained, and one service item is selected for presentation according to the shaking information.
The shake information may be shake parameters of the mobile device 120 such as the number of shakes and the shake frequency. The present embodiment takes the shaking information as the shaking times of the mobile device 120 for example.
For example, the mobile device 120 pre-stores or pre-acquires the corresponding relationship between the number of shaking times and the amount of resources, where the amount of resources generally refers to the amount of money or equivalent virtual resources, such as credits, coupons, etc., that the user needs to pay to purchase the service item. For example, the correspondence relationship is as follows: the number of resources corresponding to the number of times that the mobile device 120 shakes is less than 5 is 5 yuan; the number of resources corresponding to the number of times the mobile device 120 is shaken more than 5 times is 20 yuan. The service items obtained from the server are: 1. 5 yuan of insurance is invested, and 50 yuan of claim is obtained; 2. the application of 20 Yuan and the claim of 500 Yuan. When the user shakes the mobile device 120 3 times, the presentation service item 1: 5 yuan of insurance is invested, and 50 yuan of claim is obtained; when the user shakes the mobile device 120 6 times, the presentation service item 2: the application of 20 Yuan and the claim of 500 Yuan.
As another example, the correspondence between the number of shaking times and the type of ticket seat is stored or acquired in advance in the mobile device 120. For example, the correspondence relationship is as follows: the ticket seats corresponding to the mobile device 120 with shaking times less than 5 times are first class or first class; the corresponding ticket seats with the shaking times of the mobile device 120 being more than 5 times are economy class seats or second class seats. The service items obtained from the server are: 1. a first seat 250 yuan; 2. two seats 180 units. When the user shakes the mobile device 120 3 times, the presentation service item 1: a first seat 250 yuan. When the user shakes the mobile device 120 6 times, the presentation service item 2: two seats 180 units.
In one possible implementation, the mobile device 120 may randomly select a service item for presentation from the obtained service items.
In one possible implementation, the mobile device 120 may present one of the service items first, and then present another service item when receiving a presentation instruction to present the other service item.
For example, fig. 4C is a schematic diagram of displaying service items provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4C, one of the service items is displayed, and a user slides to the right on a touch screen of the mobile device 120 with a finger to generate a display instruction for displaying another service item. Accordingly, after the showing instruction is received, another service item is shown.
In practical applications, when the mobile device 120 displays only one of the service items acquired from the server, if the user is not satisfied with the current service item, the user may select to shake the mobile device 120 again, move the mobile device 120 and select one of the service items again for display, so as to increase the displayed service items and provide more service item selections for the user.
It should be noted that, in the above example, the mobile device 120 sends the service item acquisition request to the first server 130 only once, and the first server 130 receives the service item acquisition request and feeds back the service item related to the service location, and feeds back the service item corresponding to the service item related to the service location. In practical applications, after the mobile device 120 sends the service item acquisition request only to the first server 130, the first server 130 feeds back the service items related to the service location to the mobile device 120, the mobile device 120 displays the service items related to the service location, acquires the selected service items from the service items related to the service location, and sends the service item acquisition request to the first server 130, where the service item acquisition request includes the selected service items.
Accordingly, the service item acquisition request sent by the mobile device 120 to the first server 130 in the previous time is sent after the processing control of the service item is triggered, and when the mobile device 120 only shows one of the service items acquired from the first server 110, if the user is not satisfied with the current service item, the user may still select to shake the mobile device 120 again to send the service item acquisition request to the first server 130 again. It is obvious that the mobile device 120 may also send the service item acquisition request to the first server 130 again through the service item correspondence control.
That is, the mobile device 120 may send the service item acquisition request to the first server 130 multiple times, and the trigger condition for sending the service item acquisition request may be that the mobile device 120 is shaken, or that a control corresponding to the service item is triggered, and the trigger condition for sending the service item acquisition request each time may be the same or different.
After acquiring the selected service item, the mobile device 120 sends a first resource transfer request related to the selected service item to the first server 130.
Correspondingly, after receiving the first resource transfer request, the first server 130 determines the resource quantity related to the selected service item, and transfers the resource with the resource quantity in the resource library of the account of the user to the resource library of the first server; or, the resource transfer platform is notified to transfer the resource with the resource amount from the resource library of the user account to the resource library of the first server 130.
The resource transfer platform is generally a server corresponding to the payment program installed in the mobile device 120, and the resource with the resource amount can be transferred from the resource library of the user account to the resource library of the first server 130 through the resource transfer platform, where the resource library is generally a fund account corresponding to the first server 130.
In summary, the mobile device may display the service item in multiple ways, and when the user is unsatisfied with displaying the service item on the mobile device, the user may obtain other service items in multiple ways to display the service items on the mobile device.
When the selected service item is a ticket purchase service item, the user on the mobile device 120 also needs to input the identity information of the user so that the first server can allocate the service item to the user and the user completes the ticket purchase. In an exemplary embodiment:
after the second resource transfer item related to the specified content entry set in the service page is selected, the mobile device 120 displays a replacement type selection interface, acquires the selected replacement type, acquires the user identity information of the user account, and sends a second resource transfer request carrying the specified content entry set, the user identity information, and the replacement type to the first server.
The designated content item set is usually a shift designated by the user, the service page is a page showing service items corresponding to the designated shift, the second resource transfer item is a ticket purchase service item, and the corresponding second resource transfer item related to the designated content item set is usually a ticket purchase service item of the shift designated by the user from the service page.
The replacement type selection interface is typically displayed by the mobile device 120, the selected replacement type is obtained, and the identity information of the user account, here referred to as different types of ticketing, is obtained. For example, the permutation types include: economy class, business class, first class, etc.; as another example, the permutation types include: first class seat, second class seat, third class seat, etc.
Specifically, acquiring the identity information of the user account can be implemented by two possible implementation manners:
in a first possible implementation, the mobile device 120 obtains user identity information to which the user account is bound.
The user identity information is usually operated by a user, and the identity information of the user is bound with the user account, so that the user identity information bound with the user account can be directly acquired.
In a second possible implementation manner, the mobile device displays an input interface for inputting the user identity information, and acquires the user identity information input by the input interface.
For example, fig. 4D is a schematic diagram of a mobile device provided in an embodiment of the present invention displaying an input interface for inputting user identity information, as shown in fig. 4D, and when the purchase control 43 in 4D (1) is triggered, displaying an input interface as shown in fig. 4D (2), the input interface including an input box 44 for inputting passenger name information and an input box 45 for inputting a certificate number.
Typically, when the input interface is displayed, the interface also contains controls for confirming the purchase. For example, still referring to FIG. 4D (2), the input interface also includes a control 46. When the control 46 is triggered, the user information input in the input boxes 44 and 45 is obtained, and a second resource transfer request carrying the specified content entry set, the user identity information, and the replacement type is sent to the server.
After receiving the second resource transfer request, the first server 130 selects one content entry meeting the replacement type from the specified content entry set, generates a service item by using the user identity information and the content entry, allocates the service item to the user identity information, determines the resource quantity related to the service item, and transfers the resource with the resource quantity in the resource library of the user account to the resource library of the first server 130, or notifies the resource transfer platform to transfer the resource with the resource quantity from the resource library of the user account to the resource library of the first server 130.
Service items as referred to herein generally refer to air or train tickets such as: CZ3 x 9 flight first class A3, such as CZ3 x 9 flight economy class C2.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, when each page or interface is displayed, the page or interface is displayed in the form of a web page, so that the mobile device 120 can directly perform information interaction with the first server 130 through the web page.
In summary, when the service item selected by the user is the ticket purchase service, the mobile device further needs to obtain user identity information necessary for purchasing the ticket, so that the first server can distribute the service item (i.e., the air ticket or the train ticket, etc.) according to the user identity information, and the user can complete the purchase of the service item.
In the case where the communication application is installed on the mobile device 120, the mobile device 120 may acquire from the second server even the communication application when acquiring the service location corresponding to the tag device 110. In an exemplary embodiment:
the mobile device 120 sends a location retrieval request with the identifier to the second server 140 using the user account logged in on the instant messaging application.
After receiving the location obtaining request, the second server 140 queries a service location corresponding to the identifier according to the correspondence between the identifier and the service location, and feeds back the service location to the user account.
Since the second server stores the correspondence between the identifier of each tag device and the service location, when the mobile device receives the identifier broadcasted by the tag device, the mobile device can obtain the service location corresponding to the identifier from the second sending server.
Optionally, the second server 140 queries a link related to the service location, where the link is an address of the first server, and feeds the link back to the user account; the mobile device 120 obtains a service item associated with the service location from the second server using the link.
For example, when the service location is a ticket gate of a train station, the link associated with the service location may be an address of a server providing train ticket service; when the service location is a ticket gate at an airport, the link associated with the service location may be an address of a server providing the ticket service.
