The application may be, for example, a multimedia asset application such as a live application, a video application, an audio application, and a reading application. For example, the users corresponding to the plurality of terminals 110 in fig. 1 may form a social group in the application, and the social group may include a plurality of users that are members of the group.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the information presentation method is used in the terminal shown in fig. 1 for explanation, and includes the steps of:
in step S21, in response to the multimedia resource presentation instruction triggered for the social group, a group resource tag of the social group is acquired.
The group resource tag of the social group is generated according to the multimedia resource category of interest to the user in the social group, that is, the group resource tag may represent the multimedia resource category of interest to the corresponding social group.
In step S22, corresponding multimedia information is generated according to the group resource tag.
Wherein the multimedia information is used to indicate a corresponding multimedia resource, which may include, but is not limited to, video, audio, text, pictures, etc., by way of example. The multimedia information may be at least one of an indicated access link of the multimedia asset, a multimedia asset cover, or a key asset image, for example.
As a possible implementation manner, in order to improve accuracy of resource recommendation for a social group, when generating corresponding multimedia information according to a group resource tag, candidate multimedia resources matched with the group resource tag in a preset multimedia resource set may be determined first, then a multimedia resource with a historical exposure frequency exceeding a preset exposure frequency threshold is selected from the candidate multimedia resources as a target multimedia resource, and at least one of an access link, a multimedia resource cover or a key resource image of the target multimedia resource is further obtained as the multimedia information. The preset exposure time threshold can be set according to actual needs.
In step S23, the multimedia information is displayed in the interactive interface of the social group.
For example, an access link, a multimedia resource cover, a key resource image, or the like of a corresponding multimedia resource may be displayed in an interactive interface of the social group, and when a user in the social group triggers the multimedia information, the multimedia resource indicated by the multimedia information may be further displayed to the user.
As a possible implementation manner, the method may further include a step of generating a group resource tag of the social group, as shown in fig. 3, and the step of generating the group resource tag of the social group may include:
in step S31, the multimedia resource categories of interest to each user in the social group are acquired.
Specifically, a historical multimedia resource class set corresponding to each user can be obtained according to the historical behavior data of each user, and then the multimedia resource class interested by the user is selected from the historical multimedia resource class set, so that the multimedia resource class interested by each user in the social group can be accurately obtained. The historical behavior data of each user comprises the historical behavior of the user and the multimedia resources corresponding to the historical behavior.
For example, the user's historical behavior may include multimedia resource consumption behavior and multimedia resource interaction behavior within a preset historical period, which may be set according to actual needs, such as three days, seven days, and so on. Taking the video as an example, the historical behavior of the user may include clicking behavior, watching behavior (including completing playing, i.e. completely watching one video and only watching part of the video content) of the user on the video, praying behavior, commenting behavior, sharing behavior, and the like on the video, wherein the clicking behavior and watching behavior of the video are video consumption behavior, praying behavior, commenting behavior and sharing behavior of the video are video interaction behavior, and the multimedia resource corresponding to the historical behavior is clicked video, watched video, praying video, commented video, shared video, and the like.
Assuming that a certain User (x) in the social group corresponds to { (Video is completely broadcast, video 1), (praise, video 1), (comment, video 1), (share, video 1), (Video is completely broadcast, video 2) }, where the Video category corresponding to Video1 is 1 and the Video category corresponding to Video2 is 2, according to the Video category corresponding to the Video in the above historical behavior data of the User (x), the historical multimedia resource category set corresponding to the User (x) is {1,2}.
When the multimedia resource category of interest of the user is selected from the historical multimedia resource category set corresponding to the user, the user interest score of the user for each historical multimedia resource category in the historical multimedia resource category set can be obtained, and the historical multimedia resource category with the user interest score descending order sequence within the preset ordering range is selected as the multimedia resource category of interest of the user, so that the multimedia resource category of interest of the user can be accurately determined. The preset ranking range may be set according to actual needs, for example, may be a preset number of historical multimedia resource categories with the first user interest score ranking, where the preset number may be 5 or 10, and so on.
Specifically, for each historical multimedia resource category in the historical multimedia resource category set of the user, the historical behavior corresponding to the historical multimedia resource category can be obtained from the historical behavior data of the user, so that the historical behavior set corresponding to each historical multimedia resource category can be obtained for the user; and then, calculating the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the historical behavior set corresponding to each historical multimedia resource category, and carrying out weighted summation on the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the weight coefficient of each behavior type to obtain the user interest score of each historical multimedia resource category. The weight coefficient of each behavior type can be preset based on priori experience, when the user interest score of each historical multimedia resource category needs to be calculated, the weight coefficient of each preset behavior type can be obtained, and then the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set is weighted and summed according to the weight coefficient of each behavior type, so that the user interest score of the historical multimedia resource category corresponding to the historical behavior set can be obtained. It can be appreciated that the weight coefficient of each behavior type can be adjusted as required in practical applications.
Taking {1,2} as an example of the set of historical multimedia resource categories corresponding to the User (x), for the historical multimedia resource category 1, the historical behavior corresponding to the historical multimedia resource category 1 in the historical behavior data { (Video complete broadcast, video 1), (praise, video 1), (comment, video 1), (share, video 1), (Video complete broadcast, video 2) } of the User (x) is the historical behavior corresponding to the Video 1: the video is completely broadcast, praise, comment and share, and then the historical behavior set corresponding to the historical multimedia resource category 1 can be expressed as { 1|video is completely broadcast, praise, comment and share }; for the historical multimedia resource category 2 in the set of historical multimedia resource categories, the historical behavior data of the User (x) { (Video is completely played, video 1), (praise, video 1), (comment, video 1), (share, video 1), (Video is completely played, video 2) } corresponding to the historical multimedia resource category 2 is the historical behavior corresponding to Video 2: the video is completely played, the historical behavior set corresponding to the historical multimedia asset class 2 may be represented as { 2|video is completely played }. In summary, for the User (x), the historical behavior sets corresponding to the respective historical multimedia resource categories are respectively: { 1|video complete broadcast, praise, comment, share }, { 2|video complete broadcast }.
It is understood that the set of historical behaviors corresponding to each historical multimedia asset class includes historical behaviors of at least one behavior type. The classification of the behavior types of the historical behaviors can be classified according to actual experience, different historical behaviors can be defined as different behavior types, such as the video playing, the praying behaviors, the comment behaviors and the sharing behaviors of the video are respectively used as the historical behaviors of different behavior types; other division methods may be used, such as dividing the video consumption behavior into two behavior types according to the video interaction behavior. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, different historical behaviors are described as examples of different behavior types.
In the above example, the number of the historical behaviors of the four behavior types in the historical behavior set { 1|video complete playing, praise, comment, share } corresponding to the historical multimedia resource type 1 is 1, and the number of the historical behaviors of only one behavior type in the historical behavior set { 2|video complete playing } corresponding to the historical multimedia resource type 2, namely, the number of the video complete playing, is 1. Taking the historical behavior set { 1|video playing, praying, commenting and sharing } corresponding to the historical multimedia resource type 1 as an example, assuming that the weight coefficients corresponding to video playing, praying, commenting and sharing are respectively 0.6, 0.2, 0.1 and 0.1, the user interest score corresponding to the historical multimedia resource type 1=0.6×1+0.2×1+0.1×1+0.1×1=1.
According to the method and the device for obtaining the multimedia resource category, the historical behavior data of each user in the social group are analyzed, so that the multimedia resource category which is most interested by each user in the social group can be obtained, and the accuracy of the generated group interest labels is improved.
In step S32, clustering is performed on the multimedia resource categories interested by the users, so as to obtain the number of the multimedia resource categories in each cluster.
Specifically, for the multimedia resource categories of interest to each user, the same multimedia resource category may be used as one cluster, so that the number of multimedia resource categories in each cluster may be obtained.
In step S33, selecting the multimedia resource category corresponding to the cluster with the descending order of the number within the preset order range as the group resource label of the social group.
Specifically, the clusters can be arranged in descending order according to the order of the number of the multimedia resource categories in each cluster from high to low, and target clusters with descending order within a preset ordering range are selected, so that the multimedia resource categories corresponding to the target clusters can be used as group resource labels of the social groups. The preset sorting range may be set according to actual needs, specifically, a preset number of target classes with the previous sorting may be set, and the preset number may be 3 or 5, for example.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the group resource label of the social group is generated based on the multimedia resource types interested by each user in the social group, so that the multimedia resource types corresponding to the group resource labels can meet the interest demands of each user in the social group, the accuracy of the group resource labels is improved, and the accuracy of resource recommendation is improved while resource recommendation is realized for the social groups which mutually establish social relations.
To further improve the accuracy of resource recommendation to a social group, as a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include:
in step S41, a reference group interest tag is acquired, where the reference group interest tag is determined according to the historical behavior of the social group on the multimedia resource recommended in the historical time period.
Specifically, a historical recommended multimedia resource class set corresponding to the social group can be obtained according to the historical behavior of the social group on the recommended multimedia resource in the historical time period, and then the reference group interest tag is selected from the historical recommended multimedia resource class set, so that the accuracy of determining the reference group interest tag can be improved. The historical time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, the last month or three months.
When a reference group interest tag is selected from a set of historical recommended multimedia resource categories corresponding to a social group, in order to further improve the accuracy of selecting the reference group interest tag, a group interest score of the social group on each historical recommended multimedia resource category in the set of historical recommended multimedia resource categories can be obtained, and then the historical recommended multimedia resource categories with the descending order of the group interest scores within a preset ordering range are selected as the reference group interest tag. The preset ranking range may be set according to actual needs, for example, a preset number of historical recommended multimedia resource categories with the group interest scores ranked at the front may be set, and the preset number may be 5 or 10, etc.
Specifically, for each historical recommendation multimedia resource category in the historical recommendation multimedia resource category set corresponding to the social group, the historical behavior of the social group on the historical recommendation multimedia resource category in the historical time period can be obtained, so that a historical behavior set corresponding to each historical recommendation multimedia resource category is obtained; and then, calculating the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the historical behavior set corresponding to each historical recommended multimedia resource category, and carrying out weighted summation on the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the weight coefficient of each behavior type so as to obtain the group interest score of each historical recommended multimedia resource category. The weight coefficient of each behavior type can be preset based on priori experience, when the group interest score of each historical recommendation multimedia resource type needs to be calculated, the weight coefficient of each preset behavior type can be obtained, and then the group interest score of each historical recommendation multimedia resource type can be obtained by carrying out weighted summation on the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set corresponding to each historical recommendation multimedia resource type according to the weight coefficient of each behavior type. It can be appreciated that the weight coefficient of each behavior type can be adjusted as required in practical applications.
For example, a social group includes a user a, a user B, and a user C, the multimedia resources recommended to the social group in the history period are Video1 and Video2, and the historical behavior record of the social group on the multimedia resources recommended in the history period is as follows:
assuming that the multimedia resource categories of Video1 and Video2 are the same, for example, the multimedia resource categories are all multimedia resource category 1, a historical recommended multimedia resource category set corresponding to the social group is {1}, where the historical behavior corresponding to the historical recommended multimedia resource category 1 is: (user A|video is completely broadcast), (user B|shared), (user C|praise), (user A|comment), (user B|shared), (user C|shared), then the historical behavior set corresponding to the historical recommended multimedia resource category 1 is { 1|video is completely broadcast, shared, praise, comment, shared }, wherein the number of historical behaviors of each behavior type is respectively: the number of videos is 1, the number of shared videos is 3, the number of praise videos is 1, and the number of comments is 1. Assuming that the weight coefficients corresponding to video playing, praise, comment and sharing are 0.6, 0.2, 0.1 and 0.1 respectively, the group interest score=0.6x1+0.2x1+0.1x1+0.1x3=1.2 of the history recommended multimedia resource category 1.
In step S42, the group resource tag is updated according to the reference group interest tag.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the reference group interest tag of the social group can be obtained by analyzing the historical behavior of the social group on the multimedia resource recommended in the historical time period. Because the interest condition of the social group on the historically recommended multimedia resources can be reflected by the reference group interest tag, the accuracy of the multimedia resources recommended to the social group can be improved by updating the group resource tag by using the reference group interest tag.
As a possible implementation, the following steps in fig. 5 may be adopted when updating the group resource tag according to the reference group interest tag:
in step S421, the same group resource tag to be updated as the reference group interest tag is determined from the existing group resource tags.
For example, the group resource tag is {1,2,3}, the reference group interest tag is {1,2}, and the group resource tag to be updated is {1,2}
In step S422, a user interest score and a group interest score corresponding to the group resource tag to be updated are obtained.
Based on the foregoing determining process for the group resource tags according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, each group resource tag corresponds to at least one user interest score, and each reference group interest tag corresponds to one group interest score, so in this step, at least one user interest score and group interest score corresponding to each group resource tag to be updated may be obtained.
In step S423, a composite score of the group resource tag to be updated is obtained according to the user interest score and the group interest score corresponding to the group resource tag to be updated.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve accuracy of a multimedia resource recommended to a social group, in a possible implementation manner, an influence of a time factor on a composite score is considered when calculating the composite score of a group resource tag to be updated, and in particular, step S423 may include the following steps when implemented:
(1) And acquiring a corresponding time attenuation coefficient and a corresponding time increment coefficient according to the historical time period.
Specifically, the history period may be in "day" units when the time decay coefficient and the time increment coefficient are calculated, and if the history period is one month in the past, the history period is expressed as 30 days when the time decay coefficient and the time increment coefficient are calculated.
In a specific implementation, the time attenuation coefficient can be obtained by the following calculation formula:
wherein θ 1 Representing a time decay coefficient; d represents the number of days in the history period; ρ 1 Represents the attenuation parameter, and ρ 1 <1, actualIn application, ρ 1 The value of (2) can be set according to the requirement of attenuation speed, generally ρ 1 The closer to 1 the value of (c) indicates a slower decay, and conversely indicates a faster decay. Exemplary ρ 1 The value of (2) may be 0.9 or 0.98. For example ρ 1 The value of (2) is 0.9, D is 2 days, θ 1 Has a value of 0.9 2 I.e. 0.81.
The time increment coefficient can be obtained by the following calculation formula:
wherein θ 2 Representing a time increment coefficient; d represents the number of days in the history period; ρ 2 Represents an increment parameter, and ρ 2 >1, in practical application, ρ 2 The value of (2) can be set according to the requirement of increasing speed and general ρ 2 The closer to 1 the value of (c) indicates a slower increment and vice versa. Exemplary ρ 2 The value of (2) may be 1.1. For example ρ 2 The value of (2) is 1.1, D is 2 days, θ 2 Has a value of 1.1 2 I.e. 1.21.
(2) And processing the user interest score and the group interest score corresponding to the group resource label to be updated according to the time attenuation coefficient and the time increment coefficient to obtain the comprehensive score of the group resource label to be updated.
In a specific implementation, the composite score of the group resource tag to be updated may be calculated by the following formula:
Score(i)=θ 1 *E(S 1 (i))+θ 2 *S 2 (i)
wherein i represents a group resource tag i to be updated, and Score (i) represents a composite Score of the group resource tag i to be updated; θ 1 Representing a time decay coefficient; θ 2 Representing a time increment coefficient; s is S 1 (i) Representing a user interest score corresponding to the group resource tag i to be updated; e (S) 1 (i) Group resource tags representing groups to be updatedi is the average value of the corresponding user interest scores; s is S 2 (i) And representing the group interest score corresponding to the group resource label to be updated.
The embodiment of the disclosure is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the multimedia resources recommended to the social group by considering the influence of time factors when calculating the comprehensive score of the group resource label to be updated.
In step S424, from the group resource labels to be updated, the group resource labels with the comprehensive score descending order within the preset order range are selected as updated group resource labels.
Specifically, the group resource tags to be updated may be arranged in a descending order according to the comprehensive score, and the group resource tags with descending order within a preset ordering range are selected as the final group resource tags. The preset sorting range may be the first preset number, which may be set as required, for example, may be 2 or 3, etc.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the reference group interest tag can reflect the interest condition of the social group on the historically recommended multimedia resource, and the group resource tag is updated through the reference group interest tag, so that the accuracy of the finally determined group resource tag can be improved, and the accuracy of the multimedia resource recommended to the social group based on the updated group resource tag is further improved.
It can be appreciated that the information display method of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be implemented by the terminal or the server alone or in combination with the terminal and the server, and when implemented in combination with the terminal and the server, the foregoing step S21 may include the following steps when obtaining the group resource tag of the social group in response to the multimedia resource display instruction triggered for the social group:
(1) And generating a group resource tag acquisition request in response to the multimedia resource presentation instruction triggered for the social group.
(2) And sending the group resource tag acquisition request to a server, so that the server determines the group resource tag corresponding to the social group according to the group resource tag acquisition request, and returns the group resource tag corresponding to the social group.
(3) And receiving a group resource label corresponding to the social group returned by the server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when receiving a multimedia resource display instruction triggered by a social group, a terminal can respond to the instruction to generate a group resource tag acquisition request and send the request to a server, so that the server can determine a group resource tag corresponding to the social group according to the group resource tag acquisition request and return the group resource tag, and the terminal can receive the group resource tag corresponding to the social group returned by the server. The group resource label corresponding to the social group is determined by utilizing the stronger processing capacity of the server, so that the determination time of the group resource label can be shortened, and the efficiency of resource recommendation is improved.
The information presentation method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is described below from the server side, and as shown in fig. 6, the method may include:
in step S61, a group resource tag acquisition request sent by a terminal is received, where the group resource tag acquisition request is generated by the terminal in response to a multimedia resource presentation instruction triggered for a social group.
In step S62, in response to the group resource tag obtaining request, a group resource tag is generated according to the multimedia resources interested by the user in the social group.
In step S63, the group resource tag is returned to the terminal, so that the terminal generates corresponding multimedia information according to the group resource tag, and the multimedia information is displayed in the interaction interface of the social group.
The multimedia information is used for indicating the corresponding multimedia resource, and the multimedia information can be at least one of an access link of the indicated multimedia resource, a multimedia resource cover or a key resource image.
As a possible implementation manner, when the server responds to the group resource tag obtaining request and generates a group resource tag according to the multimedia resources interested by the users in the social group, the server may respond to the group resource tag obtaining request to obtain the multimedia resource categories interested by the users in the social group, and perform clustering processing on the multimedia resource categories interested by the users to obtain the number of the multimedia resource categories in each cluster, and further select the multimedia resource categories corresponding to the clusters with the descending order of the number within the preset ordering range as the group resource tag of the social group.
When the server obtains the multimedia resource categories interested by each user in the social group, a historical multimedia resource category set corresponding to each user can be obtained according to the historical behavior data of each user, and then the multimedia resource categories interested by the user are selected from the historical multimedia resource category set. The historical behavior data of each user comprise the historical behavior of the user and multimedia resources corresponding to the historical behavior.
For example, when the server selects the multimedia resource category of interest to the user in the historical multimedia resource category set corresponding to the user, the user interest score of the user for each historical multimedia resource category in the historical multimedia resource category set may be obtained first, and then the historical multimedia resource category with the descending order of the user interest score in the preset ordering range may be selected as the multimedia resource category of interest to the user. The preset ranking range may be set according to actual needs, for example, may be a preset number of historical multimedia resource categories with the first user interest score ranking, where the preset number may be 5 or 10, and so on.
Specifically, the server may obtain, for each historical multimedia resource category in the historical multimedia resource category set of each user, a historical behavior corresponding to the historical multimedia resource category from the historical behavior data of the user, so as to obtain, for the user, a historical behavior set corresponding to each historical multimedia resource category; and then, calculating the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the historical behavior set corresponding to each historical multimedia resource category, and carrying out weighted summation on the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the weight coefficient of each behavior type to obtain the user interest score of each historical multimedia resource category.
As a possible implementation manner, to further improve accuracy of resource recommendation to the social group, after the server generates the group resource tag, the method may further include the following steps:
(1) And obtaining a reference group interest tag, wherein the reference group interest tag is determined according to the historical behavior of the social group on the multimedia resource recommended in the historical time period.
For example, the determining of the reference group interest tag may be that the server obtains a set of historical recommended multimedia resource categories corresponding to the social group according to the historical behavior of the social group on the recommended multimedia resources in the historical time period, and then selects the reference group interest tag from the set of historical recommended multimedia resource categories.
For example, when the server selects the reference group interest tag from the historical recommended multimedia resource category set, the server may first obtain a group interest score of the social group for each historical recommended multimedia resource category in the historical recommended multimedia resource category set, and then select the historical recommended multimedia resource category with the descending order of the group interest score in the preset ordering range as the reference group interest tag.
Specifically, for each historical recommendation multimedia resource category in the historical recommendation multimedia resource category set corresponding to the social group, the server may obtain a historical behavior of the social group on the historical recommendation multimedia resource category in a historical time period, so as to obtain a historical behavior set corresponding to each historical recommendation multimedia resource category; and then, calculating the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the historical behavior set corresponding to each historical recommended multimedia resource category, and carrying out weighted summation on the number of the historical behaviors of each behavior type in the historical behavior set according to the weight coefficient of each behavior type so as to obtain the group interest score of each historical recommended multimedia resource category.
(2) And updating the group resource tag according to the reference group interest tag.
When the server updates the group resource tag according to the reference group interest tag, the server may determine the group resource tag to be updated, which is the same as the reference group interest tag, from the existing group resource tags, obtain a user interest score and a group interest score corresponding to the group resource tag to be updated, obtain a comprehensive score of the group resource tag to be updated according to the user interest score and the group interest score corresponding to the group resource tag to be updated, and further select the group resource tag with the comprehensive score descending order within a preset ordering range from the group resource tags to be updated as an updated group resource tag.
Specifically, in order to improve accuracy of the multimedia resource recommended to the social group, the server may consider an influence of a time factor on the composite score when calculating the composite score of the group interest tag to be updated, that is, the server may obtain the composite score of the group interest tag to be updated according to the user interest score and the group interest score corresponding to the group resource tag to be updated, where the method includes the following steps:
(1) And acquiring a corresponding time attenuation coefficient and a corresponding time increment coefficient according to the historical time period.
Specifically, the history period may be in "day" units when the time decay coefficient and the time increment coefficient are calculated, and if the history period is one month in the past, the history period is expressed as 30 days when the time decay coefficient and the time increment coefficient are calculated.
In a specific implementation, the time attenuation coefficient can be obtained by the following calculation formula:
wherein θ 1 Representing a time decay coefficient; d represents the number of days in the history period; ρ 1 Represents the attenuation parameter, and ρ 1 <1, in practical application, ρ 1 The value of (2) can be set according to the requirement of attenuation speed, generally ρ 1 The closer to 1 the value of (c) indicates a slower decay, and conversely indicates a faster decay. Exemplary ρ 1 The value of (2) may be 0.9 or 0.98. For example ρ 1 The value of (2) is 0.9, D is 2 days, θ 1 Has a value of 0.9 2 I.e. 0.81.
The time increment coefficient can be obtained by the following calculation formula:
wherein θ 2 Representing a time increment coefficient; d represents the number of days in the history period;ρ 2 represents an increment parameter, and ρ 2 >1, in practical application, ρ 2 The value of (2) can be set according to the requirement of increasing speed and general ρ 2 The closer to 1 the value of (c) indicates a slower increment and vice versa.
Score(i)=θ 1 *E(S 1 (i))+θ 2 *S 2 (i)
wherein i represents a group resource tag i to be updated, and Score (i) represents a composite Score of the group resource tag i to be updated; θ 1 Representing a time decay coefficient; θ 2 Representing a time increment coefficient; s is S 1 (i) Representing a user interest score corresponding to the group resource tag i to be updated; e (S) 1 (i) A group resource label i is updated according to the user interest score; s is S 2 (i) And representing the group interest score corresponding to the group resource label to be updated.
The embodiment of the disclosure is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the multimedia resources recommended to the social group by considering the influence of time factors when calculating the comprehensive score of the group resource label to be updated.
