The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine eye mask prepared by the extraction device, which comprises the following steps of;
S1: weighing the components according to the parts by weight, and cleaning the components except the small molecular group water respectively;
S2: placing the components in a bearing disc and a stirring tank according to the requirements, and fixing an extraction cylinder and an extraction cover in a matching way;
s3: extracting 150-200 parts of small molecular group water from the stirring tank by a first conveying pump, and feeding the small molecular group water into an extraction cylinder, and controlling an electric heating ring to heat the small molecular group water to 50-60 ℃;
S4: maintaining the temperature of the small molecular group water at 50-60 ℃, pumping out the small molecular group water in the extraction cylinder through a second conveying pump, inputting the small molecular group water into an extraction mechanism through a first conveying pipe, and uniformly spraying the extracted small molecular group water from the upper part of the components by the extraction mechanism;
S5: spraying for 20-30min, and conveying the small molecular group water in the extraction cylinder into a first collecting tank for storage through a second conveying pump and an eighth conveying pipe;
s6: extracting 100-150 parts of small molecular group water from the stirring tank by the first conveying pump again, and feeding the small molecular group water into the extraction cylinder, and controlling the electric heating ring to continuously heat the small molecular group water;
S7: after the small molecular group water is heated and vaporized, continuously heating and vaporizing for 15-20min, condensing by an extraction mechanism, liquefying water vapor, collecting liquefied liquid by a collecting cylinder, and pumping the liquefied liquid into a second collecting tank for storage by a third conveying pump;
S8: extracting the small molecular group water from the stirring tank through the first conveying pump again until the small molecular group water in the extraction cylinder is immersed in the components, and controlling the electric heating ring to continuously heat the small molecular group water;
S9: after the small molecular group water is boiled, keeping the temperature for 1 to 1.2 hours;
S10: after the decoction is finished, the solution in the extraction cylinder is pumped into a stirring tank for storage through a second delivery pump and a ninth delivery pipe;
S11: after the solution in the stirring tank is cooled to normal temperature, the liquid in the first collecting tank and the liquid in the second collecting tank are injected into the stirring tank, and stirring is continued for 15-20min.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. When the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used, firstly, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is washed and extracted in the environment of 50-60 ℃, the components which are easy to damage at high temperature are conveniently extracted, the medicine effect can be well protected, the essential oil components in the traditional Chinese medicine composition are extracted in a distillation mode, the extracted essential oil is mixed with the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the component absorption efficiency in use is improved, the odor quality of a product can be improved, finally, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is fully extracted in a decoction mode, the components after the extraction at each stage are mixed, the efficacy of the product is greatly improved, and the absorption effect of skin can be improved.
2. When the traditional Chinese medicine extraction device is used, through the arrangement of the multi-layer bearing plates, traditional Chinese medicines are placed on each bearing plate according to the sizes of the traditional Chinese medicines, the traditional Chinese medicines with large sizes below the extraction cylinder can be extracted under the condition of high aggregation of heat in a matched mode, the traditional Chinese medicines with small sizes above the extraction cylinder can be extracted under the condition of small aggregation of heat, and under the premise of ensuring sufficient extraction, the damage of components caused by excessive extraction can be avoided, and the whole extraction effect is good.
3. When the invention is used, because the special extraction mode can fully extract the traditional Chinese medicines with different sizes, the traditional Chinese medicines do not need to be crushed before extraction, the labor force is reduced, and meanwhile, because the immersion liquid holes above are smaller than the immersion liquid holes below, the effective filtration can be automatically carried out in cooperation with the arrangement that the extraction liquid is discharged from the lower part of the extraction cylinder, and the complexity of cleaning is reduced.
