(IV) conclusion and discussion
The constitution score is used as an important content for judging the constitution, wherein the five-benefit paste has an obvious effect on improving the qi-deficiency constitution score of patients with qi deficiency, and after 1 month of treatment, the qi-deficiency constitution score of the patients is obviously reduced, and the living state of the patients is obviously improved; in the sf-36 scoring table, the five-benefit ointment has more remarkable improvement on physiological functions, physiological functions and energy items, wherein one physiological function is obviously improved after the five-benefit ointment is taken for 2 weeks, the physiological functions, physiological functions and energy items in the sf-36 scoring table are consistent with the improvement on qi deficiency constitution scores, and the three scores possibly have certain relevance with the qi deficiency constitution scores and are to be verified subsequently.
The study shows that after the five-component benefiting paste is taken, the five-component benefiting paste is proved to be capable of obviously improving the constitution of qi deficiency. The project provides a new possible conditioning scheme, and the influence of the five-component beneficial paste on the life quality of people with qi-deficiency constitution is determined. The life quality of people with qi deficiency constitution is improved by conditioning the five-component beneficial paste. By observing and analyzing the clinical effects of the five-benefit ointment on people with qi-deficiency constitution, the five-benefit ointment provides clinical data for preventing and treating qi-deficiency constitution, so that the five-benefit ointment is convenient to popularize and apply clinically. The project has great reference significance for the research and development of the traditional Chinese medicine classic formula, higher popularization value and clinical application prospect, and is expected to receive higher economic benefit and social benefit.
The application invents a five-benefit paste formula suitable for people with qi-deficiency constitution according to the theory of 'preventive treatment of disease' in traditional Chinese medicine.
The application also discloses a preparation method of the Wuyi paste which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces serving as raw materials and is suitable for people with qi-deficiency constitution, the decocting characteristic of the Wuyi paste decoction pieces is kept, and the Wuyi paste is prepared into a traditional paste which is also suitable for long-term conditioning of people with qi-deficiency constitution. However, the decoction has the disadvantages of large amount of liquid medicine after decoction, long decoction time and long concentration time period, and the traditional concentration process adopts high-temperature concentration, wherein caramelization reaction can be generated at high temperature to generate flavor substances, but the effective components can be degraded at high temperature for a long time to generate irritant temperature. According to the invention, researches show that the concentration time is controlled to be about 90 ℃, so that a good concentration effect can be achieved, the concentration time is long when the temperature is lower than 70 ℃, and the paste preparation cost is increased.
Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prepared paste formula, the preparation time is obviously shortened, 1 to 2 persons are needed for preparing one pot of paste formula, the whole process can be completed within 2 hours, the paste preparation time is greatly shortened, and the paste preparation efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the research of the invention discovers that the concentration time is controlled to be about 90 ℃, so that the invention can achieve good concentration effect, the concentration time is long when the concentration time is lower than 70 ℃, and the paste preparation cost is increased.
The preparation method of the Wuyi paste provided by the invention is characterized in that the Wuyi paste is prepared from two raw materials of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, and because the raw materials contain more polysaccharide substances, the temperature is controlled in the concentration process, the caramelization reaction is greatly reduced, the quality of the paste is improved, and the taste of the paste is ensured.
