The invention relates to a repairing and whitening essential oil formula composition and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to a compound essential oil composition with whitening and after-sun repairing effects, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-38% of lavender essential oil, 16-23% of lemon essential oil, 14-22% of tea tree essential oil, 10-16% of geranium essential oil, 5-13% of Roman chamomile essential oil and 4-8% of carrot seed oil. The essential oil composition has an unexpected effect on inhibiting increase of various cell melanin caused by solarization, skin damage and inflammation, and has a remarkable effect on whitening and after-sun repair.

The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to an essential oil composition with after-sun repairing and whitening effects.
Background
The plant essential oil is volatile aromatic substance prepared from flower, stem, leaf, fruit, peel of plant by specific water distillation and squeezing. Plant essential oils contain complex structures (tens to hundreds) of compounds, and the combination of different essential oil compounds can produce very different effects.
Whitening is an important requirement in the field of skin care products in China. Many essential oils are tentatively applied to whitening skin care products, including some single and compound essential oil combinations. Due to uncertainty of efficacy of the essential oil combination, the single-component essential oil and the compound essential oil can not achieve the expected whitening effect in many attempts. sequentially adding coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, rose hip oil and cactus seed oil into a container, and continuously stirring at room temperature; after the components are completely mixed, adding the rosemary extract, the vitamin E and the essential oil composition in the embodiment 1, stirring for 20 minutes or until the mixture is uniform, discharging and filling.
Performance experiment 1:
this experiment investigated the whitening and spot-removing effects of the product of the present invention on the skin of the subject.
30 volunteers (subjects) were randomly selected to try the essential oil component of the present invention.
The standard of the test subject is 30-60 years old male or female, the test part is an arm or a face, the test part has obvious color deposition and color spots, and the test subject does not use whitening products within 1 month.
The using method comprises the following steps: a proper amount of the product of example 2 is smeared on a test part, the test part is smeared once in the morning and at night for 8 weeks, and the uncomfortable feeling and the adverse reaction condition are recorded.
The skin color before and after the test and the control part (namely the part which is near the test part and also has obvious color deposition or color spots but is not coated with the product) are evaluated by adopting a standard skin color card, and the color change before and after the test is recorded and compared with the score. The skin color card is classified into 1-10 grades by chroma, and the lower the score, the whiter the skin.
As a result: no discomfort or adverse reactions occurred at the test sites for all subjects. Before use, in 30 subjects, the maximum value of the color chip is 10, the minimum value is 4, and the average value is 7; after 8 weeks of continuous use of the product of example 2, the subjects had a maximum of 7, a minimum of 2 and a mean of 4. The color spots and color deposition of the test parts of 30 subjects are improved to different degrees, and the effective rate is 100 percent. The color variation statistics show that the maximum variation value is 67%, the minimum value is 22%, and the average reduction is about 46%. After 8 weeks of comparison of 30 subject control sites, 29 were unchanged from the initial value control, only 1 was slightly changed, and the color chart value decreased by 1.
Example 3
A whitening and repairing cream cosmetic containing the essential oil composition of the invention. The weight percentage of the components is as follows:

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
dissolving rose hydrosol, glycerol, propylene glycol, carbomer, phenoxyethanol and EDTA disodium in water in a container 1, continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and heating to 80 ℃; adding oleum Olivarum emulsified wax, cetearyl alcohol, lecithin, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, and vitamin E into container 2, heating to 80 deg.C, and completely melting. Pouring the materials in the container 2 into the container 1, mixing and homogenizing for 3 minutes to fully emulsify and disperse the two phases, continuously stirring and cooling to 40 ℃, then sequentially adding triethanolamine, essence and pigment and the essential oil composition of the embodiment 1, discharging and filling after completely cooling to room temperature.
Performance experiment 2:
this study investigated the repair of erythema on the subjects after sun exposure by the product of the invention.
Randomly 20 volunteers (subjects) were selected to try the product of example 3. The standard of the test subject is 18-60 years old male or female, the test subject has sunburn within one week, the test part is neck, back or arm with obvious sunburn skin, and the sunburn part has obvious erythema compared with surrounding skin and does not have skin injury symptoms such as desquamation and the like.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: a proper amount of the product of example 3 is applied to part of the erythematous part, and the erythematous part is continuously used for 7 days in the morning and at night respectively, and is compared with nearby erythematous skin without the product of the invention.
The erythema regression, reduction of dryness, and scaling were observed for several aspects and scored by an experienced panel. Score definition: severe sunburn 5 points, severe sunburn 4 points, moderate sunburn 3 points, mild sunburn 2 points, mild sunburn 1 point, and normal skin 0 point.
The experimental results are as follows: when the product of the invention in the example 3 is smeared on a part of sunburned skin, compared with the control group, after 7 days, the average score of the experimental group is 1.6, and the average score of the control group is 4.6. Sunburn was relieved starting the next day after application and was manifested as a 14.3% reduction in erythema and papules, and a 65.2% reduction in erythema and papules after 7 consecutive days. Of the 20 subjects, 11 subjects with severe sunburn and significant peeling in the control area (usually, severe sunburn people generally begin peeling 2-3 days after exposure to the sun and stop peeling 10-15 days later). After 7 days of continuous application of the product, the 11 persons had 7 test areas without peeling, 3 test areas with only slight peeling, and only 1 person had no significant change, compared to the control skin around which the product of the present invention was not applied.
The results show that: the product of the invention in the embodiment 3 is applied after the sun is sunned, the degree of erythema and pimple of the skin after the sun is sunned can be obviously reduced, the effect of relieving the desquamation phenomenon is obvious, and the effect obviously exceeds the self-healing degree of the skin.
Comparative experiment:
in this example, the combination of lavender essential oil, lemon essential oil, tea tree essential oil, geranium essential oil and the four essential oils according to the formulation disclosed in CN105686981A, referred to herein, were used to test the melanin inhibiting effect in comparison to the essential oil composition of example 1 of the present invention (at 5%,20% concentration). The tests were carried out after dilution treatment of 20% by weight of the above essential oils with the cosmetic vehicle exemplified in example 3, and the following were tested:
1. 20 percent of lavender essential oil
2. Lemon essential oil 20%
3. Tea tree essential oil 20%
4. Geranium essential oil 20%
5. The lavender essential oil + the lemon essential oil + the tea tree essential oil + the geranium essential oil compound 20% (CN 105686981A, the weight ratio of the four components is 25
6. Essential oil composition of inventive example 1 5%
7. The essential oil composition of inventive example 1 was 20%
The experimental method adopts an in-vitro whitening test, namely a tyrosinase activity inhibition test. Tyrosinase plays a key role in the biosynthesis of skin melanin, and the amount of melanin production is directly related to tyrosinase activity. Therefore, the intensity of the inhibition effect on tyrosinase can be used as a main index of melanin inhibition rate.
The experimental steps are as follows:
preparing a buffer solution: weighing 7.8g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 17.91g of disodium hydrogen phosphate, respectively diluting to 500ml with distilled water, mixing with PBS buffer solution with pH =6.8 and 0.1mol/L,
preparing a tyrosine solution: 0.05g of L-aminobutyric acid was dissolved in 35ml of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, and 65ml of the above buffer solution was added to obtain a 0.05% tyrosine solution.
Preparing a tyrosinase solution: dissolving tyrosinase with enzyme activity of 25000U in 250ml distilled water to obtain solution with enzyme activity of 100U/ml
And (4) subpackaging the tyrosinase solution into test tubes.
Tyrosinase activity assay: and (3) adding the test sample (1 g) into a tyrosine solution, carrying out water bath at 37 ℃ for 10 minutes, then respectively adding tyrosinase into each test object, fully shaking up, accurately timing the reaction for 15 minutes, stopping the reaction, and measuring the absorbance at 475nm by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. And the inhibition rate was calculated.
The same procedure as above was carried out with PBS buffer instead of test sample as negative control, with results: the tyrosinase inhibition rates of the above 7 experimental groups were respectively: 1.4% of lavender, 4.7% of lemon, 8.2% of tea tree, 11.3% of geranium, and 23.5% of a lavender + lemon + tea tree + geranium compound; the inhibition rate of the composition of the invention at 5% concentration is 78.2%, and the inhibition rate at 20% concentration is 92.1%.
And (4) conclusion: the essential oil composition has a synergistic effect on melanin inhibition, and the effect of the essential oil composition is obviously superior to that of the essential oil composition in the prior art.
Claims (10)
1. An essential oil composition for whitening or after-sun repair comprises the following six components in percentage by weight:
lavender essential oil: 30 to 38 percent
Lemon essential oil: 16-23 percent
Tea tree essential oil: 14 to 22 percent
Geranium essential oil: 10-16 percent
Roman chamomile essential oil: 5 to 13 percent of
Carrot seed oil: 4 to 8 percent.
2. The essential oil composition of claim 1, wherein the essential oil composition comprises the following six components in weight percent:
lavender essential oil: 34 to 36 percent
Lemon essential oil: 19 to 21 percent
Tea tree essential oil: 17 to 19 percent
Geranium essential oil: 12 to 14 percent
Roman chamomile essential oil: 8 to 10 percent of
Carrot seed oil: 5 to 7 percent.
3. The essential oil composition of claim 1, wherein the essential oil composition comprises the following six components in weight percent:
34.5 percent of lavender essential oil
Lemon essential oil: 19.5 percent
Tea tree essential oil: 18 percent
Geranium essential oil: 13 percent of
Roman chamomile essential oil: 9 percent of
Carrot seed oil: 6 percent.
4. The essential oil composition of any one of claims 1-3 wherein the essential oil composition consists of the six components.
5. A cosmetic for whitening or after-sun repair comprising the essential oil composition of any one of claims 1 to 4 in an amount of from more than 0% to 30% by weight, and a cosmetically acceptable carrier therefor.
6. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 5, wherein the content of the essential oil composition is 1 to 20% by weight.
7. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 5, wherein the content of the essential oil composition is 2 to 6% by weight.
8. The cosmetic as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cosmetically acceptable carrier is of a water-oil emulsified type or a pure oil type.
9. A method for preparing an essential oil composition, wherein the components of the essential oil composition as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4 are added in portions or simultaneously in a container and mixed or stirred at room temperature until homogeneous.
10. A process for the preparation of a cosmetic product, wherein cosmetically acceptable carrier components are mixed and dissolved in portions or simultaneously in one or more containers, and the essential oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is added to the obtained carrier in an amount of from more than 0% to less than or equal to 30% by weight.
